Abstract

This research discusses observations of Law Number 41 concerning Waqf in the context of the practice of purchasing land for waqf done collectively. explained in a mosque, namely the Mosque Darussalam in Tourism City, Bogor. Purchase of land for waqf collective is an act of charity that can be carried out by individuals, group, or institution to acquire land or property with purpose of waqf. Waqf is a concept in Islam where a person or a group donates assets (usually land or property) to charitable or public interest purposes. The main purpose of waqf is to improve social and community welfare. This research examine relevant aspects, such as land purchasing practices, type of waqf used, pillars and terms of waqf according to Law Number 41 of 2004. This research method uses qualitative approach with data collection through interviews mosque administrators, identify related aspects with Law Number 41 concerning waqf, nadzir, power of attorney and property ownership, allocation of waqf assets. Research result shows that the practice of purchasing land for waqf is carried out collectively at the Darussalam Mosque Foundation is appropriate with the Waqf Law number 41 of 2004.

Abstract

In semantic studies, there is a relationship between words and meaning. However, language learners often experience difficulties in assigning meaning to a word or sentence. The purpose of this research is to find out in depth about polysemy, the causes of its occurrence and examples of polysemy in verb and noun forms. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use library research using journals and books that are relevant to the discussion. Data analysis techniques use the relevant data collection stages, data reduction, grouping and selecting the necessary data, then providing temporary conclusions and verifying the data. The final stage is data collection and data presentation systematically (data display). The results of this study are polysemy is a relationship between words that are often used in several sentences or different contexts, or can be interpreted as a word that has more than one meaning. So that polysemy has a basic meaning and a derived meaning. The main causes of polysemy are; (1) dialect development (2) figurative language, (3) sharaf rules, (4) mixing of other languages and (5) language development. Polysemy can occur as nouns and verbs. Words that contain polysemy meaning can occur in noun and verb forms. An example of polysemy is the noun يد which has many meanings, including hands, help/power/strength, thief, power/will, guidance, giver, cash (cash) and virtue/kindness. The word وجه has many meanings including face, beginning/beginning, surrender, not feeling humiliated, right, actually, absolutely, substance, apostasy and equality. The word قام in the Qur'an has many meanings, including standing, implementing, replacing and held. The verb نصر when experiencing derivation has many meanings including helping, being Christian, helping each other, winning and asking for help.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the process of teaching Arabic using moving picture media and the level of vocabulary mastery in junior High School. This research method was quantitative with an experimental approach. The research was conducted at Islamic Junior High School 2 Jember, involving 30 students of grade VIII as the sample. The data collection method used a test. The test method was aimed at students to get vocabulary mastery data. The data analysis technique used the T-test to determine the level of vocabulary mastery after using moving picture media. The results showed that the learning process by using moving picture media had been able to increase students' learning activities and enthusiasm. The spirit of learning characterized by a high concentration during the learning process, encouraging students to understand the lesson easily. The high of learning concentration caused by the characteristics of the moving picture media varied and corresponded with students' progress. The success of using moving picture media was supported by the teacher's ability to use media. The results of statistical analysis showed that the application of moving picture media in learning Arabic had a significant effect on students' vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between meaning and words in Arabic and Indonesian and their correlation. This research falls under the category of a literature review. Various books, dictionaries, and scholarly journals were used as data sources. Data was obtained through documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman approach. The study results indicate that this linguistic phenomenon provides deep insights into the interaction between meaning and word forms within different cultural contexts. The findings reveal that the linguistic structure and dynamics of Arabic and Indonesian are influenced by phonotactic and semantic factors and the pressure to communicate efficiently. Furthermore, analyzing loanwords and meaning changes across languages enhances understanding of linguistic adaptation processes and semantic shifts

Abstract

Minat belajar merupakan bagian terpenting dalam keberhasilan belajar siswa. Sehingga penelitian ini mengkaji penghambat minat belajar bahasa arab siswa di MA Muhammadiyah Kota Bima. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data dari kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar bahasa Arab siswa di MA Muhammadiyah Kota Bima rendah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya meliputi faktor internal (motivasi dan bahasa) dan faktor eksternal (metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, sekolah, dan pra sarana). Dengan solusi meningkatkan minat belajar bahasa Arab siswa di MA Muhammadiyah Kota Bima adalah dengan: (1) meningkatkan motivasi siswa, (2) menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang menarik, (3) menyediakan media pembelajaran yang variatif, (4) memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana sekolah, dan (5) memberikan dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan keluarga.

