Abstract

The emergence of the concept of religious moderation initiated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and set forth in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) indicates that the program for internalizing and strengthening the values of religious moderation is very important and urgent to implement. The values of religious moderation consist of four points, namely national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism, and accommodative to local culture. The direction to internalize the four values of religious moderation is also played by the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School, Bandung. This article aims to reveal the role of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School in internalizing the values of religious moderation to students. This article uses qualitative research methods that are field research. The research data were obtained from two sources, namely field data sources and library data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentaries. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that success in internalizing the values of religious moderation to students could be seen from the indicators or values of religious moderation. The four indicators (values) of religious moderation are reflected in the routine activities and attitudes of students of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School. Commitment to nationalism, tolerance, anti-radicalism and accommodativeness to local culture is imprinted in the personalities of the students of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School. This is also due to two things: firstly, interfaith dialogue events are often held and secondly, the leader of the Anak Jalanan At-Tamur Islamic Boarding School who has a broad and open view and emphasizes morality in his education.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the design of a management information system to support operational efficiency in fertilizer data collection at PT. Buana Estate. This system is designed to overcome manual recording problems which often cause data inaccuracies, information delays and operational process inefficiencies. Using a software-based system development approach, this research includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation and evaluation. The system designed is able to integrate various processes such as recording fertilizer stock, distribution, and real-time usage reports. Evaluation results show that this system increases data accuracy by up to 95% and speeds up the reporting process by up to 40%. Thus, this management information system contributes significantly to supporting the company's operational efficiency, as well as providing a basis for better decision making in resource management. Keywords: Information Systems, Fertilizer Data Collection, Operational Efficiency, PT. Buana Estate. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas perancangan sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional dalam pendataan pupuk di PT. Buana Estate. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan manual yang sering kali menyebabkan ketidaktepatan data, keterlambatan informasi, dan inefisiensi proses operasional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem berbasis perangkat lunak, penelitian ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sistem yang dirancang mampu mengintegrasikan berbagai proses seperti pencatatan stok pupuk, distribusi, serta laporan penggunaan secara real-time. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan akurasi data hingga 95% dan mempercepat proses pelaporan hingga 40%. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi manajemen ini berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional perusahaan, sekaligus memberikan dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan sumber daya. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pendataan Pupuk, Efisiensi Operasional, PT. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk pertanggungjawaban sosial bagi tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, maka kami para dosen IAIN Kerinci dan dibantu oleh mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan mendata dana mengurus izin usaha usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah yang ada di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yang pertama terdatanya UMKM di Nagari Tluk Kualo Inderapura, dan yang kedua terdapat 12 UMKM yang sudah mendapatkan surat izin usaha.

Abstract

This study is a research with a qualitative approach that describes how to improve compliance with public service standards by looking at the service quality of the Population and Civil Registration Service in improving services during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Bukittinggi City. Based on the results of the analysis, the quality of this service does not appear by itself, there is the involvement of the community and the Population and Civil Registry Office of the City of Bukittinggi in this matter. There are 5 indications in the quality of this service, namely in tangible terms the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bukittinggi City in providing physical services to the community, in addition to providing technical guidance to employees is also physical evidence that is very helpful in supporting the services of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bukittinggi City to the public. Bukittinggi community.In terms of reliability, the Population and Civil Registry Office of the City of Bukittinggi to the people of Bukittinggi has been reliable in providing services, this can be seen from the satisfaction felt by the people of Bukittinggi towards the services of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Bukittinggi to the people of Bukittinggi, in terms of responsiveness of the Department of Population and Civil Registry. The city of Bukittinggi serves well and is responsive in responding to all community problems so as to create comfort in the use of services.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertajuk “Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Kebutuhan Siswa Bagi Guru TK Nurul Muslimin” ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mitra yaitu para guru dan siswa TK Nurul Muslimin. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan. Kegiatan diawali dengan kunjungan awal untuk menganalisis situasi dan kebutuhan para guru di lokasi. Dari hasil kunjungan tersebut disepakati bahwa kegiatan ini difokuskan pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Pemantauan dan penilaian untuk menindaklanjuti hasil kegiatan PKM dilakukan pada akhir kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat guru mampu memahami dan mengimplementasikan teori dan teknik pengembangan media pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Weighted Least Connections (WLC) and Round Robin algorithms are two commonly used load balancing methods in cloud computing environments. Both have different approaches in distributing requests to servers, which impacts system performance. WLC takes into account the number of active connections and the capacity of each server, so that servers with larger capacities receive more requests, while Round Robin distributes requests sequentially regardless of server conditions. This study compares the performance of the two algorithms based on several parameters, including response time, throughput, and CPU utilization. The results show that WLC is superior in systems with heterogeneous servers, where WLC is able to adjust the load distribution based on the capacity and number of active connections, thereby improving system efficiency and performance. Faster response time and balanced CPU utilization are achieved by WLC, while Round Robin is more suitable for environments with servers with similar specifications. Although Round Robin works well in simple conditions, this algorithm often causes load imbalance on low-capacity servers in complex environments. Based on the results of the study, WLC is recommended for environments with server heterogeneity and dynamic loads, because this algorithm significantly improves resource efficiency and reduces server bottlenecks. Thus, WLC provides more optimal performance than Round Robin in scenarios that require more intelligent load distribution.

