Abstract

Informatics and technology are widespread in everyday life. So we cannot avoid using technology. In the world of education, the use of informatics and technology has not been fully utilized. This happens because of the lack of teacher ability in operating the technology. This has inspired us to carry out teacher mentoring activities in making learning media (sparkol videoscribe). This assistance uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR). The purpose of this community service is to assist the creation of sparkol videoscribe learning media that integrates Islamic values for MI Miftahul Ulum teachers, Tulung Jaya, East Lampung. The research subject is the teacher at the school. The results of the study showed that in three cycles all members of the workshop understood well the material presented by the teacher. It is proven that in general their understanding reaches 81%.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the main causes of environmental problems and can damage the balance of the ecosystem. Trimurjo Subdistrict has a lot of organic waste. The objectives of this service are as follows: 1) provide and introduce techniques for converting household organic vegetable waste into eco-enzymes; 2) increase awareness of the importance of converting household waste into economically profitable products. In Trimurjo District, housewives receive direct instructions on how to make eco-enzymes from organic waste. The community, especially housewives, will learn to make eco-enzymes. The brown color and aroma of fermentation will indicate that they are made. After that, the eco-enzyme is processed to produce room fragrance products. The results of this service are: 1). This program has also succeeded in encouraging the community to develop new organic waste processing methods. The results of the response questionnaire that has been explained show that partners are very interested in providing community service. 2). This outreach program succeeded in increasing public awareness about managing organic waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji model pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan di Pesantren Yatim Mabda Islam, dengan fokus pada perpaduan antara pendekatan akademik dan spiritual dalam proses pendidikan. Pesantren ini berperan penting dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada anak-anak yatim, dengan tujuan tidak hanya mencetak generasi yang cerdas, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang baik dan spiritualitas yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitik untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum, strategi pengajaran, dan hasil yang dicapai dalam Pendidikan di Pesantren tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Yatim Mabda Islam berhasil mengintegrasikan Pendidikan akademik dengan nilai-nilai keislaman yang mendalam, sehingga santri dapat berkembang secara holistik. Pendidikan akademik yang diberikan mencakup mata pelajaran umum dan agama, sementara pendekatan spiritual ditanamkan melalui pengajaran keagamaan yang rutin serta kegiatan pembinaan akhlak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pendidikan di Pesantren Yatim Mabda Islam dapat menjadi contoh pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang menyeluruh, yang mengutamakan keseimbangan antara pencapaian akademik dan pembentukan karakter serta spiritualitas.

Abstract

The fulfillment of civil registration rights for people with mental disorders (ODGJ) in Kalirejo Village, Talun Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency, is an important issue that requires serious attention. Based on Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Civil Registration, every Indonesian citizen has the right to obtain civil documents such as an Identity Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK). However, in practice, many individuals with mental disorders in Kalirejo Village lack these essential documents, preventing them from accessing social and healthcare services that are their rightful entitlements. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the non-fulfillment of civil registration rights for ODGJ, as well as the implications arising from this situation. The research employs a qualitative approach with an empirical juridical method. Primary data were collected through interviews with village officials, families of ODGJ, and direct observations in Kalirejo Village, while secondary data included legal documents and literature related to the fulfillment of civil registration rights. The findings reveal that the main barriers to the fulfillment of these rights are the low level of legal awareness among the community and the limited proactive efforts by village authorities. The implications of this situation include restricted access for ODGJ to healthcare and social assistance services to which they are entitled, worsening their health conditions and increasing social marginalization within the community.

