Abstract

Teachers often encounter many obstacles when writing scientific articles. One of them is limited knowledge about how to write scientific papers and how to use reference applications. Another obstacle is the lack of motivation, especially to produce quality scientific papers. Limited access to good literature also poses obstacles in the writing process. In fact, legally, teachers are regulated to be able to develop their competence and professionalism, one of which is by writing. This activity is a solution to these problems with a participatory approach aimed at overcoming a problem encountered by teachers. The results of the activity are shown by the enthusiasm of teachers in learning scientific writing which will later be given a container in the form of a journal for publication of their writings.

Abstract

Sexual violence has captured the attention of many people these days. Not only because the numbers tend to increase during the Covid-19 pandemic but also because of the locus. The problem answered in this research is what Twitter users' sentiments are about sexual violence and what Fairclough's analysis of this is. The criteria for the data to be retrieved are tweets with filters: tweets with Indonesian, having the keyword "Sexual Violence," with upload from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021. The sexual violence data was analyzed sentiment to determine the response of Twitter users to the issue of sexual violence, which involved the use of Natural Language Processing. Methods to interpret emotions and topic modeling analysis with Machine Learning algorithms to keywords of sexual violence. Data analysis in this study uses the sentiment analysis method, namely the meaning of text with the rules of the netnographic approach, which was then sharpened by Fairclough's critical discourse analysis. Based on the data, the emotions of Twitter users are anger (31.1%), sadness (29.4%), happiness (18.6%), love (14.7%), and fear (6.2%). The polarity that reflects Twitter's attitude toward Sexual Violence appears in the word "Victim," while sentiment that reflects anger and fear appears in the word "Act(s)." It can be concluded that Twitter users empathize with victims who should get protection and attention. Sentiment analysis regarding sexual violence on Twitter not only reveals individual feelings and opinions but also reflects and influences the power structure and ideology in society. These findings reveal the importance and contribution of tweets on Twitter to stimulate social movement and support the formation of regulations that can provide security, especially for children and women.

Abstract

Research purposes This is a strategic service education to realize gender equality in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative, with a study field. As for the participants in the study, these are two state high school teachers in Surabaya. Research result This education plays a very important role in realizing gender equality in Indonesia, though there is still a challenge in reaching gender equality, such as deep gender stereotypes, choice of major, and experience learning what's not fair for a student woman. To reach gender equality in education, it required effort from the government, society, and individuals. This matter covers the implementation of supportive policies on gender equality, improvement of public awareness about the importance of education for women, as well as active support for providing access to equal education for all individuals.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the future of religious moderation, by examining the opportunities and challenges of the existence of religious moderation values in the digital era. By studying the opportunities and challenges of the existence of religious moderation values developed in the digital era, this research is expected to be able to provide a picture of the future in question. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, exploring and reviewing various relevant literature materials in the form of research results based on scientific journals, e-books, magazines, phenomenon facts, news published in various information media channels such as online/offline newspapers, and various related sources that can help explain the future of the existence of religious moderation values in the digital era in the future. The results of this study show that the future of religious moderation in the digital era faces complex opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, digital technology opens up wide access to moderate religious sources, facilitates the spread of tolerance messages, and supports the improvement of religious literacy. On the other hand, challenges such as the spread of hoaxes, online radicalisation, polarisation of views, and limited digital literacy pose a serious threat to the sustainability of the development of religious moderation values

Abstract

Abstract The role of teenagers in changing character and morals in social life has a top priority. The research, which was motivated by the lack of social awareness in Generation Z, regarding the promiscuity of teenagers, caused cases of child marriage to soar. Marriage dispensation is not the only way to resolve teenage problems caused by pregnancy out of wedlock. The cultivation of social awareness also includes the role of parents by providing youth education counseling by the Blitar Regency Planning Generation Ambassador. Through interviews involving Blitar Regency GenRe Ambassadors and conducting participant observation through method outreach activities in research carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. In the research conducted, it was found that the role of GenRe Ambassadors as an extension of the Blitar Regency Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Service was an important factor in approaching peers through outreach. implemented in a re-educational normative approach which will later reduce five core issues from the standard theory of Biddle and Thomas's role in the peer group. The results of research findings in research related to the role of GenRe Ambassadors in fostering social awareness in generation z in Ponggok District, Blitar Regency can be mapped into several things. that exist, namely: 1) Conducting counseling with a normative re-educative approach to teenagers 2) Guiding parents regarding supervision of teenagers 3) Youth campaign through social media as a preventive effort to raise social awareness for teenagers 4) Skeptical attitudes towards generation z as GenRe Ambassadors carry out counseling on marriage dispensations. 5) Lack of active GenRe Ambassador members in village areas. Abstract

The living environment at school is a very important aspect of education. However, there are still students whose awareness needs to be increased regarding the importance of protecting the environment. The focus and aim of this research is to find out the "reason" and "purpose" motives behind students' contradictory behavior towards the environment at SMP Negeri 35, namely by using single-use plastics in schools that have the adiwiyata predicate. This research uses Alfred Schutz's phenomenological theory which discusses cause motives (Because Motive) and goal motives (In Order to Motive). The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study research design, by exploring the meaning and values of the behavior of the six informants, namely students at SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya towards the environment. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with students and observation. The location of this research is at SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya in the Rungkut area, Surabaya. The data analysis technique used in this research refers to the approach developed by Miles and Huberman. This approach involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. The results of this research show that the "cause" and "purpose" motives of the informants include the Because Motive which encouraged the six informants to behave in contradictory ways by carrying single-use plastic packaging in the environment of SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya consisting of several main factors, namely family habits. , practicality, and the influence of the previous school environment. The goal motive (In Order to Motive) that the six informants at SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya wanted to achieve showed that the behavior of carrying single-use plastic packaging was driven by several goals, including carrying school supplies, seeking attention, saving time, energy and pocket money. It is hoped that the results of this research can help schools develop strategies to support students so that their behavior is more in line with the principles of adiwiyata schools.

