Abstract

Upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh kedisiplinan guru. Upaya tersebut masih belum maksimal, hal ini dilihat dari masih banyaknya guru yang melanggar kedisipinan kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational dan komitmen pada profesi terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah expost facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 550 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel diambil menggunakan tekhnik proporsional random sampling, sebanyak 165 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM Statistic SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformational terhadap disiplin kerja guru diperoleh persamaan Y=19.700+0,930 dengan koefisien 0,930. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara komitmen pada profesi terhadap disiplin kerja guru diperoleh persamaan Y=-8.889+1,643 dengan koefisien 1,643. Secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang sinifikan kepemimpinan transformational dan komitmen pada profesi terhadap disiplin guru diperoleh persamaan Y=-11.086 +0,293+1,294. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh terhadap disiplin guru dengan koefisien sebesar 0,293, dan komitmen pada profesi (x2) berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan koefisien sebesar 1,294. Maka, kepemimpinan transformational kepala sekolah dan komitmen pada profesi memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja guru.

Abstract

Background Problems: The critical importance of maintaining physical fitness among high school students to mitigate the potential health hazards associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Research Objectives: This study aims to explore the impact of futsal and hadang extracurricular activities on adolescent cardiovascular and respiratory fitness. Methods: This research used an experimental study with pre-post design and control group. Ninety students from Serang City high schools were divided into three groups: Futsal Extracurricular, Hadang Extracurricular, and Control. Initial assessments established baseline fitness levels, followed by an 8-weeks program and post-program evaluations. Findings and Results: The results showed an increase in aerobic capacity and respiratory capacity after 8-weeks extracurricular program in both groups. The futsal extracurricular group experienced a higly significant increase aerobic capacity and respiratory capacity compared to the baseline. Meanwhile, the hadang extracurricular group experienced a significant increase aerobic capacity and respiratory capacity compared to the baseline. Conversely, the control group appears to exhibit a decline in both aerobic and respiratory capacities, although it is important to note that these changes did not reach statistical significance in our study. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study provided valuable insights into how futsal and hadang extracurricular activities impact adolescent cardiovascular and respiratory fitness. These findings were relevant for educators and policymakers, highlighting the role of extracurricular programs in enhancing students' overall well-being. Additionally, it contributes to our understanding of how specific activities can influence the cardiovascular and respiratory health of adolescents.

Abstract

Web-based learning environments have changed the traditional way of teaching to be more interactive and adaptive. However, there are challenges in making e-learning designs effective, aesthetically appealing and easy to use, and capable of improving learning outcomes and changing learning behaviors. This study investigates the influence of web-based learning environments on STEM education, focusing on the aesthetic appeal, user-friendliness and appropriateness of the visual design of mobile websites. The research objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning designs that include the incorporation of creativity, structured approaches, and evidence-based practices to improve learning outcomes and change learning behaviors. The research methodology involved literature analysis, content organization, and integration of interactive instructional design and multimedia elements. Merrill's Principles of First Instruction and the SAM Model were used as the basis of learning theory. Evaluation was conducted on modularity, scalability, codebase security, and user experience through navigation, intuitiveness, accessibility, and overall user happiness. The GUI design is accessible via PC/Laptop and Android and iOS-based mobile devices. The results show that comprehensive instructional design and the use of multimedia learning can improve learning outcomes. The integration of multimedia content such as videos, images, and interactive simulations within the web learning environment can increase engagement and facilitate effective learning. media experts and programming experts evaluated the visual and technical aspects of the website, providing recommendations to improve usability and performance. users also evaluate the website's ability to facilitate stem learning and report usability issues that could be improved. regular performance monitoring and testing, along with implementing best practices, can improve website quality and performance. fixing usability issues and improving website performance will provide a better learning experience for users.

