Lembaga Pelatihan XYZ merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan, konsultasi dan penilaian serta penelitian yang mengkhususkan diri di bidang keuangan dan perbankan. Dalam perkembangannya, Lembaga Pelatihan XYZ telah membuat IT Master Plan. Namun Lembaga Pelatihan XYZ belum memiliki indikator yang dapat merepresentasikan bahwa kinerja teknologi informasi sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis tata kelola teknologi informasi untuk mengetahui kinerja teknologi informasi. Tujuannya untuk mencari nilai tingkat kemampuan, menganalisis nilai kesenjangan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan survei. Domain proses yang digunakan adalah EDM03 (Ensured Risk Optimization), APO11 (Managed Quality), BAI06 (Managed IT Changes) dan DSS03 (Managed Problems) dari Framework COBIT 2019. Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan tingkat kapabilitas IT Master Plan Lembaga Pelatihan XYZ untuk masing-masing domain proses yaitu EDM 03 berada di level 1, APO11 berada di level 2, BAI06 berada di level 2, dan, DSS03 berada di level 4. Selain itu diperoleh hasil analisis gap yaitu 2 untuk domain EDM03 dan 1 untuk domain APO11, BAI06 dan DSS03. Selanjutnya diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, salah satu rekomendasi adalah peningkatan kompetensi pegawai.

Divisi IT Infrastruktur dan Operasi Bank XYZ merupakan unit kerja di bawah Direktorat Digital dan Teknologi Informasi yang bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional sentra data Bank, infrastruktur jaringan komunikasi, manajemen keamanan. Divisi Infrastruktur telah mengembangkan infrastruktur jaringan TI perbankan dan telah memiliki infrastruktur jaringan digital. Bagi Divisi Infrastruktur, teknologi digital merupakan tulang punggung pengembangan layanan produk perbankan. Dalam rangka memberikan layanan kepada nasabah, Divisi Infrastruktur dan Operasi perlu standard nilai tata kelola. Hal ini dimaksud untuk mengukur berapa besar tingkat kemampuan operasional layanan perbankan yang dikelola. Oleh karena itu perlu dievaluasi dan analisis tata kelola bidang infrastruktur jaringan teknologi informasi untuk menilai kondisi baik. Tujuan evaluasi adalah mengukur tingkat kapabilitas, analisis nilai kesenjangan (gap) dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik wawancara dimaksud untuk memperoleh domain objektif yang akan dianalisis. Sedangkan teknik kuesioner untuk memperoleh nilai pengukuran dari domain objektif terpilih menggunakan faktor desain pada COBIT 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh nilai kapabilitas level 3 pada domain objektif APO12 (Managed Risk), DSS03 (Managed Problem), dan DSS04 (Managed Continuity). Sedangkan nilai kapabilitas level 2 pada domain objektif DSS02 (Managed Service Request and Incidents) dan DSS05 (Managed Security Services). Hasil ini merupakan deskripsi tata kelola dan manajemen Bank XYZ saat ini dalam mengelola infrastruktur jaringan TI yang telah dilaksanakan.

The application of information technology (IT) has now become a necessity in all aspects of both individuals, groups or organizations and even government institutions. The implementation of IT in government is a form of execution of the President's instruction No. 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for the development of e-government. IT infrastructure itself is a foundation and framework that supports a system or organization. Excellent IT infrastructure support will contribute to accelerating the achievement of organizational goals. Evaluation of IT infrastructure readiness in Diskominfo in Padangsidimpuan City is done using the COBIT framework, by measuring the maturity level of IT infrastructure governance that refers to IT management goals number 10 and 11 in COBIT that are mapped on 13 COBIT process domains. The results of the evaluation of the level of achievement in each process there are eight processes at the completion of levels 1 and five are at the achievement of level 0. The level of hope for achieving the whole process is at level 3 and the gap consists of 2 degrees and 3 levels of achievement. The recommendations given in the form of a SWOT in this study aim to increase the level of maturity of IT infrastructure governance to support the implementation of e-government in the city government of Padangsidimpuan.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to model the metadata of Payload Information on Agriculture Drones which consists of the results of images computational and the Onboard system of the Drone.Methods: The stages of the research were carried out with the process of forming Payload information metadata from the Agriculture Drone with sensors/actuators based on the architecture and computing with Image Processing or Computer Vision on the camera captures. This study describes the metadata modeling process formed from the Internet of Things system with Drone and GCS communication based on the Long Range or Long-Range Wide Area Network protocols with Payload information consisting of drone data and image computation results. Result: The result obtained is the formation of Payload information from LoRa-based Drones with a frame size of 142 bytes. Novelty: Payload information is formed into a metadata model indicator with the formation scheme being part of the tea plantation dataset. The metadata model will be test expected to obtain field data on Drones and GCS communication in the LoRaWAN Network in tea plantations which are rural environments.

In the era of supply chain digitalization, adaptability and transparency are key to enhancing efficiency and trust. Although blockchain technology and smart contract offer innovative solutions, the limitations of static smart contract hinder their full potential. This article introduces a new approach using dynamic smart contract capable of managing various commodities in the supply chain with a key-value store. While this advantage provides flexibility, it still poses challenges in managing increasingly complex interactions among various actors, especially when the number of commodities increases. To address these challenges, this study introduces the concept of smart contract interaction that facilitates the automation and management of interactions with high efficiency. The implementation results show that smart contract interaction outperforms conventional approaches in terms of speed, resilience, and ease of management. Through the combination of dynamic smart contract and smart contract interaction, demonstrating how efficiency, transparency, adaptability, and scalability can be achieved in the supply chain, providing new insights into the utilization of blockchain technology for the modern industry.

