Abstract

Virtual Classroom is a new term and innovation in the current teaching trends and developments in the education especially in the maritime school use communications systems, computers, Information Technology (IT) and telecommunications, particularly satellite communications. And also now, we got the pandemy of Covid-19 its impact to the learning system. It explored some of the current distance learning methodologies and the associated technologies used in their way to transfer the knowledge from the teacher and the students, especially the class which frequently empty because the teachers still in their duty especially happened in Ministry of Transportation who the teacher or trainer have to work, meeting, visiting, etc. This new approach to solve the current dilemma the country is facing now. That is, meeting both the qualitative requirements of IMO/STCW’95 and satisfying the quantitative demands of the shipping industry to avert a potential international manning crisis. The purpose of this paper is be the innovation tool to maximize the communications technology system and minimize the empty class during Covid-19 in the maritime school and assessing the technical feasibility of establishing a Distance Learning Programme for the candidate of seafarers in the Ministry of Transportation School area. The study endeavoured to make a detailed cost estimate of the resources necessary such as financial, material, human and other resources in establishing and running such a programme. Finally, it recommended the establishment of a new system in Distance Learning Programme through Virtual Classroom and to be the recommendations to all the Ministry of Transportation School to improve the quality of their education in the case of transfer knowledge and prepare the qualified seafarers. Abstract

As a border on the island of Sumatra, the city of Batam and Natuna sea is the link between Indonesia-Singapore-Malaysia & Thailand. For all of these, safeguards are needed, especially for shipping in the territory of Indonesia, because maritime safety greatly affects sustainable development efforts, especially marine transportation activities. Batam City is included in the Riau Islands province. The Riau Islands Province is located in a very strategic location considering that it is in the border area between countries, neighboring one of the world's business centers (Singapore) and is supported by the existence of an international sea transportation network with busy traffic. In otherside, Kota Bharu and Golok River MalaysiaThailand were included in the crossing system beside the sea transportation in Batam, and South China Sea/Natuna sea. Sea transportation plays a very important role in a maritime country like Indonesia, whose territory is an archipelago. Regarding sea transportation, there are 3 aspects that are interrelated with each other, namely sea traffic and transportation facilities, ports, shipping safety and security. Act No. 17 of 2008 concerning shipping, in its general provisions states that the safety and security of shipping is a condition where safety and security requirements are fulfilled in waters, ports and the maritime environment. Therefore, all parties related to shipping activities must fulfill predetermined requirements. Through concrete steps, compliance with shipping safety and security regulations will create a high level of safety and security. Therefore, it is hoped that the guarantee of safety and security in the field of sea transportation can synergize the pattern of periodic supervision of meeting the safety and security aspects that have been determined.

Abstract

One of the physiological changes in pregnant women in the third trimester is the gradual musculoskeletal changes associated with the occurrence of low back pain due to increased body weight and changes in body posture. One of the new technologies in physical therapy is the use of elastic therapeutic bandages. This literature review aims to determine the effectiveness of elastic therapeutic taping (ett) against LBP in the third trimester of pregnancy. Of the 11 studies reviewed by the authors, it was shown that ETT support for low back pain relief was usually installed in the lumbar region 5 (L5) and sacrum (S1) with a band pattern I. ETT can be done 2 times a week and the ETT is replaced 3 days every 3 weeks for best results. optimally with a duration of 24-72 hours. ETT can reduce pain scores more significantly when combined with other therapies such as Paracetamol plus ETT, TENS plus ETT, ETT with oblique pelvic exercises, back exercises with ETT. The conclusion is that ETT can relieve low back pain and have a very real effect in reducing low back pain intensity in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Abstract

