Abstract

 The level of consumption of animal protein in Indonesia has been increasing. Unfortunately, this increase has not been balanced by the adequate rise stock production.  The use of closed house system for broiler production is very potential to contribute the increase of protein source. The purpose of this research is to build a knowledge management system broiler production management closed house system. Web-based system developed using PHP programming language, and Protégé as processing knowledge representation. This research has developed the concept of knowledge management system with ontology model of semantic network, among the results of this research is a conceptual model, knowledge maps, and prototype production management knowledge management website broiler closed house system. Knowledge management system is equipped with recording system applications. This application is useful to be able to see results in the production of a period of production. The prototype knowledge management website provides links consultancy services for farmers who want to ask about production management. The concept of knowledge management systems can be used as a basis for building a semantic website that can model the process and rules management broiler production closed house system.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the Islamic pillars that has strategic contribution to the society. Zakat is one of the  Muslim obligation. It is also a form of social solidarity. The collaborative research conducted by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNas) and Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) estimated the potential of zakat collection in Indonesia could reach about Rp 217 trillion every year that has not been achieved yet. Researchers and practitioners have advised to implement a Knowledge Management System (KMS) to optimize the collection and BAZNas’s objectives. The objective of this research is to develop web-based Zakat Knowledge Management System (ZKMS). The KMS development methodology is done with using Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). Knowledge has been captured from experts consisting of practitioners and scientists from BAZNas of Bogor City, muzakki, documents, books and journals. ZKMS was developed using ASP.NET framework, C# programming language and MySQL database management system. The system has menu that are user, zakat knowledge, questions and answers with experts, interaction between members, about us, profiles and knowledge sources. Abstract

Fertilizer is a chemical substance or organism that has the role in supplying the nutrient substance to the plants directly or indirectly added to the soil in order for the plant to ordinary grow.  Much information on fertilizer is available on the internet, however the existence is still widely spread. Therefore, a forum to especially accommodate fertilizer selection using knowledge management system (KMS) is needed. In this research on fertilizer selection using knowledge management system is developed using the KMS Life Cycle (KMSLC) method, and implemented using Web based application. The knowledge in this system is obtained from expert explicit data entry and uploaded file from the users that has to be validated by an expert. The expert validation process is carried out with approval system, communication through messages and conversation. Abstract

The knowledge management is a model involving the information system in the knowledge processing. Tim Penyelesaian Kerugian Negara (TPKN) is one of sources of information related to the state loss settlement, so it needs the development of knowledge management system on the state loss settlement to ease the users when looking for the references of knowledge as completely as possible, accurately, and quickly. This research aims to develop the system of knowledge management on the state loss in LAPAN (SIMAPKLA). The used research methodology is Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). The tacit, explicit knowledge is taken from the experts and it is stored in the Knowledge Base (KB). The design model uses the approach with the orientation of object and implementation with Yii Framework and blackbox testing. The menu on this system includes home, about us, dictionary, news, meeting schedulles, knowledge about state loss, e-document, progress, and forum. Abstract

Consumption of fuel oil is increasing, but it is not accompanied by supply. Transportation sector is spent the most existing fuel. Therefore, it is crucial to look for alternative type of fuel such as biodiesel to overcome the fuel shortage. The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility on how the investment of waste cooking oil as the biodiesel material production. This study consists of two phases. First is calculating feasibility fuzzy model with the input price of biodiesel, waste cooking oil prices and interest rates, and as its output are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) and Payback Period (PBP). Second is predicting the feasibility of using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). The results of the analysis for each type of membership function (mf) were obtained triangular accuracy 77%, accuracy gaussian 53% and trapezoidal accuracy 61%. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v13i3.7122

