The purpose of this research was to describe the role of a head of the village in fostering the concord of the villagers. the method which used in this research was qualitative descriptive in which the informants. are the head of the village, the secretary of the village, public figures, and youth. The techniques in collecting the data were interview, observation and documentation. The credibility of the research data was examined by using triangulation. The data analysis technique used an interactive model by Matthew and Huberman. According to the result of the research, it can be seen that the role of the head of the village has a responsibility towards the concord and the wealth of the villagers. One of the examples is fostering the concord of the villagers. Most of all, the villagers of Bandar sari village, Way Tuba sub district, Way Kanan district, need a good cooperation to strengthen the kindship among them.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peranan kepala desa dalam membina kerukunan warga desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan informan kepala desa, sekretaris desa, tokoh masyarakat dan pemuda desa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, pedoman dokumentasi. Kredibilitas data penelitian ini diuji menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Matthew dan Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dijelaskan bahwa peranan kepala desa memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap kerukunan dan kesejahteraan warganya. Salah satu bentuknya adalah membina kerukunan warga desa. Dilihat secara garis besar, masyarakat Desa Bandar Sari Kecamatan Way Tuba Kabupaten Way Kanan sangat memerlukan adanya kerjasama yang baik agar mempererat tali silaturahmi antar warganya.Kata kunci: kepala desa, kerukunan, pembinaan.

This study aims to find out the role of community practice in improving the performance of lokal communities and the income of lokal communities in Kemiren Village. This village is one of the villages targeted by the development of tourism villages by Banyuwangi Regency in line with the Ministry of Tourism program which made Banyuwangi the target of developing tourism villages. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using observation, interviews with stakeholders including village heads, BUMDes, members of the tourism conscious community with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study found that community practice in Kemiren Village was considered successful even though it was not maximal in improving the performance of communities around tourist villages by improving the mindset to develop to support the development of tourism villages without forgetting to preserve the environment, maintain the original culture of the village. traditional clothes for school children and civil servants on certain days, as well as contributing to increasing the income of lokal people even though the activities carried out by this community have not completely eliminated the unemployment rate or opened new jobs. This research is expected to contribute as an evaluation material that can be used by the tourism conscious community, the Village Head, other related parties to take steps to maximize existing human and natural resources, and become a reference for the development of further research

Nanggulan Conglomeratic Sandstone is one of important part of Nanggulan Formation which is deposited during Middle Eocene to early Late Eocene (Saputra & Akmaluddin, 2015) or Late Oligocene (Rahardjo, 1995). The grain composition of Nanggulan conglomeratic sandstone is characterized by various rock fragments (metamorphic, igneous, sedimentary rocks) which mixture up to fine to coarse sand-sized matrix. Other materials present within the Nanggulan conglomerathic sandstone are shell fragments, coal remains, siderithic concretions which is deposited within high energy condition. Geometry of conglomeratic sandstone stratification is still being a question among the researchers due to discontinuous sand body character. To study external form of sandstone body needs to combine with internal characters such are grain texture, grain or fragment composition, sedimentary structures to predict a depositional facies. This research is dedicated to study the character of the Nanggulan conglomeratic sand body. Field geological observation was conduct to two rivers i.e Kali Watupuru and Kali Songgo where transecting the Nanggulan beds. The grain or fragments concentration of Nanggulan conglomeratic sandstone displays in various condition for example lying above an erosional surface to the bottom position, or concentrate to the upper layer. It also appears to be engaged in coarser size matrix, or displays a dense grain composition to elsewhere. Geometry of the Nanggulan conglomeratic sandstone represents a lens geometry which pinching-out to the edge of body. However, to the top of lens geometry were found steep joints cross cutting the sand layers. Initial geometry of Nanggulan conglomeratic sandstone indicates a channel fill shape due to filling sediments into the erosional feature of underlying beds. When lithification and compaction process occurred along the burial and uplifting tectonic phase, a channel fill geometry becomes lens geometry. Bulging to the centre part and thinning to the edge of sandstone body, is caused by differential compaction process. Lens geometry is believed as one example of structural trap model for sandstone reservoir. The occurrences of vertical joints to the Nanggulan conglomeratic sandstone need to be considered as seal potential within clossure trap or even more causing hydrocarbon leakings. If development of vertical joint occurs along migration process, it may be potentially leak. However, if joints already sealed parts of hydrocarbon pool may create a compartmentalization reservoir body. By doing this investigation could predict an advance reservoir modelling study using outcropp analogues. Keyword: Nanggulan conglomeratic sandstone, lens geometry, sandstone body.

