Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh Konteks Historis dan Kultural dalam Perkembangan Teknologi Persenjataan Angkatan Darat Indonesia melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Faktor-faktor sejarah, seperti masa kolonial Belanda dan periode perang kemerdekaan, serta nilai-nilai budaya lokal, seperti simbol-simbol nasional dan keberagaman etnis, menjadi fokus utama. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana pengaruh kolonial Belanda mengubah paradigma persenjataan di Indonesia dengan memperkenalkan teknologi senjata Eropa, sementara periode kemerdekaan menampilkan adaptasi terhadap lingkungan dengan penggunaan senjata tradisional dan taktik gerilya. Selanjutnya, analisis terhadap modernisasi militer pasca-1998 menunjukkan upaya untuk membangun industri pertahanan mandiri dan mengintegrasikan teknologi canggih dalam alutsista sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan keamanan global. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan konteks historis dan kultural dalam merancang strategi pertahanan nasional yang holistik dan adaptif, yang tidak hanya memperkuat kapabilitas militer tetapi juga memelihara identitas nasional Indonesia dalam dinamika geopolitik kontemporer.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the juridical implications of canceling the marriage agreement made by a Notary, and to find out and analyze the legal consequences arising from the cancellation of the marriage agreement made by a Notary due to the non-fulfillment of the objective elements in the marriage requirements. This research is a qualitative research with a sociological juridical approach. The assets acquired during the marriage are in the form of land acquired during the marriage if both parties carry out a mixed marriage or marriage between different nationalities the land must be released because there has been a mixture of assets in which Indonesian citizens will lose their rights to their land. The legal consequences arising from the cancellation of the marriage agreement made by a Notary due to the non-fulfillment of the objective elements in the conditions of marriage for the husband and wife concerned after a District Court order is issued, namely returning to its original state before the existence of the agreement, as well as the creation of a joint property union between the husband and wife. While the inheritance will remain under the control of each party that brought it into marriage. It is suggested that the marriage agreement should be made based on the agreement of the parties and set forth in an authentic deed made by a notary so that the agreement has perfect and permanent legal force and is binding for both parties. Legal consequences with the cancellation of the marriage agreement that has been stipulated, for prospective married couples who want to make a marriage agreement in order to better understand all the consequences that will be received after the marriage agreement applies between them.Keywords: Agreement; Canceling; Marriage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of upper class teachers to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus in the Argopurno Cluster, Salaman District. The subjects of this study were 16 upper-class teachers, who served in 5 elementary schools. While the object of research is to improve the ability of upper class teachers to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 meetings. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis is carried out by document assessment, data presentation and conclusion drawing, with indicators of minimum success reaching an average value of 80. The results of the study indicate that the ability of teachers in the initial conditions has not been able to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus, in cycle I was able to compile a syllabus with the highest value 83, the lowest is 64, and the average value is 74. In cycle II it has increased with the highest value of 88, the lowest 78, and an average value of 83. The application of training methods can improve the ability of classroom teachers to compile the Mulok Disaster syllabus in the Argopurno Cluster, Salaman District.

Abstract

The family has a role and function in producing social capital. Changes in family structure will eliminate social capital, this is due to the absence of parents who work outside the home. If the human capital of the parents is spent mostly in the workplace and elsewhere outside the home, the family is unable to play a role in producing the social capital that the child needs in achieving its learning achievements. This study aims to examine the influence of socio-economic structure of family and social capital with the children’s learning achievement.The analytical tool used is logistic regression, because the dependent variable (Y) in this study is binary consisting of two (2) categories of 0 and 1. Result of research based on result of logistic analysis show that simultaneously show variable of social economic structure of family and social capital can explain variable of achievement learn equal to 30,6% while 69,4% other factor explain variable of learning achievement. The result of odds ratio test shows that students who have high socio-economic structure of family have opportunity to get high learning achievement equal to 1,942-16,981 times compare with student having low socioeconomic family structure. Students who have high family social capital have the opportunity to obtain high learning achievement of 2,239-38,846 times compared to students who have low family social capital.

