Abstract

The coffee business sector is now experiencing a significant increase in Bandung City. This increase cannot be separated from the increasing intersert and consumption of coffee among Indonesians. Coffee consumption in Indonesia has increased rapidly in recent years. This is driven by various factors such as lifestyle changes, the growth of the middle class and the increasing popularity of coffee shops as places to gather and socialize. One of the main strategies to deal with increasingly fierce business need to make various efforts to identify consumer preferences ranging from the desired quality and flavour of coffee to convenience and griendly effiecient service. One of the coffee business in Bandung is Lotu Coffee and Eatery. Consumer expectations and satisfaction are measured using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Consumer satisfaction can lead to consumer loyalty to the products sold, therefore consumer loyalty in this study is measured using the Customer Loyalty Index (CLI). Data collection was carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires and showed that consumers were very satisfied and had a high level of loyalty.

Abstract

KTH Giri Senang is one of the largest coffee production centers in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency. However, the inventory management of green beans at KTH Giri Senang is still inefficient, often experiencing shortages. This study aims to analyze how the inventory management of green beans at KTH Giri Senang can be optimized. The methods used in this study include Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point, safety stock, and total inventory cost. This research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, the calculations are as follows: EOQ is 54,068 kg, optimal ordering frequency is 2 times per year, total inventory cost is Rp. 9,830,614, safety stock is 1,902 kg, and Reorder Point is 3,002 kg. However, KTH Giri Senang cannot directly implement the EOQ method calculations due to capital constraints. Therefore, KTH needs to improve cash flow, increase sales and marketing, expand partnership networks, and provide training to members on inventory management. The implementation of these strategies is expected to help KTH Giri Senang address inventory management issues, allowing coffee production operations to run more efficiently and reducing the risk of green bean shortages in the future.

Abstract

Enterprise risk management system is an integrated approach in managing risks along production chain. Natural and market factors have a huge influence in risk management for agricultural processing production. House of Risk (HoR) method recognize various risk events and sources very well by considering the severity and occurrence of risk sources. However, this method cannot explain the relationships and connections between events and sources of their causes. This paper aims to complement the HoR method with a systems thinking approach so that relationships and connections between events and risk causes can be described in a system structure. The research results showed that various risk events and their causes are interconnected and continue to accumulate in two main sub-systems: the cultivation process sub-system and the processing process sub-system. These two sub-systems are connected by a company management sub-system which has control and influenced by risk events in the production process. Another finding is that financial risk is a systemic risk in the black tea production process.

Abstract

District Jatigede is the center of production of mango gedong gincu, the bigst in the Regency of Sumedang. Mango gedong gincu is unique because it has a little red color between the color yellow dominant. Although District Jatigede is one center of production of mango gedong in the Regency Sumedang, it is the second bigst production of mango gedong at the province Level after Regency Indramayu based on 2021 data. Even so, it has yet to be widely known by consumers or people. Hence, the chain supply of mango gedong is interesting to study. This case study uses an analysis structure chain supply to see the flow of products, information, and money linked to commodities mango gedong. Actor tracing in this study approaches the rapid market appraisal method. This study shows four supply chain structures; generally, the chain supplies mango gedong in the Regency Sumedang were sold to local collectors to sell to the big collectors in the Regency of Majalengka or Cirebon. That is due to the center city Majalengka and Cirebon's proximity to District Jatigede compared to Sumedang city center. Apart from that, there are packing houses in Majalengka and Cirebon that are also representative.