The Healthy Indonesia Program with Family Approach (PIS-PK) implementation is a way to implement Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the health sector through family empowerment. The achievement of families visited in Banyuwangi District in 2017-2019 was 42%. Healthy Family Index (IKS) Banyuwangi is 0.08 (unhealthy category). That IKS is the second lowest value in East Java Province in 2019. Six PIS-PK indicators are far from the total coverage. The study purpose is to evaluate the implementation of PIS-PK based on the PIS-PK Regulation of the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2016. The type of research is descriptive exploratory research. The study was conducted in 10 PHC and the Banyuwangi DHO. The informants are the PIS-PK coordinator at the PHC, head of the PHC, and the team of PIS-PK at the Banyuwangi DHO. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions. Analyzing research data descriptively and thematic content approach. The stage of family visits and initial intervention has been carried out by PHC quite well. At the family visit stage, the data collection team has various perceptions of healthy family instruments, there are signal problems in some areas and not yet total coverage. The PIS-PK data analysis stage has not been carried out thoroughly. The stage of further intervention on health problems has not been carried out thoroughly by all PHC because the majority of PHC is still in the family visit stage. The monitoring and evaluation phase is carried out by most of the PHC from the PIS-PK preparation stage to family visits and initial intervention. Several PHC has carried out monitoring and evaluation up to the initial IKS analysis stage and advanced intervention. The implementation of PIS-PK in Banyuwangi is not fully following the guidelines for implementing the PIS-PK Regulation of the Minister of Health Republic Indonesia Number 39 of 2016.

Latar Belakang : Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) adalah makanan atau minuman yang diberikan kepada bayi usia 6-24 bulan. Salah satu faktor pemberian MP-ASI oleh ibu diantaranya adalah pengetahuan. Pengetahuan ibu yang masih kurang terhadap manfaat pemberian ASI Ekslusif sangat erat kaitannya dengan dengan pemberian MP-ASI dini. Tujuan : Mengetahui adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan perilaku pemberian makanan pendamping asi (MP-ASI) pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Posyandu Anggrek VI Puskesmas Payo Selincah Kota Jambi tahun 2017. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik observational dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2017 di Posyandu Anggrek VI Puskesmas Payo Selincah Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Populasi dari penelitian adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Data diperoleh dengan pengisian kuesioner dan di uji menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Sebanyak 64 responden (91,4%) berpengetahuan baik dan yang tidak memberikan MP-ASI sebanyak 58 responden (82,9%). Uji Chi Square didapatkan p-value 0,001 dan Odd Ratio = 0,071. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan ibu dengan perilaku pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) pada bayi usia 0-6 bulan di Posyandu Anggrek VI Puskesmas Payo Selincah Kota Jambi tahun 2017.

Condensed section (cs) is defined as later stage of transgressive cycle which situated to the uppermost transgressive layer before reaching regressive phase of highstand systems tract (HST). This layer sometimes embraces to mfs (maximum flooding surface) as indicator of deepening depositional environment (Vail et all., 1984; Loutit et all., 1988). One of condensed section character is displayed by abundant glauconite minerals ((K, Na) (Fe3+, Al, Mg)2 (Si, Al)4O10 (OH)2) within fine grained lithology together with organic matters. These cs layer preserved in an oxidizing environment due to slow sedimentation process. In fact, within calcareous claystone of Nanggulan Formation is found accumulation of authigenic glauconite mineral. The purpose of this study to investigate condensed section (cs) character by microscopic observation of thin sections from Songgo and Watupuru of Nanggulan’s lithology. Basically, glauconite mineral shows spherical or ovoid shape, green color, dull or earthy luster, embedded to calcareous claystone and also filled larger benthonic foraminifera tests. Glauconite only encountered to the fine grain rocks (calcareous claystone) however none to the underlying or upperlying of cs layer itself in Nanggulan Formation (such as sandstone, conglomeratic sandstone or siltstone). If it presents there, very few and indicating a reworking process of altered clay and ferroan oxidic minerals. Condensed section in Nanggulan Formation merges with fossil layer of Nummulites djogyakartae (Mark, 1956) which is interpreted to be a key indicator of post transgressive event in depth approximately 20- 60 m (boundary of inner neritic to middle neritic). In other word, transgressive phase had ever happened during Nanggulan age (Middle Eocene) which caused a decreasing clastic sediment supply to the basin.