Abstract

National economic stability is influenced by the banking sector as a financial intermediary. This study develops an agency theory based model to explain the role of corporate governance in enhancing firm value. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression, the research examines banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021 to 2024, based on secondary data from annual reports. Analysis includes classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Results show that corporate governance structures such as board size, audit committee size, board independence, and institutional ownership significantly affect firm value (Tobin’s Q). Board size, audit committee size, and board independence have positive effects, while institutional ownership has a negative effect. The findings contribute to strengthening corporate governance practices in the Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing learning activeness among vocational students in the Light Vehicle Engineering subject. A participatory classroom action research design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model was implemented over two cycles. Data on learning activeness were collected using structured observation sheets, while instrument validity and reliability were confirmed through SPSS v.26, with all items showing acceptable validity (r > 0.334) and Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.65 and 0.77 for cycles 1 and 2. A minimum target of 75% learning activeness was established. Results revealed a substantial improvement, with student activeness rising from an average score of 14.4 (58%, medium category) to 19.9 (80%, high category). These findings demonstrate that PBL effectively promotes learning activeness and supports more engaging, student-centered vocational education practices. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan melalui Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan aplikasi SPSS v.26 yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Validitas memperoleh nilai r lebih dari 0.334, sedangkan reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach’s siklus 1 r= 0,65; siklus 2 r=0,77. Selain itu peneliti menentukan target rata-rata keaktifan minimal 75%. Hasil keaktifan siswa dari siklus 1 didapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 14,4 atau 58% dalam kategori sedang kemudian di siklus 2 memperoleh skor 19,9 atau 80% dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning efektif dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran siswa SMK.

Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan dan perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam konteks persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat, UMKM di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mempertahankan pelanggan dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen adalah melalui penerapan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh penggunaan teknologi pemasaran digital, khususnya melalui media sosial dan alat berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI), terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitis, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 pelaku UMKM yang aktif menggunakan platform digital dalam kegiatan pemasaran mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pemasaran digital berbasis AI dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas konsumen. Penerapan strategi digital marketing yang tepat—termasuk penggunaan platform media sosial untuk interaksi langsung dengan konsumen dan teknologi AI untuk personalisasi konten—berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen yang pada gilirannya memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap merek atau produk UMKM. Temuan ini juga menyoroti bahwa meskipun banyak UMKM yang telah mengenal teknologi digital, pemanfaatan alat AI dalam pemasaran digital masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelaku UMKM lebih mengoptimalkan teknologi pemasaran digital yang ada, guna meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen dan memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan usaha UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Real-time monitoring of vibration, temperature, and noise in refrigeration machines using microcontrollers is still rarely discussed, although it plays a crucial role in maintaining machine performance and supporting decision-making for predictive maintenance. This research aims to design and implement a microcontroller-based monitoring system capable of measuring and recording machine operational parameters in real-time with adequate accuracy. The system uses an accelerometer sensor for vibration detection, an infrared thermometer for temperature measurement, and an electret microphone for noise monitoring. The data is processed by a microcontroller equipped with an SD card module for storage and a WiFi connection for remote access via the web. The test results show that this device can detect changes in vibration with an Mean Absolute Error value of 0.34 m/s², temperature with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error value of 1.35%, and provides real-time data that can be accessed wirelessly through other devices connected to the WiFi network. The contribution of this research lies in providing a monitoring solution that improves operational efficiency, minimizes the risk of downtime, and supports the optimal management and maintenance of refrigeration machines.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a relevant and sustainable performance-based personnel development model within the Indonesian Air Force to enhance soldier professionalism. The research method uses a comparative qualitative approach with data collection techniques thru document analysis of the researcher's field research results from five Indonesian Air Force units that have implemented a performance-based evaluation system, compared with several similar studies. The research results indicate that the implementation of performance-based coaching significantly improves soldier professionalism. This finding is supported by comparative studies showing that units with structured performance evaluation systems have an operational readiness rate 30% higher than conventional units. This research contributes to the development of a meritocracy-based military human resource management model with practical recommendations for integrating performance tracking technology and strengthening the capacity of performance appraisers. The research results show that performance-based personnel development is effective in improving the professionalism of Indonesian Air Force personnel and is suitable to be used as a national model for military human resource development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of an emotional regulation educational approach on academic stress levels in adolescents in Islamic boarding schools. The method used was a quantitative pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The results showed a statistically significant decrease in mean academic stress scores after emotional regulation education (p < 0.05). In conclusion, an emotional regulation educational approach can be used as a promotive and preventive strategy to reduce academic stress in adolescents in Islamic boarding schools.   Keywords: Education, Emotional Regulation, Adolescents, Academic Stress