Abstract

Perkembangan kehidupan yang terus bekermbang dan berinovasi menuntut kita untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dalam segala aspek, termasuk pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran akan dirasa mudah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Untuk mempercepat pemahaman materi pembalajaran dilakukan penelitian pengembangan konten pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media canva. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan produk berupa konten materi gerak. Materi tersebut, dikembangkan ke dalam format visual dan audiovisual dengan menggunakan aplikasi canva. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dan model Pengembangan ADDIE. Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi adalah lima fase dari paradigma ini. Uji ahli materi dan ahli materi dilakukan untuk menilai konsistensi media dan substansi. Validitas produk yang ditentukan oleh kedua ahli menghasilkan kategori sangat layak. Uji ahli materi dan ahli materi dilakukan untuk mengetahui koherensi antara media dan materi. Hasil validitas produk oleh kedua ahli diperoleh kategori sangat layak. Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh rata-rata 90,06% yang termasuk kedalam kriteria “sangat valid” dan hasil validasi materi memperoleh rata-rata 80,91% yang termasuk kedalam kriteria “valid”. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran materi gerak dengna menggunakan aplikasi canva dapat diujicobakan pada pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of the Genius Learning teaching methodology and learning motivation on the ability of students in Grade XI SMAN 2 KS in Cilegon to write academic essays. Genius Learning is an educational methodology that aims to create and strengthen a positive and constructive learning environment. This condition is a warning sign that the learning outcome will be below average. Within this teaching approach, the instructor must convey to students that the classroom is a place that values them as human beings who are capable of learning and who, in turn, are held to a certain standard.Utilizing the potential for improving the quality of academic writing, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Genius Learning method to develop analytical, synthesis, and student evaluation skills. The qualitative research method uses observations of SMAN 2 Cilegon students in grades XI as the subject and study location. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Genius Learning method significantly improves students' ability to write essays in class by increasing their critical and creative thinking skills. However, challenges like student adaptation to new methods and technological advancements are obstacles that must be overcome. It is recommended to do intensive training for teachers, enhance technological capabilities, develop accurate assessment tools, and provide students with encouragement to improve the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis kedekatan dalam memberikan pengetahuan tentang pencemaran lingkungan kepada siswa kelas tujuh di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Mutiara Bunda, Cilegon. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Research and Development (R&D), dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap terpisah, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metodologi untuk mengumpulkan data, termasuk wawancara, survei, dan penilaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengevaluasi keampuhan media pendidikan berbasis Nearpod dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Penilaian skor n-gain digunakan untuk menilai hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai g > 0,75 dibandingkan dengan tolok ukur yang telah ditetapkan. Nilai lebih dari 0,7 diklasifikasikan sebagai "tinggi", yang menunjukkan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This development research is a form of teaching media innovation on multimedia-based Student Worksheets assisted by the Live worksheet application. Development research was carried out using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) aims to increase enthusiasm for learning and learning outcomes in students. Observations, interviews, and questionnaires it used to collect qualitative and quantitative data. In addition, the validation test of this study involved material experts, media experts, and educator practitioners. From the results of the material validation, an average of 4.6 or 92% and the results of the media validation were an average of 4.4 or 88%, and the product test results from practitioners obtained 82.5%. Based on the results of the average acquisition, the e-LKPD is very feasible to try out, and the test results from students get a good response of 86%. So that concluded that the e-LKPD development product based on Live worksheet Material Build Volume Class V Elementary Schools is suitable for use as teaching material in learning for students.

Abstract

Kurangnya efektivitas supervise akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi masalah tersendiri dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lebak. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 279 responden yang terdiri dari guru SMK Negeri di wilayah Kabupaten Lebak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel supervisi akademik, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,782 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,793 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen ini memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 64,652. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi akademik yang efektif serta memimpin dengan baik untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pengajaran di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Lebak.

Abstract

Teaching materials is a set of teachers learning guidelines to make learning more effective. Through hypertext as a learning medium and Hots as a thinking method that directs students to be critical in thinking, teaching materials based on Hots integrated with hypertext can be applied to class X at the high school level. The purpose of this study was to develop English teaching materials. The research method used was the ADDIE model with a qualitative research type. Through three experts, namely material experts, learning design experts, and media experts, the results of the study showed that based on the results of a limited trial of 35 students at SMAN 10 Pandeglang showed an average value of 95.29%, while a broad trial of 105 students from the three schools produced an average value of 95.76%, which indicates that the acceptance of teaching materials is very good. So, in other words this teaching material is able to create a conducive learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Indonesia has a reasonably large area with a high level of weather and climate diversity, causing various parts of the region to experience rain with different characteristics, one of which is influenced by the topography of the area so that it is not possible to use just one rain gauge to describe the rain in a region. Therefore, it requires the average rainfall from several nearby rain measurement stations or posts. This research aims to describe the influence of regional topography on the distribution of rainfall in Serang City using the Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) interpolation method by varying the power value and processing and analyzing using the Geographic Information System (GIS). The research method used is non-experimental quantitative with spatial reclassification analysis. The data used is secondary data collected from previously existing data. The results of the research show that in areas that are at low altitudes and have gentle slopes, the average rainfall will be low, namely 1414.91 mm/year, and vice versa; if areas are at high altitudes and have steep slopes, the average rainfall is The rainfall will be high namely 1644.6 mm/year.
