Abstract

This research is motivated by demands for mastery of 21st-century skills as a form of educational reform in the 4.0 era. This study aims to explore the understanding and skills of the prospective mathematic teacher in the development of the student e-worksheet as a form of teacher skills in the 21st-century. A total of 27 math teacher candidates in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, who took part in training teaching material development, was formed into 9 Groups (G) and was given the task to develop student e- worksheet of mathematics of junior high school. Data were collected through observation, interviews, self-reflection, open questionnaires, and portfolios and analyzed using content analysis procedures by reading carefully to understand relevant themes. The coding and labeling are then carried out to find the meanings associated with the research objectives and theoretical framework. This study's results indicate that self-regulated learning of prospective mathematics education teachers in the development of student e-worksheet can encourage motivation to learn, self-confidence, experience, and determination to become professional teachers in the 21st century. From this study, an understanding and skill of the century 21can be explored from self-regulated learning during the development of student e- worksheet, namely collaboration and communication skills, problem-solving, creativity and imagination, innovation, and novelty, literacy, and leadership.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika seringkali masih dianggap sulit oleh sebagian besar peserta didik. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, dan metode yang digunakan oleh pendidik kurang bisa dipahami. Selain itu, peserta didik seringkali merasa bosan karena kurangya interaksi dan penggunaan teknologi yang masih minim. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media pendukung untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan e-learning.  Dengan melakukan kajian literatur terhadap penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang efektivitas e-learning sebagai alat pendukung dalam pembelajaran matematika. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-learning dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika, meningkatkan kemandirian belajar, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penggunaan e-learning sebagai media pendukung efektif, jika kemampuan matematis dan hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat. Oleh karena itu dengan meningkatnya minat dan motivasi belajar, maka akan berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan matematis dan hasil belajar peserta didik juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan subjek atau mata pelajaran yang sering menimbulkan kecemasan serta kesulitan bagi banyak siswa. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika adalah faktor keyakinan diri atau self-efficacy matematis mereka. Self-efficacy matematis mengacu pada keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya sendiri bahwa dirinya dapat berhasil dalam menyelesaikan tugas matematika yang sulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi literatur review tentang pengaruh self-efficacy matematis terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review dengan mengidentifikasi tujuan, mencari sumber relevan, memilih dan mengevaluasi, serta menyajikan hasil evaluasi sebagai hasil penelitian. Hasil dari literatur ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara self-efficacy matematis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Siswa yang memiliki Self-efficacy yang tinggi akan lebih cepat menyelesaikan tugasnya daripada siswa yang memiliki self-efficacy rendah. Self-efficacy berdampak positif pada motivasi siswa dan mendorong siswa mengembangkan pemahaman terhadap konsep matematika. Dalam hal ini, tugas pendidik dalam melakukan pendekatan terhadap siswanya sangat diperlukan dalam memotivasi siswa untuk dapat merasakan keberhasilan dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Jadi, terdapat hubungan timbal balik antara self-efficacy matematis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan literasi statistik dalam perspektif Adversity Quotient (AQ) pada peserta didik. Literasi statistic adalah suatu kemampuan yang diperlukan oleh setiap individu untuk dapat memahami informasi secara tepat, dengan kemampuan literasi statistik yang baik, peserta didik akan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang sederhana maupun kompleks berdasarkan fakta dari informasi yang ada sehingga tidak mudah terbawa opini. Sementara itu, Adversity Quotient mewakili kemampuan seorang individu dalam upaya merespon dan mengatasi rintangan. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif terhadap subjek penelitian yang berjumlah 36 peserta didik yang berada di kelas VII I di SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja, dengan pemilihan sampel yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, memilih 3 peserta didik untuk mewakili ketiga tipe Adversity Quotient pada peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket Adversity Response Profile (ARP), tes tertulis mengenai kemampuan literasi matematis, dan hasil wawancara terhadap subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik tipe climber memiliki kemampuan literasi statistik yang lebih unggul dibandingkan peserta didik tipe camper dan quitter. Tipe climber unggul dalam orientasi dan interpretasi data, serta dapat menjalankan proses literasi statistik secara sistematis. Sementara itu, tipe camper menunjukkan kemampuan baik dalam orientasi dan pemrosesan data, namun tipe quitter memiliki kemampuan literasi statistik yang rendah, ditandai dengan kesulitan dalam memahami informasi dan mengevaluasi proses pemecahan masalah. Peneliti menyarankan agar studi lebih lanjut dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi media pembelajaran yang dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi statistik berdasarkan tingkat Adversity Quotient.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic values in mathematics education is an innovative approach that emphasizes harmony between cognitive and spiritual aspects in the educational process.. In the context of 21 st- century education, mathematics is no longer understood solely as an exact science that is logical and rational, but also as means of character building and moral values. Islamic value-based mathematics learning enables students to understand mathematical concepts while fostering religious attitudes such as honesty (sidq), patience (sabr), and responsibility (amanah), This study aims to examine strategies for integrating Islamic values into mathematics learning through a problem-solving approach, particularly in the context of teacher education. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review of 25 scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025 that are relevant to the theme of integrating Islamic values and mathematical problem-solving skills. The results of the review show that the problem-solving approach is an effective medium for internalizing Islamic values because it encourages students to think critically, reflectively, and morally. Islamic values can be integrated through problem contexts, learning strategies, and learning outcome reflections. This research has implications for the develoment of Islamic mathematics curriculum and learning design oriented towwards the formation of religious character and professional competence of prospective teachers. Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to an increase in online gambling practices in Indonesia. This article discusses a legal analysis of online gambling crimes based on Decision Number 296/Pid.B/2024/PN Rokan Hilir, in which the defendant Marihot Sitinjak was charged and sentenced for his actions as an online lottery bookie. This research uses a normative legal method based on court decision data. The results of the study show that the panel of judges stated that the defendant was legally and convincingly proven to have violated Article 303 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Criminal Code for offering and providing opportunities for gambling as a livelihood. This decision confirms the consistency of the application of the law to online gambling practices that are rampant in society. The Decision of the Rokan Hilir District Court Number 296/Pid.B/2024/PN Rhl stated that the defendant Marihot Sitinjak was proven guilty of conducting online lottery gambling as a livelihood, with a prison sentence of 1 year and 8 months based on Article 303 paragraph (1) point 1 of the Criminal Code. This verdict was issued on August 22, 2024, by the Panel of Judges led by Ahmad Rizal, SH, MH, after examining the Public Prosecutor's alternative charges and trial evidence.

