Abstract

The rapid development of technology today requires development in the field of learning media in order to integrate technology in its process. One of strategy that can be used is integrating the technology as assessment tools. In this research, the platform that used is Kahoot. The objective of this research was to determine the validity products as assessment tool. This research used a modified 4D development model that only implemented till expert validation. Based on the expert validity test shows in terms of content/material aspect the product obtains 93.75% score with very valid criteria, then 97.50% score with very valid criteria also in media aspect, and 98.75% score with very valid criteria in language aspect. Based on this expert validity test, the product obtained overall validity score with a high percentage with a 96.67% value which meets the very good validity criteria. This study shows that the integration of technology can be combined as an assessment tool for prospective biology teacher students. This study is still limited to the validity test only, then this validated product can be used for further research to measure the level of effectiveness and practicality of its use.

Abstract

Mata kuliah Biologi Umum di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas PGRI Kalimantan mencakup berbagai konsep dasar biologi yang penting bagi mahasiswa untuk memahami prinsip ilmu biologi yang lebih kompleks. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengajar mata kuliah ini adalah bagaimana membuat pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan interaktif sehingga mahasiswa dapat memahami materi dengan lebih baik dan merasa termotivasi untuk belajar. Permainan edukatif telah terbukti menjadi salah satu metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran dengan kegiatan permainan salah satunya adalah media permainan edukatif. Adapun media yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini ialah media pembelajaran permainan edukatif berbasis Kahoot!. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan media pembelajaran permainan edukatif berbasis Kahoot! Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan media tersebut pada mata kuliah Biologi Umum. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan. Model pengambangan yang digunakan adalah model 4D (Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate) dari Thiagarajan. Tempat penelitian yaitu di Universitas PGRI Kalimantan. Subjek penelitian adalah validator ahli dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Data hasil penelitian yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, media permainan edukatif berbasis Kahoot! pada mata kuliah Biologi Umum menunjukkan kevalidan yang sangat baik dengan rata-rata 96,67% dari aspek isi, media, dan bahasa. Media ini relevan dengan materi, menarik, serta komunikatif, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai dalam pembelajaran. Respon mahasiswa juga sangat positif dengan persentase 83%, mencerminkan efektivitas media ini dalam mendukung pemahaman materi dan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The paper aims to determine the difference in science learning outcomes of students who apply the demonstration method and the science learning outcomes of students who use conventional learning in class IV elementary school. The type of research that the author uses is experimental research. This research uses a group of research subjects from a certain population, then grouped randomly into two groups or classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was treated using the demonstration method and the control class used the conventional method, then both classes underwent the same post-test. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with proportional sampling. The same number of students and class average scores that are close to the same are class VA and class VB. After getting the sample class, the two classes were randomly drawn, then class VA was obtained as the experiment and class VB as the control. The results of this research can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test which was carried out so that the value of t_count=0 and t_table= 2.02 was obtained. From the distributed table t, we get ttable = 2.02. So, it can be concluded that t_count > t_tabel, where 0 > 2.02, thus the working hypothesis H_1 is accepted, meaning there are significant differences in learning outcomes in the two samples. This research concluded that the science learning results of class IV students who used the demonstration learning method did not have a significant difference because the two sample classes got the same learning results, due to the limited time of the researcher who delivered the material to the experimental class

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui apakah dari variabel komunikasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan SD Strada Dipamarga. Dalam penelitian ini untuk proses pengolahan data menggunakan uji Validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji regresi multiples (berganda), koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji T dengan bantuan SPSS 20.0. Dalam sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Untuk pengumpulan Data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur setiap penyataan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa komunikasi tidak memerikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memberikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment have an influence on the performance of the employees of SD Strada Dipamarga. In this study, the data processing uses validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiples regression test, coefficient of determination, F test and T test with the help of SPSS 20.0. In the sample used as many as 40 respondents. In this study using a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each statement. The results of the study stated that communication did not provide a significant effect on employee performance and for work discipline and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore various strategies and best practices in creating an inclusive learning environment for students with special needs. This study also aims to identify challenges faced by educators in implementing inclusive education and provide recommendations to improve teacher training and support. This study is a literature study. Literature study is the collection of information from various published written sources to gain a better understanding of the topic being studied. This includes critical analysis and synthesis of previous findings. The results of this study indicate that inclusion in education is a practice that ensures all students, including those with special needs, have the opportunity to learn in a regular classroom environment. This concept is rooted in the right of every individual to receive a quality education, which supports students' social and emotional development through interaction with peers. Inclusion also offers academic benefits, providing students with special needs with access to diverse teaching methods and more complete resources, which improves their learning outcomes. However, the success of inclusion depends on teacher training, policy support, and collaboration between parents, schools, and communities, creating an environment that values ??diversity and prepares students to contribute to a more inclusive society.
