Abstract

General background: Higher education institutions in Indonesia are challenged to produce competent graduates who can compete in the global workforce. Specific background: At Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, tracer study data show that the graduation rate remains below 50%, largely due to suboptimal work readiness among students. Knowledge gap: While previous studies address factors influencing employability, limited attention has been given to the simultaneous role of the family environment, information systems, and organizational activeness in shaping work readiness. Aims: This study investigates the contribution of these three factors to the work readiness of management students. Results: Using a quantitative approach with 317 active students and multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS, the findings demonstrate that the family environment, information systems, and organizational activeness collectively and significantly shape student work readiness. Novelty: The study integrates academic, social, and technological dimensions in one model, offering a holistic perspective on graduate preparedness. Implications: The results provide insights for universities to strengthen family engagement, optimize information systems, and encourage organizational participation as strategies to enhance student readiness for employment. Highlights: Graduation rate below 50% linked to weak work readiness. Three factors collectively determine student readiness for employment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel reward terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel mutasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pengaruh variabel reward terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pengaruh variabel mutasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel reward terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif, variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Mutasi (X1), Reward (X2) Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dan Variabel intervening dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Kerja (Z). populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini karyawan tetap PT Karyamitra Budisentosa yang total berjumlah 85 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur , uji hipotesis dan uji sobel. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini antara lain terdapat pengaruh mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, Terdapat pengaruh reward terhadap kepuasan kerja, Terdapat pengaruh mutasi terhadap produktivitas kerja, Terdapat pengaruh reward terhadap produktivitas kerja, Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, Tidak terdapat pengaruh mutasi terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, Tidak terdapat pengaruh reward terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward intrinsik, reward ekstrinsik, dan punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Mojopahit Mojokerto, penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 pegawai Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Mojopahit Mojokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Data primer dalam hal ini penelitian diperoleh dari kuisioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa reward intrinsik mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, reward ekstrinisk mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, dan punishment mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Selain itu reward intrinsik, reward ekstrinsik, dan punishment berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

AbstrakDesa Kenongo Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, merupakan salah satu desa di wilayah Sidoarjo yang memiliki banyak anggota UMKM. Dari hasil pemetaan awal jumlah UMKM di Desa Kenongo adalah 210 dengan berbagai macam jenis usaha. Jenis usaha yang ada adalah konveksi, batik, souvenir, makanan dan minuman, serta berbagai macam kerajinan tangan lainnya. Dengan jumlah UMKM yang cukup banyak ini, masih sangat sedikit yang mempunyai legalitas usaha serta kemampuan untuk membranding usahanya.Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah mewujudkan UMKM yang memiliki kualitas bagus dan dapat bersaing serta bertahan di masa pandemi dengan cara 1) Branding produk melalui media sosial serta memberikan keahlian agar dapat membuat sendiri media pemasaran. Selanjutnya yang 2) Legalitas usaha bagi UMKM agar lebih berkualitas dan terpercaya.Hasil pendampingan ini adalah meningkatnya nilai penjualan meskipun belum sama seperti sebelum pandemi, dan meningkatnya kesadaran pemilik UMKM untuk legalitas usahanya. Pendampingan ini juga membentuk kelompok UMKM dengan struktur baru yang lebih terorganisir untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan usahanya. Pendampingan akan berkelanjutan di tahun kedua dan ketiga yaitu inovasi produk serta pengelolaan keuangan. Kata kunci : branding produk, legalitas Abstract Kenongo Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency, is one of the villages in the Sidoarjo region which has many UMKM members. From the results of the initial mapping, the number of MSMEs in Kenongo Village was 210 with various types of businesses. The types of businesses that exist are convection, batik, souvenirs, food and beverages, and various other handicrafts. With this large number of MSMEs, very few have business legality and the ability to compare their businesses.The aim of this assistance is to create MSMEs that have good quality and can compete and survive during a pandemic by 1) Branding products through social media and providing expertise so that they can create their own marketing media. Furthermore, 2) Business legality for MSMEs to be more qualified and reliable.The result of this assistance is an increase in sales value even though it is not the same as before the pandemic, and an increase in the awareness of MSME owners for the legality of their business. This mentoring also forms MSME groups with a new, more organized structure to assist MSME players in developing their businesses. Assistance will be sustainable in the second and third years, namely product innovation and financial management. Keywords: product branding, legality

