Budaya belajar merupakan proses dalam menciptakan pembiasaan pada siswa, sehingga muncul kesadaran dalam melaksanaan proses dengan keinginan sendiri tanpa diperintah oleh guru, karena budaya belajar sudah tertanam pada diri siswa tersebut. Pembiasaan belajar muncul ketika sekolah membuat perencanaan dalam peningkatan mutu guru sehingga mutu belajar siswa juga akan meningkat, dimana rencana ini tertuang dalam peraturan sekolah baik akademik maupun non akademik. Sekolah Islam Terpadu Al-Husnayain sudah berhasil menerapkan peraturan dalam menciptakan kebiasaan belajar pada siswa mereka, hal ini sangat mudah dilaksanakan karena sekolah ini merupakan sekolah boarding school dan keunggulan siswa pada sains, tahfiz, dan bahasa (Arab dan Inggris). Keunggulan tersebut dapat diraih melalui pembiasaan yang ditanamkan pada diri siswa dan pelaksanaan budaya belajar tersebut terkontrol dengan baik sehingga dapat diukur sudah sampai dimana tingkat keberhasilan siswa

Education is a conscious effort made by humans to humanize humans. This is done in order to empower all potential so that human beings are in accordance with their nature. Human nature, nowadays, is increasingly marginalized by worldly forms. At its culmination point, humans no longer understood their nature as Caliph fi al-ardh which coincided with the purpose of the creation of jinn and humans in order to serve the Creator. In line with efforts to humanize humans who have humanized education harmonized with human needs in their time. It is this change in human needs that leads people to keep up to date, which is in line with the times. Because, the age that continues to develop in accordance with rapid civilization can moralize specific needs. Specifications of human needs for material. The higher human intelligence, the more curiosity and the more problems and challenges in life. To answer these problems and challenges, various branches of science were born. Even so, essentially, Islamic Education is the foremost part that must be developed to the root of life's problems. Because, humans who are naturally created by God must remain in the order of life guided by Islam.

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini membahas tentang bimbingan belajar gratis untuk siswa kurang mampu di desa huta padang kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Tenggara. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah memberikan pembelajaran tambahan untuk siswa yang kurang mampu secara gratis serta membantu siswa mengulang pembelajaran yang dipelajari mereka di sekolah. Jumlah Peserta pada PKM ini sebanyak 20 orang anak-anak tingkat SD yang tergolong kurang mampu. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sialogo Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan ialah berupa bimbingan belajar yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan. Hasil dari bimbingan belajar ini salah satunya sambutan positif dari orangtua peserta serta antusias anak-anak mengikuti bimbingan belajar dari awal hingga berakhirnya bimbingan belajar. Serta para anak-anak sudah mampu menyelesaikan soal pekerjaan rumah tanpa harus berdebat dengan orangtua. Sehingga anak-anak trus meningkatkan mutu belajarnya di rumah. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan bimbingan belajar bratis ini ialah (1) Jurnal yang ber ISSN. (2) Jasa dari kegiatan bimbingan belajar gratis ini dapat memberikan tambahan pengetahuan pererta serta dapat membantu anak-anak trus belajar di rumah tanpa harus adanya teguran dari orangtua masing-masing.

Islam suffered a setback when confined with taklid and ignored science. When Islam leaves science and experiences stagnation, other nations and nations rise from adversity. Finally, now in some period of time Islam suffered. Therefore it is time for pesantren, madrassas and Islamic schools to lift the fall of the Indonesian people in particular and mankind in general today. The roles of madrassas and scholarship such as Baitul Hikmah in the glory of Islam, which has made significant contributions to the progress of Islam, can be transferred by pesantren, madrasah and Islamic schools to be applied today, so that these three Islamic institutions become science laboratories religious and scientific research activities center.Keywords: Strategic Plan, Pesantren, Educational Institution

This study discusses the principal's management in improving the quality of education in midle school Muhammadiyah 29 Padangsidimpuan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the planning and implementation of school principals in improving the quality of education in midle school Muhammadiyah 29 Padangsidimpuan. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive by using interview, observation, and documentation as data collection. Analyze data by compiling data, managing data, then describing it systematically. The result of the principal's management in improving the quality of education at midle school Muhammadiyah 29 Padangsidimpuan is the principal conducting meetings to plan the annual program, then the results of the meeting will be socialized to teachers, students, parents and school committees, then in improving the quality of principals' Activities such as: pengajian, muhadarah by presenting ustadz, practice of prayer, then familiarize the students to be close to the Qur'an by doing activities one day one verse of a verse done in rotation and in reading every morning apple. Then in the process of learning the principal suggests that teachers use varied methods, discipline of the class entry schedule, the existence of job accountability, deliberation in deciding a problem, openness in terms of costing fees and development money

Educational facilities are a component of education, this is an important component in realizing success in the learning process. Learning media or learning tools are educational tools. Educational facilities according to education experts are very diverse, but in this article the author only discusses educational facilities that are directly involved in the learning process and do not include infrastructure such as classrooms, in this article the author takes existing educational facilities described or strengthened by the verses of the Koran and explained its function by the interpreters. friend of Prophet Muhammad SAW is a person that has a relationship with him in believing of Islam till die. People can figure out about the friend of prophet MuhammadSAW through mutawatir, musyhur and mustafidh, self confession by equitable person.The experts of hadist believed that all friends of Prophet Muhammad SAW was fair enough, some arguments denied this yet. Mu’tazilah believed that Rasulullah’s friendis all fair besides in Shiffin and Jamal war. As a human being, a friend of Rasulullah also has some mistakes and defactiveness that is why the expert of hadist stated thatthey still need to test and make a research about them.

Sex education is very important and needed by everyone, regardless of their educational status, employment, social status, and so on. Sex education must begin at home where parents are the first teachers. Many parents who give up their children's sex education at school even some parents who do not care even do not want to know at all. Parents should prepare from the beginning about this education in family life by working together and working hand in hand to educate their sons and daughters so that understanding and practice appear appropriate in accordance with Islamic education. So the family is the main actor in conducting sexual guidance against children. However, it cannot be denied that the school as an educational institution also has a very large contribution to the sexual education of their students. Considering that at present most of the children's activities are carried out in the school environment. Abstract: This study is motivated by the current national education system, which is an adoption of Western educational theories. While the theories of Islamic education are sometimes often abandoned or ignored even do not know at all distinguish which educational theories originate in the West and which also come from the Islamic world. Whereas between the theories of Western education and Islam there are fairly basic differences. Basically, many classical Islamic thinkers, who had formulated an education system, included Ibn Sina. To obtain data relevant to this problem I used a descriptive analysis method, namely by providing a clear picture of the ideas and thoughts developed by Ibn Sina about the concept of education as well as trying to analyze it and compare it with the concept of modern education today. The results of the study show that Ibn Sina's thoughts about the concept of education can be seen through goals, materials, methods, educators and punishment. The concept is still very actual and relevant to be developed and should be emulated and developed by educational practitioners in this modern era.

Al-Islam courses and kemuhammadiyahan. Seharunya can provide enlightenment, become the basis of spiritual or religious and moral strength for the entire academic community who intellectually, can print students who are professionals in their fields. Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyah education can be a means to shape students' social behavior, including by instilling students to talk, behave politely and politely, and not hurt their friends, etc. Students are less interested in Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyah courses because they are not a main course. This causes students to only focus on mastery of the material and not live up to or practice the teachings contained therein.
