Abstract

The Berbagi Nasi movement aims to foster hope and a spirit of sharing by providing simple meals, countering prevailing individualistic attitudes. This qualitative research explores the impact of the Sharing Principle on preventing impoverishment, delving into the roles of Berbagi Nasi advocates and assessing individual and collective impacts. Conducted at Iteung - Abah Tatang's shop in Bandung, the study utilizes participant observation and documentation to gather data on the advocates' activities. Findings reveal two crucial roles played by Berbagi Nasi Bandung advocates: serving as role models and developing rice-sharing activities, particularly involving young family members to instill care from an early age. Drawing from Daniel Batson's theory, the research emphasizes that sharing involves deeper motivations beyond poverty avoidance, focusing on motivation rather than consequences. Recommendations include developing educational programs to alter public perceptions, encouraging community sharing, emphasizing character development through sharing activities, implementing sustainable monitoring and evaluation systems, and promoting inclusive sharing initiatives. These initiatives aim to dispel the notion that sharing leads to poverty, fostering a societal shift toward altruism and contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Abstract

This article discusses the ethics of sharing rice in Bandung society and analyzes the concept and related social impacts. This research aims to understand the practice of sharing rice in Bandung society, analyze the ethical concepts underlying this practice, and evaluate the resulting social impact. The research method used is a qualitative study. Qualitative research aims to understand the experiences of research subjects, such as their actions, cognition, motivation and behavior, as a whole through descriptions in the form of words and language in certain natural contexts. natural ways and by utilizing various methods natural. by collecting data through participant observation, interviews and document analysis (Anwar Hidayat & Tim, 012). The theoretical description involves a review of the literature on social ethics, social solidarity, and food sharing practices. The discussion of this article will describe the research findings and analyze the social implications of the practice of sharing rice in Bandung society. Conclusions and suggestions will provide a summary of research findings and recommendations for developing more effective and sustainable rice sharing practices in Bandung society.

Abstract

Kegiatan berbagi nasi merupakan kegiatan komunitas atau organisasi sosial yang biasa dilakukan di lingkungan sekitar, seperti di masjid, mushola atau tempat-tempat umum lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika penyelenggaraan kegiatan berbagi nasi dengan metode literatur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis dokumen-dokumen relevan dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal, buku dan artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika penyelenggaraan kegiatan berbagi nasi dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap. Pertama, tahap persiapan yang meliputi perencanaan kegiatan. Kedua, tahap pelaksanaan meliputi penyajian nasi dan pembagiannya kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Ketiga, tahap evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai keberhasilan kegiatan, meliputi jumlah nasi yang terbagikan, jumlah masyarakat yang terbantu dan tanggapan masyarakat terhadap kegiatan.

Abstract

The high percentage of unemployment and extreme poverty in Indonesia served as the impetus for this study. One issue that frequently comes up during the development process is unemployment. Growing rates of unemployment have the potential to impede progress and create issues in the social and economic spheres. Other factors that affect unemployment include rapid population increase, strong economic performance, and government involvement, particularly with regard to minimum wage policies. The absence of suitable work and the unwillingness of Indonesians to start their own businesses are the main causes of unemployment. In Indonesia, the number of people in productive age does not match the number of employment that are now available. Most Indonesians are now unemployed as a result.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Sharing Rice in Bandung City fosters an attitude of social concern, especially in the people of Bandung City. Descriptive qualitative methodology was used in this research. Data was collected through in-depth interview techniques conducted in an unstructured manner. Data analysis begins with data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation technique is a technique of comparing data obtained through various methods. The results show that Sharing Rice in Bandung City builds an attitude of social care by providing a direct example to the community through sharing activities and inviting other people to share via social media. Apart from that, community members have spread sharing activities to other cities and 27 provinces.

Abstract

This article explores ethical concepts in exploring humanity and the meaning of gratitude with a focus on the practice of sharing rice. Sharing is a social phenomenon in which individuals or groups contribute voluntarily to share resources with others in society. Ethics and sharing are terms that refer to moral principles and behavior that encourage individuals to pay attention to the needs of others. In this case, sharing rice can be a symbol of love and blessings that can strengthen relationships between individuals and increase feelings of loyalty and solidarity in society. This research aims to investigate how ethics plays a key role in the success and positive impact of rice sharing as well as improving the quality of social relationships, especially in the context of rice sharing. The main aim of this research is to understand the link between ethics, sharing, and the role of gratitude in creating a more empathetic and sustainable society.

Abstract

This research reviews the level of poverty in Indonesia as a complex global problem that requires joint attention from both developed and developing countries. Responding to the pressing problem of poverty, individuals who are aware of their social responsibility founded the Rice Sharing Community, which is a proactive approach to overcoming economic inequality. This research, located at the intersection of economic challenges and ethical considerations, contributes valuable insights into the complexities of poverty, while highlighting the emergence of community-based solutions such as Nasi Sharing Communities as an ethical response to community needs. This study shows that overcoming poverty requires a multifaceted approach, combining economic strategies with ethical considerations to promote community empowerment and social responsibility.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much the Bandung Sharing Rice community has contributed to increasing social awareness among Bandung City residents. Biddle and Thomas' role theory is cited in this research, which also uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Unstructured in-depth interviews are the method used in the data collection methodology. The stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing up conclusions are part of the data analysis process. By comparing data from different methodologies, triangulation procedures increase the validity of the data. The findings of this research show how members of the Nasi Bandung serving community raise social awareness by providing authentic examples through their actions and encourage others to do the same by asking for involvement on social media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ethics and social solidarity carried out in the Sharing Rice movement in Bandung to build high social solidarity, especially in the community in Bandung City. In this research, data collection was used using indirect research methods. Data analysis starts from understanding the theory and case studies, then conclusions and outlines are drawn from the case studies. The results of this research show that the ethics and social solidarity that exist in the case of the Sharing Rice movement are very good and this is also the right opportunity and means for the community, especially the city of Bandung, who want to increase their spirit of solidarity, either on social media or directly.

Abstract

This research conducts a literature review to explore the relationship between leadership styles and employee performance using qualitative research methods. Through in-depth analysis of various literature sources, including journal articles, books, and research reports, this study aims to understand the complex dynamics between leadership styles and employee performance from a qualitative perspective. A qualitative approach is used to explore the context and nuances underlying the relationship between leadership styles (such as transactional, transformational, and situational) and employee performance in various organizational situations. The findings from this literature review provide a deeper understanding of the impact of leadership styles on performance through factors such as motivation, communication, personal development, and social support. The practical implications of these findings for leadership development and human resource management are also discussed. This research contributes to our understanding of the complexity of the relationship between leadership styles and employee performance, while providing a basis for further research in this domain.
