Abstract

PT Aeon Vision Synergy is a company engaged in the service sector as a third person in helping to check a project which consists of several types, namely survey links, survey data, and reports generated from survey data. PT Aeon Vision Synergy has problems in the company's control system because the work system is still conventional so that the data stored is lacking accuracy. Therefore, this study conducted the design of building a system for the company. The method used is the SDLC waterfall model which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are the existence of a project management information system that makes it easier for employees to control projects as well as attendance and payroll.

Abstract

Peralihan pada lingkungan baru dicerminkan oleh individu sebagai penderitaan akibat perpisahan dengan figur keterikatan dan lingkungan sosial yang menimbulkan perasaan stres dan depresi yang berujung pada kondisi yang disebut homesickness. Kondisi ini berkaitan dengan faktor internal locus of control. Individu yang memiliki kecenderungan internal locus of control akan mampu mengendalikan kehidupannya dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara internal locus of control dengan homesickness pada santri baru Dayah Insan Quráni Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berbentuk skala dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu pengambilan sampel secara penuh karena populasi yang relatif kecil. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 santri dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara internal locus of control dengan homesickness pada santri baru Dayah Insan Quráni Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan nilai uji korelasi Spearman’s r=-0.458, p=0.000, α<0.05. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara internal locus of control dengan homesickness pada santri baru Dayah Insan Quráni Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dengan demikian hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi internal locus of control maka semakin rendah homesickness, sebaliknya semakin rendah internal locus of control maka semakin tinggi homesickness.

Abstract

Empathy is an individual’s reaction to the experiences observed in others, while interpersonal communication effectiveness refers to the ability to achieve mutually satisfying communication goals between two individuals. This study aims to examine the relationship between empathy and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among students at MTsN 1 Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. Sampling was conducted using the purposive sampling technique. The study population consisted of 405 students, with a sample of 193 students. Data collected were analyzed using the Product Moment correlation test with SPSS version 22.0. The results indicate a significant relationship between empathy and interpersonal communication effectiveness among MTsN 1 Banda Aceh students, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.728 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), and r² = 0.530. This finding shows that there is a significant relationship between empathy and interpersonal communication effectiveness, meaning that the higher the level of empathy, the higher the effectiveness of interpersonal communication, and conversely, the lower the empathy, the lower the communication effectiveness.