Abstract

General Background: Business competition today demands companies to strengthen human resource performance as a key driver of organizational success. Specific Background: Franchise businesses, such as Pok Pok My Crispy Snack, require optimal employee performance to maintain service quality and operational consistency across branches. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have discussed performance determinants, but few have jointly examined self-efficacy, reward, and punishment within the context of a growing franchise business. Aims: This study investigates the relationship among self-efficacy, reward, and punishment toward employee performance using a quantitative associative approach with 60 respondents. Results: The findings show that self-efficacy and punishment significantly relate to employee performance, while reward shows no significant relationship. Simultaneously, all three variables are jointly associated with employee performance. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence that psychological belief and disciplinary mechanisms are stronger predictors of performance than material rewards in small-scale franchise enterprises. Implications: Managers should strengthen employee self-belief and implement fair disciplinary systems to sustain consistent performance and competitiveness in franchise settings. Highlights: Self-efficacy and punishment strongly relate to performance. Reward shows no significant relationship. Franchise context strengthens managerial implications. Abstract

General Background: Customer loyalty is a critical determinant of business sustainability, particularly in the growing café industry influenced by lifestyle trends. Specific Background: Istoria Café Sidoarjo is one of many cafés competing to attract and retain customers through its unique ambiance, menu offerings, and service quality. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies often analyzed these factors separately, lacking a comprehensive approach to how they simultaneously shape customer loyalty. Aims: This research aims to analyze the relationships among café atmosphere, menu diversity, and service excellence with customer loyalty. Results: Based on 97 respondents analyzed using SPSS 26, findings show that café atmosphere and service excellence have a significant positive relationship with customer loyalty, while menu diversity shows no significant relationship. Novelty: The study reveals that even with limited menu variety, a pleasant café atmosphere and excellent service can sustain customer loyalty. Implications: The findings emphasize that maintaining service quality and ambiance consistency is more crucial than menu expansion for customer retention.Highlights: Atmosphere and service quality drive customer loyalty. Menu diversity shows no significant contribution. Consistent service and ambiance sustain customer retention. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Faris Collection Sidoarjo, totaling 104 employees, were used as respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The independent variables are innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 25 software. Based on the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork variables on employee performance. Each variable also indicates that there is a positive and significant influence. Where the variable innovative work behavior has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, competency has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, and teamwork also has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Budaya Kerja KAIZEN dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi produksi Pre Assy berjumlah 1500 karyawan dan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini 115 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Budaya kerja KAIZEN berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (3) Budaya kerja KAIZEN tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja. (4) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (6) Kepuasan kerja tidak memoderasi Budaya kerja KAIZEN terhadap Produktivitas karyawan (7) Kepuasan kerja memoderasi Kemampuan kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the influence of employee engagement, discipline and rewards on employee performance at PT Citra Margatama Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of employees at the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT, namely PT Citra Margatama Surabaya in the toll road operational and service division. The number of research respondents was 114 which were obtained using a purposive technique which was adapted to the research objectives. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire which was then obtained using the program SPSS 25. The research results show that Employee Engagement, Discipline and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Citra Margatama Surabaya. This research proves the influence of Employee Engagement, Discipline and Rewards on Increasing Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh dari Work Life Balance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Duta Jaya Makmur di Candi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuanntitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada CV. Duta Jaya Makmur. Jumlah sampel diperoleh sebanyak 49 responden dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara observasi dan menyebarkan kuisioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Duta Jaya Makmur. Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Duta Jaya Makmur. Perilaku Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Duta Jaya Makmur. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa work life balance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Organizational Culture Behavior secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Duta Besar Jaya Makmur.
