Abstract

The aspects of the problem studied by the author are regarding the influence of celebrity endorsements, online marketing, and the existence of online motorcycle taxis on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorsements, online marketing, and the existence of online motorcycle taxis on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The data analysis technique used is the quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and the results of the questionnaires were received back for processing. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20. The results of the study based on the t test showed that celebrity endorsements had no significant effect on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) income, online marketing had a significant effect on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) income, and the presence of online motorcycle taxis had no effect. significantly to the income of Muslim Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and the results of research based on the F test show that celebrity endorsements, online marketing, and the existence of online motorcycle taxis simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of Muslim Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a coefficient of determination of 61, 2%. The results of statistical tests show that there is an influence of celebrity endorsements, online marketing, and the existence of online motorcycle taxis on the income of Muslim Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

Produk pembiayaan BSI cicil emas merupakan salah satu produk unggulan yang terdapat di PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kota pinang. Namun seiring dengan berkembangnya industri perbankan di Indonesia komunikasi pemasaran perlu dilakukan untuk menghadapi persaingan terutama pada produk pembiayaan BSI cicil emas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) pada produk BSI cicil emas di PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kota Pinang, kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) pada produk pembiayaan BSI cicil emas di PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kota Pinang. Adapun metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis berupa wawancara dengan karyawan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kota Pinang serta observasi dengan menggunakan mata dan telinga sebagai jendela untuk merekam data dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa strategi penerapan Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) yang dilakukan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kota Pinang dengan cara periklanan (Advertising), promosi penjualan (Sales Promotion), hubungan masyarakat (Public Relation), penjualan pribadi (Personal Selling) dan pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing). Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan integrated marketing communication yaitu penyampaian yang kurang tepat sasaran dan masih kurangnya pemahaman terhadap pembiayaan BSI cicil emas. Solusi yang digunakan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia adalah harus lebih pintar dalam menganalisis kebutuhan calon nasabah dan menjelaskan jika produk tersebut sesuai syariah agar dikemudian hari tidak terjadi miss komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang tepat pada PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah Cabang Medan serta menemukan apa sajakah yang menjadi hambatan PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askirndo Syariah Cabang Medan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan Mitra Bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data dengan analsis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat digunakan PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah Cabang Medan adalah melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan melalui peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan memperbaiki sistem jaringan perusahaan serta selalu melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem pelayanan agar sistem pelayanan pada PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah dapat terus ditingkatkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan Mitra Bisnis. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Mitra Bisnis, Analisis SWOT

Abstract

The development of the digital economy presents new, increasingly diverse financial service products. One of them is non-cash payments or cashless payments, which are the latest innovations and are increasingly prevalent in buying and selling payments to MSMEs. This study aims to find out how the Cashless system is implemented in the MSME sector in the city of Medan, then to find out how the Islamic economic perspective is in implementing the Cashless payment system. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques, namely by observation, interviews, documentation on the UMKM posbloc in Medan city as well as a study of the literature to be analyzed with the author's observations to answer the formulation of the problem on this problem. The results of this study show that the Cashless system used by the Medan city posbloc is in several ways, namely debit cards, credit cards or by scanning the QRIS code (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). APMK (Payment using a card) or with a QRIS scan which has been promoted by Bank Indonesia provides convenience in making transactions with a cashless system without cash more efficiently and effectively. According to the Islamic economic perspective, QRIS is permissible because there is no usury in buying and selling payments to MSMEs. However, there are still a number of obstacles in the implementation of the cashless posbloc payment system in Medan city, one of which is the internet which is not stable enough, and the lack of outreach.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran audit internal terhadap manajemen risiko pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan S. Parman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai pendukung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bahwa variabel X (peran audit internal) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y (manajemen risiko) hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan pengujian yang diperoleh untuk t tabel sebesar 2,04. Sedangkan untuk t hitung pada variabel X (peran audit internal) sebesar 8,870, dan berdasarkan tingkat taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan peran audit internal terhadap manajemen risiko. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), nilai adjusted R2 adalah 0,715 hal tersebut berarti 71,5% variabel manajemen risiko dipengaruhi oleh peran audit internal, artinya peran audit internal dalam manajemen risiko pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan S. Parman memberikan kontribusi sebesar 71,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on the profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The financial ratios used in this study are Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), as well as Return on Assets (ROA). With Time series data for the period 2018/1-2022/4. The method the researchers used was the quantitative method, using the NPF, FDR, and BOPO variables through the Classical Assumptions Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F-test, and R2-test. The data taken is secondary data from the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia which are published by www.bankbsi.co.id to test the validity of the data. The results of the study showed that NPF and BOPO had a significant negative effect on ROA and FDR had a significant positive effect on ROA. Therefore, to increase the profit of Bank Syariah Indonesia, it is necessary to increase financing (increase FDR) with low risk (low NPF) and bank efficiency (lower BOPO).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of local culture-based creative economy in the District of Bebesen, Central Aceh Regency to increase the income of the craftsmen filigree Gayo in the study of Islamic Economics. This study was a field study using qualitative descriptive methods; primary and secondary data sources were used, and data collection procedures included interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects in this study were owners, artisans and several related village parties. Based on the results of the study showed the role of local culture-based creative economy run by the craftsmen filigree Gayo in the District Bebesen, Central Aceh district greatly assist the craftsmen in meeting their economic needs and can increase revenue compared to before running the business filigree Gayo. In running their business, the craftsmen are also on average have attended training from the government so that the quality and creativity and innovation can continue to grow so that it will have an impact on the level of income. As well as during their business, the craftsmen filigree Gayo has also applied the principles of Islamic Economics such as adl (Justice), Free Will, the principle of responsibility and truth so as not to harm either party. Considering Gayo Filigree is a superior local product in the region, this study was conducted in order to be able to make Gayo filigree into a local product that is known by the wider community and can continue to grow in the future, so as to continue to increase the income of Gayo filigree craftsmen.

