Abstract

In the world of hospitality especially in food and beverage service every single thing must be considered to give the best food to guest of hotel. Actually not only about food but the first thing seen by guest of hotel before they enjoy their food is about employee. Employee of food and beverage service must be clean in every single thing in their body.Because of that really need knowledge about important thing implementation personal hygiene for the employee. Not only in working area but also in their daily activity so they get used to a healthy lifestyle. Abstract

Hapanasan hot spring tourism object is one of the leading tourist in the Rokan Hulu, the location of Hapanasan hot water is in the village of Rambah Tengah Hulu. An exotic tourist location with a natural atmosphere that is still very pronounced and has hot springs as a volcanic post. This study aims to (1) ind out how the management of Hapanasan hot water tourism objects in the future (2) to find out what are the management constraints in Hapanasan hot water attractions. Management has 4 functions of planning, organization, actuating, controlling. This study used a qualitative method. The data were obtained by colleting field data with a qualitative approach. This research is a descriptive study using the research subject of Hapanasan hot water tourism object management in the village of Rambah Tengah Hulu Rambah subdistrict Rokan Hulu Regency. The data collection technique was done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis used in this research is data reduction, drawing conclusions and data presentation. The result of this study indicate that this hot spring tourist attraction has management as a health tourism planning process and will build UKM. Regarding organizing, it includes the management of the tourism and culture office of the Rokan Hulu District and Pokdarwis (travel conscious) Regarding the implementation of duties divided by the tourism and culture of to manage, promote, care for and protect the Hapanasan area. Abstract

Bengkalis has tourism potential such as nature tourism, cultural tourism, religious tourism and historical tourism. Event Lampu Colok is held on the 27th of Ramadan until the evening of Eid. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out how the response of tourists to tourist attractions in the event of lights colok in Bengkalis to increase the number of tourist visits in Bengkalis Regency.This study aims to find out how to illustrate the Event of Lampu Colok and find out how Tourist Response Terhdap Tourist Attraction On Event Lampu Colok in Bengkalis Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine the problem in the lift by analyzing the response of tourists who come to see Lampu Colok. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 30 people. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the response of tourists to tourist attraction on the event of Lampu Colok in Bengkalis Regency is ssetuju with the overall score that is the amount of 1098, and this result is obtained in the range of score 918 - 1133. In doing this Lampu Colok event aims to preserve the tradition of the Regency Bengkalis.Event Lampu Colok displays works very good because this Lampu Colok is formed into mosques, calligraphy, canoe and others. And Lampu Colok is made of bottle or tin of beverage which is then processed into a lamp by adding axis and kerosene as its fuel, so it displays very good work.Keywords : Event, Lampu Colok, Tradition in Bengkalis

Abstract

This research was conducted in Langkai Village , Siak,Riau- indonesia.this study aims to determine the communitty involvement in the development og the attraction on the tombs of raja kecik Siak Regency.this research uses qualitative method to process the data obtained in the field through interviews, observations and documentations. all the information collected and studied to become a unified whole (Sugono 2000). As for the sample in research 5 key informans.. Based on the results of research that has been donethe communitty involvement in the development og the attraction on the tombs of raja kecik is Mutual Cooperation .and effort to improve the communitty involvement in the development og the attraction on the tombs of raja kecik is increase Promotion, sapta pesona socialization and make travel aware groups . Keywords :Community involvement , Effort and Attractions.

Abstract

Hospitality is one of the important components that can support the development of the world of tourism. The Hospitality Industry is one of the industries that play an important role in the economic development and the world of tourism in Indonesia. service is any action or desire which may be offered by one party to another, essentially intangible and does not result in any ownership. And a sense of fun given to others who accompanied hospitality and ease in meeting the needs of consumers. This research was conducted in Grand Zuri Kota Dumai.Jl Jend. Sudirman No. 88, Dumai City, Bintan Village, Dumai City District, Dumai City. This hotel is chosen as a place of research because in it has the quality of service that visitors need when visiting this hotel. This study aims to determine the response of visitors to the quality of service at the Grand Hotel Zuri Dumai City. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to process the data obtained in the field through interviews, all the information collected and studied to become a unified whole (Kusuma and Sugono 2000). As for the sample in research sebanyan 100 respondents, data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, questionnaires, using Likert scale as a measuring tool. Abstract

Hospitality is a commercial business that provides accommodation facilities such as lodging and food and beverage service facilities. Hospitality  industry is a commercial industry that operates in the field of services that is very influential on the development of tourism in Indonesia. Hotel include business presses on sales of service. One of the activities undertaken by the company to achieve sales goals is to implement good and efficient service customer. without this kind of service efforts to increase sales volume is very difficult because of the many and tight competition that accurs today. this study aim to implementtation of standard oprating procedures make up room at the Royal Asnof Hotel Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative description merthod to examine the problem in the lift by guest complain about to implementtation of standard oprating procedures make up room at the Royal Asnof Hotel Pekanbaru. while the data collection techniques in this study used interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study that form the implementation standard oprating procedure make up room Hotel Royal Asnof Pekanbaru its good enough but in roomboy there are still those who haven’t implementation it according to standart oprasional procedure make up room because the working equipment is not good enough to support the work of roomboy. Keywords: standart oprasional procedure make up room, roomboy, hotel

Abstract

This study aims to determine the visitor's response to Product design Souvenir in the Bono Tourism Area of Teluk Meranti District. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method. There are 50 samples taken by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Likert scale is used to measure intervals in quantitative data. This research uses Sugiyono's Theory. The results of the study show that the Visitor Response to Souvenirs in the Bono Attractions area is included in the Very Good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of temporary food storage standards (parstock) in the section of kitchen Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. Food ingredients are  divided into two namely Perishable and groceries materials, storage of both materials must be applied continuously starting from the type of room and stroge equipment, temperature in terms of storage hygiene, food labeling, the method used and packaging until the material is ready to be processed in order to get good quality ingredients. This research uses research methods qualitative and to get the data author uses interview techniques, observation and documentation. From the results of research conducted by the author for 4 months at Fox Hotel Peanbaru, the results show that the storage is in good condition but does not meet the correct storage standards. Keywords : Storage Standards, Groceries, Perishable

Abstract

Batam is a city that has many tourist destinations and accommodations such as hotels and resorts, one of which is the 3-star KTM Resort, which is located at Colonel Soegiono, Tanjung Pinggir, 29432 Sekupang, Riau Islands, Indonesia. KTM Resort was established in 2002 and the name of the KTM resort was taken from the name of the owner of KTM namely "KOH TIAT MENG" but, on September 7, 2017 the name KTM no longer uses the owner's name, but "KNOWLEGDE TEAM MAINDFULL" which means knowledge of the work team. The research design uses Quantitative Descriptive with the population of guests who visit and sample using the Non Probality Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method and this sample amounts to 60 people. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the research of the 5 variables (Reability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible) it can be concluded that there are 2.290 in the Good category.  Keywords: Room Boy Tasks, Responses, Service quality

Abstract

The Implementation Supervisor is someone who is given the position on control,oversee, and be held responsible for his or her subordinates. The presentace of asupervisor also optimizes the productivity of an employee in accordance to the standaroperational procedure. The aim of this research is to understand the obstacles ahousekeeping supervisor at pesonna hotel pekanbaru faces is oversaaing the hotel’sRoom Boy and how he she antivipates it. The methot of research to be used is thequalitative method, the informant that will be used is a housekeeping supervisor andfive othe employees, specifically the Room Boys, the data collection will be done by wayof interview, observation and documentation.
