Abstract

Physical conditions as a reference for athletes' abilities can be used as a supporting process for evaluation materials for coaches and athletes in assessing the abilities of their athletes after the training process is carried out. Some things that support the physical condition of athletes include anthropometry, fat content, body mass index (BMI), nutrition, psychology, environment, and the training process in each sport. In this case, BMI and fat content are part of this study to identify the relationship between physical condition and BMI and body fat levels of Kota Batu martial arts athletes with a total of 45 athletes. T a tool to measure BMI and body fat levels in this study using the Body Composition Analyzer, Tanita DC-360Phe method used in this study is a survey with descriptive data presentation that correlates indicators of fat content, and body mass index with the physical condition of martial athletes which include: (1) arm muscle strength, (2) abdominal muscle strength, (3) leg muscle strength, (4) back muscle strength, (5) balance, (6) leg muscle power, (7) arm muscle power, (8) agility and (9) cardiovascular endurance. The physical fitness level of  Kota Batu martial arts athletes has a fairly good percentage with an average score of 76% for male athletes and 77% for female athletes. Athletes have a fairly ideal body condition because the fat mass of all athletes is at normal levels and 33 athletes are at the ideal BMI.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to create an efficient circuit training model for 7-year-old kids. Research and development from borg and gall are the research methods used. There are 24 variations as a result of this research and development. Four training posts were developed by researchers, each of which tries to train one or two aspects of physical fitness. Strength, Endurance, Muscular Power, Speed, Flexibility, Agility, Coordination, and Balance are the 10 elements of physical fitness. Following a review of the literature on the characteristics of children aged 7 years, the researchers only created 4 posts, each of which may train one to two physical fitness components. On elementary school pupils in grade 1, this circuit training model's development and research were tested. The test results can be correctly implemented. Following the phases of study and development, it has been determined that this model can be used in schools.

Abstract

Community service activities were held on October 5 and November 3, 2022 with a total number of 75 participants. 40 students and 35 teachers and trainers. this activity was carried out online via zoom and continued with practice in the field of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Malang. The purpose of this service is to improve understanding of the rules and games of the Modern Pentathlon sport so that there will be many new young athletes who will be mentored by Physical Education, Sports and Health teachers. The implementation method is divided into four stages, namely: a) Licensing and Approach to PB Modern Pentathlon b) Making materials, c) Preparation for Implementation: Survey of locations for activities, making media. This media was created as a means of disseminating information through electronic media which contains information about the regulations of Modern pentathlon, preparation of socialization, d) Evaluation of activities. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the understanding of teachers, coaches and students about the rules and games of the Modern Pentathlon sport. This is the first time that Indonesia has participated in the Modern Pentathlon at the 2018 Asian Games. This sport continues to show positive developments by becoming the overall champion at the 2019 Philippine sea games. So that it is necessary to socialize and improve the understanding of sports actors, both teachers, coaches and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangan variasi model belajar teknik dasar penjaga gawang hockey pemula pada peserta ekstrakurikuler tingkat sekolah menengah atas diharapkan dapat menjadi bentuk pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan menarik bagi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler hockey, sehingga dapat menghilangkan kebosanan dan kejenuhandalam proses pembelajaran. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan RND dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang akan menghasilkan produk berupa desain pembelajaran. Model ADDIE memiliki lima Tahapan  yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) analisis, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, (5) evaluasi. Tahap  awal Variasi model belajar teknik dasar penjaga gawang hockey menggunakan 27 model kemudian di validasi  oleh ahli menjadi 25 model yang layak, tempat Penelitian menggunakan  4 sekolah di Kab Tanggerang dengan jumlah Subyek 12 siswa di masing-masing sekolah, dengan hasil 95 % dinyatakan sangat baikModel belajar pada teknik dasar penjaga gawang hockey, untuk hasil  ketertarikan siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler  98,6 % dinyatakan sangat baik untuk pemula pada siswa ekstrakurikuler tingkat sekolah menengah. datas ini dapat dijadikan referensi bagi guru, Pembina, dan pelatih hockey sebagai proses pembelajaran khususnya penjaga gawang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah melalui uji validasi dengan justifikasi ahli, menghasilkan produk model belajar teknik dasar penjaga gawang hockey pemula pada peserta ekstrakurikuler tingkat sekolah menengahatas sebanyak 25 model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kepuasan Pembelajaran PJOK Pada Siswa Kelas X Di SMKN 8 Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa  kelas  X  SMKN 8 Malang, dengan teknik random sampel (probability sampling) penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin, n = N / (1 + (N x e²)) adalah siswa kelas X SMKN 8 Malang yang berjumlah 53 orang dari kelas X yang telah melakukan pembelajaran PJOK. Dalam teknik pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian survei tingkat kepuasan siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK  menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas X SMKN 8 Malang sudah merasa sangat puas terhadap pembelajaran PJOK yang diberikan, baik dari tingkat kualitas terwujud 42% menjawab sangat puas, tingkat kemudahan 51% menjawab sangat puas, tingkat keyakinan 46% menjawab sangat puas, tingkat ketanggapan 50% menjawab sangat puas, tingkat keandalan 38% menjawab sangat puas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa  pembelajaran  PJOK dari guru sudah efektif terhadap pelajaran PJOK dikarenakan  siswa mudah memahami materi dan praktik yang sulit dipahami. Siswa berharap pembelajaran PJOK dari tahun ketahun terus menunjukan perkembangan yang lebih bagus agar siswa lebih puas dalam melakukan pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

