Abstract

Abstract- Cyberloafing is the behavior of employees who use corporate or private internet for purposes that have nothing to do with work and are carried out during office hours. Assessing cyberloafing behavior in companies, institutions or organizations is important to minimize or even eliminate the factors that cause cyberloafing behavior. This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of psychological capital and adversity quotient on cyberloafing behavior. The research method uses quantitative methods while the data collection technique is done through interviews and questionnaires, while the sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 150 employees in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the following findings were obtained:  (1) simultaneously  psychological capital and adversity quotient negative and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior, (2) partially psychological capital negative and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior, (3) partially adversity quotient negative and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior. Keywords: Psychological Capital, Adversity Quotient, Cyberloafing Behavior

Abstract

The This research report is to find out how much influence performance and satisfaction have on work quality during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bekasi City Education Office, while this research methodology uses the SPSS Statistics quantitative method by conducting online and offline survey research, and distributing questionnaires directly face to face. limited to respondents as many as 40 respondents while the findings of performance problems and satisfaction with work quality at the Bekasi City Education Office have not been carried out optimally, especially through restrictions on the application of community activities or PPKM in limited face-to-face operations, there are still employees who are late absent, regulations that are not in accordance with the implementation , and employees have not been able to increase satisfaction maximally in their performance, while the results of the study show that performance and satisfaction with work quality show a significant positive relationship for each variable, that performance and satisfaction with Work quality is prioritized in carrying out administrative activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support partially or simultaneously on employee work ethic. The research method used quantitative methods while the data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Subjects in this study amounted to 75 employees at the Ministry of Industry the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Based on the research results, the findings are as follows: (1) collectively or simultaneously job satisfaction and perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work ethic, (2) partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work ethic; (3) partially perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. Thus, work ethic can be increased by increasing job satisfaction and perceived organizational support.

Abstract

Cyberloafing adalah perilaku karyawan yang menggunakan internet perusahaan atau pribadi untuk tujuan yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan pekerjaan dan dilakukan pada  jam operasional kantor. Mengkaji perilaku cyberloafing di perusahaan, institusi atau organisasi menjadi penting untuk meminimalkan atau bahkan menghilangkan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perilaku cyberloafing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiric pengaruh psychological capital dan adversity quotient terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner,  sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kementrian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia sejumlah 150 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh temian-temuan sebagai berikut: (1)secara bersamaan psychological capital dan adversity quotient berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (2) psychological capital secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (3) adversity quotient secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing

Abstract

Prokrastinasi kerja adalah perilaku dimana karyawan dengan sengaja menunda pekerjaan mereka. Mengkaji perilaku prokrastinasi kerja pada suatu perusahaan menjadi penting untuk meminimaliasi, mencegah atau bahkan meniadakan factor-faktor pencetus prokrastinasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap prokrastinasi kerja.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Trijaya Pratama Futures Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka didapatkan temuan sebagai berikut: (1) secara bersama-sama atau simultan stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi kerja, (2) secara parsial stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi kerja, (3) secara parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi kerja.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, faktor sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Namun peran pemimpin menjadi tidak kalah penting. Sukses atau tidaknya kinerja perusahaan ditentukan oleh kualitas kepemimpinan. Kepemimpinan transformasional dikembangkan dengan mengacu pada asumsi dasar bahwa pekerja adalah manusia yang bersumber daya yang mampu belajar dan mengerahkan kapabilitas terbaiknya bagi perusahaan. Iklim organisasi merupakan persepsi para anggota individu terhadap berbagai macam aspek lingkungan yang ada dalam perusahaan, suasana organisasi yang nyaman dan menyenangkan menstimulasi karyawan untuk semangat bekerja sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Kinerja adalah pencapaian atau prestasi seseorang berkenaan dengan tugas-tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya, yang merupakan perbandingan antara hasil kerja yang dilihat secara nyata dengan standar kerja yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank DKI. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh: (1) secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) secara parsial kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) secara parsial iklim organsisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of transactional leadership styles and perceived organizational support partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction. The research method used quantitative methods while the data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Subjects in this study amounted to 50 employees at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Based on the research results, the findings are as follows: (1) collectively or simultaneously transactional leadership style and perceived organizational support has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, (2) partially transactional leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction; (3) partially perceptions of organizational support has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Thus, employee job satisfaction can be increased by increasing transactional leadership styles and perceptions of organizational support.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan public dimasa pandemic Covid-19 Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS Statistik dan melakukan observasi lapangan (field research) baik secara daring dan luring, dengan memakai metode modus selfadministered questionnaires yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dengan tatap muka kepada responden, sebanyak 80 responden sehingga ditemukan temuan masalah pada budaya dan kualitas pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi, belum dilakukan maksimal, terutama melalui operasional baik tatap muka terbatas dan virtual, masih dijumpai pegawai yang absen bermasalah, regulasi belum sesuai, juga pegawai dalam ini harapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan secara maksimal, Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi dan kualitas terhadap kepuasan menunjukan hubungan positif signifikan setiap variabel, bahwa budaya organisasi dan kualitas tetap dikedepankan dalam menjalankan aktivitas di masa pandemic Covid-19. Kata kunci: Budaya, Kualitas, Kepuasan. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence culture and quality had on public satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic, Bekasi City Education Office, using quantitative research methods using SPSS Statistics and conducting field research both online and offline, using the mode method. self-administered questionnaires, namely the distribution of questionnaires directly face-to-face to respondents, as many as 80 respondents so that the findings of problems in culture and quality at the Bekasi City Education Office have not been carried out optimally, especially through limited and virtual face-to-face operations, there are still employees who are absent with problems , regulations are not appropriate, also employees in this are expected to be able to increase satisfaction to the maximum, The results of the study show organizational culture and quality to satisfaction show a significant positive relationship for each variable, that organizational culture and quality of service p is prioritized in carrying out activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Foreign exchange trading carries a high level of risk, so risk management is essential. This study aims to determine the risk of foreign exchange trading and to determine the application of risk management in foreign exchange trading. The research was conducted at PT Monex Investindo Futures Jakarta. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the risk in forex trading is the risk of unexpected changes that cause market conditions to reverse direction, this can be due to economic or political events that affect market movements. The analysis used to determine the volatility of the foreign exchange market is to use technical and fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis is based on data from economic and political news, while technical analysis is carried out using charts and indicators. There are five risk management implemented at PT Monex Investindo Futures to minimize losses resulting from price movements on the foreign exchange market, namely: moving average, bollinger band, parabolic SAR, Average Directional Movement Index and Robotics

Abstract

AbstrakDalam mewujudkan atau mencapai tujuan organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh pegawainya. Kedisiplinan pada pegawai menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil kinerja yang maksimal sehingga organisasi mampu mencapai tujuannya. Jika sebuah organisasi memiliki pegawai tanpa adanya dukungan kedisiplinan yang baik, maka organisasi akan menjadi sulit dalam mewujudkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan pengaruh antara system kompensasi berbasis kinerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian juga menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh system kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap disiplin kerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa system kompensasi berbasis kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja juga mampu memediasi hubungan antara sistem kompensasi berbasis kinerja dan disiplin kerja pada pegawai di unit Inspektorat Badan Pusat Statistik.Kata Kunci: system kompensasi berbasis kinerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, badan pusat statistik AbstractIn realizing or achieving organizational goals, it is strongly influenced by its employees. Discipline in employees is one of the factors that affect maximum performance results so that the organization is able to achieve its goals. If an organization has employees without good disciplinary support, then the organization will be difficult in realizing the goals to be achieved. The study aims to test and analyze the relationship between performance-based compensation systems, work motivation and work discipline. The study also tested and analyzed the effect of performance-based compensation systems on work discipline mediated by work motivation. The results showed that the performance-based compensation system has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and work motivation. Work motivation is also able to mediate the relationship between the performance-based compensation system and work discipline in employees in the Inspectorate unit of the Central Statistics Agency.Keywords: performance-based compensation system, work motivation, work discipline, central statistics agency
