Abstract

Blockchain is an inspiring new technology that requires a lot of attention from various researchers and companies. This technology offers various benefits, where the newest derivative of this technology is Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT). In NFT, various digital assets such as images, videos, music or virtual creations are traded. The relatively new NFT creates a lack of user knowledge to be able to utilize this technology as a digital asset for trading. On the one hand, users welcome the use of NFTs as a tool to gain financial gain, but on the other hand, there are users who doubt the long-term success of NFTs as a form of investment and see them as a temporary trend that may be detrimental in the event of a market crash. The purpose of this research is to explore various factors that can impact the attitudes of NFT users. The research used a quantitative method which was carried out at the Indonesian NFT Community, involving 377 respondents as a sample. Questionnaires were distributed online using the Google form on the Telegram platform. The data analysis used in this research is by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that there are five factors that significantly influence the attitude of NFT users. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and personal innovativeness have a positive and significant effect on user attitudes, while perceived risk has a negative effect and is one of the factors that has the most impact on user attitudes than other factors, followed by perceived trust in the second position as the most dominant variable. So like any new technology, NFTs have risks and trust issues that most users consider.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of knowledge sharing on sustainable performance with employee ambidexterity as a mediator. A survey was conducted with 200 employees from various organizations in Indonesia. The results suggest that knowledge sharing has a positive impact on sustainable performance, and employee ambidexterity mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and sustainable performance. These findings suggest that organizations should encourage knowledge sharing among employees and develop employee ambidexterity to improve sustainable performance.

Abstract

The SmartCampus application is still built with a monolithic architecture, where all components are tightly integrated into one unit. The increasing complexity of user scalability and service demands within the information system with a monolithic architecture is evident in the application's declining performance. In this research, a performance analysis is conducted by implementing refactoring from a monolithic architecture to microservices using the decomposition and strangler patterns. The Decomposition pattern divides the monolithic application into several business domains based on their main service categories, while the strangler pattern breaks down the business domains into microservices by replacing specific functions with new services through the stages of transform, co-exist, and eliminate. Once the new functionalities are ready, the old components are deactivated, and the new services are put into operation. The application's feasibility and quality considerations are assessed using the ISO/IEC 25010 model, which comprises eight characteristics: functionality suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. The performance of the resulting microservices application is tested using different performance testing types, such as load testing, spike testing, stress testing, and soak testing. Microservices showing satisfactory performance improvements will be isolated using container technology to optimize application resource efficiency and anticipate long-term needs

Abstract

Due to Indonesia's large Muslim population, the issue of halal is contentious for Indonesians, and many restaurants in Indonesia do not have halal certification. This study investigates the various factors that influence customer behavior and identifies managerially implementable consumer clusters. This study used a quantitative methodology, focusing on a sample of consumers residing in the Greater Jakarta area. Lemeshow sampling was used to gather data from 196 respondents via an online survey. The analysis technique consisted of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Partial Least Square and cluster analysis using the K-means algorithm with the Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA). Subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, halal awareness, and intention factors have been proven to have positive and significant effects on consumer behavior when choosing a halal restaurant. The findings on consumer clusters that have evolved provide significant managerial implications. Assistance is required from halal institutions, businesses, and consumers with a high level of halal awareness to raise their awareness of halal.

Abstract

Actual Indonesia's inflation rate is higher than the government's inflation target. One of the reasons is that the dataset for calculating food group inflation is asymmetric due to incomplete supply and demand data. This study tries to overcome asymmetric data constraints by providing an enterprise system for strategic horticultural commodities (SHES). The research method used the first three Zachman Framework perspectives: the executive perspective contextual view, the business management perspective conceptual view, and the architect's perspective physical view, each evaluated using the Why and Who facets. Respectively, the result of the Why facet is about business drivers and motivation intention: vision, mission, and goals; strategic goals and the SHES model's entity goals/objectives; and system development rules, requirements, and functionality representation. The Who facets results are associated with responsibility assignments of farmers, merchants, sub-district data collectors, District Agriculture offices, developers, users, and managers (tested using high-fidelity prototypes/mockups). With SHES, data and information collection becomes systematic and holistic, immediately in the form of real-time data from farmers and traders. Access to SHES uses the farmer's/trader's mobile phone. Thus, data recapitulation, from village to sub-district, district, to provincial and national, will likely be based on reality/data facts in the field. Abstract

