Abstract

Tanah merupakan hal yang penting yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh manusia untuk keberlangsungan hidup nya seperti bercocok tanam dan sebagai tempat pemukiman. Namun dalam pemanfaatanya tidak jarang banyak konflik yang terjadi antar manusia utamanya dalam kepemilikan hak tanah. Kepemilikan suatu tanah menjadi hal paling penting agar kita dapat mengidentifikasi suatu tanah yang dimiliki seseorang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepastian hukum pendaftaran tanah di Desa Bahung Bahung melalui upaya sosialisasi dan pendampingan langsung kepada masyarakat desa. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat desa Bahung Sibatu Batu agar lebih memahami dan dapat mengakses proses pendaftaran tanah dengan mudah dan tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi observasi,penyuluhan,pemaparan materi terkait pendaftaran tanah, dan evaluasi. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, informasi tentang prosedur dan persyaratan pendaftaran tanah disampaikan kepada masyarakat desa Bahung Sibatu Batu. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat desa mengenai proses pendaftaran tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi masyarakat Desa Bahung Bahung. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pendaftaran tanah, tercipta kepastian hukum yang lebih baik, dan konflik yang berhubungan dengan kepemilikan tanah dapat diatasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Low self-confidence is one of the problems faced by students in the learning process, so that the teacher's efforts are needed to facilitate the improvement of character building in students. This study aims to determine the effect of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, and Intellectuality) learning model in increasing elementary-aged students' self-confidence. This research was conducted in class VII MTs Yaspend Muslim, with a sample of class VII-3 students. Data analysis used a type of regression analysis. The results of this study found that the effect of the SAVI model on student character building was in the good category, with the Fcount regression test of 37.59 and Ftable of 4.18. Thus, it can be concluded that the SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, and Intellectualy) has a positive effect on students' Character Building, because this learning model involves all students' sensory modalities so that students become active.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is primary literacy for Muslims, including elementary age children. Likewise, for mentally retarded children the ability to read the Koran still leaves its own problems. This study aims to describe efforts to improve the ability to read the letters of the Qur'an for children with mild mental retardation through the bil hikmah method. The setting of this research was in Class VII C of the Batubara State SLB, where in this class there were three mild mentally retarded children with the initials MRF, ZM and K with different characteristics. The research will be conducted using classroom action research methods. This research was conducted in collaboration with teachers. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle starts from the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of the research are described in narrative and graphical form from the process to the improvement results in cycle II. In the first cycle the children obtained MRF and ZM results of 65% and K 60% and the results in the second cycle of MRF, ZM and K were 85%. This shows that the bil Hikmah method is effectively used to improve the ability to read Al-Quran letters for children with mild mental retardation.

Abstract

Work engagement and organizational commitment are research concepts that still need to be studied in Indonesia. Millennial employees are the generation that is dominating almost all organizations in Indonesia. The study aimed to examine how the role of authentic leadership is on work engagement and organizational commitment for millennial employees. Data were collected from 171 millennial employees in private and start-up companies through online and offline surveys. The quantitative method by survey method was applied in this study. Three scales were used to collect data, including the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale of work engagement (17 items), Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (15 items), and Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (24 items). The data analysis used multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). Results showed authentic leadership has a positive role in work engagement and organizational commitment, so the research hypothesis is accepted. This study further clarifies the contribution of authentic leadership in generating high work engagement and organizational commitment of the millennial generation. By applying authentic leadership, the leader may enhance millennial employees' work engagement and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Panca Budi University Research site in Dusun 3 Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra with an altitude of ± 500 masl. This research will be conducted from February to April 2024. This study used a factorial Randomised Group Design (RGD) with 2 factors with 16 combinations and 3 replications so that there were 48 research plots, namely: Factor one Top Soil and Husk Charcoal Planting Media with symbol (G) consists of 4 levels, namely: G0 = 100% Top Soil, G1 = 75% Top Soil + 25% Husk Charcoal, G2 = 50% Top Soil + 50% Husk Charcoal, G3 = 25% Top Soil + 75% Husk Charcoal. Factor two Goat Manure Compost with symbol (S) consists of 3 levels, namely: S0 = 0 g/polybag S1 = 275 g/polybag S2 = 375 g/polybag S3 = 475 g/polybag. The results showed that each treatment significantly affected the growth and production of tomatoes. Treatment G2 = 75% top soil + 25% husk charcoal and S2 = 375 g/polybag gave the best results on growth and production of tomatoes. Keywords: husk charcoal, goat manure, tomato, top soil

