Abstract

Investasi saham melalui mekanisme Initial Public Offering (IPO) kerap menarik minat masyarakat karena potensi keuntungan tinggi dalam waktu singkat. Namun, minimnya literasi keuangan dan kecenderungan mengikuti tren tanpa analisis rasional dapat meningkatkan risiko kerugian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai cara membaca peluang saham IPO secara cerdas melalui pendekatan matematika dan analisis fundamental. Peserta dikenalkan pada 11 indikator analisis IPO yang meliputi aspek keuangan, reputasi, valuasi, dan proyeksi risiko. Edukasi dilakukan secara interaktif dan aplikatif agar mudah dipahami masyarakat umum. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan matematis mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengambil keputusan investasi yang lebih rasional dan bijak. Edukasi semacam ini penting untuk mendorong pertumbuhan pasar modal yang sehat dan inklusif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri 01 Pekanbaru. Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam pelajaran PAI menjadi tantangan tersendiri yang memerlukan strategi pedagogis yang tepat dari guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Informan utama terdiri atas guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan berbagai pendekatan strategis seperti penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif, pemberian penguatan positif, integrasi nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam konteks kehidupan siswa, serta kolaborasi dengan orang tua dalam pembinaan karakter religius. Upaya tersebut secara signifikan berdampak pada peningkatan minat, perhatian, dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran guru PAI yang inovatif, komunikatif, dan kontekstual sangat menentukan dalam membangun motivasi belajar siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada perlunya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru PAI dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menginternalisasi nilai agama secara menyenangkan dan bermakna.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peran media komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Balangan serta apa saja komunikasi publik yang disampaikan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Balangan dan hambatan komunikasi publik yang dilakukan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Balangan. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, yang berlandaskan pada filsafat pospositivisme, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data berupa data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung pada saat wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber sebanyak 8 orang informan. Hasil penelitian Kejaksaan Negeri Balangan memanfaatkan akun media sosial instagram dalam menyampaikan segala program kerja dan penyuluhan hukum yang dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Hambatan yang diperoleh yaitu keterbatasan anggaran menjadi penghambat dalam upaya memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi publik yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Learning in the digital age necessitates the development of critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and digital literacy. Blended learning, combining face-to-face and online instruction, offers a promising pedagogical model to address these evolving demands. Despite its growing application, there remains a lack of consolidated evidence evaluating its implementation across different educational levels and its contribution to 21st-century competencies. This study aims to systematically review recent literature on blended learning using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method following the PRISMA protocol. Data were sourced from Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, focusing on research from the past five years involving primary, secondary, and vocational education. The results show that blended learning positively impacts academic performance, student engagement, learning autonomy, and 21st-century skill development. However, gaps persist, particularly regarding infrastructure readiness and teacher proficiency. This study’s novelty lies in its contextualized analysis within the Indonesian education system, proposing blended learning as a strategic fit for the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings imply the need for robust policy support, teacher capacity-building, and investment in digital infrastructure to optimize blended learning’s effectiveness nationwide. Highlights: Enhances academic and 21st-century skills. Adapts to the Merdeka Curriculum context. Needs infrastructure and teacher readiness. Abstract

Monitoring steam generation systems in the petrochemical industry is essential because small pressure changes can significantly affect product quality and pose safety risks. This study focuses on calibrating the Endress+Hauser Cerabar M PMC41 pressure Transmitter at PT. X, a leading Indonesian fatty alcohol and oleochemical producer. Calibration was performed to ensure accurate pressure measurement of steam generation processes using a zero calibration technique to correct reading Errors. Measurement data were collected before and after calibration at 0%, 25%, 50%, and 100% pressure levels. The initial Error in pressure measurement was 31.799 bar (4.47%), while the current output Error was 16.76 mA (3.8%). After calibration, these Errors reduced to 30.266 bar (0.72%) and 16.023 mA (0.115%), respectively. These results indicate a significant improvement in the Transmitter’s performance, aligning with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) No. 13B-23 standards. The calibration process effectively minimized measurement Errors, ensuring precise monitoring of pressure parameters in the steam generation system and maintaining operational stability. Accurate pressure control is crucial to optimizing production efficiency and maintaining safety standards at PT. X.

Abstract

Background : The first case of COVID-19 in Indonesia was recorded in March 2020. Limitation of reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) has put chest CT as an essential complementary tool in the diagnosis and follow up treatment for COVID-19. Literatures strongly suggested that High-Resolution Computed Tomography (HRCT) is essential in diagnosing typical symptoms of COVID-19 at the early phase of disease due to its superior sensitivity  (97%) compared to chest x-ray (CXR).The two cases presented in this case study showed the crucial role of chest CT with HRCT to establish the working diagnosis and follow up COVID-19 patients as a complement to RT-PCR, currently deemed a gold standard.