Abstract

Arabic language book used by a student of of the first state islamic senior hight school Malang city head for commanding every language skills, there are listenig, reading, speaking, and writing. However the content within a book is not complete yet with arabic grammatology materials that it was agreeable by scientific approach in curriculum 2013. So, the book need supplementary learning materials to complete teaching complement. This research is development research use Borg and Gall model that it consist of 10 steps. This reserach use observation, interview, questioner, and test even gotten the data such quallitative and quatitative data. Research findings: (1) researcher was produced supplementary learning materials called by “al-mutammim” because it was be complement based on student needs. (2) based on produc validation values by the book design validator and the content of the nahwu material, this teaching material worthy of use at The Islamic State Senior High School. (3) this teaching materials able to upgrade student’s understanding and using this teaching materials was be effective for him

Abstract

Self-adjustment is an effort made by individuals in overcoming problems to harmonize self-pressure and the environment. Meanwhile, the adversity quotient is the intelligence a person has in overcoming difficulties and being able to survive. A person's adversity quotient can be measured by their ability to overcome every problem in life without giving up hope. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods with a correlational research design. There were 169 participants in this research. Data analysis in this study used a simple regression test. The results of the research show that the adversity quotient is able to predict students' self-adjustment abilities while studying at Islamic boarding schools. Adversity quotient can be an internal aspect of students that can be improved so that students are able to adapt to changing conditions while studying at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Education is very important for the development of life, improving the quality of life, both in terms of science, behavior and its benefits in society. Therefore, education must always be developed in accordance with the developments and demands of the times, including religious education. This is contrary to the reality that exists in social life as a result of social changes, religious values are not given enough attention. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Religious Deepening extracurricular towards instilling students' religious values, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The inculcation of religious values in students is a reference for the formation of a personality with good morals who believes and fears Allah SWT. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results showed that the Religious Deepening extracurricular activities at MA Al- Munawwaroh Kembangbahu were activities carried out to explore religious material and student personality. The implementation of this Religious Deepening extracurricular activity includes materials that will be delivered by the mentor. The method used is the lecture or story method, discussion and demonstration. Each mentor uses this method and adjusts the conditions of the students participating in the activity. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Religious Deepening extracurricular include: creative and innovative educators, the interests and talents of students, the desire and support from parents, adequate facilities, which are the difference between madrasas and public schools. While the inhibiting factors in this implementation are the lack of response from students, limited time for activities, lack of communication between parents, students, and educators, and playing gadgets.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, e-commerce menjadi sektor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian global, namun di Indonesia, penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam e-commerce masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Etika bisnis syariah, yang mengedepankan kejujuran, keadilan, transparansi, dan penghindaran riba dan gharar, menjadi penting untuk menciptakan transaksi yang halal dan berkeadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Shopee telah mengadopsi beberapa prinsip syariah, seperti transparansi produk dan sistem pembayaran bebas bunga, masih terdapat kendala, termasuk kurangnya edukasi dan pengawasan terhadap penerapan prinsip syariah di kalangan penjual dan pembeli. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pengawasan, edukasi, dan kolaborasi dengan regulator untuk meningkatkan implementasi etika bisnis syariah dalam transaksi e-commerce di Indonesia. Penerapan etika bisnis syariah tidak hanya mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi sosial dan spiritual, memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen, dan memperkaya ekosistem e-commerce di Indonesia.

Abstract

Covid-19 has had an impact on the management of learning. Principals must establish the right policies in dealing with COVID-19. The head of MTs Maarif NU Blitar City established an In-Out Learning System policy. The purpose of this study was to find out and elaborate on how the policy implementation model set by the head of MTs Maarif NU Blitar City in dealing with COVID-19. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods, data analysis was carried out using interactive methods which included the stages of data collection, condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the in-out learning system policy implementation model conducted by the head of MTs Maar NU Blitar City showed that there were five factors, namely, Oral and Written Communication (OCW), Tangible and Intangible Resources (TIR), Disposition process based on communication, positioning and incentives, Camouflage Bureaucratic Structure (CBS) and Leader and team commitment (LTC).