Abstract

Human Trafficking (TPPO) is a serious crime that threatens human dignity and violates fundamental human rights, such as the right to freedom and protection from exploitation. Rokan Hilir Regency, as a border region with high mobility, is one of the areas prone to TIP. This study aims to analyze the role of investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Rokan Hilir Police in efforts to combat TIP based on Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of TIP and its compliance with human rights principles. The method used is an empirical juridical approach through a review of laws and regulations and analysis of field practices. The results of the study indicate that the role of investigators includes preventive, repressive, and coordinative actions, but there are still obstacles such as limited resources, lack of public understanding, and limited victim protection facilities. Synergy between agencies and improving the quality of human resources are key to effective law enforcement.It was concluded that the role of the Rokan Hilir Police Criminal Investigation Unit has been implemented in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 21 of 2007, but requires capacity building, increased inter-agency coordination, and a more victim-centric approach to increase the effectiveness of combating TPPO.

Abstract

Case Number 36/Pid.B/2024/PN KFM tried defendant Lusia Neno Kolo, who was accused of committing the crime of murder against her newborn baby. The charges filed included Article 340 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder), Article 342 of the Criminal Code (murder of a child by a mother due to fear of being discovered pregnant), and alternative charges in the Child Protection Law. The panel of judges ultimately sentenced her to 7 years in prison based on evidence under Article 342 of the Criminal Code. This article analyzes the legal construction, the judge's considerations, the proven elements of the crime, and the relevance of the post-mortem and forensic evidence in the case. Evidence in the form of testimony from the midwife, a visum et repertum, and the results of the Forensic Laboratory (DNA) which showed a 99.999% probability that the baby was the defendant's biological child, became important evidence that strengthened the elements of the crime.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze criminal responsibility for administering drugs that cause acute kidney problems in children. As well as knowing and analyzing law enforcement against Pharmaceutical Companies Regarding Contamination of Syrup Drugs. This research is a type of normative research. So that it can be seen that criminal responsibility for administering drugs that result in acute kidney disorders in children must be fully responsible. Especially companies that produce drugs that ultimately cause acute kidney problems in children. In addition, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) as the drug and food supervisory agency has the right to recommend that law enforcement be carried out against pharmaceutical companies related to drug syrup contamination, strict action must be taken.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the position of the buzzer who spreads hoaxes in the perspective of positive law. As well as knowing and analyzing criminal responsibility for spreading fake news by buzzers. This research is a type of normative research. So it can be seen that the threat of punishment that haunted the buzzers spreading hoaxes in the 2019 elections in the Criminal Code is regulated in several articles. The articles in question are Articles 137, 207, 208 paragraph 1, and Article 310 paragraphs 1 and 2. And for stakeholders who order such action from the buzzers, they are threatened with punishment as stipulated in Article 55 paragraph 1 and Article 56 paragraph 1 and 2.
