Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kemampuan belajar tingkat tinggi terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Boronadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen tes berbentuk deskriptif. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sama yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Boronadu yang terdiri dari 2 kelas dengan jumlah 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear dengan bantuan SPSS dan diperoleh kesimpulan : 1) Ada pengaruh kemampuan menganalisis (C4) terhadap hasil belajar pada materi SPLDV, dinyatakan dengan regresi Y = 66,733 + 0,817X 1 dan kontribusi variansnya 27,3% terhadap Y di dalam model regresi, 2) Ada pengaruh kemampuan berputar (C5) terhadap hasil belajar pada materi SPLDV, dinyatakan dengan regresi Y = 64,255 + 0,976X 2 dan sumbangan variansnya 32,1% terhadap Y di dalam model regresi, 3) Ada pengaruh kemampuan mencipta (C6 ) terhadap hasil belajar pada materi SPLDV, dinyatakan dengan regresi Y = 69,845 + 0,618X 3 dan kontribusi variansnya 22,8% terhadap Y di dalam model regresi, 4) Ada pengaruh kemampuan menganalisis (C4), kemampuan meminjam (C5), dan kemampuan mencipta (C6) terhadap hasil belajar pada materi SPLDV, dinyatakan dengan regresi Y = 55,666 + 0,456X 1 + 0,698 X 2 + 0,315 X 3 dan kontribusi variansnya 46,6% terhadap Y di dalam model regresi.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMP Negeri 2 Dolok Pardamean diketahui bahwa sebagian besar siswa kelas IX mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep matematika khususnya pada materi geometri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh lembar kerja pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika konteks Gonrang Sipitu Pitu Simalungun pada materi geometri yang valid, efektif, dan praktis. Metode penelitian dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Metode penelitian R&D ini merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian ini adalah LKS pembelajaran matematika realistik berbasis etnomatematika konteks Gonrang Sipitu pitu simalungun pada materi bangunan ruang tabung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu: analisis (analysis), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Matematika Realistik Berbasis Etnomatematika Berkonteks Gonrang sipitu pitu di kelas IX SMPN 2 Dolok Pardamean dapat dikatakan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran terbukti dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan. hasil.

Abstract

Pengembangan LKPD dalam penelitian ini diperkenalkan dalam pendekatan pendekatan Pendidikan Realitas Matematika (PMR) dan mengajarkan teknik kreatif sebagai sumber belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan siswa bahwa matematika dapat ditemukan dalam aspek budaya di lingkungan sekitar mereka, mengevaluasi dan menggali manfaat LKPD untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar matematika pada materi transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan LKPD pendekatan PMR berbasis motif sarung Batak Toba pada materi perubahan yang sah, positif dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, dimana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan kritik sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik research and development (R&D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan LKPD dinyatakan valid, dan nilai validasi 4,11 sangat efektif, yang berdasarkan evaluasi aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar ditemukan persentase siswa yang aktif lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang pasif dan ada dan ada peningkatan nilai hasil belajar, serta nilai rata-rata kelas 80,2, melebihi nilai tuntas minimal 75, dan mencapai persentase ketuntasan klasikal yaitu 100 persen; sangat praktis, yaitu berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata respon siswa (Rs) dan nilai praktikum (P) yang mendapat nilai Rs 81 dan nilai P 89,5 artinya siswa setuju dengan pengembangan LKPD dan penggunaannya dinilai sangat praktis. Melalui pendekatan PMR ditemukan bahwa membangun dan menerapkan budaya dalam pembelajaran matematika memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada siswa dan mendorong antusiasme dan daya tanggap yang lebih besar terhadap materi pembelajaran

Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa dalam memahami dan guru dalam mengajarkan pelajaran matematika materi kekongruenan dan kesebangunan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh media video pembelajaran menggunakan eksplorasi motif lukisan gorga suku batak toba pada materi kekongruenan  dan materi kesebangunan yang valid, praktis, efektif. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari validasi media video pembelajaran skoring kelayakan bernilai 4,1;  kepraktisan bernilai 84,6 berarti “setuju” dengan pengembangan media video pembelajaran menggunakan eksplorasi motif lukisan gorga suku batak toba pada materi kekongruenan dan kesebangunan; efektif digunakan dimana keefektifan ini berdasarkan proses pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan dapat berjalan dengan efektif, dimana respon siswa positif, serta aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran efektif, dan hasil nilai tes belajar siswa memenuhi batas ketuntasan di kelas. Melalui media video pembelajaran menggunakan eksplorasi motif lukisan gorga suku batak toba pada materi kekongruenan  dan materi kesebangunan siswa lebih memahami materi matematika dan mendapatkan nuansa baru serta guru lebih mudah menerangkan materi matematika.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to analyze students' mathematical understanding of gradient materials for linear function graphs for Class IX 7 UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive data analysis. The subjects in this research are all students in class IX 7 of SMP Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar in the 2023/2024 academic year. The number of subjects in this research was 30 students. The instrument used in this research is a mathematical understanding test in the form of a description using 3 indicators, namely restating concepts that have been studied, presenting concepts in various forms of mathematical representation, applying concepts or problem-solving algorithms. These 3 indicators are used in 6 questions. Based on the data analysis carried out, the overall mathematical understanding ability of students is at a medium level, namely with a percentage of 47.8%. The indicators used are 1) restating mathematical concepts, 2) presenting mathematical representations, 3) applying concepts or problem-solving algorithms. Based on the previous explanation, it can be concluded that the mathematical understanding of students in class IX 7 UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar as a whole is at a medium level.

