Abstract

The background of the study is the influence of financing for sale and purchase and syirkah financing which still has a research gap by adding other X variables, namely the addition of financing for sale and purchase and NPF which is one of the disincentives for banks to obtain profit or profit. Regarding the irregular funding indicator as measured by the Net Performance Funding (NPF) ratio. This study aims to analyze financing for sale and purchase which has a significant effect on the Earnings Quality (ROA) of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Let's analyze whether Syirkah Financing has a significant effect on the Earnings Quality (ROA) of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Analyze whether NPF can manage financing for sale and purchase and Syirkah financing with productive ROA quality. This study is based on annual calculations for the period 2019-2023. Using a qualitative descriptive method using a purposive sampling method. In this study, the example is the 2019-2023 financial report. Data collection techniques Documentation Technique and Literature Study were then tested using the SPSS 23.0 test Based on the results of the study, Buying and selling has a significant effect on the quality of income of Bank Syariah Indonesia for the period 2019-2023. There is no significant effect on the quality of profit between Syirkah and Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2019-2023. In the period 2019-2023 there is a significant effect between the quality of NPF income and Bank Syariah Indonesia. Buying and selling and NPF have a significant effect on the quality of profit of Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2019-2023.

Abstract

Mesin diesel merupakan sistem penggerak utama yang banyak digunakan baik untuk sistem transportasi maupun penggerak stasioner. Dikenal sebagai jenis motor bakar yang mempunyai efisiensi tinggi. Namun disamping keunggulan yang dimiliki, mesin diesel juga memiliki problem khusus yang berhubungan dengan pencemaran lingkungan, yaitu asap (jelaga) serta gas buang khususnya Nitrogen Oxide (NOx). Emisi gas buang berupa asap knalpot, adalah akibat terjadinya proses pembakaran yang tidak sempurna, dan mengandung timbal/timah hitam (Pb), suspended particulate matter (SPM), oksida nitrogen (NOx), oksida sulfur (SO2), hidrokarbon (HC), karbon monoksida (CO), dan oksida fotokimia (Ox). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui emisi gas buang kendaraan mobil diesel dengan perbandingan putaran tranmisi 1 sampai 5 dan 6 mundur pada putaran tetap. Pengujian Emisi gas buang menggunakan waktu 20 detik, 30 detik dan 40 detik dengan sampel tranmisi 1 sampai dengan tranmisi 6 dan kategori HC (mg/m3), TVOC (ug/m3), CO2 (ppm), dan RPM. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai rata-rata yang di dapat pada emisi gas buang pada waktu 20 detik yaitu HC 0,57 mg/m3, TVOC 3,44  ug/m3, CO2 1,73 ppm dan RPM 20 km. Nilai rata-rata yang di dapat pada emisi gas buang pada waktu 30 detik yaitu HC 0,84 mg/m3, TVOC 5,16  ug/m3, CO2 2,12 ppm dan RPM 20 km Dan Nilai rata-rata yang di dapat pada emisi gas buang pada waktu 40 detik yaitu HC 0,62 mg/m3, TVOC 3,92  ug/m3, CO2 1,74 ppm dan RPM 20 km

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of accounting profit, operating cash flow and company size on cash dividend in banking financial services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The population in this study were 47 banking financial services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and only 8 companies met the criteria to be the research sample. This research uses a quantitative approach and the sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that: accounting profit and operating cash flow partially influence cash dividend. Company size has no partial effect on cash dividend. Accounting profit, operating cash flow and company size simultaneously influence cash dividend.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the experiences of widowed women in Lima Puluh Kota District, focusing on social, psychological, and economic challenges they face. Method: A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, utilizing primary data from widowed women and community leaders, along with secondary data from relevant documentation. Results: The findings reveal that widowed women in Lima Puluh Kota District experience profound emotional loss, social stigma, and changes in social roles, leading to feelings of isolation, anxiety, and insecurity. Economically, they face increased financial responsibilities, often relying on informal jobs or small businesses to meet their living needs. Despite these challenges, a process of recovery and self-empowerment is observed among some women. Novelty: This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between social stigma, psychological adaptation, and economic resilience among widowed women, contributing to the limited literature on widowhood experiences in rural Indonesian contexts.

