Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to identify and provide an understanding of the Use of Social Media In Adolescent Social Networking Addiction In Leleka Village, Kec. Wolasi District, South Konawe. The method is through training, workshops, mentoring and evaluation as a concrete form of community service activities. The results of Community Service in Leleka Village, Wolasi District, South Konawe Regency are that adolescents can reduce the level of social networking addiction by removing social media installed on smartphones if using social media via a computer, turning off notifications while working, studying, or doing other important things, providing regular schedule for accessing social media, looking for fun or other activities outside of social media, leaving all gadgets in a separate room when hanging out with family, and visiting relatives and family in person to make relationships warm.

Abstract

The development of the current administrative system of government is required not only to be efficient and effective but to strive for more synergy, especially from its governance. The shift of authority from the central government to local governments and then extended to the village level is a challenge but also an opportunity for bureaucrats to serve the community in a responsive manner. This condition requires an understanding of ideal and relevant governance in dealing with existing problems. This service generally aims to carry out technical guidance on optimizing local revenue through increasing the effectiveness of data updating and assessment of land and building tax objects in Kendari Caddi Village, Kendari City. The target audience for this activity are employees who are in Kendari Caddi Village using training, mentoring, guidance, and consultation on data validation practices which were carried out on 10 May 2022. The results of this activity resulted in (1) the effectiveness of data updating and tax object assessment activities. land and buildings in Kendari Caddi Village are quite good, (2) the role of the lurah in administrative activities, updating data, and assessing land tax objects is going well, and (3) services, rationality, effectiveness, and efficiency are running well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marriage administration services at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Wolio District Bau-Bau City and to determine the factors of marriage administration services at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Wolio District Bau-Bau City. It uses observation, interviews, and documentation as a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the marriage administration services carried out by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Wolio District are carried out by paying attention to simple, transparent, complete and affordable aspects. everything is done to make it easier for the community to manage the existing marriage administration and in terms of being transparent, information about the arrangement is given, including using social media and in complete terms where the people who come to take care must pay attention to all the completeness of the files in managing and affordable and affordable. In terms of costs, where everything has been regulated in the existing rules, people who take care of marriage administration are charged six hundred thousand for those who get married outside the office and for those who get married at the Wolio District Religious Affairs Office (KUA) with a note that it is done within working time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of the carrying capacity of information systems in procurement services for goods and services. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The technique used in determining informants in this study is a purposive technique, namely the technique of assigning informants with certain criteria that are in accordance with the research objectives. The informants of this study were determined to be as many as 5 (five) people taken from participants and customers. The data analysis used in this study is an interactive model qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the main determinants of the carrying capacity of information system systems on organizational performance are information technology infrastructure, organizational structure, human resources, and available budgets

Abstract

This study aims to determine the MINING POLICY CONFLICT: Recruitment of Local Workers in Morosi Industrial Estate, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The focus of the study is to find the design of mining policies and the impact of mining as well as the adoption model for the application of mining policies in the recruitment of local workers in the Morosi Industrial Estate. This type of research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive design, used to collect data by researchers and present descriptive data with in-depth analysis. This research was conducted in the administrative area of the Morosi Industrial Estate which is within the territory of the Konawe Regency Government of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results of the study explain that the Konawe Regency Government is able to take advantage of opportunities to increase regional economic growth even during the Covid-19 pandemic by opening up investment opportunities and massive employment through collaboration with PT. VDNI and PT. OSS. The dynamics of mining conflicts in the recruitment of local workers can be minimized so that the Konawe Regency Government and the Konawe people feel that it is a reduction in unemployment and poverty. Furthermore, currently, the adaptation that can be done by the Konawe Regency Government is to increase the competence of the local community of prospective workers according to the needs of mining companies

Abstract

This study aims to describe how good governance is implemented in order to improve the quality of public services at the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with six informants. Data collection techniques start from direct observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that transparency has not been implemented properly, where the requirements for service are only found at the front office and there are no billboards or information boards so that people often ask questions about these requirements. However, from the dimension of responsiveness related to the ability to respond, it is said to be good in providing services, it is said to be fast and to act fairly by serving the community according to the queue number obtained. Meanwhile, from the indicators of effectiveness and efficiency, employees are disciplined in providing services and following service procedures. Meanwhile, from the accountability dimension, employees are responsible by reprimanding and directing staff if negligence occurs.

Abstract

Bali cattle marketing involves businesses to incur costs in every stage of the marketing channel. The research aims to analyze Bali cattle marketing channels and marketing margins in Barangka Subdistrict, West Muna Regency aug ust-October 2022. The research population is Bali cattle breeders and traders as many as 6 villages with the determination of the location determined stratified sampling based on the lowest, medium, high cow population with the selection of respondents purposive sampling. The results showed that Bali cattle marketing channels have 5 types, namely, (1) village-level producer-trader breeders-sub-district level traders-end-island-consumer collector traders, (2) village-level producer-trader breeders-end-island-consumer traders, (3)producer-trader breeders inter-sub-district-end-island-consumer traders, (4) end-consumer producer-merchants, (5) end-producer-consumer breeders. The largest Bali cattle marketing margin from producer breeders to retailers reached Rp. 2.620,489 per head and the smallest margin of livestock sales from producer breeders to village-level collectors was Rp. 1.035,823 per head.

Abstract

Agricultural extension workers have the task of encouraging farmers to change their way of thinking, working and living in accordance with the times and agricultural technology. The study has the objective of evaluating the performance of agricultural extension workers in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 91/Permentan/OT.140/9/2013 Regarding Guidelines for Performance Evaluation of Agricultural Extension Officers which was carried out from April to September 2022.  This study uses qualitative methods to describe and examine the results of interviews and observations of selected respondents to obtain more accurate information. The research informants are 12 agricultural extension workers at the Kolaka Regency Agriculture Office. The results of the research from 12 agricultural extension workers had many obstacles, especially skills and experience in terms of extension preparation, implementation of extension, evaluation, and reporting in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture no. 91/Permentan/OT.140/9/2013. The findings refer to the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 91/Permentan/OT.140/9/2013 is the first step for local, provincial and government governments of the Republic of Indonesia to re-evaluate the performance of agricultural extension workers in all regions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the role of livestock groups in increasing the social status of breeders, (2) to determine the social status of breeders (3) to determine the relationship between the role of livestock groups in increasing the social status of farmers. This research was conducted in Semangga District from June 2022 until completion. The population sampled in this study were breeders living in the Semangga District, namely, 30 respondents. The analytical tool used is sperm rank analysis. The variables observed in this study were livestock groups and the social status of breeders. The results showed that: (1) The role of livestock herds in increasing the social status of farmers was in a good category, (2) the social status of breeders in Semangga District was in the moderate category, (3) the role of livestock herds was positively related to increasing the social status of farmers in Semangga District

Abstract

Beef cattle in Indonesia in recent years have continued to decline, which is caused by various factors including slaughter of productive livestock and livestock diseases to feed problems. This research will specifically examine the source of animal feed from food crops in Konawe Regency as an alternative to tackling the fodder shortage originating from forage. This study uses secondary data from the Konawe Regency Statistics Agency 2022 by collecting data from harvested areas of food crops and the population of ruminants such as beef cattle and goats. The data obtained were then processed to facilitate the interpretation of the data and analyzed descriptively using the analysis of the carrying capacity of livestock. The results of the study found that the harvested area of 52.990 hectares of food crops with dry matter production of 100,631.650 kg was able to provide a source of feed for livestock as much as 30,633.68 ST beef cattle and 42,968.25 ST goats.
