Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat pengujian crashworthiness menggunakan metode drop test. Crashworthiness adalah kemampuan suatu struktur untuk menyerap energi tumbukan guna mengurangi dampak kecelakaan terhadap penumpang atau barang dalam suatu kecelakaan kendaraan. Pengujian crashworthiness dengan metoda drop test dilakukan dengan menjatuhkan beban dari ketinggian tertentu untuk mengukur daya serap energi spesimen. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibuat alat uji crashworthiness dengan spesifikasi spesimen yang berbentuk pelat atau panel berbentuk bujursangkar berukuran maksimal 25 cm × 25 cm dengan ketebalan sampai 3 cm. Alat uji crashworthiness ini diuji kinerjanya dengan melakukan pengujian langsung dengan menjatuhkan bola baja impactor kepada alat uji dengan variasi ketinggian jatuh bola baja impaktor sampai masimal 6 meter denagn interval ketinggian 1 m. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa alat uji crashworthiness yang dibuat dari bahan AISI 1045 ini kuat menahan beban yang terjadi, dimana tegangan yang terjadi pada pelat dasar dudukan spesimen, yaitu 10,58 Mpa, dan tegangan pada batang penyangga neraca pegas, yaitu 38,49 masih berada di bawah tegangan ijin bahan (202,5 Mpa). Factor of Safety untuk pelat dasar dudukan spesimen sebesar 19,14 dan untuk batang penyangga neraca pegas sebesar 5,26. Kekakuan struktur alat uji crashworthiness masih belum cukup memadai, dimana defleksi total dari struktur alat uji crashworthiness adalah sebesar 1,7274 mm.

Abstract

Prototipe mesin pencacah sampah sisa makanan digunakan untuk mengolah sampah sisa makanan yang nantinya akan dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan untuk maggot Black soldier Fly. Prototipe mesin ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan teknologi proses yang sederhana dengan prinsip dasar pemotongan yang menggunakan dua buah pisau potong berbentuk silinder dan berputar pada arah berlawanan. Mesin ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi komunitas masyarakat pengelola sampah domestik terutama para penggiat budidaya maggot sekaligus mengurangi masalah lingkungan akibat sampah makanan yang tidak terurai dengan baik. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, dimana komponen-komponen utama mesin pencacahan ini memperlihatkan kekuatan yang lebih besar daripada beban yang terjadi. Tegangan lentur pada pangkal mata potong pisau sebesar 1,231 Mpa dan teganagn kombinasi pada poros pisau sebesar 1,229 MPa lebih kecil daripada tegangan ijin bahan SS400 sebesar 42,5 MPa. Factor of safety untuk kedua komponen tersebut adalah sebesar 34,52 dan 34,58. Kapasitas terbesar dari mesin ini dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau 1 mm yaitu sebesar 187,2 kg/jam. Kapasistas lebih kecil dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau 0,5 mm, yaitu 153,3 kg/jam. Efisiensi mesin terbesar dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau sebesar 0,5 mm yaitu dengan angka efisiensi 72,72 %. Efisiensi lebih kecil dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau 1 mm, yaitu dengan angka efisiensi 68,72 %.