Abstract

Its position as a syara' argument means that in addition to the Qur'an, the sunnah of the Prophet also gives us instructions to know the eternal commandment of Allah which is called syar'i law. The word "sunnah" (سىنة) comes from the word etymologically means: the way that is usually done, whether that way is something good, or bad. Sunnah in terms of ushul scholars is: "whatever is narrated from the Prophet Muhammad SAW., good in the form of words, deeds or confessions and the nature of the Prophet." While the sunnah in terms of fiqh scholars is: "the legal nature of an act that is required to do it in the form of an uncertain demand" with the understanding that the person who does it is rewarded and the person who does not commit it is not guilty. Sunnah according to the understanding of ushul experts as mentioned above is divided into three kinds. First, sunnah qauliyah, namely the words of the Prophet that were heard by his companions and conveyed to others. For example, a friend said that he heard the Prophet say, "Who does not pray because he is asleep or because he forgot, let him do the prayer when he has remembered.” Second, sunnah fi'liyah, namely the act of What was done by the Prophet Muhammad SAW who was seen or known by his companions, then conveyed it to others with his words. For example, a friend said, "I saw the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Perform two rak'ahs of sunnat prayer after the noon prayer." Third, sunnah taqririyah, namely the actions of a friend or his words which were carried out in the presence or knowledge of the Prophet, but were not responded to or prevented by the Prophet. The silence of the Prophet was conveyed by friends who witnessed to others with his words.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Risk Perception (X1), Return Expectation (X2), Behavioral Motivation (X3), and Technological Progress (X4) on Investment Decisions (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the non-probability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is Primary Data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. While secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and is related to the author's research object.  In this study, the population to be taken is investors or lenders who invest in Islamic peer to peer fintech domiciled in North Sumatra in 2022 as many as 430 people with a sample selection using the slovin formula of 81 people.   The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Risk Perception (X1), Return Expectation (X2), Behavioral Motivation (X3), and Technological Progress (X4) simultaneously influenced the Investment Decision (Y). The coefficient of determination is 0.741. This means that 74.1% of Investment Decisions (Y) are influenced by Risk Perception (X1), Return Expectation (X2), Behavioral Motivation (X3), and Technological Progress (X4) while the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Existence of Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is supported by skilled human resources, indicates significant growth in sharia banking. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the degree to which the Islamic human capital management approach enhances the productivity of Bank Syariah Indonesia personnel at KCP Gajah Mada Medan. The authors of this study employed qualitative research techniques, gathering and organizing descriptive data from sources like voice, information, or images that would then be transformed into presentations of descriptive data. The sort of data used in this study was gathered through a variety of data gathering methods, including interviews and documentation. Interactive Milles & Huberman analysis was used for data analysis. The results of this study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gajah Mada Medan in implementing an Islamic-based human resource strategy has implemented it in accordance with Sharia theory, when viewed from the employee selection process there is no longer an element of fraud, acts of tyranny and intimidation and training as well as development is very influential to improve employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Gajah Mada Medan
