Abstract

In line with the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK), especially in the field of Civil Engineering, building construction is currently also developing very rapidly. In the construction of a building, construction must be produced with sufficient capacity, good quality and efficient implementation. In West Sumatra itself, the need for housing and office buildings as well as the construction of educational facilities is currently experiencing very rapid development. Like the "SMA N 1 Lubuk Suhuing Building" which aims to improve educational facilities and infrastructure. And for all of this, planning and building work are needed which must comply with standards, be safe and efficient. This research aims to plan the dimensions of structural elements, calculate structural reinforcement. The structural element data used is from the results of the preliminary design (Preliminary Design). The analysis was assisted by the SAP2000 Version 14 program by selecting a network system structure system (Grid System). Based on the results of Preliminary Design calculations, data was obtained for the use of the upper structure from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor, where the cross-sections of the main columns on the 1st floor measuring 45cm x 45cm and the 2nd floor measuring 40cm x 40cm, the main beams on the 1st floor and 2nd floor measuring 50cm x 25cm, floor slab planning and also Concrete tiles were carried out using Preliminary Design, resulting in a floor slab measuring 12 cm thick. Reinforcement used for beams D19 and D10, reinforcement for columns D19 and D12, reinforcement for floor slabs D10.Keywords : Preliminary design, SAP2000, Building Structures, Schools

Abstract

The Baringin Rampanai irrigation area currently only has the capacity to irrigate a rice field area of ±80 Ha out of a total of ±120 Ha of rice field area. The aim of constructing irrigation canals is to develop and determine the dimensions of effective irrigation canals and increase agricultural production by providing supporting facilities so that water can be distributed evenly. At the research method stage of processing rainfall data the author used the gumbel, haspers and rational methods. With calculation results for R3 in 457 mm and R5 in 1174 mm. Based on the calculation of the planning dimensions of the primary channel with bottom width b = 175 cm, height h = 170 cm and top width B = 300 cm, and secondary channel 1 with bottom width b = 135 cm, height h = 120 cm and top width B = 210 cm, secondary 2 with bottom width b = 95 cm, height h = 120 cm and top width B = 200 and secondary 3 with bottom width b = 120 cm, height h = 90 cm and top width B = 200 cm. Primary channel planning calculation where the planned Q value of 59.76 m3/s is greater than Q max 58.03 m3/s, secondary channel 1 where the planned Q value is 20.40 m3/s greater than Q max 19.47 m3/s , secondary channel 2 Q plans 11.69 m3/s greater than Q max 10.37 m3/s, and secondary channel 3 Q plans 10.45 m3/s greater than Q max 9.87 m3/s. Abstract

Abstract: Pembangung infrastruktur jalan raya mempunyai peran penting sebagai pendukung kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat infrastuktur jalan raya yang kurang memadai di beberapa wilayah di indonesia, salah satunya pada ruas Jalan Solok Bio-Bio, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tebal perkerasan lentur pada ruas Jalan Solok Bio-Bio, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Evaluasi penelitian menggunakan Metode Analisa Komponen dan Metode AASHTO 1993. Dari hasil evaluasi metode analisa ko,ponen diperoleh lapisan permukaan menggunakan Laston MS 744 kg dengan tebal 5 cm, lapisan pondasi atas menggunakan batu pecah kelas A dengan tebal 10 cm dan lapisan pondasi bawah menggunakan Sirtu kelas B dengan tebal 20 cm. Sedangkan dari hasil evaliasi metode AASHTO diperoleh lapisan permukaan menggunakan beton aspal dengan tebal 3 cm, lapisan pondasi atas menggunakan lapis pondasi granular dengan tebal 5 cm dan lapisan pondasi bawah menggunakan lapis pondasi bawah granular dengan tebal 32 cm. Kata Kunci : Analisa Komponen, AASHTO, perkerasan lentur

Abstract

Profit quality is a self-reflection for an organization in showing its performance to the public, so it is an important concern for stakeholders. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the audit committee, internal auditor and external auditor on earnings quality in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative in the form of causality, meanwhile the type of data used is secondary in the form of company financial report data with the observation years 2018 to 2021. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, with a sample of 26 manufacturing companies in the goods industry sector. consumption, through purosive sampling techniques with companies in the consumer goods industry sector in 2018-2021 experiencing losses and being delisted. The results of this research show that the audit committee has an influence on the quality of company profits, while external auditors and internal audits do not have a significant effect on the quality of profits in manufacturing companies in the industrial sector. The contribution of this research states that research variables as a factor influencing the quality of company profits is only 10.6% and indicates that the contribution of research variables is still small in the research model used. The research implications reveal that it is important to increase the role of the audit committee and improve auditors in ensuring earnings quality.

