Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan Self-esteem rendah pada siswa SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus, 2. Untuk teratasinya Self-Esteem rendah melalui pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy teknik Assertif Training pada siswa SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK PGRI 1 Mejobo Kudus yang memiliki Self-esteem (harga diri) rendah sebanyak dua siswa (J dan SA). Dalam penelitian ini analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan hasil dari mengumpulkan data oleh peneliti yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kunjungan rumah secara mendalam sehingga nantinya mendapatkan data yang akurat terhadap permasalahan yang diteliti yaitu permasalahan tentang Self-esteem rendah. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan analisis penelitian menunjukkan penyebab J dan SA memiliki Self-Esteem rendah disebabkan konseli J mengembangkan pemikiran yang negatif terhadap dirinya sendiri yang merasa lemah karena menjadi bahan bullyan oleh teman-temannya. Konseli SA mengembangkan pemikiran negatif terhadap teman-temannya, merasa minder karena dia berasal dari keluarga yang kurang mampu, sedangkan teman-temannya dari keluarga yang mampu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) teknik Assertif Trainning. Dari hasil konseling kedua siswa tersebut, mereka dapat meningkatkan Self-Esteem dalam kehidupannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan teknik Assertif Trainning efektif digunakan untuk mengatasi Self-Esteem rendah pada siswa, sehingga siswa berkembang secara optimal. Hal ini dibuktikan adanya perubahan pola pikir maupun perasaan dan perilaku konseli. Konseli mampu meningkatkan Self-Esteem, selain itu terjadi perubahan pola pikir negatif menjadi positif dan perilaku siswa.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the factors that cause students to experience online learning boredom. 2) To overcome students' online learning boredom by applying a behavioristic approach with self-management techniques for SMA 1 Bae students. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research designed in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were TG and DS. The data collection techniques used were 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The researcher used purposive sampling as a sample for the research subject of two students who had online learning boredom problems. Based on these results, it can be concluded that behavioristic counseling services with self-management techniques in overcoming the problem of online learning boredom are said to be very effective. In this case the researcher hopes that students can maintain the changed behavior.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the factors that cause online learning saturation in class XI majoring in catering services for the 2020/2021 academic year. 2) Helping overcome the saturation of online learning in class XI of the culinary service of SMK Negeri 3 Pati for the 2020/2021 academic year through Rational Emotive Therapy counseling.Based on the results of the study, it shows that after the counselee is given Rational Emotive Therapy Counseling, it can be seen that the cause is the counselee who is bored with online learning because he procrastinates on assignments and thinks there is no point in doing assignments if he doesn't understand the material, so that the counselee is left behind in a lot of subject matter and has a negative impact. on student grades. For this reason, counselors apply Rational Emotive Therapy counseling so that they can overcome student boredom during online learning.

Abstract

Lack of self-confidence in a person usually arises because of fear, anxiety, worry, and lack of confidence in the abilities that exist in themselves. Someone who has a lack of self-confidence will show different behavior from people in general, such as unable to do much, shy, inferior, and always doubtful in carrying out their duties, not daring to speak in public, so they need support from others. The problem in this research is how the BK teacher overcomes the lack of self-confidence from peer association in the VIII grade of SMP 4 Kudus. Self-confidence can be interpreted as a belief in one's own abilities that are adequate and aware of their abilities and can use them appropriately, so as not to harm others.On the other hand, people who lack self-confidence have a negative self-concept, lack confidence in their abilities, and therefore lack of self-confidence needs to be increased to become confident. Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To describe the application of group guidance with an adversity queent approach in increasing academic engagement during online learning. (2) Describe the increase in academic involvement during online learning after the implementation of group guidance with the adversity quetent approach. Academic involvement is an attitude that must be shown by all students of class XI Islamic Banking at SMK 1 Kudus by being actively involved in the learning process. Group guidance is an activity carried out by a group of people by utilizing group dynamics. Adversity Quotient is a person's ability to use his intelligence to direct, change his way of thinking and actions when facing obstacles and difficulties that can make it difficult for him. This research was conducted at SMK 1 Kudus. The research design uses guidance and counseling action research. Subjects were six students of class XI Islamic Banking. Data collection techniques using observation, and interviews. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative data analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Implementation of group guidance with the adversity quotient method to increase academic involvement during online learning in class XI Islamic Banking SMK 1 Kudus in the first cycle obtained a score of 49% (less), in the second cycle it increased to 77% (Well). (2) Academic involvement during online learning for students of class XI Islamic Banking at SMK 1 Kudus has increased. This statement can be seen from the research progress, pre-cycle academic engagement scores during online learning are 38% (very poor), cycle I is 53% (poor), and cycle II is 81% (good).

