Abstract

This study aims to analyze the population administration information system (SIAK) application at the Merauke District Office based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 95 of 2019 concerning Population Administration Information Systems (SIAK). The method used in this study is a qualitative method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis which consisted of three stages namely; data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that in general the application of SIAK at the Merauke District Office has not gone well and an orderly population administration has not been realized. Based on the indicators used, namely population data processing, presenting population data, and making population biodata, it can be seen in the data processing indicators that are still manual, in the data presentation indicators that are still not accurate, fast and on target and in the indicators of making population biodata, it is good in terms of utilization felt by the community but the services provided are still not effective and efficient. Supporting factors are the existence of facilities and infrastructure that are quite complete and the existence of a SIAK implementation budget from the local government. While the inhibiting factors are the low knowledge of employees/staff regarding SIAK and computer operation, there is no SIAK operator, the community does not understand the importance of having population data, and there are no regulations governing the implementation of SIAK at the Merauke District Office.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kondisi fisik para pemain sepak bola U-23 melalui model Latihan yang di buat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta, pengambilan data dilaksanakan di Kampus B Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragan Universiatas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experimen dengan metode (Research and Depelopment / R & D). Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemain Usia 23 Tahun. Sampelnya adalah menggunakan metode R & D. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa Model Latihan Meningkatkan Daya Tahan Pemain Sepakbola U-23 UNJ. Kata kunci:  Model, Daya Tahan, Sepakbola ABSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of physical conditions of U-23 football players through the developed training model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa besar pengaruh layanan pembinaan olahraga terhadap prestasi olahraga mahasiswa. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang penulisan ini adalah prestasi olahraga yang tinggi tidak bisa lepas dari adanya layanan pembinaan yang dilakukan sebaik mungkin. Kriteria responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota KOP (Klub Olahraga Prestasi) sepak bola dan futsal universitas negeri jakarta angkatan 2016-2019 dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dan menggunakan kuesioner/angket untuk penyebarannya. Hasil uji hipotesis dari 59 responden, terdapat pengaruh layanan pembinaan olahraga terhadap prestasi olahraga mahasiswa sebesar 7,6%. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti diterima, yaitu Layanan Pembinaan KOP (Klub Olahraga Prestasi) memiliki Pengaruh terhadap Prestasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the effect of recruitment on employee performance with job placement as a mediating variable at Tk II Marthen Indey Hospital. Research Design and Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The sample consisted of 137 non-military and non-ASN casual employees (KHL) at Tk II Marthen Indey Hospital, selected through the Simple Random Sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire on a 1-10 interval scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS version 24.00 program. Findings and Discussion: The results show that recruitment significantly affects employee performance, and job placement is a significant mediator in this relationship. The z value of the Sobel test of 10.598 indicates that job placement can significantly mediate the effect of recruitment on employee performance. This result supports the hypothesis that effective recruitment must be followed by proper job placement to achieve optimal employee performance. Implications: This study makes an essential contribution to understanding the mediating role of job placement in the relationship between recruitment and employee performance. The findings provide practical insights for hospital management to improve recruitment and job placement processes and offer recommendations to improve operational efficiency and the quality of healthcare services. This study also provides a foundation for further research by expanding the scope and using a mixed approach to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role and strategic for the country's economic growth in both developing and developed countries. Increasing competitiveness is determined by the carrying capacity, science and technology, innovation ability and the learning process that develops in the community. The aim of this research is to examine the application of Information and Communications Technology Business and Competitiveness of SMEs Effect on Food and Beverages in Cimahi. This research is descriptive and exploratory and using quantitative research approach and explanatory survey method. There are 100 Small and Medium Business Unit which deploy in 15 villages in Cimahi taken as sample using stratified random sampling technique. Data are collected based on interviews and questionnaires. According to the discussion, this research obtain results as follows : a. SMEs Cimahi majority (75.17%) already use information technology applications to market their products, although at 24.83 percent do not use any type of information technology applications. Applications predominantly used are Facebook, BBM, SMS and Instagram. b. Cimahi city SMEs largely use information technology to market their products. But there are still constraints faced by them; limited knowledge and ability of the management of SMEs to apply information and communication technologies in accordance with the demands of technology and the development of times. c. Application of information technology and business communication partially no effect on the competitiveness of the SME Food and Beverages in Cimahi, but simultaneously, impact on their competitiveness. Thus, they need to implement decision making, which related to the application of information technology, and business communication jointly. Recommendations for the Government of Cimahi are as follows: enhance further programs that support the competitiveness of SMEs of Cimahi among products of SMEs in other cities. Expanding SMEs’ opportunities to increase understanding of the importance of Communication Technology Applications for SMEs as well as facilitating the access of SMEs to be able to market their products online by providing supportive training.