Abstract

MTSN Muhammadiyah Lima Kaum which will become the Muhammadiyah Lima Kaum Islamic Boarding School. With the increasing number of students who will study at the pesantren, facilities are needed in the form of an office with an office structure. (SRPMK) because the planning location is in a high earthquake risk location. The planning for this mosque is in accordance with SNI 03-2847-2019 concerning concrete structures, and SNI 03-1726-2019 for planning earthquake- friendly buildings and non-buildings. The method that the author uses for this research is quantitative to obtain the necessary data and qualitative to obtain more extensive information about this research. After the data was complete, the authors began planning the office of the Muhammadiyah Lima Kaum Islamic Boarding School. From the results of the structural analysis, the structural reinforcement is obtained based on the author's analysis. The results obtained for the material used are steel fy 420 MPa and quality fc' 20.75 MPa. For slab reinforcement, reinforcement is used for the x direction Ø10-100 and the y direction Ø10-200. Column design uses steel quality fy 420 MPa and concrete quality fc' 20.75 with a column size of 50cm x 50cm. while the design of beams uses steel quality fy 420 MPa and concrete quality fc' 20.75 with beam size 1 30cm x 50cm and beam 2 25cm x 45cm.. Keywords: Dormitory, Boarding School, Structure, Building, Method

Abstract

Dormitory Pesantren Muhammadiyah Lima Kaum is planned as a supporting building for students to stay and also to improve the discipline of the students and improve learning outcomes. This planning aims to determine the dimensions and reinforcement of the building structure, to calculate the loading that works on the structure to be planned. As for the benefits of this planning, knowing how to analyze the bui lding structure based on earthquake loads, adding insight in the field of structural planning, especially in  the planning of multi-storey building structures, and as a reference for the construction of this dormitory. This building has a floor area of 1. 074 m2 consisting of 4 floors, for the material the author uses steel quality fy =420 Mpa and concrete quality f'c = 24.9 Mpa obtained dimensions of the main beam B1 45 cm x 30 cm reinforcement top 5D - 16 and reinforcement bottom 3D - 16, main beam B2 40 cm x 25 cm reinforcement top4D - 16 and reinforcement bottom 2D - 16, and child beam B3 40 cm x 25 cm top reinforcement 5D-16 and bottom  reinforcement  3D-16,  while  for  column  dimensions,  column  K1  60  cm  x  60  cm  with  24D-19 reinforcement and column K2 45 cm x 45 cm with 12D-19 reinforcement are obtained, and for plates 15 cm thick with 10Ø-150 mm reinforcement.Keywords: Dormitory, Boarding School, Structure, Building, Method

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how liquidity, profitability, and investment opportunities affect stock investment decisions in companies in the Property and Real Estate subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2021. During the conduction of this study companies in the Property and Real Estate subsector are made up of 65 companies. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 17 companies. Quantitative data were used in this research. Secondary data from the company's financial reports serve as the data source. The examination results show that liquidity somewhat affects corporate share choices, productivity and venture open doors to some extent meaningfully affect corporate security choices. In the meantime, it demonstrates that stock investment decisions are influenced positively by liquidity, profitability, and investment opportunities.

Abstract

Weak student learning strategies lead to low learning outcomes so group guidance is carried out using the discussion method, but the activity objectives have not been achieved. Therefore used a group guidance approach with cooperative learning methods to improve student learning strategies. The research subjects were students of class VII UPT SMPN 2 Sitiung. This study uses the Guidance and Counseling Action Research method. Data was tested using the Paired Samples Test (T test). The results of the group guidance approach with the Cooperative Learning method can significantly improve student learning strategies.

Abstract

Career guidance and counselling is one aspect of guidance. Career orientation is intended so that a person can work well, willingly and diligently and requires job requirements or positions following the person concerned. There are several stages involved in the implementation of career guidance, one of which is career selection. Of course, when making career decisions, different theories of career choice are needed so that the decisions made by an individual match the individual's abilities, aptitudes, and interests. The purpose of this research is when individuals will begin to study the world of work closely and make the right decisions. This article is an alternative solution to the problem of decision theory so that later a person will not regret choosing a career and entering the world of work. This research is library research conducted by collecting information and data from various sources in the library, which is related to the problem to be solved. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the basic concept of career decision-making in surah Ar-Ra'd verse 11 is in line with career decision-making according to the Miller-Tiedeman lifecareer theory of career decision-making in the process of career guidance and counselling based on the results of the client's own decisions.

Abstract

The planning for the construction of the Jami' Mandiangin mosque starts from the planning of the lower structure to the upper structure. In the formulation of the problem, the researcher only calculates the maximum load borne by the building, both dead load, live load and earthquake load and to know the dimensions of the structural elements and the amount of structural reinforcement needed. The research methodology is divided into two types, namely quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The study used SAP2000 to analyze the structural design to determine the magnitude of the load carried on the construction of a structural building that refers to SNI 2019. The results of the study obtained the dimensions of a circular column with a diameter of 600 mm, a column height of 4500 mm with a lot of reinforcement 17D19. Beam B1 is 450x900 mm with lots of 20D19 reinforcement. Beam B2 is 300x600 mm with a lot of 12D19 reinforcement. Beam B3 is 250x450 mm with lots of 8D19 reinforcement. The floor slab uses 10 - 200 mm in two layers with a floor slab thickness of 12 mm. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the calculation of the structure plays an important role in the construction of the structure so that it can produce a strong and sturdy building.