Abstract

IntroductionIndonesia has considerable potential to become a global leader in the halal industry, supported by its large Muslim population, thriving micro, small, and medium enterprises, and expanding Islamic financial institutions. However, the country still struggles to translate this potential into competitive advantage. Challenges persist in halal product certification, Sharia-compliant financing, regulatory alignment, and digital integration.ObjectivesThis study aims to identify key strategies for strengthening the halal industry ecosystem by optimizing the roles of micro, small, and medium enterprises and Islamic financial institutions. It seeks to analyze the most urgent problems and prioritize strategic interventions to support national competitiveness in the global halal market.MethodA qualitative approach combining thematic analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with representatives from micro, small, and medium enterprises, Islamic financial service institutions, government agencies, and academics. Thematic analysis identified core challenges and potential strategies, which were then ranked using the Analytical Hierarchy Process to determine their relative importance.ResultsThe findings reveal that the most pressing challenges include complex halal certification processes, limited awareness of international halal standards among business actors, inadequate digital readiness, and regulatory barriers that hinder Islamic financing. The most important strategy identified was simplifying the halal certification process, followed closely by streamlining financing procedures in Islamic financial institutions. Regulatory support emerged as the most critical factor for strengthening the halal industry ecosystem, while strategies related to human resource development and financial access also played significant roles.ImplicationsThe results offer practical recommendations for policymakers, particularly in improving regulatory frameworks and enhancing financial inclusion for halal-oriented micro, small, and medium enterprises. For financial institutions, the study highlights the need for inclusive, accessible, and digitally integrated Sharia financing schemes to reach underserved business actors.Originality/NoveltyThis study presents a novel integration of qualitative insight and hierarchical decision modeling to evaluate the ecosystem of the halal industry in Indonesia. By prioritizing strategic issues and solutions, the research provides a structured roadmap for aligning micro, small, and medium enterprises with Islamic financial institutions under national development goals.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Tulungagung dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran Microsoft Teams (Ms Teams) pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik. Pembelajaran menggunakan Ms Teams sejauh ini belum diketahui apakah media tersebut dapat memenuhi kriteria hasil belajar maupun kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Ms Teams terhadap hasil belajar dan komunikasi siswa pada pelajaran gambar teknik. Ini merupakan penelitian dekriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post facto. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Alat Berat SMKN 2 Tulungagung pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik dekriptif, uji prasyarat normalitas dan linieritas, dan uji-t. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan penggunaan Ms Teams dan kemampuan berkomunikasi berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berada dalam kategori cukup.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect between the board of directors, audit committee, and disclosure of economic, social, and environmental aspects. The research population consists of banking companies listed on the IDX during the period 2017-2021. Using the purposive sampling technique for sample selection, a total of 55 research samples were selected for each year from 2017 to 2021. The hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the board of directors has a significant positive correlation, while the audit committee has a significant negative correlation with the ROA of banking companies. However, the disclosure of economic, social, and environmental aspects does not have a significant on the ROA of banking companies. Simultaneously, the board of directors, audit committee, and disclosure of economic, social, and environmental aspects significantly impact the ROA of banking companies.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and test an appropriate technology in the form of a goat manure shredding machine to enhance organic fertilizer production and improve waste management efficiency. The research adopted a 4-D development model comprising Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Initial problem analysis was conducted through field observations and farmer interviews. Based on these findings, a prototype shredding machine was designed and fabricated using a 7 HP gasoline engine with adjustable rotation speeds. The machine was then tested in both workshop and field environments. Fifteen local farmers participated in the field implementation, which included technical training and composting trials. The performance test showed that the machine could process 10 kg of goat manure in 5.23 minutes at low speed and 2.12 minutes at high speed, resulting in a maximum shredding capacity of 283.02 kg/hour. The shredded manure accelerated the composting process, producing mature organic fertilizer within 21–28 days. The final compost exhibited optimal physical characteristics, including dark color, neutral odor, and balanced moisture content. Additionally, farmers reported increased skills, reduced labor burden, and growing interest in commercializing the compost product. In conclusion, the developed shredding machine proved effective in addressing manure waste challenges, enhancing composting efficiency, and supporting sustainable agricultural practices in rural areas. The technology has strong potential for replication and integration into broader circular agriculture systems.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement the SISPEDA Application (Fund Submission Information System) as a basis for routine Work Down Payment (UMK) submissions and activities at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang, with a focus on increasing financial accountability and transparency in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology consisting of planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance stages. Primary data were collected through interviews and observations of potential users, namely administrative staff and lecturers at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang. The results of the unit testing trial, SISPEDA can run 100% so it is suitable for use. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SISPEDA has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the fund submission process by significantly reducing the time required. Overall, this study concludes that SISPEDA makes a positive contribution to improving financial governance at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang and can be used as a model for the development of fund management information systems in other higher education institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of corporate initiatives in improving work climate, enhancing employee engagement, and increasing workforce productivity within the manufacturing industry. Employing a descriptive research design, data were obtained through structured surveys and in-depth interviews with employees from several manufacturing firms. The study identifies key strategic factors namely open internal communication, consistent employee recognition, provision of adequate workplace infrastructure, and ergonomic optimization as primary drivers of a positive organizational climate. A particular emphasis is placed on the GNB-04 machine, a high-efficiency industrial tool frequently used in production lines. Ergonomic improvements and proper maintenance of this equipment have been found to significantly reduce physical strain, thereby enhancing employee safety, comfort, and operational performance. The integration of human-centered design principles with strategic equipment use underscores the importance of aligning corporate strategy with both technological and human resource considerations. The research findings demonstrate that a well-structured corporate strategy that prioritizes employee well-being can substantially improve motivation, job satisfaction, and long-term workforce effectiveness. Moreover, companies that proactively foster a positive work environment experience not only improved individual performance but also organizational resilience and sustainable productivity. This study contributes to the broader discourse on strategic human resource management and operational excellence by offering empirical evidence on the synergistic impact of workplace climate and engagement strategies. The practical implications highlight the necessity for manufacturing leaders to formulate policies that holistically address both technological advancement and psychosocial workplace dynamics. Investing in such integrated strategies is essential for achieving a sustained competitive advantage in the global manufacturing landscape.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, firm age, firm size, industrial type, and audit committee on the disclosure of sustainability reports. The data used is secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability report LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020 - 2023. The sample selection method used was purposive. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that profitability, firm size, and industrial type have a positive and significant influence on the disclosure of sustainability reports. The audit committee variable has a negative influence on the disclosure of sustainability reports. The firm age variable does not affect the disclosure of sustainability reports.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika berperan krusial dalam membentuk pola pikir kritis, logis, dan sistematis peserta didik. Di SD Negeri 3 Ulakan, rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV mendorong penerapan model kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) berbantuan permainan ular tangga. Penelitian kuantitatif pre‑eksperimental ini menggunakan desain one‑group pre‑test post‑test terhadap 30 siswa. Instrumen berupa tes hasil belajar, observasi, dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data memakai uji t berpasangan melalui SPSS 26.0. Nilai rata‑rata pre‑test sebesar 44 meningkat menjadi 75 pada post‑test. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2‑tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H₁ diterima dan H₀ ditolak. Hasil tersebut menegaskan adanya pengaruh signifikan penggunaan model kooperatif STAD berbasis media ular tangga terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika. Keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam tim, kesempatan berdiskusi, serta unsur permainan kontekstual diduga meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman konsep. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan kooperatif inovatif dan media permainan edukatif serupa guna memfasilitasi penemuan konsep, kerja sama, dan pemecahan masalah secara menyenangkan. Selain meningkatkan kognitif, strategi ini berpotensi mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan kreativitas peserta didik, sehingga pembelajaran matematika menjadi lebih bermakna dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari‑hari. Penelitian lanjutan dapat mengeksplorasi variabel afektif, durasi perlakuan yang lebih lama, serta perbandingan dengan model kooperatif lain untuk memantapkan generalisasi temuan pada beragam karakteristik siswa berbeda.
