Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of students' learning activities using the Android learning-to-read application and to determine the improvement in students' reading skills in class I at SDN 41 Batu Putih, Palopo City. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of several stages, namely planning, implementation, observation or observation, and reflection. The focus of the research is to improve students' reading skills by using the learning-to-read Android application. The research subjects were all class I students at SDN 41 Batu Putih, Palopo City, totaling 26 students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this research show that in cycle I the description of student learning activities in meeting I got a percentage of 27% (poor), meeting II was 36% (poor), and meeting III was 55% (good). The average overall score percentage in cycle I was 39% (less). In cycle II, the description of student learning activities in meeting I got a percentage of 61% (good), meeting II was 86% (very good), and meeting III was 100% (very good). The average overall score percentage in cycle II was 82% (very good). The percentage of students' reading ability in cycle I got a percentage of 39% (poor) and in cycle II got percentage of 82% (very good). Based on the results of the percentage of learning activities and improvement in students' reading skills using the learning to read an android application, it can be concluded that students experienced an increase in their reading skills through using the "Belajar Membaca" android application.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate the Hypnoteaching-Based Learning model in strengthening character in elementary schools. It is a research and development study conducted using the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were students at MI Darul Khaeriyah Towondu in Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi. The validity of the model was assessed by three experts: learning design experts, character education implementation experts, and hypnoteaching experts, who evaluated and provided assessments of the developed Hypnoteaching-Based Learning model. The results of the study showed that the Hypnoteaching-Based Learning model achieved high validity qualifications, with a validity percentage of 90.42%. The model combines learning syntax with hypnotic syntax to design instructional steps that enhance students' character. The implications of this research indicate that the Hypnoteaching-Based Learning model can be an effective alternative to improve learning and character development in elementary schools. Further research and implementation of the Hypnoteaching-Based Learning model are expected to yield significant benefits in the field of education.

Abstract

Pulau Sulawesi yang terletak di bagian tengah Kepulauan Indonesia menyerupai huruf K. Bentuk ini dipengaruhi oleh pergerakan tiga lempeng utama dunia. Berdasarkan wilayah fisiografinya, Pulau Sulawesi terbagi menjadi Lengan Selatan, Lengan Tengah, Lengan Utara, Lengan Timur, Tenggara Lengan dan Leher. Gorontalo yang merupakan bagian dari Lengan Utara Sulawesi memiliki kondisi geologi yang sangat kompleks akibat hal tersebut pengaruh tektonik. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Batulayar Kecamatan Bongomeme Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu survei geologi lapangan dan analisis laboratorium . Survei geologi lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi geologi daerah penelitian berupa batuan penyusun, hubungan stratigrafi, faktor yang membentuk morfologi dan struktur geologi. Analisis laboratorium berupa analisis petrografi. Hasil dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini satuan geomorfologi lokasi penelitian dibagi menjadi dua satuan geomorfologi yaitu satuan perbukitan denudasional dan dataran alluvial. Stratigrafi daerah penelitian terdiri dari dua satuan litologi yakni satuan batulanau karbonatan dan batupasir. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan sayatan tipis pada sampel batulanau karbonatan, satuan ini merupakan batuan sedimen campuran silisiklastik-karbonat. Jumlah komponen penyusun batuan dalam bentuk persen mendapatkan nama batuan yaitu sandy micrite.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the endemic diseases whose spread is greatly influenced by environmental conditions, available health facilities, and the spatiality of an area. This study aims to analyze the pattern of DHF case distribution in NTB Province using the spatial regression method. By utilizing secondary data obtained from 2022, this study also analyzes the influence of five independent variables, namely population, number of general hospitals, poverty rate, number of health centers, and number of houses affected by flooding on the number of DHF cases in each district/city. Spatial analysis was carried out using the Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) model, preceded by a positive spatial autocorrelation test through the Moran index. The results of the study showed significant positive spatial autocorrelation (p <0.05), which indicates that areas with a high number of cases tend to border areas with high cases. The SAR model was proven to be better than the OLS model based on the R² (0.9986) and AIC (101.669) values. This finding is expected to be the basis for planning priority area interventions in controlling DHF cases in NTB Province in a spatial and targeted manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tidak adanya instrumen asesmen awal yang digunakan dalammengidentifikasi kemampuan dasar dan karakteristik peserta didik di SDN 24 Temmalebba sehingga guru kesulitan dalam menentukan pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Pertama, Menganalisis kebutuhan instrument dan peserta didik, Kedua, Mengetahui rancangan pengembangan instrumen asesmen awal, Ketiga, Mengetahui ketepatan instrumen asesmen awal, dan Keempat, Mengetahui kepraktisan pengembangan instrumen asesmen awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Pertama, analyze, kedua, design, Ketiga,development, Keempat implement, dan Kelima, evaluate. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SDN 24Temmalebba sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang telah peneliti dapatkan bahwa kelas IV SDN 24 Temmalebba membutuhkan instrumen asesmen awal. Kelayakan instrumen asesmen awal dapat dilihat dari hasil perolehan validasi ahli kurikulum sebesar81,81%, ahli bahasa sebesar 91,42%, ahli evaluasi sebesar 82,5%, hasil respon pendidik terhadap kepraktisaninstrumen asesmen awal sebesar 97,5% dan hasil respon peserta didik sebesar 86,42%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan instrumen asesmen awal dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sangat tepat dan praktis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan awal dan karakteristik peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis asesmen diagnostik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V di MI Yaminas Loppe. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran akibat tidak adanya asesmen awal, serta kesulitan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum karena keterbatasan akses dan sumber daya di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa guru belum menerapkan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik karena tidak adanya instrumen asesmen diagnostik. Instrumen yang dikembangkan mencakup asesmen awal kognitif (berupa soal esai) dan nonkognitif (gaya belajar), yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Canva dan Microsoft Word. Hasil validasi oleh tiga ahli menunjukkan tingkat validitas sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 85,3%, serta disertai perbaikan berdasarkan saran para validator. Produk asesmen kemudian diimplementasikan kepada 9 peserta didik kelas V dan satu guru kelas. Hasil uji praktikalitas menunjukkan skor 80% dari siswa dan 92% dari guru, yang mengindikasikan bahwa produk praktis dan mudah digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penerapan instrumen asesmen ini mampu memetakan kemampuan awal dan gaya belajar siswa, sehingga mendukung guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu. Dengan demikian, pengembangan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis asesmen diagnostik ini terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di MI Yaminas Loppe.