Abstract

Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) is abundantly available in the palm oil industry and has significant potential for generating renewable energy, specifically biogas, through the biogasification process. This study investigates the relationship between the reduction of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) values and pH changes in POME during the biogas production process. The study employs a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor and four levels. Data were analyzed over five observation periods spanning 24 days. The results show a significant decrease in COD concentration from 96,300 mg/L on day 0 to 22,720 mg/L on day 24. This reduction is attributed to microbial activity, with Effective Microorganisms (EM4) being used in this research. Additionally, an inverse relationship between pH and COD was observed, where an increase in pH correlated with a decrease in COD. Biogas production also increased over time, with the cumulative biogas volume reaching 5.2 liters on day 24. The study concludes that more alkaline environmental conditions support the activity of microorganisms responsible for COD reduction and higher biogas production. Recommendations for future research include adding parameters such as temperature and Volatile Fatty Acids (VFA), and further investigation into more effective and efficient microorganism seeding. Thus, this research provides insights into the biogasification process and the development of more efficient and sustainable biogas technology.

Abstract

A website is now a destination for crucial information in the contemporary digital era. Among the necessary educational resources for any school or institution are libraries. Because knowledge and information can be readily found by students at the library. People believe that as technology advances, they can operate more productively and successfully. Converting an analog system to an electronic one is one of them. By using the website Libraries that have internet access can operate more effectively and efficiently in carrying out bookkeeping. In this research, a web-based information system was designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language. The linear sequential research method was chosen because it is very suitable for projects with clear needs and limited resources and time. By creating It is hoped that this approach will be able to solve a number of issues. the need to look for books and facilitate the distribution of book loans and report writing for the school administration. Based on the findings of the conducted research, the author incorporated the study's findings into the creation of an online library information system SMKN 5 Pekanbaru library.

Abstract

Klasifikasi penyakit mata merupakan aspek penting dalam deteksi dini dan pengobatan berbagai penyakit mata. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengusulkan model klasifikasi berbasis Support Vector Machine (1) untuk mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit mata secara lebih akurat. SVM dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan diferensiasi kelas tinggi dengan margin maksimal, terutama untuk data berdimensi besar dan kompleksitas variabel tinggi. Dataset yang digunakan berisi gambar mata dari berbagai kategori penyakit seperti katarak (2), glaukoma (3), dan retinopati diabetik (4). Setelah prapemrosesan dan ekstraksi fitur, model SVM dilatih dan diuji menggunakan pendekatan validasi silang (5) untuk mengevaluasi kinerjanya dalam hal akurasi, sensitivitas, dan spesifisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SVM dapat mencapai akurasi tinggi dalam klasifikasi penyakit mata, sehingga memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan pada sistem pendukung diagnostik berbantuan komputer di masa depan.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation level of society to sport in the corona virus environment. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative. Materials and methods. The population in this study were the people of Kampar sub-district. this Kampar district has a population of 45.575 people. Sampling in this study using random sampling techniques, namely taking members of the sample randomly from the population. So that the total sample of this study is 50 from Kampar sub-district. The research instrument used through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the percentage of the society level of motivation. Results. Kampar sub-district society to sport in the corona virus environment is included in the value range of 21%-40% or in the low category with a percentage of 37.8%. Conclusions. Based on the results of research in this study, the motivation level of the Kampar sub-district community to exercise in the corona virus environment is in the low category.

Abstract

An accounting information system is an information system that has an information processing process that produces financial reports. This research is causative. The data used in this study were from several previous studies. This study discusses an accounting information system that is able to assist the financial reporting process and an effective system in the financial reporting process.
