Abstract

Crucial foundation in shaping students' character, competence, and integrity , particularly within the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. As a higher education institution based on Islamic values, the development of an academic culture not only aims to enhance academic achievement but also to cultivate intellectuals who are religious, critical, creative, and competitive. This article examines comprehensive strategies for building an academic culture among PGSD students at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. Academic culture is a fundamental element in producing superior graduates who are intellectual, religious, and possess noble character. The strategies discussed include strengthening character education, building learning communities, optimizing academic facilities, intensive mentoring by lecturers, and fostering a research culture from an early age. Through the integration of these strategies, students are expected to develop critical thinking skills, academic integrity, and high learning motivation. Implementation is carried out through structured programs such as book reviews, national seminars, scientific writing workshops, student writing competitions, and active student involvement in lecturer research. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review and empirical observation. The results indicate that collaborative and sustained efforts among lecturers, students, and the institution are key to establishing a resilient academic culture. The success of developing an academic culture relies on harmonious collaboration among all parties, consistent habituation, intensive mentoring, and regular evaluation. It is hoped that this strategy will enable PGSD students to develop into professional teacher candidates who are competent, possess noble character, and have a lifelong learning spirit

Abstract

The principle of legality is the most basic principle in the application of material criminal law. The principle of legality adhered to in Indonesian criminal law was originally the principle of formal legality. Meanwhile, in the renewal of criminal law embodied in the National Criminal Code, the principle of legality adopted also includes the principle of material legality. This article aims to analyze the expansion of the legality principle in the renewal of Indonesian criminal law and understand the meaning of the expansion of the legality principle. This article was written using a normative legal research method with a statutory approach. The result of this study is that the expansion of the legality principle in criminal law renewal is an effort to balance the fulfillment of legal objectives between legal certainty in the formal legality principle and justice in the material legality principle.

Abstract

Globalization is an event that causes many changes in all aspects of people's lives, especially the younger generation. The ease of obtaining information changes the mindset of the younger generation to become more modern. This can affect the interest of the younger generation in preserving Indonesian traditional arts. Therefore, this paper aims to describe the influence of modernization on the interest of the younger generation in preserving Indonesian traditional arts in the era of globalization. This research is descriptive and qualitative. The data collection method is literature study by collecting various references, both primary and secondary sources that are relevant to the younger generation and traditional arts in the era of globalization. The results of the research study show that the current of globalization greatly affects the lives and mindsets of young people to become more modern, this thinking makes some of them think that something traditional like traditional arts is something ancient so that their interest in and interest in traditional arts begins to decrease and begin to forget about traditional arts. Another factor is the large number of young people who consider arts from foreign countries to be better and more interesting than traditional Indonesian arts, and also their lack of awareness of the importance of maintaining traditional arts, which is Indonesia's national identity.

Abstract

Pancasila is the foundation and guideline for life of the Indonesian nation and contains five important values ​​which are the goals of the country. The story of the birth of Pancasila reflects the processes and dynamics that occurred in Indonesian society both before independence and during the independence and Old Order era. In this context, Pancasila is not only seen as the basis of the state, but also as a moral and ethical guideline for the state and behavior. This researcher examines the role of Pancasila in the state and country. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of Pancasila for the nation and state. The research method used is using a type of library research, which is related to writing methods and library data by obtaining information through secondary data collection in the form of journals and other sources that support and will be discussed in this research. The research results obtained are that there are many values ​​from Pancasila which can become the role of Pancasila for the nation and state. So this article can be used as a reference for implementing Pancasila values ​​in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education through school culture at Amanah Elementary School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes and analyzes data objectively according to the data found in the field, also because in this study did not use statistical analysis procedures or data processing procedures in the form of numbers. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews techniques, observation techniques, and documentation study techniques. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers, and students. Subject selection was chosen based on certain considerations. The results showed that SD Amanah had achieved indicators of school success in implementing character education through the school culture itself. The character values implemented through school culture include: discipline, creativity, national spirit, respect for achievement, friendly/ communicative, peace-loving.

Abstract

School counselors play an important role in monitoring and recording student behavior. Accurate implementation is necessary to document such behavior effectively. This research aims to develop a student behavior recording application called a knowledge management-based behavior recording application. The recorded data is then published and can be accessed by parents (sharing knowledge). The research method used is research and development which consists of the following stages: literature review, needs analysis, product development, and product testing. Validation tests conducted by subject matter experts, IT specialists, and managers showed average scores of 96%, 88.4%, and 94%, respectively, which fall within the “excellent” criteria. These results indicate that the behavior recording application is worthy of further development. The results of teacher evaluations regarding usability, increasing knowledge, and benefits of implementation show that 44% strongly agree, 52% agree, and 4% disagree. Parents' evaluations regarding usability, accuracy of recording, and transparency of access to information showed that 48% strongly agreed, 50% agreed, and 2% disagreed. Findings indicate that the app can document student behavior accurately and is suitable for decision-making purposes by schools and parents.