The objective of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of Blockchain for land services at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning. The study was conducted using a rationalistic approach combined with a naturalistic paradigm. Data were collected through observation, stratified sampling, and systems analysis. A black box test was conducted to test the effectiveness of blockchain usage. This method was used to determine if the software was working properly. As a result, it was found that the Ministry of Agriculture and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (Ministry of ATR/BPN) land service included target optimization divided into two subsections: time and target. Of the two subsections (time and goals), delays in the completion of land certificates and initial preparation of land certificates were found to be less effective. The problem was that there were still some land certificates for which terms and timeliness certainty were inconsistent with the Land Agency Commissioner's Decree No. 1 of 2010 on Service Standards and Land Regulations. The design of the Blockchain system for land services of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning was developed in a limited manner based on the simplification of land data entities (in blockchain technology referred to as business objects) with the aim of illustrating how smart contracts contributed to each stage of data transactions. Thus, the Blockchain system was considered to have a high security value, especially when applied in the digital land certificate security system. Preschool teachers play a crucial role in influencing children's eating patterns at school, which is of utmost importance considering the detrimental impact of malnutrition on preschool children's cognitive abilities. In order to improve preschool teachers' nutrition behavior, it is imperative to provide education on nutritional behavior. One effective approach is implementing nutrition education for teachers through e-Health, which offers numerous advantages such as easier access and wider reach. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the Pegia eHealth intervention in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of preschool teachers regarding nutrition. The sample consisted of 24 teachers from eight preschool centers in Purwokerto City, Indonesia. The e-Health intervention was conducted for 12 weeks, and the differences before and after the intervention were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant increase in the median knowledge by 12.00 with an interquartile range (IR) of 14.00, the median attitudes by 10.50 (IR: 8.75), and the median nutrition practices by 7.00 (IR: 3.00) (p-value < 0.05). The Pegia eHealth intervention showed its effectiveness in improving the nutrition knowledge, attitudes, and practices of preschool teachers.

KMS Sawit Mobile Application has been developed since 2020 to enhance private palm oil farmers productivity by sharing its information to the other users. The first aim of this research is to implement the strategy of KMS Sawit Mobile Application for private palm oil farmers, secondly it is also to do usability testing of the application so that would be found the constraints when using the app. The methodology used in this research is by using implementation method – KM IRIS with PRA approach with usability testing in learnability, efficiency, and error aspects by giving some task scenarios. It is obtained from the research that the palm oil farmers are able to use and interact using the app. The measurement result of the usability testing showed that the learnability aspect point is 91.5%, the efficiency aspect point is 0.0864, and the error aspect point is 0,56 which is interpreted that the succession of palm oil farmers when using the app is above the average by solving the task swiftly and the number of errors they made is below the average. Therefore, based on that result it is showed that the KMS Sawit Mobile Application is can be used easily and fastly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model yang dapat memprediksi jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus dengan predikat cum laude pada perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma machine learning untuk klasifikasi sehingga dapat dilakukan prediksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas model dalam memprediksi kelulusan cum laude agar dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi universitas untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan secara keseluruhan dan mengatasi penurunan standar kelulusan yang mungkin terjadi. Prediksi jumlah mahasiswa cum laude dilakukan pada penelitian ini, untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pemangku kebijakan pada perguruan tinggi. Dengan memanfaatkan teknik machine learning, institusi dapat mengantisipasi dan mendukung mahasiswa dalam mencapai predikat cum laude, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas lulusan secara keseluruhan. Dalam penelitian ini, dibandingkan tiga algoritma machine learning yakni algoritma Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, dan C4.5 untuk melakukan prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa dengan predikat cum laude. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kasus ini kinerja terbaik dicapai oleh algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan nilai akurasi 87.60%, precision 86.70%, recall 92.10% dan F1-score 89.30%. Selain itu, algoritma Naïve Bayes juga menghasilkan nilai waktu komputasi terendah pada kasus yang diujikan dibandingkan dengan algoritma lainnya.

Peningkatan ancaman terhadap keamanan informasi saat ini dan tuntutan regulasi terhadap sistem Ina-geoportal sebagai sistem elektronik strategis menuntut Badan Informasi Geospasial untuk menerapkan serta memperoleh sertifikasi standar ISO/IEC 27001 pada ruang lingkup Ina-geoportal. Analisis kesenjangan dilakukan guna mengevaluasi tingkat ketersediaan persyaratan standar dan kontrol keamanan informasi yang telah ditetapkan, berdasarkan studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara kepada 10 responden dari Pusat Pengelolaan dan Penyebarluasan Informasi Geospasial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas persyaratan dalam standar belum terpenuhi, dengan 20 dari 26 persyaratan masih belum terpenuhi. Hal ini terjadi karena Badan Informasi Geospasial baru menerapkan ISO/IEC 27001 pada ruang lingkup fasilitas fisik dan jaringan di pusat data. Dari 108 kontrol keamanan informasi yang ditetapkan, sebanyak 28 kontrol belum terpenuhi, meskipun sebagian besar kontrol telah terpenuhi oleh penerapan standar pada ruang lingkup saat ini.