Abstract

REBT is a step in improving and changing irrational attitudes, perceptions, ways of thinking, beliefs and views of clients into rational ones. The purpose of this study is to describe counseling through a rational emotive behavior therapy approach to overcome anxiety when facing menstruation in early adolescence through seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Kudus.This research method is descriptive qualitative. The dependent variable in this study is anxiety during menstruation, while the independent variable is guidance services with discussion techniques. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, interviews. Analysis with data review methods, data reduction, data coding and data analysis.The results of the study were counseling on the REBT approach through discussion techniques with steps such as: assessment, antecedent event/activity, believe, consequence, disputing/treatment, effect/expectation and closure, and factors that cause anxiety during menstruation include lack of knowledge about menstruation, already entering menstruation. age of menarche, lack of support and love for mothers and lack of sources of information about menstruation.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the factors that cause the habit of playing online games in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Gebog Kudus. 2) Helping overcome the habit of playing online games through behavioristic counseling with Self Management techniques for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Gebog Kudus.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that cause the habit of playing online games are two factors, namely internal and external, there are several factors that cause CNKA and MHAR to have the habit of playing online games, including: lack of self-control within the counselee, so CNKA and MHAR do not anticipate negative impact arising from playing online games excessively and continuously. The counselee has a habit of playing online games from the counselee's environment that is less controlled, because he sees many of his other friends playing online games. After counseling with a behavioristic approach and self-management techniques, CNKA and MHAR were able to eliminate their maladaptive behavior and were able to manage themselves well.

Abstract

This study aims: 1.To describe what factors make seventh grade students of SMP 2 Gebog able to abuse social media. 2. To assist seventh grade students in overcoming social media abuse through behavioristic counseling with self-management techniques at SMP 2 Gebog Kudus. The subjects studied were 2 seventh grade students of SMP 2 Gebog Kudus who abused social media. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and home visits. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are two factors that cause social media abuse, namely internal and external, there are several factors that cause BM and RDA to abuse social media, including: lack of attention from parents, conflicts with friends, wanting to get attention from the opposite sex. , lack of confidence and fad. This makes BM and RDA behave maladaptively, say rude or swear, post pornographic things that harm others. After counseling with a behavioristic approach and self-management techniques, BM and RDA were able to eliminate their maladaptive behaviors such as being able to manage their thoughts and actions, control their emotions so they don't say rude things on social media and become confident. That means that behavioristic counseling and self-management techniques are very appropriate to overcome the abuse of social media experienced by BM and RDA.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the factors that influence students' anxiety in facing online learning in students at SMPN 2 Gebog Kudus (2) Overcoming students' anxiety facing online learning through Rational Emotive Therapy counseling with systematic desensitization techniques at SMPN 2 Gebog Kudus. The subjects studied were 2 class VIII students of SMP N 2 Gebog Kudus who experienced anxiety in facing online learning. The method of data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation which is carried out in depth so that later it will get accurate results on the problems studied by the author. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that counselees experience anxiety in facing online learning which is characterized by not understanding the material, fear of online assignments, lack of concentration in learning, experiencing obstacles in learning, and fear of not going to class. To assist counselees in overcoming anxiety in facing online learning, rational emotive therapy counseling is given with systematic desensitization techniques. By using rational emotive therapy counseling, systematic desensitization techniques can produce behavioral changes in clients to be able to understand the material, not afraid of assignments, able to concentrate on learning, have no learning barriers, and believe that they can go to class.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1.Mendeskripsikan upaya meningkatkan perilaku sopan santun melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan Teknik sosiodrama pada remaja di Ds. Wonoketingal 02/07 Kec. Karanganyar. Memperoleh peningkatan perilaku sopan santun melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama pada remaja di Ds. Wonoketingal 02/07 Kec. Karanganyar Kab. Demak. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling (PTBK). Jenis metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Serta menggunakan purposive samplingsebagai pengambilan sampel untuk subjek penelitian ditetapkan lima remaja  yang memiliki masalah sopan santun di Desa Wonoketingal. masalah sopan santun di Desa Wonoketingal. Simpulan peneliti dapat memperoleh peningkatan perilaku sopan santun setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik Sosiodrama. Berdasarkan hasil skor akhir yang diperoleh, perilaku sopan santun siswa memperoleh peningkatan sebanyak 29 skor.