Abstract

         The effective teaching of English speaking skills requires proficient tools that aid students in exploring vocabulary, forming sentences, and engaging in dialogue. The Cakap application, an educational technology startup from Indonesia, offers a platform focused on two-way online education. This research aims to evaluate student perceptions of using the Cakap application as a tool to enhance English speaking abilities, specifically among students at Arrofi'iyyah Semampir Probolinggo High School. The study employed a case study method involving students from SMAI Ar-Rofi'iyyah in Semampir Village, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency. Data collection methods included observation and, in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that students have a positive perception of the Cakap application, recognizing its potential to improve their English speaking skills. Based on these results, it is recommended that SMAI Ar-Rofi'iyyah integrate the Cakap application into their curriculum to make learning more engaging and effective in enhancing students' English speaking proficiency.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to analyze the financial feasibility and the comparative advantages of the coconut sugar agroindustryin the form of crystal sugar and block sugar. This research is a case study in the centre of coconut sugar industry in Purbalingga Regency, namely Pengalusan Village, Mrebet District which was chosen purposively. Survey method was used in this research by interviewing 40 respondents for coconut crystal sugar agroindustry and 24 respondents of coconut block sugar agroindustry for primary data. This research also used secondary data from Statistical Agency. The analytical method used were the analysis of costs, revenues, profits, and R/C ratio, as well as DRC (Domestic Resource Cost) analysis. The results showed that the R/C ratio analysis for crystal sugar agroindustry was 1.11, and for block sugar agroindustry was 1.04. It means that both agroindustry are financially profitable so that they are feasible to do, though they just receive small profit.  The results of the DRC ratio analysis showed that the coconut crystal sugar agroindustry has a comparative advantage so that it can be produced cost-efficiently when using domestic resources. The coconut crystal sugar agroindustry in Pengalusan Village has a comparative advantage with a DRCR (Domestic Resource Cost Ratio) value of 0.505, which means that agroindustry is efficient in allocating domestic resources and is able to save US$ 0.505 of foreign exchange from every US$ 1 unit. Therefore, to meet the demand for coconut sugar, it is better to increase domestic production.

Abstract

Hukum jaminan memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan kepastian hukum bagi kreditur dan debitur dalam transaksi utang-piutang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis konsep dasar hukum jaminan, termasuk asas,prinsip,serta subjek dan objek hukum jaminan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptifanalitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi hukum jaminan di Indonesia telah cukup komprehensif,masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya, terutama dalam eksekusi jaminan dan perlindungan hak debitur. Diperlukan reformasi hukum serta peningkatan literasi hukum bagi masyarakat agar hukum jaminan dapat berfungsi lebih efektif dalam mendukung stabilitas ekonomi dan system ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia merupakan kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru. Akibatnya banyak siswa yang minat dalam belajar masih kurang dan kewalahan dalam menghadapi kesulitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media cerita bergambar terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 126 orang siswa di kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes esai dalam mengukur hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia dan non tes berupa angket untuk mengukur motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media cerita bergambar terhadap motivasi belajar (F=761,807, dengan Sig. <0,05). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media cerita bergambar terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia (F=220,418, dengan Sig. <0,05). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media cerita bergambar terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia (F=446,095, dengan Sig. <0,05). Jadi, dengan adanya model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media cerita bergambar mempengaruhi motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa. Penggunaan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan media cerita bergambar dapat mempermudah guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dikarenakan pembelajaran akan berpusat pada siswa serta sebagai bahan untuk memilih model pembelajaran agar lebih bervariasi dengan tetap menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa.

Abstract

Perhutani's land management cooperation is unique because it uses three forms of cooperation at once in practice. So it is interesting to study whether this form of cooperation is in accordance with Islamic law. Therefore this study aims to find and understand the reasons for the practice of profit-sharing collaboration between Perhutani and the people of Kutorojo Village which use three forms of cooperation at once and how Islamic law analyzes these cooperative practices. This type of research is field research using a conceptual approach. The source of the data in this research is the results of interviews with the parties involved in the collaboration as well as Islamic legal concepts related to land management cooperation. The results of this study indicate that the three forms of cooperation carried out at the same time are in accordance with the needs in land management. The three forms of cooperation carried out are in accordance with the concept of cooperation in Islam because each form of cooperation has fulfilled its pillars and legal requirements.
