Abstract

Sexual violence has captured the attention of many people these days. Not only because the numbers tend to increase during the Covid-19 pandemic but also because of the locus. The problem answered in this research is what Twitter users' sentiments are about sexual violence and what Fairclough's analysis of this is. The criteria for the data to be retrieved are tweets with filters: tweets with Indonesian, having the keyword "Sexual Violence," with upload from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021. The sexual violence data was analyzed sentiment to determine the response of Twitter users to the issue of sexual violence, which involved the use of Natural Language Processing. Methods to interpret emotions and topic modeling analysis with Machine Learning algorithms to keywords of sexual violence. Data analysis in this study uses the sentiment analysis method, namely the meaning of text with the rules of the netnographic approach, which was then sharpened by Fairclough's critical discourse analysis. Based on the data, the emotions of Twitter users are anger (31.1%), sadness (29.4%), happiness (18.6%), love (14.7%), and fear (6.2%). The polarity that reflects Twitter's attitude toward Sexual Violence appears in the word "Victim," while sentiment that reflects anger and fear appears in the word "Act(s)." It can be concluded that Twitter users empathize with victims who should get protection and attention. Sentiment analysis regarding sexual violence on Twitter not only reveals individual feelings and opinions but also reflects and influences the power structure and ideology in society. These findings reveal the importance and contribution of tweets on Twitter to stimulate social movement and support the formation of regulations that can provide security, especially for children and women.

Abstract

Objective: This study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the collaborative inquiry learning model with the help of the Quizizz application in improving deep learning in integrated Civics and History learning in high school. The main focus of this study is the application of the collaborative inquiry learning model combined with the Quizizz application can improve deep learning in integrated Civics and History learning in high school. Based on this focus, the problem formulation in this study is how is the process of implementing the collaborative inquiry learning model with the help of the Quizizz application in integrated Civics and History learning in high school? The substance of this study focuses on describing the process of implementing the collaborative inquiry learning model with the help of the Quizizz application in integrated Civics and History learning in high school. Method: The research method used is mixed method among quantitative and descriptive and does not conduct hypothesis testing with a sample of 3 teachers, namely 1 Pancasila Education teacher and 1 History teacher. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out at State Senior High School 1 of Gedangan, East Java. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and observations whose data results will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Results: The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) the integration of Quizizz in the collaborative inquiry stage was able to increase student engagement. 2) strengthen conceptual understanding across subjects. 3) encourage analytical skills which are indicators of deep learning. Novelty: What is new in this study is This study offers novelty in the form of integrating the collaborative inquiry model with the Quizizz application in integrated Civics-History learning to strengthen students' deep learning. In contrast to previous studies that only used Quizizz as an evaluation medium, this study uses Quizizz as a medium for presenting inquiry-based material and a collaboration facilitator. In addition, this study introduces a cross-disciplinary learning design between PPKn and History, which has not been widely explored in the context of deep learning in secondary schools.

Abstract

Objective: This study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the Wakelet media-assisted citizen project learning model in improving student collaboration and responsibility in class XII of Public High School 2 Sidoarjo and to identify student responses. towards the citizen project model learning assisted by Wakelet media. Method: The research method used is a quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. Involving one experimental class that received project learning and one control class with conventional learning. Data collection was conducted at Public High School Negeri 2 Sidoarjo East Java. Data collection techniques included pretests and posttests (to measure students' collaboration and responsibility abilities), student questionnaires (to measure students' responses to Wakelet-assisted citizen project learning), and observations to record collaboration and responsibility behaviours during the learning process. Results: shows a significant increase in the experimental class, as shown by the average pre-test value of 75.95 increasing to 85.95 in the post-test. Student responses to the learning were in the very positive category, especially in the aspects of collaboration, visual appeal, and ease of publishing digital projects through Wakelet. Novelty: This research lies in the systematic integration of the Wakelet digital platform in Project Citizen documentation to increase collaboration and responsibility of high school students.” This study uses Wakelet as a medium for presenting project-based citizen and responsibility- based materials , as well as a collaboration facilitator. Furthermore, this study introduces a learning design that has not been widely explored in the context of immersive learning in secondary schools.