Improving dribbling skills can be done with systematic and regular training so as to get maximum results. Training that can be done is zig-zag dribble using a ball. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zig-zag dribble training on the dribbling skills of the Satria Mandiri Pasuruan futsal team. This research method is Pre-Experimental Design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design, the sample in this study used total sampling of 15 futsal players. The intervention given is the provision of zig-zag dribble training for 16 meetings. Data analysis using paired sample t test and the results showed that zig-zag dribble training affects dribbling skills in the Satria Mandiri Pasuruan futsal team. The pretest results showed that 73.3% of futsal players were in the very poor category, while at the time of the posttest it was 46.6% in the very poor category, so it decreased by 26.7%. Providing regular exercise can significantly affect dribbling skills. It is hoped that training can be given regularly to all players in each training program so that it can continue to improve the dribbling skills of the players.

Abstract

Physical fitness is a must for everyone. Maintaining physical fitness can help one's ability to perform physical activities successfully and efficiently without becoming overly tired. The purpose of this research is to ascertain and evaluate the physical fitness level of SMAN 2 Batu futsal extracurricular players. This study aims to determine and assess the level of physical fitness of futsal extracurricular participants of SMAN 2 Batu. This study used a descriptive quantitative survey design. The sample taken was all the population who participated in extracurricular activities totaling 70 futsal extracurricular students. This research instrument used the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI)16-19 years and non-test instruments in the form of observation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the research on the survey of the level of physical fitness in futsal extracurricular students at SMAN 2 Batu, namely from a total of 70 student participants, there were 8 students who were in the good category with a percentage of 11.42%, 38 students were in the moderate category with a percentage of 54.28%, 21 students were in the poor category with a percentage of 30%, and 3 students were in the very poor category with a percentage of 4.28%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students participating in extracurricular futsal at SMAN 2 Batu is in the moderate category, the hope of this research is that students are more aware of maintaining physical fitness and can be motivated to improve it.

Abstract

The survey research was conducted in conjunction with a quantitative descriptive approach which aims to explain the level of physical fitness of students in class XI IPS at SMAN 3 Pamekasan in the 2022/2023 school year after the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of 40 students were involved as participants in the physical fitness test procedure. Data on the physical fitness test results will be analyzed according to the norms for each physical fitness test contained in the KEMENPORA TKPN. The results showed that the nutritional status obtained by class XI IPS students at SMAN 3 Pamekasan in the 2022/2023 academic year after the Covid-19 pandemic was in the assessment of good dietary quality (ideal) by 90%, but not supported by a level of physical fitness that was within the assessment category is sufficient/moderate with the proportion of the value obtained is 2.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a partnership model between Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions and families based on blended learning and to test the partnership model's effectiveness in stimulating children's development. The research and development (R&D) method is used in this research. This study develops a blended learning-based partnership model between the Institute and the family and tests the model's effectiveness in stimulating children's development. The research subjects were principals, teachers, administrators, and parents at TPA Melati Dharma Wanita Persatuan UM. The results showed that the factual partnership model becomes a reference in developing the school's partnership model with parents through the blended learning method. This factual model includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the school's partnership program with parents. Through the blended learning method, the school partnership model with parents can help TPA Melati UM develop and implement a school partnership program with parents, which must be adapted to school conditions. It is the objective of School-Based Quality Improvement Management (Manajemen Peningkatan Mutu Berbasis Sekolah-MPMBS). Factors that influence the effectiveness of the blended learning model include the basic requirements of the model, the profile, roles and characteristics of the school, and monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Education is one of effort which need to carried out in order to improve the learning experience. Education can be given one of them in futsal extracurricular activities. This futsal extracurricular activity can improve student achievement itself, so that high interest and motivation are very influential in student participation in futsal extracurricular activities. The purpose of this study was to find out a factual description of achievement motivation and students' interest in participating in extracurricular futsal at SMP Negeri 3 Singosari. Research design in this study is in the form of quantitative descriptive. The respondent in this study were all students who took part in the futsal extracurricular at SMP Negeri 3 Singosari. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a sample of 22 respondents. Data instruments were collected using a questionnaire totaling 10 motivations and 10 interests. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with proportions. The results of this study indicate that students' achievement motivation in the extracurricular futsal, namely 4 students (18.2%) is in the very high category, 9 students (40.9%) is in the high category, 8 students (36.4%) is in the low category, and 1 student (4.5%) is in the very low category. In addition, the results of research the students interest in futsal extracurricular found that 2 students (9%) were in the very high category, 13 students (59%) were in the high category, 6 students (27.4%) were in the low category, and 1 student was (4.6%) including very low category.