Abstract

Plastic waste that is difficult to decompose is a serious problem in environmental pollution. Geometry is a difficult subject for students, and plastic waste can be used as teaching aids to help students learn geometry. This research is a type of development research and aims to develop teaching aids from plastic waste in learning plane geometry in fifth grade elementary school. The results showed that the teaching aids developed were valid, practical and effective. Teaching aids are called practical if they meet the interesting, gradation, independent, auto-correction, and contextual aspects. The validity of the teaching aids is obtained through aspects of suitability, completeness, convenience, and clarity. Based on the assessment of the three validators, an average score of 3.50 was obtained so that the teaching aids were categorized as valid. The practicality of teaching aids by students showed that 95% of students stated that they were interesting, graded, and independent, 74% of students stated that it was auto-correction and 91% stated that it was contextual. The effectiveness of the teaching aids can be seen from the significant difference between the average pre-test score of 46.2 and the post-test average score of 77.3. The props from the plastic waste that were developed are stored and will be used later for the same lesson in the future.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Limbah plastik yang sulit terurai adalah masalah yang serius dalam pencemaran lingkungan. Geometri merupakan pelajaran yang sulit bagi siswa, dan limbah plastik dapat digunakan sebagai alat peraga untuk membantu siswa dalam belajar geometri. Penelitian ini adalah jenis pengembangan dan bertujuan mengembangkan alat peraga dari limbah plastik dalam pembelajaran geometri bidang datar di kelas V SD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat peraga yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif. Alat peraga disebut praktis jika memenuhi aspek menarik, bergradasi, mandiri, auto correction, dan kontekstual. Kevalidan alat peraga diperoleh melalui aspek kesesuaian, kelengkapan, kemudahan, dan kejelasan. Berdasarkan penilaian tiga validator diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,50 sehingga alat peraga dikategorikan valid. Kepraktisan alat peraga oleh siswa menunjukkan bahwa 95% siswa menyatakan menarik, bergradasi, dan mandiri, 74% siswa menyatakan auto correction dan 91% menyatakan kontekstual. Keefektifan alat peraga terlihat dari perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor rata-rata pre tes 46,2 dan skor rata-rata pos tes 77,3. Alat peraga dari limbah plastik yang dikembangkan disimpan dan akan digunakan kemudian untuk pelajaran yang sama di kemudian hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine students' mathematical understanding of number pattern material at Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar Middle School. The results of this research can be concluded that students who have high comprehension abilities can solve questions accurately and correctly. Then you can solve it by writing down what is known and asked about the problem and being able to understand the concept of number patterns and number pattern facts in terms of simple concepts. Students who have high understanding meet all 4 indicators of mathematical understanding that have been selected by researchers. Students who have moderate understanding can solve problems on questions and are able to understand the concept of number patterns and number pattern facts in terms of simple concepts. However, students who had low understanding did not understand the questions given by the researcher. And students who have moderate understanding fulfill 2 indicators of mathematical understanding. Students who have low understanding are unable to understand the problem, cannot state that they know and are asked about a problem, are unable to solve the problem and are unable to complete the operation of the requested problem. The student was very confused in solving the questions, this was proven by the difference in what the question asked for and what he answered and was unable to convey the concepts of number patterns. Students who have low understanding only fulfill 1 indicator of mathematical understanding.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of students' mathematical communication skills and emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. This research uses a quantitative type of research with one independent variable, namely emotional intelligence and one dependent variable, namely mathematics learning outcomes. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling so that the sample used was 60 students from class VI of SD Cenderamata. Data collection was carried out by means of literature study, distribution of emotional intelligence questionnaires and odd midterm exam (UTS) score data for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on these data, it can be concluded that class VI students at Cenderamata Elementary School have relatively moderate emotional intelligence, meaning that the students' emotional intelligence is good. This is reinforced by the relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning outcomes and that 17.24% of students' mathematical communication skills are in the high category with a frequency of 10 students, 70.69% are in the medium category with a frequency of 42 students and 12, 07% of students are in the low category with a frequency of 8 students. Based on these data, it can be concluded that class VI students at Cenderamata Elementary School have low mathematical communication skills. From the results it can be interpreted that there is a moderate relationship between communication skills and emotional intelligence on mathematics learning outcomes with the contribution of emotional intelligence to the high and low levels of mathematics learning outcomes of 31.6% and 68.4% were influenced by other factors outside the research.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the direct influence of teacher performance in building student conceptual understanding of mathematical reasoning, as well as the direct impact of teacher's performance in constructing student's understanding of conceptual, mathematic reasoning and mathematics literacy on students' learning results. This study took the subjects of the students of the eighth grade in the 3rd grade state high school in Karo district of a total of 255 students. This research is a study of quantitative methods using ex-post facto approaches of a corrosional nature. Data is collected using tests, then processed and analyzed with path analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: (a) there is a direct influence of the teacher's performance in building conceptual understanding of the student's mathematical reasoning; (b) there has been a direct impact of the teachers' performance in constructing the students' understanding of conceptual reasoning and mathematics literacy on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the relationship between creativity abilities and mathematical connections with high school students' learning achievement which is analyzed using correlation analysis. This research is quantitative research. The research population included all phase E class students at SMA Negeri 1 Salak. The sample was 146 students from 8 phase E classes determined by cluster sampling. Data collection was carried out using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is partial correlation analysis. The results of the research show that creativity abilities and mathematical connections are jointly related to high school students' learning achievement, where the contribution given is 46.3%, and the regression equation obtained is Y = 0.97 + 0.422X1 + 0.059 X2. The relationship between creative ability (X1) and learning achievement (Y) with a contribution of 23.27%. The relationship between mathematical connection ability (X2) and learning achievement with a contribution of 3.59%.