Abstract

Luthu Lamweu Village, located in Sukamakmur Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency, holds great potential for sustainable agricultural development but still faces challenges in managing household organic waste. Fruit peels, which are abundantly available, are often discarded without proper treatment, leading to potential environmental pollution. This community service program aimed to enhance the communitys understanding and skills in processing fruit peel waste into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) beneficial for agriculture. The activities consisted of four main stages: preparation of materials and tools, participant education, hands-on LOF production practice, and monitoring of the fermentation process. Participants, mainly women from the PKK community group, were actively involved in each stage of the program. The results showed that the participants successfully produced LOF independently using simple materials and a two-week fermentation process, yielding a yellowish-brown liquid with a mild fermentation aroma. The final product was distributed to the participants and applied to home garden plants. This program effectively increased community awareness of organic waste management and supported environmentally friendly agricultural practices in Luthu Lamweu Village.

Abstract

The ability to read the Qur’an accurately and correctly is a crucial competency for students in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This study aims to describe the application of the Tahsin method in improving the ability to read the Qur’an. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilising data collection techniques that include observation, interviews, and documentation. The study’s results showed that the Tahsin method was implemented through teacher-led example Reading, student imitation, correction of Reading errors, and repeated exercises. This method is practical for enhancing the accuracy of makhraj, applying tajweed rules, and improving students’ fluency in reading the Qur’an. These findings demonstrate that the Tahsin method is effective in fostering optimal Qur’an Reading skills from an early age.

Abstract

Tradisi Tolak Bala merupakan salah satu bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Cendana, Kecamatan Burau, Kabupaten Luwu Timur yang masih dilestarikan hingga kini. Ritual ini memiliki makna religius dan sosial yang kuat sebagai bentuk doa bersama untuk menolak bahaya dan mempererat solidaritas warga. Akan tetapi, seiring perkembangan zaman pemahaman generasi muda terhadap nilai filosofis tradisi ini mulai memudar. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pelestarian tradisi tolak bala melalui pembuatan video edukasi sebagai media dokumentasi dan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) dengan melalui beberapa tahapan seperti discovery, dream, design, destiny, serta reflesi dan evaluasi. Video edukasi kemudian disebarluaskan melalui media sosial seperti tiktok dan instagram untuk memperkenalkan nilai-nilai budaya kepada masyarakat luas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal, sekaligus menjadi bentuk penerapan konsep smart village yang mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dengan pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya dan religius. Sehingga, kegiatan tersebut membuktikan bahwa teknologi dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam mempertahankan kearifan lokal dan memperkuat identitas budaya masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Optimization of Islamic Religious Education Learning Through the Implementation of Diagnostic Assessment in the Independent Curriculum for Grade V of SDN 360 Pintoe, Luwu Regency, to determine the Diagnostic Assessment process in Islamic religious education learning in the independent curriculum for Grade V at SDN 360 Pintoe, Luwu Regency, and the opportunity and challenge factors for implementing diagnostic assessment in Islamic religious education teaching in the independent curriculum for Grade V at SDN 360 Pintoe, Luwu Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study include the principal, teachers, and students. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, with data analysis conducted in stages that included data condensation, presentation, and verification to ensure the validity of the data. Checks were carried out using triangulation techniques. This study found that 1) Diagnostic Assessment in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the Independent Curriculum at SDN 360 Pintoe serves to identify the needs and potential of students. Through tests, observations, and questionnaires, teachers can design more effective learning strategies. 2) Implementing diagnostic assessments faces challenges in adapting students to project-based learning. However, the flexibility of the Independent Curriculum allows for adjustments to meet student needs, supporting differentiated learning with remedial or enrichment interventions. Constraints such as limited time, resources, and teacher understanding need to be addressed to enhance the effectiveness of diagnostic assessments in supporting student competencies inclusively.
