Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the research landscape on spiritual leadership from 2014 to 2024, utilizing Scopus data to evaluate publication trends, key contributors, keyword co-occurrence, and directions for future research. A total of 268 peer-reviewed journal articles were analyzed through bibliometric methods. The findings reveal significant growth in research, particularly after 2018, with annual increases observed thereafter. In terms of contributions, Indonesia, China, and the United States stand out, with Indonesia leading in publication volume, while the United States and Thailand exhibit higher average citation impacts, indicating varying levels of influence across regions. Thematic analysis highlights a strong focus on workplace spirituality, employee well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Network visualization emphasizes the central role of spiritual leadership and its associations with ethical leadership, employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior. Emerging themes include sustainability, innovation, and crisis leadership, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings suggest promising research opportunities in crisis management, sustainability, and cross-cultural applications of spiritual leadership, underscoring the field’s dynamic and expanding relevance in addressing contemporary organizational challenges.

Abstract

Based on the data analyzed, the Independent Curriculum has gained significant scholarly attention, with a rapid increase in publications from 2022 to 2024, particularly focusing on its application in primary education, personalized learning, and culturally contextualized teaching practices such as Islamic education. Key contributors to this research are concentrated in Indonesian public universities, with some international collaboration, highlighting the curriculum's national relevance. The thematic clusters identified in the analysis reveal strong trends in project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and cultural preservation, demonstrating the curriculum's versatility and adaptability across different educational levels and contexts. However, gaps remain in long-term outcome studies, equitable access to personalized learning, and broader cultural implementation, providing opportunities for future research to address these critical areas. This research indicates that several themes regarding the Independent Curriculum still warrant exploration, including studies on the implementation and outcomes of the curriculum across various levels of education, examinations of personalized and differentiated instruction within the curriculum, and investigations into the cultural and contextual adaptation of the Independent Curriculum. Addressing these areas will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the curriculum's impact and effectiveness in diverse educational settings.

Abstract

Abstract: This study evaluates student satisfaction at Universitas Almuslim concerning the quality of higher education services using the Higher Education Performance (HEdPERF) model. The research aims to assess the impact of six HEdPERF dimensions, which are non-academic, academic, university reputation, access, program issues, and understanding, on student satisfaction levels. Employing a non-experimental, correlational approach, the study gathered cross-sectional data from 572 students using a structured questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the instrument were tested via Pearson’s correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha. Data analysis was conducted with non-parametric tests, including Chi-Square and Spearman’s correlation, to establish the relationships between perceived service quality and satisfaction. Results indicate a significant positive correlation between all six HEdPERF dimensions and student satisfaction, with stronger associations for dimensions such as university reputation, access, and program issues. The findings suggest that service quality directly influences student satisfaction, supporting HEdPERF as a suitable model for evaluating educational services in higher education. Consequently, enhancing these dimensions could bolster student satisfaction and improve institutional competitiveness. This study highlights the importance of tailored service strategies that address both academic and non-academic aspects, contributing to the broader discourse on quality assurance in higher education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Almuslim terkait kualitas layanan pendidikan tinggi dengan menggunakan model Higher Education Performance (HEdPERF). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak enam dimensi HEdPERF, yaitu non-akademik, akademik, reputasi universitas, akses, isu program, dan pemahaman, terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasional non-eksperimental, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data cross-sectional dari 572 mahasiswa menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diuji melalui korelasi Pearson dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji non-parametrik, termasuk Chi-Square dan korelasi Spearman, untuk menetapkan hubungan antara kualitas layanan yang dirasakan dan kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara keenam dimensi HEdPERF dan kepuasan mahasiswa, dengan asosiasi yang lebih kuat untuk dimensi seperti reputasi universitas, akses, dan isu program. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan secara langsung memengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa, mendukung HEdPERF sebagai model yang sesuai untuk mengevaluasi layanan pendidikan di pendidikan tinggi. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze and describe the factors that influence student decisions in choosing a major in Educational Administration at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The research method employed is qualitative, entailing the conduct of interviews. The data were collected via the distribution of questionnaires to 14 students enrolled in the 2023-2024 class using the Google Forms (G-Forms) application. The data were analyzed descriptively using the ATLAS.ti software. The results demonstrated that the analysis of the 10 interview instruments revealed the existence of a multitude of factors influencing the decision-making process. These factors include career opportunities, the reputation of the study program, personal interest in the field of Educational Administration, the development of administrative systems, consideration of tuition fees and availability of financial aid, and communication and discussion with peers. These factors are interrelated and provide a comprehensive picture of the considerations faced by students in choosing a major. Given the limitations in data exploration, future research may provide opportunities to investigate other factors that may influence student decision-making in choosing a major in Educational Administration. Keywords: Factors Influencing Decisions; Student Decisions; Educational Administration Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada 14 mahasiswa yang masuk dalam angkatan 2023-2024 menggunakan aplikasi Google Forms (G-Forms). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ATLAS.ti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 instrumen wawancara yang dianalisis, teridentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi peluang karier, reputasi program studi, minat pribadi dalam bidang Administrasi Pendidikan, pengembangan sistem administrasi, pertimbangan biaya kuliah dan ketersediaan bantuan keuangan, serta komunikasi dan diskusi dengan teman sebaya. Faktor-faktor ini saling terkait dan memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai pertimbangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan. Mengingat adanya batasan dalam eksplorasi data, penelitian selanjutnya dapat memberikan peluang untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan. Abstract