Abstract

Environmental human rights violations have occurred in almost all levels of society. These violations are considered to threaten Indonesian human civilization. In turn, the violated economic, social, and cultural rights, as well as civil and political rights, will be fulfilled and resolved. Human rights to a good, healthy, and balanced environment have not been implemented in environmental management in Indonesia. In relation to the problem of environmental damage, it is important to study human rights from a human rights perspective. The aim is to explain the definition of human rights and environmental rights, how human rights are regulated in Indonesian law and how human rights are considered as rights to a good and healthy environment. The results of the study explain two things. First, humans are part of the ecosystem, where they have a strong relationship with their environment. Given to them by God as humans, the right to a healthy environment is a basic human right. Second, the right to a good and healthy environment has become a norm throughout the world and in the region. Third, although there have been resolutions, covenants, and regulations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at the national level, the right to a good and healthy environment is still poorly respected at both the global and national levels. Developed countries contribute significantly to global warming, climate change, and environmental degradation globally, and they also make significant contributions nationally.

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural berperan penting dalam mengangkat isu-isu kebebasan bersama (HAM) di sekolah. Melalui metode ini, siswa dan staf sekolah diajak untuk menghargai dan memahami keberagaman sosial, ras, agama, dan budaya. Pendidikan multikultural membantu memerangi perpecahan, generalisasi, dan kecurangan yang mungkin muncul dalam iklim pembelajaran. Siswa dapat menumbuhkan empati dan memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang sudut pandang orang lain dengan mempelajari budaya dan pengalaman orang lain. Hal ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif di mana setiap individu diperlakukan dengan bermartabat dan hormat. Persepsi, sikap, dan tindakan siswa terkait hak asasi manusia juga dapat diubah melalui pendidikan multikultural. Pemahaman bahwa setiap orang memiliki hak yang sama untuk dihormati, diakui, dan diperlakukan secara adil diajarkan kepada siswa. Mereka juga belajar tentang pentingnya kesempatan untuk berekspresi, hak atas pelatihan, dan kebebasan dasar lainnya. Sekolah menciptakan suasana yang mendorong kesetaraan, keadilan, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan dengan menerapkan pendidikan multikultural. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan hak asasi manusia, tetapi juga membantu membentuk generasi siswa yang lebih toleran, terbuka, dan siap menghadapi dunia yang semakin beragam.

Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia sebagai sebuah negara tidak dapat menghindari tantangan globalisasi, tetapi dengan berpegang teguh pada Pancasila sebagai asasnya, Indonesia akan mampu mempertahankan jati diri dan eksistensinya. Tulisan ini menyatakan bahwa memupuk jiwa nasionalisme dalam benak generasi muda sejak kecil akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh menghadapi pengaruh negatif dan perubahan moral yang merajalela di era globalisasi. Maka, dengan memperkuat moralitas dan etika melalui pendidikan Pancasila, generasi muda Indonesia akan lebih siap menghadapi globalisasi dan sekaligus mempertahankan jati diri Indonesia. Nilai-nilai budaya yang menjadi ciri khas bangsa Indonesia, seperti gotong royong, persahabatan, dan keramahan dalam bermasyarakat, merupakan keistimewaan dasar yang dapat membuat individu Indonesia mencintai dan melestarikan budaya bangsanya sendiri. Namun, ciri masyarakat Indonesia yang dikenal sebagai masyarakat yang ramah dan santun kini mulai luntur sejak masuknya budaya asing ke Indonesia yang tidak dapat diseleksi dengan baik oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Maka, dalam hal ini pemerintah memiliki peran penting untuk menjaga nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia dalam kehidupan masyarakatnya. Berikut ini beberapa cara untuk menjaga budaya Indonesia agar tidak terpengaruh oleh budaya asing yang negatif. 1) Menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme yang kuat, misalnya semangat mencintai produk dan budaya dalam negeri. 2) Menanamkan dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan sebaik-baiknya. 3) Menanamkan dan mengamalkan ajaran agama dengan sebaik-baiknya. 4) Selektif terhadap budaya asing yang masuk ke Indonesia. 5) Memperkuat dan memelihara jati diri bangsa agar tidak luntur. Dengan demikian, masyarakat dapat bersikap bijak dalam menentukan sikap agar jati diri dan kepribadian bangsa tidak luntur akibat masuknya budaya asing ke Indonesia, khususnya

Abstract

Untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, diperlukan pendidikan yang tidak terpisahkan dari ajaran Pancasila sebagai dasar penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia. Pancasila memiliki rangkaian nilai, yaitu ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan. Kelima nilai tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan utuh yang merujuk pada satu tujuan. Nilai-nilai dasar Pancasila seperti ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan bersifat universal, objektif, artinya nilai-nilai tersebut dapat digunakan dan diakui oleh negara lain. Sebagai ideologi bangsa dan negara Indonesia, Pancasila pada hakikatnya bukan hanya hasil perenungan atau pemikiran seseorang atau sekelompok orang sebagaimana ideologi-ideologi lain di dunia, melainkan Pancasila diangkat dari nilai-nilai adat istiadat, nilai-nilai budaya, dan nilai-nilai agama yang terkandung dalam pandangan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Pancasila memiliki rangkaian nilai, yaitu ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan. Kelima nilai tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan utuh yang mengacu pada satu tujuan.