The Balanced Nutrition Guidelines (PGS) presented by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014 have a message, one of which is to get used to breakfast. Breakfast is an eating and drinking activity carried out between waking up and 9 am with the aim of meeting daily nutritional needs (15-30%). This research aims to get an overview of the variations in the breakfast menu of FKIK UKRIDA students. This research used a cross sectional descriptive design, taking subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out in October 2023. The research subjects consisted of 45 students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria are the 2020-2021 class who are aged 19-25 years and who eat breakfast. The results of this study showed that most of the subjects were female, namely 32 people (71.1%). Most of the subjects did not live with their parents/boarding house 27 (60%) with monthly pocket money mostly Rp. 1,000,000 – Rp. 2,500,000, namely 23 people (51.1%). Most of the subjects had normal weight nutritional status, namely 26 people (40%). The description of the subject's breakfast menu is quite varied, namely bread 14 (31.1%), fried chicken rice 11 (24.4%), and others 20 (42.1%), drinks namely water 22 (48.9%) , water and milk 5 (11.1%), and others 18 (37.8%).

Abstract

Teknologi jaringan komputer merupakan komponen penting dalam mendukung aktivitas belajar mengajar di lingkungan Pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan membantu proses belajar dan meningkatkan kinerja dengan membuat, menggunakan, dan mengelola proses dan sumber teknologi yang memadai. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan serta menkonfigurasi infrastruktur jaringan komputer di SDN Jati 06 Jakarta Timur, dengan menggabungkan media transmisi wired dan nirkabel untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan jaringan. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan simulasi menggunakan Cisco Packet Tracer untuk merancang topologi jaringan serta men konfigurasi perangkat. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu bagaimana rancangan infrastruktur jaringan komputer internet dengan media wired dan nirkabel ini memiliki manajemen jaringan yang baik, pengalamat IP address yang baik, serta dapat mengestimasi alat apa saja yang diperlukan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa desain jaringan hybrid ini sangat sesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi data di lingkungan pendidikan, memberikan solusi yang scalable dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi khusus nya di SDN Jati 06 Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika representasi tari dalam iklan di Indonesia. Tari dalam iklan Indonesia menjadi problematik karena cenderung dimaknai melalui kajian-kajian terkini sebagai hasil komodifikasi dan pemaksaan simbol-simbol dalam budaya untuk kepentingan komersial. Kondisi ini cukup memprihatinkan bagi kemajuan dunia seni, khusunya tari maupun iklan. Seni sebagai bagian dari budaya seharusnya lebih dapat bermakna sebagaimana mestinya dalam setiap sendi kehidupan, termasuk dalam penciptaan iklan. Metode studi literatur menjadi cara penelitian untuk mengungkap peran seni, dalam hal ini tari dalam iklan secara lebih beragam. Metode literature review dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tersebut. Tahapan penelitian meliputi 1) merumuskan pertanyaan dan protokol inklusi dan eksklusi data tulisan, 2) menelusuri tulisan yang memenuhi syarat dari database jurnal ilmiah, 3) memilih data tulisan dengan cara mengekstrak data dan mengidentifikasi duplikasi data, 4) menganalisis data berdasarkan kuantitas dan kualitas tulisan sesuai kelompok-kelompok tema, 5) menyajikan data dalam matriks analisis, 6) menafsirkan hasil analisis dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian selain menunjukkan problematika representasi tari dalam iklan juga menyimpulkan strategi representasi berdasarkan kesetaraan melalui representasi budaya yang memberi pesan positif.   Kata Kunci: iklan, kearifan budaya, problematika representasi, seni tari   Abstract This study aims to determine the problems of dance representation in advertisements in Indonesia. Dance in Indonesian advertising is problematic because it tends to be interpreted through recent studies as the result of commodification and imposition of symbols in culture for commercial purposes. This condition is quite concerning for the progress of the art world, especially tariffs and advertisements. Art as part of culture should be able to achieve what it should in every delivery of life, including in the creation of advertising. The literature study method is a way of research to uncover the role of art, in this case dance in advertising in a more diverse way. The literature review method is intended to gain this understanding. The research stages include 1) preparing questions and protocols for inclusion and exclusion of written data, 2) searching for writings that meet the requirements from scientific journal databases, 3) selecting written data by extracting data and identifying duplicate data, 4) analyzing data based on the quantity and quality of writing according to the theme groups, 5) present the data in matrix analysis, 6) interpret the analysis results and draw conclusions. The research results, apart from showing the problematic representation of dance in advertisements, also conclude that the representation strategy is based on equality through cultural representation that gives positive messages.   Keywords: advertising, cultural wisdom, dance, representation problems

