Abstract

Based on field observation there are some problems concerning the management of Mosque Agung Madani Islamic Center Rokan Hulu regency which is management of Mosque Agung Madani Islamic Rokan Hulu tourism object is not good. It deservase the attention of the government to be more active in the management of Mosque Agung Madani Islamic Center Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this research is to know the management Mosque Agung Madani Islamic Center Rokan Hulu tourism objek in and factors influencing the management of Fasilities Mosque Agung Madani Islamic Center Rokan Hulu.The concep of theory used is the management of facilities theory by Spillane which starts from the Main Facility,Facility and Supporting Facilities. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method, The type of data used is primary data and scondary data. In the data collecting researchrs using observation techniques, interviews, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with informants namely the Head of the Management Agency of the Great Mosque of Madani Isalamic Center, the Secretary, visiting tour, and the staff. The results of this study resulted in the conclusion the the management of Facilities Mosgue Masjid Agung Madani Islamic Center Rokan Hulu has not been maximized. Then there is still a lack of factors that hinder the Management of Tourism Objects at Rokan Hulu Islamic Center Madani Islamic Center, namely human resources, budget, facilities and infrastructure.                                                                                                Keywords :Management of Facilities, Tourist Attraction

Abstract

The natural attractions of an area are influenced by the quality of the landscape, the authenticity of nature and the beauty of the panorama. Ngalau Indah is a tourist attraction on the hill of Simarajo which is a protected green forest area that has cool air and beautiful scenery. Viewed from the last 5 (five) years the number of tourist visits to Ngalau Indah Tourism Object is unstable. As a reference in optimizing the management to know how the assessment of tourists to tourist attraction , so that later can increase the number of visitors to the attraction itself. The purpose of this study to determine the attractiveness of natural attractions Ngalau Indah and To know the management effort in attracting tourists to visit Ngalau Indah tourist attraction. This research is done Tourism Object Ngalau Indah, precisely in Kelurahan Pakan Sinayan Payakumbuh West Payakumbuh District. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach by collecting data and information in field and explain in the form of description without testing hypothesis or make prediction. Data analysis techniques obtained by field observation, interviews and documentation and then in if or in the analysis to achieve the ultimate goal. Abstract

One of the factors which have influence to the success level of the organization is employees performance. One of the efforts to improve the employees performance is by giving attention to workload. This research aims to determine factors influence workload of room attendant in Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru.Descriptive quantitative method was used to examine the issues raised. The sampel in this research are 10 peoples and used census method. While the data collection technique in this research used questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. A likert scale used as a measure to determine the length of the interval.Based on the research that has been done, to the factors that influence workload of room attendant in Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru are namely external factors and internal factors. Abstract

The work as scavengers is one alternative that is considered suitable work that can be done mother, in addition to domestic affairs remain materilize, mothers can also help improve the economy of families with scavenged. Because the scavenger is a job that does not require expertise, education, and do not have the time or schedule rules binding in the work so that a housewife can complete his homework and working at an unspecified time in accordance with the free time they have. The problem in this research are: How do characteristic housewife scavergers in the village of Sail kecamatan Tenayan Raya. How the implementation of the function of the family for housewife scavergers. The purpose of this study was to determine kerakteristik housewife Sail scavengers in the Kelurahan Sail Kecamatan Tenayan Raya. And to investigate the implementation of a family function for homemakers scavengers. Subjects in this study were housewives who work to help her husband earn a living for his family as a scavenger addition as many as five people. Plus the testimony of the husband who is still working and housewives who work as scavengers over 1 year and have dependents who are still at school. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, using purposive sampling technique. While the process of collecting data by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Most housewives scavengers still carry out its role as a mother. His role as women to run a family function remains largely implemented as a function of economic, affective function, the function of socialization, the protection function. However, a small portion also housewives scavengers workers are still helped by her husband and children first in assist with homework so as to create a division of labor within the family harmonious. Pekanbaru City Government should pay attention to housewives who work as scavengers in the Village TPS Sail along the curb and the city of Pekanbaru. Keywords: Scavenger, family, Dual role