Abstract

Demonstrasi sebagai wujud partisipasi politik dalam negara demokratis kerap memunculkan gesekan antara kebebasan berekspresi dan penegakan ketertiban oleh aparat kepolisian. Berbagai tindakan represif yang terjadi pada penanganan demonstrasi tahun 2025 di Surabaya menimbulkan persoalan menurunnya kepercayaan publik terhadap Polri sebagai penegak hukum dan pelayan masyarakat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan mahasiswa (citizen trust) terhadap aparat kepolisian pasca demonstrasi tersebut, khususnya pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang terlibat dalam aksi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penyebaran angket skala Likert kepada 50 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif melalui pemetaan garis kontinum untuk menggambarkan tingkat kepercayaan secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai persepsi mahasiswa terhadap profesionalitas dan prosedur penanganan aksi oleh kepolisian sebagai dasar evaluasi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat citizen trust secara umum berada pada kategori “Tidak Percaya” pada garis kontinum. Temuan ini menggambarkan rendahnya kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap profesionalitas, integritas, dan prosedur penanganan aksi oleh kepolisian, sehingga menjadi masukan penting bagi evaluasi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, khususnya dalam pengelolaan kebebasan berpendapat dan penanganan demonstrasi.

Abstract

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Wordwall as a learning medium in strengthening students’ freedom of expression within the principles of Pancasila Democracy in junior high school students. Method: Using qualitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through survey, depth interview, observation, and documentation at State Junior High School 12 Surabaya. Results: The result show that Wordwall effective being implemented at State Junior High School 12 Surabaya with N-gain score 78% This research found that integrating Wordwall with Problem-Based Learning (PBL) significantly reinforces students’ abilities in several areas: 1) understanding of freedom of expression; 2) understanding of Pancasila democracy; 3) attitudes and behaviour in expressing opinions; 4) availability to analyze information; and 5) encouraging student freedom of expression. The challenges in this research were faced by both students and teachers, such as technical problems and limited internet connection. These outcomes collectively contribute to developing students’ democratic competence and their awareness of expressing opinions responsibly in accordance with Pancasila Democracy. Novelty: The novelty of this reach lie in interrogation of the use of technology in learning media, Wordwall, in the Framework of Pancasila democracy into freedom of expression learning, offering.

Abstract

Kelompok PKK Rejosari Tulungagung memiliki potensi dalam produksi batik ecoprint berbasis kearifan lokal. Namun, pada saat proses produksi masih menggunakan alat kukus konvensional yang kapasitasnya lima, panas tidak merata, waktu proses produksi lama dan menghasilkan motif yang tidak konsisten. Penggunaan alat tersebut menghambat efesiensi produksi, meningkatkan tingkat kegagalan produk, dan menyulitkan dalam menjaga stadar kualitas. Proses pemasaran produk belum terintegrasi dengan media digital, sehingga jangkauan pasar tidak bisa luas. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing mitra melalui penerapan Mesin steamer batik ecoprint otomatis dan pelatihan manajemen pemasaran digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan mesin yang mampu menghasilkan uap panas stabil dan merata dengan bantuan kompor burner double channel. Mesin steamer batik ecoprint otomatis dilengkapi dengan sistem timer dan pengaturan suhu untuk menjaga suhu tetap stabil. Penggunaan mesin steamer batik ecoprint otomatis mampu meningkatkan kapasitas produksi hingga 100%, mempercepat waktu proses sebesar 25%, serta meningkatkan konsistensi dan kualitas motif secara signifikan melalui distribusi panas yang merata dan kontrol suhu terintegrasi. Pelatihan digital marketing membantu mitra memahami strategi promosi dan memperluas akses pasar. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis, efisiensi produksi, dan kemampuan adaptasi mitra terhadap tren pemasaran. Innovation of Automatic Batik Ecoprint Machine and Digital Marketing Management to Improve Fashion Batik Ecoprint Business of PKK Rejosari Group Tulungagung The PKK Rejosari Tulungagung group has potential in the production of ecoprint batik based on local wisdom. However, during the production process, they still use conventional steaming tools with a capacity of five, uneven heat, a long production process time, and produce inconsistent motifs. The use of these tools hampers production efficiency, increases the product failure rate, and makes it difficult to maintain quality standards. The product marketing process has not been integrated with digital media, so the market reach cannot be wide. This programme aims to increase the productivity and competitiveness of partners through the application of an automatic ecoprint batik steamer machine and digital marketing management training. The results of this activity produce a machine that is able to produce stable and evenly hot steam with the help of a double-channel burner stove. The automatic ecoprint batik steamer machine is equipped with a timer system and temperature settings to keep the temperature stable. The use of an automatic batik ecoprint steamer machine increases production capacity by up to 100%, reduces processing time by 25%, and significantly enhances motif consistency and quality through evenly distributed heat and integrated temperature control. Digital marketing training helped partners understand promotion strategies and expand market access. Evaluation showed improvements in partners' technical skills, production efficiency, and adaptability to marketing trends