The rapid development of knowledge encourages universities to collaborate on their knowledge in specific expertise field to create an equitable distribution of knowledge. Program of computer science at Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) is a superior expertise in the field of agriculture while Pakuan University (UNPAK) is superior expertise in the field of electronics. The aim of this study was to design a prototype of knowledge management system as the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-universities using Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The study result was Joomla one kind of Content Management System (CMS) can be used to share knowledge in the form of discussion forums and combining various info from IPB and UNPAK in one interface including news, announcements, agenda, and social media. This CMS also collaborate with applications Electronic Learning System (ELS) Moodle and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). ELS Moodle serves as an application in learning of inter-university with the single sign concept which was run in a single interface, while HTML serves as a search engine knowledge by generating external link that combines 2 KMS from IPB and UNPAK into one interface. The conclusion was the knowledge sharing for learning of inter-university can be done with the design of knowledge management system through collaboration three different systems.Keywords: CMS Joomla, ELS Moodle, HTML search engine, KMSLC, Knowledge Management Systems, Prototype

Abstract

Pengidentifikasian penyakit kedelai secara dini menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatan angka produktifitas kedelai. Jumlah pakar penyakit kedelai yang masih relatif sedikit apalagi di daerah pedesaan membuat ketergantungan atas keberadaan seorang pakar penyakit kedelai sangatlah tinggi terutama bagi para pemula di bidang pertanian. Suatu sistem pakar menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat dijadikan sarana untuk berkonsultasi tentang penyakit kedelai layaknya seorang pakar. Sistem yang diimplementasikan dalam basis Android akan lebih mudah digunakan di manapun dan kapanpun tanpa harus bertemu dengan pakar karena kesempatan dan waktu pakar yang tidak mudah untuk ditemui setiap saat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar identifikasi awal penyakit kedelai dengan mengadopsi metode Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) untuk tahapan pengembangan sistem dan pendekatan Naïve Bayes sebagai metode inferensinya. Hasil penelitian ini berupa prototype sistem pakar XSIDS yang terdiri dari enam modul utama yaitu modul pengetahuan tentang kedelai, kebijakan pemerintah, konsultasi, tentang kami, tentang XSIDS dan note.Kata Kunci : Android, ESDLC, Naïve Bayes, Sistem Pakar, Penyakit Tanaman Kedelai

Abstract

Nowadays the quality aspects of information technology (IT) implementation plays an imperative role in the case of supporting services to its related stakeholders, mainly more on the issue of an effective and efficient process. To provide a more reliable, understandable, reusable, and maintainable academic information systems, Graduate School of IPB needs to improve the quality of its IT. Development of information systems (IS) through the proper stages of analysis and design expected to create a reliable and qualified IS. This research will evaluate the effectiveness of Academic Management IS. An evaluation conducted by observing the current system, using questionnaires, and measurement using a Likert scale. Questionnaire instrument tested for its validity (Product Moment) and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha) using SPSS version 19. Abstract

Jalan tol merupakan infrastruktur yang memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi, sehingga aset-aset yang terkait dengan jalan tol perlu dikelola dengan baik. Kini, pengelolaan aset jalan tol dinilai sulit karena masih dilakukan secara manual dengan data yang sangat banyak. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Road Asset Management System (RAMS) yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan aset secara digital. Data yang digunakan merupakan data spasial dan non-spasial aset jalan tol ruas Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar. Sistem dikembangan menggunakan Y-Model Webgis Methodology (YWDM) dengan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, JavaScript, dan CSS. RAMS yang dikembangkan berupa berupa sebuah WebGIS yang dapat menampilkan visualisasi aset jalan tol pada peta online OpenStreetMap, menambahkan aset baru menggunakan file GeoJSON, mencari dan melihat rincian aset, serta melihat rekap aset dalam bentuk grafik. Data aset seperti identifikasi jalan, ramp, akses, rambu jalan, lampu jalan, dan lainnya dengan total 51 tabel data spasial dan 31 tabel data non-spasial tersimpan dalam basis data PosgreSQL. Pengguna yang dapat mengakses sistem ini terbagi atas dua peran, yaitu admin yang dapat mengelola aset dan publik yang hanya dapat melihat aset. Pengujian fungsionalitas yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

One of the economic alternatives to improve the quality of ruminant feed is combining grass as the main feed with high-protein forages such as sorghum. To get a quality sorghum harvest during the period, it must be right when it has good biomass content, nutrients, and digestibility. The problem is that measuring quality in the laboratory has additional costs and time, which is not short, causing delays. An approach with machine learning using a convolutional neural network can be a better solution. This research uses a convolutional neural network algorithm with the right architecture to estimate sorghum harvest time from imaging results of unmanned aerial vehicles. The stages of this research include data collection, pre-processing, modeling, and finally, the evaluation stage. This research compares the results of several convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm architectural models: simple CNN, ResNet50 V2, visual geometry group-16 (VGG-16), MobileNet V2, and Inception V3. The result is determining the CNN algorithm architectural model that can estimate sorghum harvest time with maximum accuracy. The best result is the simple CNN architectural model with an accuracy of 0.95. This research shows that the classification model obtained from the CNN algorithm with a simple CNN architecture is the choice model for estimating sorghum harvest time.