Abstract

Pada SMA Negeri 2 Binjai proses penyimpanan data surat keterangan lulus sekolah masih menggunakan cara manual. Penyimpanan data seperti ini dapat menyebabkan data tidak aman. Maka dari itu peneliti akan membuat suatu sistem Iinformasi surat keterangan lulus sekolah dengan komputerisasi yang cukup memadai berbasis web yang mana php sebagai bahasa pemograman dan mysql xampp sebagai databasenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi surat keterangan lulus sekolah agar dapat disimpan secara aman dan diakses secara cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan Pada SMA Negeri 2 Binjai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi dan secara studi literatur. Dari masalah yang sudah didapat sehingga peniliti dapat sebuah solusi dari penanganan nya dengan cara menerapkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk surat keterangan lulus sekolah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat oleh peneliti dapat membantu pihak sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Binjai memproses data surat keterangan lulus sekolah secara cepat dan aman.

Abstract

This research purposed to design and develop an E-Module for English at workplace at Administrative Office in Besilam village. This research used Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model with five stages; Firstly was analyzing problems, potentials, and needs. Secondly was designing to determine Canva application used, the design/theme of the e-module, and the format. Thirdly is developing the design that has been previously made by using Canva application. In addition, at this stage, a validation test was conducted for the validators, namely material experts, linguists, and media experts to determine the feasibility of the E-Module that has been designed and developed. Fourthly is the implementation. In this stage, a practicality test and effectiveness test were administered to the staff and the instructor. Lastly was the evaluation. At this evaluation stage, the improvement of E-Module that has been given input by material experts, linguists, and media experts. Quantitative and qualitative data were used to collect the information. The research findings proved that the average score for eligibility assessment was 91.34%, the average score for practicality assessment was 95.01%, and the average score for effectiveness was 85. In conclusion, the eligibility assessment was classified as "Very Eligible", the practicality assessment was classified as "Very Practical", and the effectiveness assessment was classified as "Very Effective". E-module of English at workplace can be used as an alternative method to improve English proficiency to be better.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this Community Service (PKM) is to see the potential of housewives, especially in RT 01 RW 03 Graha Bangun Permai Housing, Tarai Bangun in supporting their family's economy, by carrying out activities that have economic value. Driven by the increasing needs of families from year to year, a solution must be found immediately, when the monthly income is not sufficient from the head of the family or husband, that is when the role of the housewife comes into play to help the family economy. This service method is carried out in the form of short training and simulations/demonstrations of the product objects that are made. The implementation of this PKM activity went according to expectations, and training in making crispy tofu meatballs could be carried out for the mothers who were the audience in this activity. After the PKM was held by lecturers from STIE Riau with the topic and product of making crispy tofu meatballs in RT 01 of the Graha Bangun Permai housing complex, inspiration was opened for a business that could help the family economy

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to develop a digital-based Village Head office design. This activity was carried out in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This activity took place over several days with the main focus on the digitization program and renovation of the design of the Sei Rotan Village Head Office. This activity supports the improvement of public services through the utilization of local potential both in terms of human resources and natural resources. The method of implementing activities uses a participatory approach, with work programs including site observation, legal socialization, school teaching, posyandu implementation, as well as training and digital design of village offices. The results of the activities show the enthusiasm and active participation of the community, and the implementation of all programs according to plan. This service activity makes a real contribution to village development and is a collaborative learning experience for implementers in applying knowledge in the community.