Abstract

Class B aggregate, which is usually better known as LPB which is used for the lower foundation layer, is carried out spread along the road on top of the selected embankment or on the surface of the prepared road body. In planning the thick pavement structure that needs to be considered is the function of the network, plan age, average daily traffic, DDT, FR, IP, Equivalent Number, ITP and relative strength coefficient.The implementation of road construction planning must also pay attention to the materials used, because it will determine the quality of the road construction, so the road foundation material greatly affects the quality and durability of road construction, in the implementation of road construction planning we recognize the top foundation layer and the bottom foundation layer. In the implementation of this implementation, testing of Class B material for the lower foundation or LPB originating from the solok district is carried out, the test is carried out is the specific gravity, moisture content of the aggregate, compaction and determines the CBR value of the Plan From the results of the implementation of the Class B mateial test for the sample of the number of collisions 65 x 5 obtained the value of moisture content = 5.99%, dry density 2.209. CBR prices of 51.7 and 98.9. Class B mateial testing for 30 x 5 impact number samples obtained moisture content value = 6.00%, dry density 2.084. CBR price 30 and 64.4. Class B mateial testing for Sample number of impact 10 x 5 obtained water content value = 6.12%, dry density 1.941. The CBR price is 16.7 and 44.4 and the resulting Plan CBR value at % gd is 98%, and the CBR at 95% gd is 45%.From the above test results, it can be concluded that Class B coarse aggregate from Solok can be used for Class B base in road construction works. Keywords: Aggregate Base Class B  for Roads

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat siswa yang suka bermain game online. Hal ini menyebabkan siswa kurang konsentrasi dan sering terlambat mengerjakan tugas. Karna itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang hubungan kecanduan game online dengan minat belajar siswa di SDN 02 Sitiung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan kecanduan game online dengan minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas, kelas IV, V, dan VI. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan tentang kecanduan game online dan minat belajar siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecanduan game online dengan minat belajar siswa di SD N 02 Sitiung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji korelasi bahwa rhitung 0,351 lebih besar dari rtabel 0,264. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis alternative (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak. Hal ini berarti kecanduan game online berkorelasi positif dengan minat belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: kecanduan game online, minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the success of students in determining career choices through the implementation of Holland Theory at SMA N 1 Padang Sago. The background shows that many students face difficulties in choosing their majors, which impacts their motivation and proactivity. The methode of this article uses a quantitative method involving 100 students. By implementing a career planning program based on Holland Theory, students are encouraged to explore their interests and talents that are aligned with six personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Entrepreneurial, and Conventional (RIASEC). The results show a significant increase in students' ability to recognize and choose appropriate majors, as well as an increase in their motivation and creativity in planning for the future. Novelty This program effectively helps students overcome career-related challenges and prepares them for a dynamic job market. Technology integration through Google Sites also facilitates interactive access to career information, supporting a more in-depth learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of demand deposits, savings and time deposits on the amount of credit extended to banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The subjects of this research were banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the IDX, and with a total sample of 26 companies with a four-year study period, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that demand deposits have no effect on the amount of lending, while savings have an effect and are significant on the amount of lending, and deposits have a significant effect on the amount of lending.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian merupakan keinginan - keinginan peneliti atas hasil penelitian dengan mengetengahkan indikator - indikator apa yang hendak ditemukan penelitian, terutama yang berkaitan dengan variable - variabel penelitian sebagai berikut untuk mengetahui apakah Struktur Modal mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2017, Untuk mengetahui apakah Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2017, dan Untuk mengetahui apakah Struktur Modal dan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2017. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kesimpulan penelitian ini antara lain adalah hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada variabel Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dimana nilai t-hitung lebih kecil dari t-tabel yaitu 0,719 < 1,65909. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada variabel Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dimana nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu 3,229 > 1,65909 dan signifikan sebesar 0,002. Secara simultan diperoleh dari uji ANOVA diatas diperoleh f-hitung sebesar 9,627 dengan signifikan 0,000, sedangkan f-tabel sebesar 3,08 dengan signifikan 0,05. Sehingga f-hitung > f-tabel. Berdasarkan hasil uji tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara simultan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, company growth and financial condition on capital structure in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019. The samples in this study were 32 companies with research data for 3 years and using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that firm size had no effect on capital structure, firm growth had no effect on capital structure and financial condition had no effect on capital structure. Company size, company growth and financial conditions have no simultaneous effect on capital structure in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019.