Abstract

The current situation has created a state of disequilibrium between modern and traditional retail, which has been further exacerbated by the disruption of information and communication technology. The disruption of information and communication technology has resulted in an imbalanced trade war between modern and traditional retail. The objective of this study is to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the emergence of the trade war and its subsequent impact on consumer shopping behaviour in Jayapurag City. This study employs a qualitative methodology, utilising primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with retail leaders and proprietors. This study focuses on modern and traditional retailers in Jayapura City. The findings indicate that the business conflict between modern and traditional retailers presents both challenges and opportunities for both groups. Nevertheless, the extant circumstances preclude collaboration between the two, yet the possibility of collaboration is evident should the government succeed in establishing business regulations for both.

Abstract

In the era of disruption, myriads of digital entrepreneur in Indonesia still faces significant problems due to the demographical disadvantage and the lack of government policies that can overcome the problem faced. This series of problems has resulted to the existence of digital inequality. This study aimed to explains the digital inequality in Indonesia that has an impact on the inequality of opportunities and challenges for digital entrepreneurs. Qualitative approach to case studies in Indonesia. Informants were taken from 3 regions in Indonesia as well as government representatives responsible for the development of information and communication technology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews online and data was processed with the help of NVivo12. The study was conducted for 6 months. The results of this research will certainly have implications for the development of technology research, digitalization and communication as well as business. If the problem of digital inequality is resolved, digital business development in Indonesia will be more competitive. However, the biggest implication can certainly be a recommendation for information and communication technology development policies in Indonesia, such as the policy of building base transceiver station (BTS) in areas where there is no internet connectivity.

This article aims to analyze the relevance of professionalism, policies, and competencies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in supporting the implementation of the Indonesian education system. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory dengan model penelitian Survey yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji menganalisis dan membuktikan tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemukiman Provinsi Papua. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 59 responden atau sebesar 42,14% dari total populasi sebanyak 140 pegawai pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode slovin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling jenis Simple Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) dan uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa variabel kepmimpinan (X1), motivasi (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3) secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Kinerja pegawai (Y), variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh dalam peningkatan Kinerja pegawai dengan pencapaian Standardized Coefficients Beta sebesar 0,475 dan THitung sebesar 6.613 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih besar djika dibandingkan dengan variabel lain. perolehan nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,817 menunjukkan bahwa persentase kontribusi pengaruh kepmimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai sebesar 81,7% sedangkan sisanya 18,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini, seperti; budaya organisasi, kompensasi, disiplin kerja, pengembangan karir, kompetensi, pelatihan, pendidikan dan variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Biro Layanan Pengadaan dan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Perhubungan. Studi ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalu kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 54 pegawai Biro Layanan Pengadaan dan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Perhubungan yang memenuhi kriteria yang dibutuhkan peneliti. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kompetensi, Penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpangaruh signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Layanan Pengadaan dan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara Kementerian Perhubungan. Ketiga variabel tersebut juga terbukti secara simultan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan terutama gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif terbukti menjadi faktor dominan, sehingga penting bagi manajemen untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang visioner, komunikatif, dan mendukung kerja tim. Selain itu, penguatan kompetensi pegawai dan optimalisasi teknologi informasi juga perlu diutamakan agar kinerja organisasi semakin maksimal dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital.