Abstract

Responding to environmental problems that occur in all countries in the world, marketing management science responds by developing the concept of green marketing which is now starting to be applied by companies as a marketing strategy as well as corporate responsibility for environmental problems. The application of green marketing by greenpreneur may indirectly affect consumer behavior, ranging from awareness, knowledge, to purchasing decision behavior. Work Coffee Indonesia is one of the greenpreneur that implements green marketing in Bandung. This research aimed to examine and analyze consumer knowledge of the application of green marketing by Work Coffee Indonesia. The research respondents were 100, taken by the accidental sampling method, which are consumers of Work Coffee Indonesia. The results of the questionnaire were taken as primary data and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used in this research was descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that consumers have good knowledge about green marketing through the dimensions of green products and green places, namely understanding of raw materials, packaging, and environmentally friendly production waste and understanding of green distribution channels identified through spatial design. Merespons kondisi permasalahan lingkungan yang melanda hampir seluruh negara di dunia, keilmuan manajemen pemasaran mengembangkan konsep green marketing yang saat ini mulai banyak diterapkan oleh perusahaan sebagai strategi pemasaran sekaligus bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap permasalahan lingkungan. Penerapan green marketing oleh pengusaha hijau atau greenpreneur secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, mulai dari kesadaran, pengetahuan, hingga perilaku keputusan pembelian. Work Coffee Indonesia merupakan salah satu greenpreneur yang menerapkan konsep green marketing di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini ditujukan untukmengkaji dan menganalisis pengetahuan konsumen terkait pendekatan green marketing yang diterapkan oleh Work Coffee Indonesia di Kota Bandung. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, diambil dengan metode penarikan sampel accidental sampling, yang mana merupakan konsumen Work Coffee Indonesia. Hasil kuesioner diambil sebagai data primer dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumen memiliki pengetahuan baik terkait pendekatan green marketing yang dilakukan oleh Work Coffee Indonesia melalui dimensi green products dan green places, yakni pemahaman akan bahan baku, kemasan, serta limbah produksi ramah lingkungan dan pemahaman akan saluran distribusi hijau yang diidentifikasikan melalui desain tata ruang.

Abstract

Maju Mekar as a farmers group has productivity. it was only reach 0,01 ton/ha, which indicate risks. The objectives of this research were to identify the causes of risk and how much the risk of coffee farming affect Maju Mekar farmer group. The research used descriptive qualitative and case study research method. Risk causes identification in Maju Mekar farmer group used fish bone diagram by detailing what causes the failure. Risk analysis using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method to obtain a risk based on the highest value of the RPN (Risk Priority Number) and RSV (Risk Score Value) which has to betaken care of immediately. The research result was 12 priority handling risk of coffee farming in Maju Mekar farmer group. Maju Mekar farmer group has been preveting 4 priority risk sources. An alternative strategy that can be done for the 6 priority risks are to by recording the production and cash flow, raw materials (cherries) received, using a pre order payment system for a limited source of capital risk, cultivation of horticultural crops for lack of persistence of farmers, fertilizers not in accordance with SOP, cooperating with other farmer groups to increase production, cultivation of coffee crops according to SOP for less altitude.

Abstract

The number of UMKM in Indonesia is increasing and plays an important role in the country's economy. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that meet the purchase of the Lupba product, which is a collective brand compiled by the university alumni community. This study used A kuantitative method with technically survey from 100 test respondents. The analysis of the data used is multiple linear stresses. The results suggest that there is a significant precursor to consumers external factors and internal factors to purchasing. Key-words: purchasing decisions. external factors. internalfFactors, UMKM  INTISARIJumlah UMKM di Indonesia terus meningkat dan memainkan peran penting perekonomian negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi pembelian produk UMKM Lupba yang menjadi merek kolektif yang dihimpun oleh komunitas alumni universitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei dari 100 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan faktor eksternal dan faktor internal konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, faktor eksternal, faktor internal, UMKM

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dari pengelola dan masyarakat yang melakukan usaha di lokasi wisata Bukit Pareugreug Desa Pajagan Kecamatan Cisitu Kabupaten Sumedang tentang implikasi harga penjualan sehingga memberikan kesan yang baik bagi pengunjung tempat wisata.  Kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan tatap muka di gazebo tempat wisata dengan peserta dari masyarakat sekitar, kompepar, pemilik warung dan ketua bumdes. Kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilakukan telah memberikan pencerahan dan pemahaman baru tentang bagaimana dampak jangka panjang kegiatan penjualan produk. Penjualan produk dengan prosentase keuntungan yang tinggi akan memberikan dampak berkurangnya volume penjualan dan juga keuntungan yang dapatkan, namun sebaliknya jika persentase keuntungan kecil akan meningkatkan volume penjualan sehingga meningkatkan persentase keuntungan.