Abstract

This research was conducted in Riau Fantasi Labersa Water Park tourism object, Kampar Regency since decision making factors as the variable. The aim of this research is to determine the factors influenced the decision making of tourist in doing the tour.The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative where accidental sampling used take the sample. The amount of samples were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research was observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Scale Likert was used to get data quantitativelyAccording to Pitana and Gayatri (2005), there are 4 factors influenced the decision making of tourism, such as: tourist characteristics, awareness the benefit of travel, description of the tour and tourist destination superiority.As the result of this research, the tourists in Riau Fantasi tourism object said that they were agreed about the factors of decision making influenced their decision in doing the tour to Riau Fantasi Labersa Water Park tourism object Kampar Regency. Highest average percentage was in the factor of the awareness of the benefits of the tour 80.5%.Keywords : Decision Making Factors, Tourist, Tourism Object

Abstract

This study aimed to investigated religious tourist attraction. Which is a tourist attraction the attractiveness of an attraction so that the tourist interested in visiting the tourist attraction and Also to determine the Syahhabuddin mosque tourist activities in Siak district of Riau province. This study used descriptive qualitative method which describe situation in accordance with the event, the sourcer is the head daily Syahhabuddin mosque and Disparpora Siak district. The result of this study are Syahhabuddin mosque religious tourist attraction showed the historical mosque, the unique architecture , and the adjacent mosque location to the river and Sultan Syarif Khasim II tombs. While the tourist activities in Syahhabuddin mosque itself are prayer, pilgrimage while enjoying the beauty of the Siak river view and following recitation. The study expected to increase knowledge about Syahbuddin mosque as religious tourist attraction, and as consideration for the Syahhabuddin mosque tourism to increase the tourists number enjoyed it. Abstract

Tourist attraction is something that becomes an attraction and can impress tourists in the form of satisfaction, comfort, and pleasure to tourists who see it or do it. In this case, it can be in the form of natural, cultural, and man-made attractions. This study aims to determine the tourist attraction of Cinta Island in Kampar Regency, Riau Province and to determine the visitor's perception of the Cinta Island tourist attraction in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. In this study, the author uses quantitative methods as a procedure for processing data, while the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Based on the results of the study, Tourism Attractions on Cinta Island Teluk Jering, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, with research conclusions in the good category.     Keyword : perceptions, visitors, tourist attractions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the parenting pattern and the obstacles for scavengers in taking care of their school-age children. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and involves 6 informants who are Muara Fajar scavengers who have lived for at least 5 years and have school-aged children. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study indicate that the parenting applied by parents of scavengers at Muara Fajar landfill Pekanbaru City leads to democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting. Democratic parenting is applied by 3 families, 2 tend to be authoritarian and only 1 applies permissive parenting. The obstacles or barriers to parenting scavengers are time and economic condition.  Keywords: Parenting, Scavenger.adaptation

Abstract

This research aims to determine about the Management of Amenities at Homestay Rumah Kayuku at Village Garegeh sub-district Mandiangin Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi City. Management is organizing or managing activity with moving power who the procces to involve wisdom implamentation and objective achivement. Homestay Rumah Kayuku is a place who serve acomodation services who places at St.Ranah Number. 7,Garegeh Village, Mandiangin Sub-District Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi City, Sumatera Barat Province. Homestay Rumah Kayuku has been operate seince 2015. This research using method Qualitative to examine problem with making two key infoman as interviewees that is one owner and one administator. However data cellection technique using interview. Observation, and documentation. Abstract

Potensi perkebunan nenas di Desa Kualu Nenas mencapai 1.050 hektar dengan kemampuan produksi mencapai 1.456 ton per tahun atau 121 ton per bulan. Tujuan pengabdian mencari sekaligus menyusun formula dalam membangun petani nenas dengan daya saing ideal untuk menghadapi era digital. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan Participatory Rural Appraisal, sementara metode kualitatif digunakan dengan mewawancarai subjek secara langsung di lapangan. Hasil pengabdian bahwa model pengelolaan potensi dengan skala yang besar dilakukan secara berkelompok. Namun, ada masalah kurang transparan dari sisi keuangan, modal terbatas, adopsi teknologi rendah, dukungan stakeholder lemah, dan kurangnya pelatihan softskill. Untuk mewujudkan petani yang berdaya saing, kami melakukan pengabdian dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi berupa literasi digital, menyusun administrasi kelompok termasuk laporan keuangan, memperluas jaringan serta pelatihan produksi produk turunan hasil tani. Sosialisasi dan edukasi ini dapat memberikan dampak peningkatan kualitas petani nenas sekaligus perbaikan ekonomi rumah tangga.
