Abstract

Tipe kepribadian extrovert dan introvert memiliki impact yang berbeda dalam pola pikir dan perilaku individu, namun apakah juga berbeda dalam kinerja fungsi eksekutif dan memori kerja. Penelitian ini mencoba mendalami hal tersebut dengan mengkombinasikan tiga variable bebas (kepribadian, jenis trial dan stimuli) dan dua variable tergantung (RT dan akurasi) dari variabel fungsi eksekutif dan memori. Analisis menggunakan ANOVA 3 jalur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepribadian extrovert lebih cepat waktu reaksinya dibanding dengan introvert. 2) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara waktu reaksi dalam jenis trial (p-value = 0.02). 3) Trial incongruent memiliki akurasi yang rendah dibandingkan dengan trial congruent (p-value = 0.003). 1) Extrovert cenderung menyukai tantangan dan keinginan untuk secepat mungkin menyelesaikan masalah. Fungsi eksekutif lebih cepat pada ekstrovet daripada introvert. 2) Performa fungsi eksekutif pada tipe trial kongruen lebih cepat dari inkongruen. Keraguan muncul dalam kelompok subjek introvert. 3) Akurasi working memory pada trial inkongruen lebih rendah dari kongruen. Akurasi pada tipe kongruen apapun jenisnya lebih mudah diingat dari pada inkongruen.

Abstract

In order to realize an effective and efficient budgeting, a Standard Cost Structure (SSB) policy was prepared, namely by applying a supporting cost percentage for non-regulatory service output of 45%. The study analyzes how SSB policy is implemented within the Ministry of Finance, identifies the problems that occur, and provide solutions for each of these problems. The results of the study show that there is no satker in the Ministry of Finance that uses an exact amount of 45% for supporting costs in the output of its non-regulatory services. The study identifies two underlying problems. First, according to the respondents, the concept of main and supporting cost is clear and well-defined but difficult to implement. The second problem is that the RKA-KL is yet to be able to smoothly facilitate the selection of the main and supporting costs.

Abstract

The background of this study is about the availibility of the test assessment instrument to measure the critical thinking ability of fifth grade elementary school students which is limitted. Therefore, it needs to be developed. This development research used the Borg & Gall development method. The purpose of this study was to develop an assessment instrument in essay. The assessment instrument was validated by 5 Experts Judgment by using the Aiken'V formula. The results of trials using the construct validity of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), interater reliability used Two Ways Anova proved by the Ebel formula and internal consistent reliability with the Alpha Cronbach formula. The result of expert judgment validation showed that ≥0.8 which mean that 10 items were in valid category, construct validity results from large-scale test analysis by using LISREL 8.8 namely Confirmatory Factor fulfilled the testing of goodness of fit GFI value 0,93, CFI=0,97 and NFI=0,91. The three assessment criteria have value > 0,90. It can be concluded that the construct validity is met. The construct validity is also evidenced by the loading factor of 10 items. All of which have a price of > 0,3. The interrater reliability assessment instruments based on Expert Judgment coefficient value was 0,62. The expert agreement indicated that the rating given by each rater is reliable or consistent between one another and internal consistency of small scale test results of coefficient value of alpha 0,861, large scale 0.813. Practicality of assessment instruments based on expert judgment had mean 37.2 and included in practical category. The profile of critical thinking skills of fifth grade elementary school students category “Medium”. The Conclusions was the assessment instruments in critical thinking skills of fifth grade students on thematic learning were tested in validity, reliability and suitable to be used.