Abstract

Teknologi imersif seperti augmented reality, virtual reality, media sosial, avatar virtual, dan game online telah mendukung pendidikan. Pertanian, sebagai salah satu proses penting untuk kesejahteraan manusia, menuntut teknologi pendidikan yang kaya interaksi dan konten untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang lingkungan pertanian yang kompleks. Tren teknologi pendidikan saat ini mulai bergeser ke metaverse. Namun, ada kesenjangan antara penerapan teknologi imersif saat ini dan metaverse yang matang. Selain itu, penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan kurangnya penekanan pada teori pembelajaran, konten pembelajaran, dan elemen desain untuk aplikasi imersif dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan tersebut, khususnya dalam pendidikan pertanian. Kami secara sistematis menganalisis publikasi sebelumnya yang mengembangkan aplikasi mendalam untuk pendidikan pertanian di pendidikan tinggi. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa (1) sebagian besar konten pembelajaran dan elemen desain teknologi metaverse kurang dimanfaatkan; (2) ada banyak kesenjangan implementasi antara implementasi saat ini dengan metaverse yang matang; dan (3) Pendidikan metaverse yang matang adalah kompleks dan mahal, sehingga perencanaan jangka panjang yang cermat dan mengidentifikasi kasus penggunaan dianjurkan. Kesenjangan ini penting untuk penelitian selanjutnya tentang pengembangan metaverse untuk pendidikan, terutama di bidang pertanian. Kami berharap hasil penelitian ini akan memberi pendidik pengetahuan dasar tentang teknologi metaverse untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dalam memanfaatkan metaverse di lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The land plays a significant role in world life to continue its journey and fulfill living things’ needs. However, there is a noticeable increasing trend in farmland abandonment, directly affecting farmers’ livelihood and food security (Paudel et al. 2020). Remote sensing analysis reported that all the districts and subdistricts in Karawang Regency have abandoned land with varying numbers and more distributed more intensely in the hub of the region. The study has discovered that the total number of farmland abandonment is 28 times of the Central Beauaru Statistics has claimed. 75% producer accuracy, terminology, minimum unit data collected, land ownership, and the ability of remote sensing to read all earth reflectan are the possible answer to the disparity. Machine learning informed that the top three essential variables are the irrigation service, the hillside, and the spatial plan that drives farmland abandonment. Thus, developing a new irrigation service to access the remote farmland and reviewing the spatial that have more flavor to the agriculture are the scenario proposed by this study, while the hillside remains a constraint.

Abstract

One alternative to improve feed quality is to combine the main feed with forages which are more economical in cost but contain high protein sources, such as sorghum. Production estimation is essential because it will determine the sustainability of the feed. This study aimed to estimate the amount of sorghum production using support vector regression (SVR). Several stages of this research are collecting data, preprocessing, modelling, and evaluation. The dataset used and the input for this SVR algorithm model is field observation data. The kernels used in the SVR algorithm modelling are linear, Polynomial, and RBF. Sorghum production estimation using SVR has a performance evaluation value that refers to the root mean square error (RMSE). The result of this research is that the model obtained from the SVR algorithm can estimate sorghum production with performance evaluation values using R2, mean absolute error (MAE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), and RMSE. The best results on the Polynomial kernel are R2=0.7841, MAE=0.0681, MAPE=0.46641, and RMSE=0.1006. This study shows that the classification model obtained from the SVR algorithm with Kernel Polynomial is the best model for estimating sorghum production.

Abstract

The electric car market in Indonesia is still relatively weak, even though electric cars have a positive impact on the environment. The Indonesian government supports the growth and development of electric vehicles by issuing several policies to attract people's purchasing intentions in Indonesia. This study analyzes environmental concern and government policy that influence the purchase intention of electric car in Indonesia through extended theory of planned behavior concept and understands the characteristics of respondents and formulates managerial implications to increase the purchase intention of electric cars in Indonesia. The analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with 100 respondents. The results obtained in terms of public perception of people's purchase intention to support the sale of electric cars, where the variables of attitude, behavior control, environmental concern, and government policies have a good perception of the intention to buy electric cars, and neutral perception for the subjective norm variable. Environmental concern and government policies have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy an electric car. Abstract

In the era of Information and Communication Technology, the competency of Aglaonema farmers needs to have learning independence in line with the demands of the times. The purpose of this study is to find out the constraints of aglaonema farmers in increasing competence in aspects of production and marketing quality, and to examine the solution through the implementation of a Knowledge Management System. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of collecting data through in-depth interviews and literature review. The results of the data analysis show that the constraints of Aglaonema farmers are that there is very little communication and cooperation, lack of innovation, conventional marketing, very little use of ICT, lack of support from research and development institutions from the government/relevant agencies, and less effective farmer groups. Efforts to increase farmer competence can implement a Knowledge Management System, so that farmers can learn from various sources, share experiences and communicate with stakeholders from upstream to downstream.AbstrakPada era Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, kompetensi petani Aglaonema perlu memiliki kemandirian belajar seiring tuntutan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala petani aglaonema dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pada aspek kualitas produksi dan pemasaran, serta mengkaji solusinya melalui implementasi Knowledge Management System. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan kajian literatur. Hasil analisis data diketahui kendala-kendala petani Aglaonema adalah komunikasi dan kerjasama sangat kurang, kurang berinovasi, pemasaran konvensional, penggunaan TIK sangat kurang, dukungan lembaga riset dan pembinaan dari pemerintah/dinas terkait masih kurang, serta kelompok petani kurang efektif. Upaya meningkatkan kompetensi petani tersebut dapat mengimplementasikan Knowledge Management System, sehingga petani dapat belajar dengan berbagai sumber, sharing pengalaman dan komunikasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan dari hulu ke hilir.
