Krisis energi yang melanda wilayah Provinsi Riau dan sekitarnya memberikan dampak penurunan nilai ekonomi masyarakat, hal tersebut disebabkan salah satunya adalah negara selalu bergantung kepada sumber energi fosil. Upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi krisis energi telah dilakukan dengan mengganti energi fosil dengan energi alternatif terbarukan dari limbah kelapa sawit. Produksi dan produktifitas kelapa sawit di Provinsi Riau memiliki peringkat terbesar di Indonesia, hal ini menjadi gambaran akan terwujudnya energi alternatif masa depan di Riau. Penelitian ini melakukan prediksi produksi dan produktifitas untuk kedepannya dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Regression. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan, diperoleh nilai prediksi untuk kedepannya mengalami penurunan hingga 52% dan hanya mengalami kenaikan 5 dari 74 lokasi sebesar 8% . Kernel SVR terbaik dari kombinasi percobaan ini adalah Radial Basis Function dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 95% dan nilai error galat (MSE) sebesar 6% terdapat pada fold 1 dengan rentang γ=20 dan C 23.

Bank XYZ, one of the state-owned banks in Indonesia has been implementing a web-based electronic office system, namely DiO (Digital Office System), since 2014. DiO provides a number of office automate facilities, such as office administration/management, word processing, and communication/mailing system. This research aims to analyze the most affecting factor that underlies the acceptance and usage of DiO by the employees (respondents) using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model approach. The study was conducted by using online survey involving employees of Bank XYZ. 380 samples were collected by using the judgment sampling method. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was applied to analyze the data collected from the respondents. The result shows that the employees’ use behavior of DiO was significantly influenced by the behavioral intention to use and facility condition. Furthermore, the employees’ behavioral intention to use DiO system is significantly influenced by performance expectancy; on the contrary, effort expectancy and social influence have no effect.Keywords: e-office, DiO System, UTAUT model, behavioral intention to use, use behavior, SEMABSTRAKBank XYZ, salah satu bank milik pemerintah yang telah menerapkan sistem elektronik office, disebut DiO (Digital Office System) sejak tahun 2014. Aplikasi DiO mengakomodir beberapa fasilitas otomasi dalam bentuk pengelolaan administrasi perkantoran, pengolahan kata dan komunikasi/pengiriman surat menyurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku penggunaan DiO oleh karyawan Bank XYZ dengan pendekatan model the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Penelitian telah dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan karyawan Bank XYZ sebagai responden. Sampel sebanyak 380 dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode judgement sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model(SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku penggunaan DiO secara aktual (use behavior) dari karyawan Bank XYZ secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh behavioral intention to use dan fasilitas pendukung. Behavioral intention to use DiO karyawan Bank XYZ hanya terbentuk karena pengaruh harapan kinerja sementara harapan usaha dan pengaruh sosial tidak berpengaruh.Kata kunci: e-office, sistem DiO, model UTAUT, behavioral intention to use, use behavior, SEM

Inadequate asset management in non-profit organizations, in this case, Higher Education (PT), will harm the value of the potential benefits that can be obtained from those assets. SIMA IPB is the application of Information Technology (IT) which is expected to be able to support the achievement of accountability in the environment of IPB. In this research, the maturity level analysis of SIMA IPB uses the Framework of Control for Information and Related Technology 4.1 (COBIT 4.1), which is one of the tools used to see existing IT governance. COBIT has four domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). The results of this study were carried out in the PO, AI, DS and ME framework domain based on the maturity level of the COBIT 4.1 framework illustrated in the spider chart. The results found that the level of IT maturity in SIMA IPB Beta Version at Level 4 (managed) with an average maturity index (PO, 3.66), (AI, 3.39), (DS, 3.59), (ME, 3.54), and the gap value (gap) with an average value of 0.84, for the PO domain at level 4 (managed), AI domain level 3 (defined), DS level 4 (managed) domain and ME level 4 (managed) domain. Technological changes impacts changes in behavior and work systems carried out by the organization. The company's investment in new technology should be able to increase revenue, but PT XYZ's revenue growth tends to be stagnant. Therefore, the central management designs an assessment measure that could be used to evaluate a unit's performance. This study aimed to analyze the differences in the international roaming unit's performance due to technological changes using the learning & development, customers, internal business processes, and financial approach. Also, it aimed to initiate recommendations to improve the performance of international roaming units due to technological changes. The data used were secondary data from internal companies, while the methods used were descriptive, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and paired test. The result obtained was that security criteria had a real difference in the impact of technology adoption on the learning & development indicator. There were significant differences in the business process indicator due to technological change. There was no significant difference in the impact of technology adoption in terms of the customer and financial indicators. Public financial management transparency and accountability is one of the implementations of good governance. The Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) has developed the Integrated Budget Implementation Information System (SIPADU) application to monitor the government's financial management to achieve accountable and transparent financial management. SIPADU has been built and used, but its implementation has not yet achieved an optimal function. This study found that it is related to the SIPADU management evaluation, maturity level, and SIPADU governance improvement. This study aimed to analyze SIPADU maturity level using the COBIT 4.1 approach. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, and the respondents were users and administrators of SIPADU. Interviews were conducted, in addition to the questionnaire results measurement. The data were calculated to determine the maturity level. The results showed that the SIPADU maturity level was still level 3 below the expected level, namely level 4. The agency's management is recommended to develop SIPADU. System development is directed to the development of Academic Management Information System (MIS), which are interactive and provide information about academic. Department of Communication and Community Development Science developed an Academic Management Information System (Simak). Simak already developed but still have constraints in terms of users. User needs evaluation, ICT literacy measurement used as an approach to solving the constraints that exist for Simak users.

