Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of competence, Physical Job environment, and motivation on employee performance. The research object in this paper is PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of simple random sampling (random) amounted to 90 respondents in the sample by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of competence, Physical Job environment and motivation on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, the regression analysis to examine the effect of partially magnitude of each independent variable was tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are:(1).Competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2). Physical Job environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3).Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline and motivation to work on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPKJJB 7 Semarang. The test data used in this study include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity by the methods of analysis and tested reliabilitas with product moment coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), where the results of all data is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion demonstrate that: (1). Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance, the stronger the influence of the transformational leadership, then the performance employees in the company are also increasing; (2). Work discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of the working discipline, then the performance employees in the company are also increasing; (3). Work motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of work motivation, then the performance employees in the company are also increasing. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of compensation,work discipline and cempetency .object of study in this paper is the Nozz Hotel Semarang .The sampling technique in his research is to use simple random sampling (random) semple of 53 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnairen (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent inorder to obtain informasion .the research objective wash formulated to dettermine the effect of compensation ,work discipline ,and competency of employe performance.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tast the validity of the question items ,Cronbeach alpa formula to test the reliability of each of the research are : (1) compensation has a positive and significant impact influence on employee performance. (2) work dicipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of work discipline, competence, and compensation awarding on employees performance. Object of study in this paper is the PT Aquarfarm Nusantara Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling (random) sample of 90 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondentin order to obtain information. The research objective wash formulated to determine the effect of work discipline, competence, and compensation awarding on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are : (1) work discipline has a positive and significant influence on imployee permormance. (2) competence has a positive and significant impact influence on imployee permormance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL), competence and work discipline on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. In this study the independent variables that affect employee performance is limited toQuality of Work Life (QWL), competence and work discipline. The population in this study is the total employee Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province amounting to 182 people. In this study, using sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique and and elected as many as 92 respondents are used as a sample. The data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents as well as secondary data from archives owned by instance and literature studies. Data testing technique used include data feasibility test, model feasibility test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test t-test. The result of the research shows that Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. Work discipline has a positive and not significant impact on theemployee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province.Keywords : Quality of Work Life (QWL), competence, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Motivation, Work Discipline and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance. The object of research in this writing is the Class II Navigation District of Semarang. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 116 people. The data analysis tool used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, where previously Validity and Reliability were tested. The results of the research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the motivation in the employee, the employee's performance is also increasing. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the Work Discipline in the employee, the employee's performance also increases. (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees, the employee's performance is also increasing. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Communication on Employee Performance. The object of research in this paper is POLRESTABES Semarang. The sampling technique in this study is to use probability sampling technique with the number of respondents 80 people. Data analysis used includes validity test with product moment, reliability testing with alpha coefficient (Cronbrach Alpha), multiple regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are (1) Transformational Leadership Style influences not influence on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study analyze about the influence of leadership styles transformational, competence and compensation toward the performance of the nurse. The research object in this research is nurse of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study is distributing questionnaires directly to the nurse of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of leadership styles transformational, competence and compensation toward the performance of the nurse at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Semarang. The data collected were analyzed using factor analysis that test the KMO and loading factor to test the validity of the item indicators of the statement, the formula of cronbach alpha to test the reliability of each variable was tested with multiple linear regression analysis. As for the results of the study as follows : (1) The Style of Transformational Leadership have positive and significant influences on the performance of the nurse; (2) Competence has positive and significant influence on the performance of the nurse; (3) Compensation have positive and significant influences on the performance of nurses. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research takes object at UMKM Batik Gayatri Polandak village Pancur district Rembang district. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, work motivation, and job training on work productivity of UMKM Batik Gayatri village Pancur district Rembang district.Population in this reseacrh is all employess at UMKM Batik Gayatri Polandak village Pancur district Rembang district numbering 150. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 130 respondents. The methode of data anaylisis is validity test, reliability test, coefficent of determination, test f, multipleregression analysis and hypotesis testing troughtt-test.The result showed that, self-efficacy have positive and significant impact on work productivity, work motivation have positive and significant impact on work productivity, and job training have positive and significant impact on work productivity.