Kabupaten Purwakarta terus mengembangkan sistem - sistem e-government sampai ke tingkat desa. Salah satu sistem yang saat ini tengah dikembangkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta ialah Ogan Lopian. meski kota kecil dengan jumlah penduduk kurang dari satu juta jiwa, Kabupaten Purwakarta dalam kurang dari satu dekade telah bertransformasi menjadi kota yang memanfaatkan akses informasi dan teknologi (IT) dalam berbagai aktivitasnya. Hipotesis yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan penerapan E-Government maka akan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap publik khususnya masyarakat Purwakarta. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini adalah: untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas aplikasi Ogan Lopian terhadap penerapan e-Government di kabupaten Purwakarta dalam pelayanan publik. Penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini ada dua variabel yang digunakan yaitu Penerapan Electronic Government (X) dan pelayanan publik (Y). Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data dari buku, jurnal, artikel dan peraturan undang – undang. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskritif. Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Ogan Lopian terhadap penerapan e-government dapat meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Purwakarta, pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta telah mengembangkan e-government dengan sangat baik. Sehingga masyarakat Kabupaten Purwakarta dapat memanfaatkan e-government dengan sangat baik.

Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan provinsi yang dianggap berhasil dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya melalui destinasi pariwisata. Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kawasan pariwisata sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Analisis kesejahteraan sosial, pengembangan pariwisata, dan konsep destinasi wisata, merupakan konsep teeori yang dipergunakan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dengan metode studi literatur dengan melakukan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data sekunder. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Nusa Tenggara Barat yang merupakan salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang mampu mencapai keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya melalui pengembangan pariwisata. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat mampu mencapai tujuan pemerintahan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyaraka. Faktor utama keberhasilan tersebut didukung oleh peran pemerintah daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sudah mencapai taraf hidup yang baik dengan tersedianya lapangan kerja, dan terciptanya kemitraan antara pemerintah daerah, swasta dan masyarakat (good governance). Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat melalui pengembangan destinasi pariwisata unggulan mampu meningkatkan penerimaan pendapatan daerah yang tinggi.

Introduction. Depression is a mental disorder that is often found in the elderly and hemodialysis patients, resulting in bad effects on patients. There is no study on the relationship between depression and all-cause mortality risk in elderly hemodialysis patients in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the role of depression as a predictor factor of all-cause mortality within 6 months in elderly hemodialysis patients. Methods. A prospective cohort study was conducted from February to August 2020 at the hemodialysis unit of Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang. The inclusion criteria were elderly patients (aged ≥60 years), undergoing hemodialysis ≥3 months, hemodialysis frequency twice a week, willing to participate in this study, able to communicate well, and has no history of mental disorders include a history of psychotic disorders and mental disorders due to substance use. Meanwhile, patients whose data were incomplete, transferred to another hemodialysis unit, HBsAg +, hemoglobin level /dl. FRAILTY score >2, and had other stressors not related to hemodialysis or chronic kidney disease (CKD) such as social, family, and work factors were excluded from this study. Depression was assessed using the Beck Depression Inventory-II questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed using Kaplan Meier and Cox Regression.Results. Of 32 respondents, most of them were male (81.3%). The mean age was 67.2 (SD 7) years. There were 6 (18.7%) respondents categorized into a depression group and 26 (81.3%) respondents into a non-depression group. Cox Regression analysis showed that depression was a predicting factor of all-cause mortality within six months in elderly hemodialysis patients (p value=0.012, and Hazard ratio=10.149). Conclusion. Depression is a predictor factor of all-cause mortality within six months in elderly hemodialysis patients.
