Abstract

Every sports organization will be sustainable with aspects of the main achievement supporting components one of which is performance effectiveness with this pilot research on open shoulder trainer tools by developing existing products, validating and testing the effectiveness of the product resulting from this development is expected to be able to support the implementation of activity facilities and infrastructure coaches in performance activities teaching handstand movements to children under the age of adulthood in artistic gymnastics. The purpose of this research is to develop an existing product, validated by experts, and tested to find out how effective the product is to support the achievement of the trainer's activities for gymnasts in learning that initially did not use assistive devices, namely the old method is called the control group while the method group with the latest teaching is called the experimental group. then the two groups were given a pre-test or observation to find out their abilities were the same or not significantly different. The results of this study indicate that the average data obtained shows that the performance of the new system is much higher than the old system. The average performance of the old system = 48%, and the new system is 78%. Working speed of the old system = 57% and 75% of the new system. The comfort of the old system = 50% and the new system is 85%. Based on these data it can be seen that the new work system can increase the average system performance by 30%, work speed by 18%, work comfort by 35%, and work productivity by 25%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas metakognisi peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam memecahkan masalah Matematika pada materi bangun ruang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah enam anak peserta didik kelas 5 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara berbasis tugas pada pertanyaan pemecahan masalah matematika, serta melibatkan studi dokumentasi pada hasil pekerjaan peserta didik untuk dianalisis. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas metakognisi dan melakukan seluruh proses pemecahan masalah, namun belum terkonstruksi dengan sempurna. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada beberapa tahap indikator aktivitas metakognisi yang tidak dapat mereka lakukan dengan baik. Hal ini ditinjau dari perspektif teori perkembangan Jean Piaget yang menunjukkan bahwa subjek masih berada pada tahap perkembangan kognitif operasional konkret sehingga belum memiliki kapasitas untuk menyajikan strategi baru dalam hal formula dan metode yang diperoleh sebelumnya.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, this disease is common in developing countries with tropical climates. This disease is widely suffered by various groups of people, both the lower class, middle class, upper class society, and even the elite who are infected with this disease. This is a serious concern of the government, through the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, in order to prevent it. The method used in community service activities is to provide assistance to the community, as well as infection prevention training through Rapid Molecular Test (TMC) examinations, for participants, consisting of 92 nursing students. The conclusions drawn from this activity were as follows, as a whole (100%) participants understood about healthy living behaviors, and prevention of TB infectious disease, and the results of TB examinations found no one infected with the Mycobakterium Tuberculosis virus.

Abstract

Simamora Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is one of the areas in North Sumatra which has great tourism potential. Simamora Village has an attractive natural beauty with shady trees, cool air, and beautiful scenery. Simamora Village also has unique arts and cultural activities, such as traditional dances and gondang music. However, tourism development in Simamora Village is not yet optimal and not sustainable. Therefore, this study aims to develop community-based sustainable tourism in Simamora Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The analysis technique used in this study is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. Meanwhile, descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing or describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and human engineering. There are also conclusions from this study. The tourism potential of Simamora Village is very large, especially natural and cultural tourism. However, this potential has not been properly maximized due to a lack of attention and support from the government and the local community. The development of community-based sustainable tourism in Simamora Village can be carried out by strengthening the community's role in the management and development of tourism, so as to improve the economic welfare of the local community. In developing community-based sustainable tourism, it is necessary to carry out a participatory approach between the government, the community and other tourism actors. Strengthening the local economy can be done through developing unique and sustainable tourism products, developing homestays and local restaurants, and empowering local communities as tourism business actors. Support and coordination between stakeholders is needed in the development of community-based sustainable tourism in Simamora Village, especially support from the local government in terms of infrastructure and regulations.Keywords: Tourism development, Sustainable Tourism, Community Based Tourism