Abstract

Social justice warrior (SJW) is a pejorative term for individuals who fight for equality, environment, and gender. Because their progressive morals radically differ from the predominant values, the so-called social justice warriors spark controversies. This study aimed to describe netizens’ opinions about SJW and describe the dynamics of conflict or support in more detail. Text mining and opinion coding were used to elicit research data. The opinions that we gathered were analyzed in 2 stages: sentiment analysis and content analysis. The results of sentiment analysis are negative (445), neutral (86), and positive (90). Content analysis of the negative opinions showed the characteristics of sarcastic, rude, critical, and contemptuous (mocking/disrespecting). The style of positive sentiments (comments congruent with the phenomena) is divided into supportive, empathic, and motivational opinions. Negative opinions are more dominant because of netizens’ self-acceptance, the effects of informal social control in cyberspace, SJW’s presumed social non-compliance, and doubts of objectivity. Positive opinions can be explained by criticism of social contract theory, namely the demand to be more supportive of minority groups, sensitivity, and empathy (the ability to feel other groups' social conditions and environmental conditions).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntasi Penjualan Berbasis Web di CV Suri Bandung dan mengimplementasikannya. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain dengan observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan perancangan sistem informasi akuntasi penjualan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP(Hypertext Prepocessor). Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, terdapat kekurangan dalam sistem informasi penjualan pada CV Suri yaitu dalam pencatatan penjualan yang masih bersifat manual. Semakin bertambahnya penjualan dan transaksi, kesalahan dan ketidakakuratan dalam pencatatan pun sering terjadi, sehingga membuat laporan mengalami keterlambatan penyajian data dan tidak akurat. Dari masalah yang ditemukan, maka dibuat perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan berbasis web dan pengimplementasian terhadap aplikasi yang dibuat, sehingga terbukti meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan dan penyajian laporan penjualan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mencari tahu pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif desain ex post facto. Pengumpulan data memakai teknik dokumentasi dan instrumen angket. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat memakai uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis regresi linier sederhana memakai uji t, regresi ganda memakai Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Fasilitas belajar terbukti berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 22,46% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. (2) Pengelolaan kelas terbukti berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 13,80% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. (3) Fasilitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terbukti bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan tingkat sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,26% dan 66,74% diberikan oleh variabel yang belum diteliti dari studi ini.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Nyeri punggung bawah (NPB) merupakan kondisi nyeri tubuh yang sering dialami oleh manusia yang dapat disebabkan oleh cedera otot atau ligamen. Keadaan nyeri pada punggung bawah biasanya disebabkan oleh cedera mekanik, neurogenik, ataupun penyakit peradangan sistemik. Hingga saat ini terdapat berbagai pilihan modalitas terapi NPB. Tinjauan Pustaka ini ditulis untuk mengevaluasi pemberian vitamin B12 sebagai terapi pada pasien NPB. Metode: Tinjauan pustaka sistematik dilakukan dengan cara pencarian literatur yang bersumber dari Pubmed, Proquest, dan Google Cendekia. Hasil: Terdapat 3 studi dari berbagai negara yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Ketiga studi tersebut menunjukkan pemberian vitamin B12 dalam berbagai sediaan menurunkan skala nyeri visual pada pasien NPB. Simpulan: Vitamin B12 memiliki potensi sebagai salah satu modalitas terapi pada pasien NPB.

Abstract

The development of micro small businesses must be directly proportional to legal knowledge for the perpetrators, because with the development of micro small businesses, the possibility of intersecting with legal problems will be even greater. Of course, all micro small business actors hope that their business is fine, but problems such as civil, criminal, labor, tax will not rule out the possibility of being experienced in the future. Of course, with a good level of knowledge, problems such as disputes or disputes can be avoided in the future or at least if disputes occur micro small business actors know how to overcome them. Evidence of the large number of civil problems in court is an indication that intentionally or unintentionally many business actors do not carry out rights or obligations so that disputes between micro small business actors are born. Tips for overcoming legal problems for micro small businesses aims to foster legal awareness and settlement procedures in the event of disputes in the future, the author feels the need to provide legal counseling for micro small businesses in order to foster knowledge and understanding related to tips on overcoming legal problems for micro small businesses for the realization of more advanced Indonesian micro small businesses.

Abstract

The principle of "Equality before the law" states that every individual has equal rights before the law and equal treatment in the justice system. This principle emphasizes that all people must be treated fairly and equally in the eyes of the law without discrimination. This principle explains that everyone has equal access to the legal process and justice, without any bias or unfair treatment based on factors such as race, religion, gender or social status. This principle is an important foundation in ensuring justice, protection of human rights, and fair law enforcement for all citizens. The free legal aid program is one way to realize access to law and justice for the poor, which is provided by the state as mandated by the constitution. The provision of legal aid to citizens in Indonesia is an effort to fulfill and at the same time implement a rule of law that recognizes, protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens. Through the provision of free legal aid, it is hoped that people in need can gain access to free legal services that are fair and equitable, and receive appropriate legal protection.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a conceptual model to determine the competitive advantages of each religious-based hospital in Klaten Regency in order to establish appropriate marketing strategies to satisfy and increase public interest in trusting the quality of services provided by the hospitals. The novelty of the research lies in integrating the concepts of competitive advantage and performance quality of religious-based healthcare institutions through positioning mapping using multidimensional scaling models. In the final stage of the research, it is expected to form a positioning map for each religious-based hospital, thus creating competitiveness among each leading hospital in Klaten Regency in anticipation of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and attaining optimal sharia economic growth in the healthcare sector by 2045