Abstract

This article aims to uncover the strategies used by the Pacman Mansda supporter community at MAN Sidoarjo to build a positive image. This effort was carried out in response to negative stereotypes that accused the group of being undisciplined and significantly disrupting school order. Using a qualitative case study design involving Pacman Mansda administrators and members as the main subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using systematic data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the Pacman Mansda community uses image repair strategies carried out by individual members and the community collective. Pacman adopted three of the five strategies of Benoit's Image Repair Theory: (1) corrective action, (2) reducing offensiveness, and (3) evasion of responsibility. Denial and mortification strategies were not implemented, which was due to the consequences of the unequal power relations between teachers and students in the educational environment. Evidence shows that the school believes more in concrete actions than in apologies. The conclusion confirms that real behavioral transformation and proactive involvement in positive school activities are the most effective strategies in reconstructing the community image to be more constructive and acceptable.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the strengthening of religious moderation among Madrasah Aliyah students at Pondok Pesantren Ash-Shomadiyah Tuban. This study stems from the phenomenon of radicalism and terrorism emerging amidst Indonesia's diversity. Religious moderation is seen as a strategic policy to maintain social harmony, especially within the pesantren environment. The focus of this research is the forms of activities for strengthening religious moderation and the moderate attitudes demonstrated by the students. The research uses an exploratory qualitative approach with participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation techniques. Analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model with the stages of data collection, reduction, display, and data verification. Data validity was strengthened through source and technique triangulation. The results show that the strengthening of religious moderation is realized through Matsama activities, the learning of Pancasila and Civics, Sociology, Indonesian History, and Islamic Morals. Additionally, Leadership Training activities involving visits to the Military District Command 0811 Tuban, Kembang Putih Museum, Kwan Sing Bio Temple, and Free Pulpit extracurricular activities. Madrasa and pesantren cultural practices such as independence ceremonies, pilgrimage to the tombs of revered figures, thanksgiving rituals (selametan), and sea offerings also serve as a means of internalizing moderate values. The students' attitudes are reflected in their love for the homeland, appreciation for differences, maintaining harmony through dialogue, and respecting pesantren culture and local wisdom. This strengthening is aligned with the four indicators of religious moderation set by the Ministry of Religious Affairs: national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodation of local culture. Abstract

Menciptakan keluarga yang beretika melalui pendidikan anti-korupsi sebagai dasar bagi generasi yang unggul merupakan hal yang penting. Di tengah tantangan yang dihadapi akibat globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, pentingnya integritas perlu ditanamkan sejak dini dalam lingkungan keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua mengenai nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Diikuti oleh 28 ibu-ibu peserta, yang terdiri dari 7 pengurus dan 21 anggota Dharma Wanita Persatuan LLDIKTI Wilayah VII, Peserta diajak untuk berpartisipasi aktif dan berbagi pengalaman tentang penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui studi kasus, diskusi interaktif, dan presentasi. Para pemateri menekankan bahwa keluarga adalah bagian penting dari pembentukan karakter, jadi pendidikan anti-korupsi harus dimulai di rumah. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PkM ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya membangun keluarga yang baik yang dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi keluarga lain. Diharapkan lebih banyak keluarga akan terlibat dalam kegiatan semacam ini dengan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Increasingly complex environmental issues require effective environmental education from an early age so that children develop sustainable habits and awareness. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of the SITAKORA (Simulation of Environmentally Friendly Waste Management) edugame based on Virtual Reality (VR), which is designed using Lev Vygotsky's play theory approach to increase environmental awareness among elementary school students. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the needs analysis revealed that students' behavior in disposing of and managing waste was still inconsistent even though their conceptual understanding was adequate. The development process resulted in the SITAKORA VR-based edugame, which was validated by experts with a feasibility score of 89.5%, indicating a highly feasible category. Implementation was carried out at Mulyoagung Elementary School, Bojonegoro, and the evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' environmental awareness scores after using the edugame. The integration of Vygotsky's play theory in the design of VR activities enabled scaffolding and learning interactions that encouraged meaningful play experiences. Thus, the VR-based SITAKORA edugame proved to be effective, engaging, and innovative in increasing environmental awareness and behavior among elementary school children.