Background: Effective school leadership is a key determinant of educational quality and student outcomes. In Indonesia, the School Transformation Program, initiated by the Ministry of Education, aims to accelerate school improvement by strengthening the role of principals and promoting the Pancasila Student Profile. Contribution: This study contributes to the body of knowledge on digital transformation in school leadership by introducing and evaluating the SIDIKMAS-BRO application as a localized, user-friendly diagnostic tool. Method: The training was implemented as a community service activity at SMPN 1 Pelabuhan Ratu, involving 35 school leaders. Participants engaged in panel discussions, interactive sessions, and hands-on practice using the SIDIKMAS-BRO application to assess school planning, leadership, and instructional supervision. Results: The training enhanced participants’ understanding of data-driven school diagnostics. They demonstrated improved ability to use the application to evaluate key management areas and identify institutional strengths and weakness. Conclusion: The program effectively strengthened the capacity of school leaders to utilize digital diagnostic tools. It contributed to promoting collaborative, evidence-based decision-making for school improvement.

implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pendekatan berbasis neuroscience dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang cara kerja otak siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai penelitian terkini terkait topik ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa neuroscience memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam berbagai aspek pendidikan, termasuk peningkatan pemahaman kognitif, literasi matematika, kemampuan kolaborasi, dan pembentukan karakter. Pendekatan ini juga mengintegrasikan dimensi kognitif, emosional, dan spiritual secara holistik. Namun, terdapat sejumlah tantangan, seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru dan terbatasnya sumber daya pendukung. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan neuroscience berpotensi besar untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa di era modern, dengan syarat dukungan pelatihan dan pengembangan kurikulum.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for the world of education for quality human resources to improve the quality of education. Lecturer competency development has yet to receive special attention to enhance lecturer professional competency. There is no coordinated lecturer competency management strategy supported by policies and program planning for sustainable lecturer professional competency development. The research aims to find a complete picture of the condition of continuing lecturer professional competence. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection was carried out using interview instruments, observation guidelines, and document review guidelines. The research was conducted at the PGSD Study Program, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University. Participants were the study program head, deputy dean for HR, Dean, Head of the Faculty Lecturer Department, and PGSD Lecturer. The results of the study found that: a) the productive age of lecturers, funding for policy development and support is a strength; b) the weakness of the absence of head lecturers and professors and 50% of the academic qualifications are not by their knowledge; c) opportunities for university and foundation support in the development of tri dharma; d) the threat of competition in lecturer recruitment and human resource investment from other better institutions. Recommendations, it is necessary to focus on human resource investment in the long term to improve academic qualifications and sustain the lecturers' professional competence.

Abstract

Proses transisi dari siswa menjadi mahasiswa dan menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan akademis yang baru dapat memberikan tantangan besar bagi mahasiswa tahun pertama. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat kecemasan komunikasi yang dialamai oleh mahasiswa dan menyelidiki berbagai elemen yang berkontribusi terhadap kecemasan ini. Penulis mengumpulkan data dari 106 mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi di sebuah universitas di Indonesia. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, pendekatan dengan metode campuran digunakan. Setelah menganalisis data kuantitatif dengan Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24) milik McCroskey, wawancara kualitatif dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif mengenai pengalaman kecemasan komunikasi mahasiswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa tahun pertama Ilmu Komunikasi menunjukkan tingkat kecemasan komunikasi sedang. Dengan kepribadian individu dan ketakutan terhadap reaksi orang lain ditemukan sebagai faktor utama tingginya tingkat kecemasan komunikasi. Dalam konteks kecemasan komunikasi mahasiswa, diakui secara luas bahwa pengalaman individu dan pengaruh lingkungan sekitar merupakan faktor yang berkontribusi secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana media nasional menggambarkan kebijakan yang dibentuk oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kebijakan, tone berita, serta tindak lanjut yang mendominasi selama satu kuartal pertama 2023 seperti yang digambarkan media nasional. Untuk mengidentifikasi dan menguatkan tema-tema yang relevan dalam pemberitaan media mengenai kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat, penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed-method) dengan memadukan analisis isi serta kualitatif wawancara semi-terstruktur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat E-Clip. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa tema terkait kebijakan infrastruktur mendominasi pada kuartal pertama tahun 2023. Secara umum, pemberitaan media sebagian besar bersifat netral. Selain itu, penggunaan E-clip sebagai inisiatif pemerintah provinsi untuk memantau media juga berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi respons cepat dan tindakan yang tepat dalam menanggapi isu-isu yang disorot media.

Abstract

Objectives: This study explores the development of innovative work behavior through technopreneurship leadership. Methods: Explanatory mixed method with quantitative data collection in the form of questionnaires through a survey of 267 permanent teachers of foundations at private vocational schools in Bogor City and analyzed descriptively. Meanwhile, qualitative data collection in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation were analyzed using the Atlas Ti application. Findings: The results of this study indicate that to be able to develop innovative work behavior it is necessary to be supported by the ability of leaders in digital understanding and entrepreneurial skills in developing work programs in vocational schools. So with the abilities possessed by technopreneurship leaders, they will be able to influence the creation of a creative and innovative environment.