Information technology application of in libraries functionsin a variety offorms, one of which shaped by the utilization of libraryi nformation system to enablet he processing of data and reports quickly. Therefore the libraryi nformation system is in dispensable in determining business decisions. The development of library information systems are needed to carried out in accordance with the need of the business process. The purposeof this research is developing feature reports SliMS at President University Libraryto meet business process. SLiMS has been chosenasone of the development library information system to creat the enrichment of the report feature. They are Annual Circulation, Circulation per Capita, Membership Report, Registration as a Percentage of Population, Visitor perYear, Library Visit perCapita, Growing of Collection, with using the method of prototyping model.The Testing sistem results the enrichment of report feature can help to create library report with user friendly dan based on decision making for future library planning at President University Library.Keywords: Management Information System, Reporting SLiMS, Prototyping, University Library.

Institutional repository is an essential part functioning as a storage for keeping the collection of publication digitally. Del Institute of Technology (ITD) has its own collection of institutional publication but it does not have institutional repository. Before developing the application, it is essential that a feasibility study be conducted in order to ensure the development of ITD's application will run well. Feasibility study is conducted through first phase of knowledge management system life cycle and the model is IPB institutional repository. Based on the analysis of the feasibility of the ITD infrastructure percentages obtained in building institutional repository is 51.96%. The percentage is derived from the percentage of the value of the following eligibility is infrastructure (21.44%), human resources (14.33%), Budget (0%), Rules / SOP / SK (3,40%) and Content (12.79%). Based on the results of the study referred to the several things that need to be addressed in the effort to develop the institutional repository ITD and refer to the model repository development in IPB is to provide the infrastructure that is software as a tool for transferring media content repository, making decree team, create a SOP for digital documents and the handover of the scientific work of the academic community ITD. Community College of popular as the academic community. Administrative activities in universities can not be separated from the recording of incoming and outgoing mail, file reception and file delivery. The archiving process as an important record of the history of the institution, for easy access and collection of data, synthesize information and improve the utilization of archives. Application of Information Technology (IT) is essential to the use and development of IT for the better in the service of the administration of the university. IPB Archives Unit has been using Dynamic Archival Information System (SIKD) and Static Archival Information System (SIKS) to serve the management of governance archiving. However, the use of information systems used by the Archives Unit IPB unknown level governance capabilities within IT management. Therefore this study to evaluate the capability of IT management level in the management of archives using the framework Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT). Selection of COBIT framework because it has many advantages one of them as a control tool facilitates business requirements development of Standard Operating Procedures (POB) and provide recommendations to improve management of the management. Domain of COBIT process selected after the mapping with the goal of IPB Archives Unit. The results of the mapping created a questionnaire. Questionnaires were administered to respondents who manage the archiving process on IPB Archives Unit. The data obtained were processed to determine the level of capability IPB Archives Unit. The results obtained from this study indicate that the Archives Unit IPB capability criteria are at level 1 (performed process) to the percentage of votes the capabilities of the application of best practice IT management is at Capability Level L (Largely Achieved).Keywords: Capability Level, COBIT, SIKD, SIKS, IPB Archives Unit

Web as a source of global information has created a new challenge for archiving digital material. National Web Archive as one part of the web portal of the National Digital Library has an important role in the effort to store, manage, archive and preserve the documentary heritage of Indonesia in online formats. This study was done to evaluate the utilization of associated factors that interact and influence the level of user acceptance of the technology of this web archiving system. The study using the modeling methodology TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) as a theoretical framework and multivariate statistical analysis techniques SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) software tools. Data were collected through snowball sampling with the help of an online questionnaire, where the number of 110 respondents in this study are pemustaka who utilize the site of the National Library. The results show the suitability of TAM as a theoretical framework that can accept the hypothesis that has positive and significant exception Influence Perception of Benefits (PU) on Intention to Use (BITU) indicates a value below 0.736 because of the measurement standard price table = 1.96 ie thitung <ttable so H0 is accepted.Keywords: web archive, Technology Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Modeling.