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of behavioristic learning theory in the context of 21st-century basic education in Indonesia. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to understand how behavioristic principles can be integrated into modern teaching practice from 10 reputable journals (Scopus and Sinta), the research stages included planning, conducting, and reporting. Research result in this study suggests that the implementation of behavioristic theory requires a good classroom environment and the use of reward and punishment schemes to shape student behavior. Teachers are expected to be actively involved in the learning process, provide constructive criticism, and conduct an initial analysis of students' ability to design appropriate lesson plans. This research offers novelty in integrating behavioristic theory into modern basic education in Indonesia and makes practical contributions for teachers and implications for the education system to achieve national education goals. This research supports developing quality and sustainable human resources towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Pengintegrasian matematika terhadap kebutuhan belajar berbasis teknologi menjadi daya dukung utama keberhasilan transfer pengetahuan. Terlebih lagi, terdapat kesenjangan antara materi dan teknologi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan meningkatkan hasil belajar matemtika melalui media edukasi treasure map pada siswa kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Suko. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan, yakni penelitian tindakan kelas dengan mengadopsi model Kurt Lewin. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media treasure map efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika secara signifikan dari 60,71% pada siklus pertama menjadi 85,71% pada siklus kedua. Pengamatan yang dilakukan selama pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa faktor konsentrasi belajar, kerja kelompok, dan berpikir kritis mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matemtaika secara signifikan. Temuan tersebut memberikan kontribusi bahwa penggunaan media treasure map relevan dengan pembelajaran di kelas tinggi. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar Matematika; Treasure Map

Abstract

Teaching in a multicultural country such as Indonesia presents unique challenges. This paper examines how teachers envision diversity and how they build an inclusive learning environment in a multicultural classroom community. To address these questions, qualitative study was employed. Data collected included semi-structured interviews, journals, observations, class documentation, and relevant documents. In addition, the data gathered were analyzed thematically. This research requires the participation of two teachers who dedicated their time to teaching students in early childhood education. The study underscores various activities in teaching diversity to young generations that can inspire other teachers who want to foster a classroom environment where an individual's uniqueness is valued and nurtured. Also, several aspects of diversity are discussed.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan dokumen terpenting dalam suatu perusahaan, dengan perkembangan teknologi dan akses internet yang sudah luas maka google spreadsheet dipilih untuk menyusun laporan keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Memengah (UMKM) dikarenakan penggunaannya sangat mudah dan dapat diakses diberbagai perangkat gadget. Banyak UMKM yang telah menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis software komputer yang terintegrasi, namun mereka tetap menggunakan Google Spreadsheet atau excel sebagai data awal maupun sebagai data cadangan perusahaan. Banyak juga UMKM yang masih menggunakan cara tradisional dalam pembukuan keuangannya seperti UMKM lainnya. UMKM tersebut masih melakukan pencatatan akuntansi dengan secara manual, hal tersebut disebabkan keterbatasan dana untuk membeli aplikasi akuntansi yang terintegrasi, maka dari itu perlu dirancang model penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM menggunakan Google Spreadsheet. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM lainnya yang ingin menyusun laporan keuangan dengan mudah, murah dan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Entitas Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah berlaku efektif per 1 Januari 2018 menggunakan aplikasi Google Spreadsheet. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make it easier for students to use learning methods to help train mastery of foreign languages. The more developed an information technology and information system allows one to easily access various information that is spread on the internet. Not infrequently we can learn various learning media, especially foreign language material on the internet without having to take private lessons or take foreign language courses outside. OmeTV is a live video streaming application that is popular and easy to make this happen, allowing other ometv users from within the country and abroad to meet in the ometv room to simply interact, get to know each other, exchange cultures, entertain each other. others, even to train and hone, as well as develop mastery of foreign languages. The method applied in this research is the Literature Study method. The end result of using this method is useful information regarding the use of the OmeTV application. Abstract

Financial statements contain information that describes the condition of the company and serves as a basis for making decisions for external and internal parties. Therefore, auditors are needed to assess the validation of the information presented is in accordance with applicable standards through opinions in the audit report. Auditors must behave professionally and ethically according to the Public Accountant Code of Ethics. Nowadays, fraud cases are still prone to occur, one of which occurred in SNP Finance, even though the financial statements have been audited. This encourages researchers to explore further the causes and whether auditors has complied with the applicable code of ethics. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive results. The results showed that the auditors involved have violated the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence and prudence, and professional behavior. The fatal mistake was issuing an unqualified opinion which misled report users in making decisions.