Abstract

Organizational commitment refers to an individual’s desire to remain within an organization. Locus of control is considered to influence an individual’s level of organizational commitment. Locus of control is divided into two types: internal locus of control and external locus of control. This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control on organizational commitment among members of the Ar-Risalah Campus Da’wah Organization at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data analysis conducted using multiple linear regression, and the saturated sampling technique was applied for participant selection. The instruments used in this study were the Locus of Control Scale and the Organizational Commitment Scale. The results of the hypothesis testing indicated that the external locus of control dimension had a significant influence on organizational commitment among members of the Ar-Risalah Campus Da’wah Organization at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, with a significance value of 0.024 (p < 0.05). This finding means that the external locus of control dimension significantly affects organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Eco-Brick as a learning medium in elementary schools based on previous research. A systematic literature review was conducted using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach. Literature searches were carried out across electronic databases including Google Scholar, ERIC, Science Direct, and Portal Garuda, covering studies published between 2015 and 2024. A total of 87 articles were initially identified, of which 45 were screened after duplicate removal. Based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 articles were selected for final analysis. Thematic analysis revealed four major themes: (1) Integration of Eco-Brick in the Curriculum, involving programs like Adiwiyata and the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profiles; (2) Eco-Brick as a Cross-Subject Learning Medium, highlighting its versatility; (3) Impact on Students, showing improvements in environmental awareness, creativity, and waste management skills; and (4) Challenges and Implementation Strategies, including promotion techniques and socialization efforts. Eco-Brick has strong potential as an innovative learning medium that promotes environmental education and supports the development of 21st-century skills among elementary students. Effective policy support and teacher training are essential to maximize its implementation in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of extracurricular activities in developing self-efficacy among elementary school children through a systematic literature review. The objective is to explore how participation in various extracurricular programs enhances students' academic, social, and emotional competencies, with the hypothesis that extracurricular engagement positively correlates with higher self-efficacy. A total of 25 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2013 and 2023 were selected through database searches using keywords related to self-efficacy, extracurricular activities, and elementary education. Studies involved children aged 6–12 years from diverse geographic and demographic contexts. Thematic synthesis was employed to identify key patterns and findings. The results indicate that involvement in activities such as sports, arts, music, and scouting significantly contributes to the development of self-efficacy through mastery experiences, vicarious learning, and social support from peers and mentors. Furthermore, the findings confirm the initial hypothesis, showing a reciprocal relationship between extracurricular participation and self-efficacy—each reinforcing the other. A unique contribution of this study lies in its focus on elementary-aged children and its implications for educational practices in the Indonesian context. These findings imply that schools should intentionally design and implement extracurricular programs to support students' personal growth and psychological well-being. Future research is encouraged to examine moderating variables, such as gender, socio-economic background, and type of activity, that may influence the strength of these relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of integrated Environmental Sustainability learning and critical reasoning skills among first-grade elementary school students. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving 31 students and their classroom teacher at a private elementary school in West Surabaya. Data collection techniques included observation and documentation during a seven-week learning process in the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. The learning design was aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, particularly within the “Sharing the Planet” unit. Activities involved KWL-Charts, multimedia-based exploration of natural resources, field trips to model sustainable communities, and classroom-based environmental observations. Students engaged in problem identification, solution analysis, and decision-making regarding environmental issues, emphasizing 3R actions (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) through project-based learning. Findings revealed that 87% of students demonstrated increased critical reasoning skills in proposing environmental solutions, and 92% showed improved understanding of sustainability concepts. The activities directly supported SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). This study concludes that integrating Environmental Sustainability learning with critical reasoning skills can effectively foster ecological awareness and empower young learners to actively contribute to global sustainable development goals (SDGs) from an early age.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi pada zaman sekarang berkembang sangat pesat. Akibatnya internet lebih mudah diakses oleh semua orang. Pada saat bermain media sosial, seringkali muncul iklan yang diperankan oleh seseorang yang terkenal seperti artis, dimana iklan yang menampilkan seseorang yang terkenal atau yang bisa disebut brand ambassador ini menarik konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian dari barang yang diiklankan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh iklan dan brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel Independen atau variabel X yaitu iklan dan brand ambassador. Variabel dependen atau variabel Y yaitu keputusan pembelian. Satuan unit atau objek pada penelitian ini ialah konsumen lemonilo yang berdomisili dan bertempat tinggal di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling dengan metode pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. jumlah responden sebanyak 103 konsumen lemonilo di Kota Palembang. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa iklan dan brand ambassador memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian lemonilo di Kota Palembang.   Technological advances nowadays are developing very rapidly. As a result, the internet is more easily accessible to everyone. When playing on social media, advertisements often appear played by someone famous, such as an artist, where advertisements featuring someone famous or what could be called a brand ambassador attract consumers to make purchasing decisions about the goods being advertised. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of advertising and the Ambassador brand on purchasing decisions. This analysis uses independent variables or variable X, namely advertising and brand ambassador. The dependent variable or variable Y is the purchasing decision. The units or objects in this research are lemonilo consumers who are domiciled and reside in Palembang City. This research uses nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique with a multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing method. Respondents totaled 103 lemonilo consumers in Palembang City. From this research it is known that advertising and the Ambassador brand have a positive and significant influence on Lemonilo purchasing decisions in Palembang City.

Abstract

Hypertension is a global health issue that requires holistic management, including non-pharmacological therapies. This community service activity aimed to educate and assist residents of Pekauman RT 07 in applying warm foot soak therapy with lemongrass as an alternative method to reduce blood pressure. The implementation method used a participatory approach involving observation, education, direct practice, and pre-post intervention evaluation. The results showed that most participants experienced a decrease in blood pressure after the intervention. This therapy is considered simple, safe, and feasible to perform independently at home. The program is expected to continue as a community empowerment strategy in hypertension management.

Abstract

Keracunan merupakan kejadian gawat darurat yang umum terjadi dalam keluarga. Data World Health Organization menyebutkan terdapat dua juta orang di dunia meninggal setiap tahun akibat keracunan makanan dan minuman. Keracunan yang tidak segera mendapatkan penanganan pertama yang tepat dapat menimbulkan kematian. Keluarga berperan penting dalam melakukan penanganan pertama pada kasus ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga dalam penanganan pertama keracunan makanan. Desain penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada sampel 50 orang anggota keluarga di Huta III Desa Tanjung Pasir Kabupaten Simalungun, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 21 orang (42%), sikap negatif sebanyak 28 orang (56%), serta terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga dalam penanganan keracunan makanan (nilai p <0,05). Penulis menyarankan agar perawat dapat memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga tentang penanganan pertama kegawatdaruratan keracunan makanan.