Abstract

Abstract Social care attitudes and religious tolerance attitudes are still a problem at Labchool Unesa High School, so that through the application of sociodrama methods, it is hoped that social care attitudes and religious tolerance attitudes can be strengthened in students. This type of research is Experimental Quasy with a Nonequivalent Control Group Desaign design. A population of 169 students was obtained by using the probability sampling technique of 72 students consisting of class 11 Bikifimae 1 as many as 36 students as an experimental class and class 11 Bikifimae 2 as many as 36 students as a control class. The research variable is the application of the sociodrama method as a control variable, while the bound variable in this study is social care attitude and religious tolerance attitude. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation and assessment of attitudes through self-assessment in the prettest and posttest. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS Statistics version 23. The study was conducted using the Paired Samples t Test with the conducted using the Paired Samples t Test with the results of Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.013 < 0.05 for the variable of social care attitude and Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.00 < 0.05 for the variable of religious tolerance attitude, so that the results showed that Ha was accepted, meaning that through separate analysis it can be concluded that the application of the sociodrama method has a significant positive effect on strengthening social care attitudes and has a significant positive effect on strengthening religious tolerance attitudes in students at Unesa Labschool High School, so that the application of sociodrama methods can be used as an alternative in strengthening students' attitudes of social care and religious tolerance

Abstract

Character education through the Pancasila Student Profile is highly emphasized in the Independent Curriculum, one of which is independent character. However, there are still students whose learning independence is still relatively lacking, such as students who do not have the initiative to learn independently, who still have the habit of copying their friends' work, complaining when given assignments, and so on. Teachers can teach and educate students' character through the Among Method. The Among Method by Ki Hajar Dewantara emphasized that teachers should be able to use this method in the learning process through the motto which became known as the Educational Trilogy "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani". This research aims to describe how teachers interpret the Education Trilogy and their practices in forming independent character in students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection techniques. The data source used is a primary data source with data analysis techniques in the form of reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the teacher at SMAN 1 Krian Sidoarjo interprets the Education Trilogy as a unit that must be carried out by a teacher in interacting with students. In Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, the teacher gives an example in guiding students' learning difficulties and provides examples of good behavior with an independent character. In Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, teachers provide support, enthusiasm and motivation for creativity and create space for discussion or collaboration in groups with students. Meanwhile, in Tut Wuri Handayani, teachers provide encouragement and freedom to develop their potential, make decisions and look for other learning sources.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter disiplin perlu dilaksanakan pada lingkungan keluarga, sekolah maupun di lingkungan masyarakat. Banyak temuan mengenai masalah disiplin di SMAN 1 Plemahan yang bisa menjadi budaya. Dari mulai siswa datang ke sekolah terlambat, masuk jam pelajaran terlambat, berpakaian seragam yang tidak lengkap dan terlambat mengumpulkan tugas. Oleh sebab itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin di SMAN 1 Plemahan Kediri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu bagaimana upaya sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin di SMAN 1 Plemahan Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. penelitian ini pengumpulan informan menggunkan purposive sampling. Yang menjadi informan yaitu waka kesiswaan, guru PPKn, dan BK. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi mendalam untuk melihat perilaku siswa serta menggunakan wawancara yang dilakukan ke informan untuk menggali informasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pembentukan karakter disiplin yang dilakukan sekolah dengan menggunakan teori Behavioristik menurut B.F. Skinner melalui metode Reward dan Punishment. Dapat dilihat dari upaya sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, upacara bendera, serta kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Upaya yang sekolah lakukan memang berjalan tetapi kurang efektif karena sekolah cenderung menggunakan metode hanya dengan memberikan Punishment yang mengakibatkan kurang efektif dan masih banyak siswa yang akan melakukan tindakan non disiplin. sebaiknya sekolah juga menggunakan pemberian reward bertujuan agar terciptanya operant conditioning yang dapat berjalan efektif.

Abstract

A rice farm worker is someone who works in the agricultural sector by cultivating, cleaning or harvesting land in accordance with the directions of the rice field owner. In a patriarchal culture, women have absolute responsibility for their domestic roles, while men have full responsibility for their public roles. In recent times, many women have entered public roles. This is because there are many needs that must be met. As financial managers, many women believe that the income provided by their husbands is not enough to meet their family's living needs. The aim of this research is to describe the negotiation process carried out and the negotiation strategies of women rice farming workers in domestic and public roles in Kanor Village, Bojonegoro Regency. The data collection technique in this research used in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the strategy chosen by female farm workers is an integrative negotiation strategy which takes the form of a strategy of choosing the right time and seduction. The seduction used is divided into three methods, namely: (1) using soft speech; (2) using special treatment; (3) Using sweet words to persuade. Then, in the negotiation process, household needs and work fatigue become the main problems and there is conflict due to differences of opinion. In the negotiation process the domestic roles being negotiated were: (1) Cooking; (2) Sweep; (3) Washing clothes. Meanwhile, the public negotiation process includes working hours as a farm worker and work permits as a rice farm worker until leaving the village.