Abstract

Health services for pregnant and maternity women should pay attention to human rights. this study aims to find out the human rights rules that guarantee health rights of pregnant women and children, the regulations for screening reproductive tract infections (RTI) in pregnant women at pati regency’s health centers, and the suitability of rti screening implementation with human rights regulations.This Research Uses Juridical-Sociological Approach. The Specification Of Research Is Explanative. The independent variables in this study were all laws and regulations related to health rights, while the dependent variable was implementation of RTI screening for pregnant women at the pati regency’s health center. Data in this study came from primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of laws and regulations. The data was analyzed by qualitative approach to primary and secondary data.The human rights regulations that guarantee health rights of pregnant women and children are in article 28 paragraph (1) of the 1945 constitution, article 9 of law number 39 of 1999, and article 10 of law number 36 of 2009. Implementation of RTI screening for pregnant women in pati regency’s health center is regulated in central java provincial regulation number 5 of 2009 and pati regency regional regulation number 129 of 2018. Suitability of rti screening implementation with human rights refers to article 19 of law number 36 of 2009. Implementation of screening for pregnant women is guaranteed in article 13 paragraph 7 letter h. Regulation of the minister of health number 21 of 2021.

Abstract

Pelimpahan wewenang tindakan medik pelayanan klinik tugas praktik dokter kepada peawat telah diatur dalam Pasal 65 ayat (1) UU RI No. 36 Tahun 2014 tentang Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelimpahan wewenang tindakan medis dokter kepada perawat di tiga puskesmas rawat inap Kabupaten Kendal.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis.Pelaksanaan dan bentuk perlindungan hukum pelimpahan wewenang tindakan medis dari dokter kepada perawat di tiga puskesmas rawat inap Kabupaten Kendal sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan penyesuaian pada PMK No. 26 Tahun 2019 dan Implementasi perlindungan hukum perawat belum optimal, efektif dan efisien; Bentuk perlindungan hukum yang bisa diterapkan dan diberikan kepada perawat adalah perlindungan preventif dan represif; dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaannya adalah Faktor Yuridis, Teknik, dan Sosial

Abstract

The research entitled "Karakter Sutawijaya dalam Tari Penangsang Sutawijaya" focuseson the discussion of the character of the Sutawijaya figure. Sutowijoyo’s character is interpreted as a smooth, dexterous, skillful and sigrak. The work carried out find this character with an emphasis on the elements of movement and the application of Javanese dance musical concepts. This research is intended to describe the character, the creative process of dancing, and the form of dance presentation.The research used is qualitative research by looking at object empirically. Data collectin through observation, interview, and literature studies. Observation emphasizes on the quality of Surakarta style dance performance, interviews and literature studies as a complement to observation and to support knowledge about characterization. Description of Sutawijaya's character through book references, interpretations of dance creators, and interpretations of dancers. The creative process of dancing, using Srihadi's theory. The discussion of the form of dance presentation uses Maryono's theory. The results of this study are in the form of a dance presentation that reveals about Sutawijaya by having an authoritative character, andap asor, firm, and doubtful. The creative process is manifested in the development of scene patterns, motion, clothing, and music. The form of offering the Penangsang Sutawijaya dance is a paired dance with the theme of war. This dance is presented by two male dancers, the dashing son and the alus madya son.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mencari tahu pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif desain ex post facto. Pengumpulan data memakai teknik dokumentasi dan instrumen angket. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat memakai uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis regresi linier sederhana memakai uji t, regresi ganda memakai Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Fasilitas belajar terbukti berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 22,46% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. (2) Pengelolaan kelas terbukti berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 13,80% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022. (3) Fasilitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terbukti bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri Kaliwungu 02 tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan tingkat sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,26% dan 66,74% diberikan oleh variabel yang belum diteliti dari studi ini.