Abstract

Building construction work is one of the sectors with a high risk of work accidents, especially in activities at height. This risk is influenced by project dynamics, limited workforce experience, work environment conditions, and weak implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) management. This study aims to identify the main problems in construction work at height and evaluate the implementation of applicable K3 regulations, standards, methods, and techniques. The focus of the study is directed at the consistent application of K3 Construction methods and regulations at the stages of implementing lower structure, basement, architecture, upper structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) to testing and specifically for upper structure and MEP work, K3 Construction methods and regulations and K3 working at height are applied. The research method used is evaluative-qualitative with field observation and document analysis, followed by integrated application of K3 procedures on the projects studied. The results of the study after the joint application, references, standard procedures, regulations, K3 construction methods and K3 working at height that are consistent in the construction projects that have been observed, it is concluded that the method has been able to significantly minimize work accidents in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the arithmetic skills of high school students in Grade X at a senior high school in Langkat Regency. The sample consists of 30 Grade X students, selected using a purposive sampling technique. All samples were given a written test to measure their arithmetic skills. Based on the results, it was concluded that the overall arithmetic ability scored 46.5, categorized as sufficient. However, when viewed from a percentage perspective, it remains concerning as many students still demonstrate poor arithmetic skills. The solutions proposed by the researcher to address the challenges faced by Grade X high school students in arithmetic skills are as follows: implementing learning approaches based on the principles of mathematics education, such as cooperative learning models; reinforcing concepts that students have not yet understood; and providing practice questions related to arithmetic. After the teaching and learning process, a proposed solution to address students' learning difficulties is to offer remedial mathematics instruction based on the principles of mathematics education, focusing on building a strong foundation in arithmetic concepts.

Abstract

Adopted children are not part of the group of heirs who are entitled to inherit from the testator's estate. However, in an effort to create justice, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) stipulates that adopted children are entitled to receive inheritance from the testator through the mandatory will (wasiat wajibah) mechanism with the condition that it cannot exceed 1/3 (one-third). This article examines the disparity in the decision of the Pekanbaru Religious Court No. 1266/Pdt. G/2018/ PA. Pbr which determines the adopted child's share of 1/8 (one - eighth) and decision No. 1869 /Pdt.G./ 2018/ PA. Pbr which determines that adopted children get 1/3 (one - third) of the heir's estate. Using a juridical-normative approach, this article finds that the difference in the amount of inheritance obtained by adopted children in the two decisions is at least caused by two things, namely (1) the absence of a definite amount stipulated in the law (KHI only mentions "cannot exceed the amount of 1/3 of the inheritance), and (2) the use of al-furūdh al-muqaddarah as a standard in determining the amount of inheritance for adopted children. In this case, the panel of judges actually did not have to rely on the provisions of the al-furūdh al-muqaddarah section in determining the share of the adopted child and decided the case using the maximum standard.   Anak angkat bukanlah bagian dari kelompok ahli waris yang berhak mendaptkan warisan dari harta peninggalan pewaris. Akan tetapi dalam upaya menciptakan keadilan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) menetapkan bahwa anak angkat berhak mendapatkan harta peninggalan dari pewaris melalui mekanisme wasiat wajibah dengan syarat tidak boleh melibihi 1/3 (one-third). Artikel ini mengkaji disparitas putusan Pengadilan Agama Pekanbaru No. 1266/Pdt. G/2018/ PA. Pbr yang menetapkan bagian anak angkat sebesar 1/8 (seperdelapan) dan putusan No. 1869. /Pdt.G./ 2018/ PA. Pbr yang menetapkan anak angkat mendapatkan 1/3 (sepertiga) dari harta peninggalan pewaris. Menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif, artikel ini menemukan bahwa perbedaan jumlah harta peninggalan yang didapatkan oleh anak angkat dalam kedua putusan tersebut disebabkan oleh dua hal, yakni (1) tidak adanya jumlah pasti yang ditetapkan dalam undang-undang (KHI hanya menyebutkan “tidak boleh melebihi jumlah 1/3 dari harta peninggalan), dan (2) dijadikannya al-furūdh al-muqaddarah sebagai standar dalam menetapkan jumlah harta peninggalan untuk anak angkat. Dalam hal ini, majelis hakim sebenarnya tidak harus berpatokan pada ketentuan bagian al-furūdh al-muqaddarah dalam menetapkan bagian anak angkat dan memutus perkara tersebut dengan menggunakan standar maksimal.
