So that children's fine motor development becomes less than optimal. Aim: This study is to determine the effect of using educational game tools type one hole game on fine motor development of preschool children. Method: This study used a quasi experiment design with a pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 25 respondents in the one hole game intervention group. Data collection methods using questionnaires and by observation. The assessment uses the DENVER II instrument sheet which is taken from the fine motor measurement aspect. Data analysis used was 2 dependent samples t test and 2 independent samples t test for bivariate. Result: The results prove that there is an effect of educational game intervention type one hole game on fine motor development of preschool children. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is an effect of one hole game on fine motor development. To stimulate children's fine motor development, it is necessary to increase the frequency of games.

Abstract

The church has the main mandate to carry out the Great Commission as written in Matthew 28:18-20. In the context of an increasingly complex multicultural society in the digital era and society 5.0, the church is faced with the challenge of delivering the gospel in a relevant manner without losing its theological essence. This research aims to examine the theological contribution of the church in carrying out the Great Commission in a multicultural society and formulate effective strategies in evangelism. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this research analyses literature from various sources of theology, sociology of religion, and multiculturalism studies. The results show that the church has an important role in building social harmony through interfaith dialogue, multicultural education, and inclusive and contextual evangelism strategies. Churches that understand local cultures can bridge social and religious differences without losing Christian values. In addition, the utilisation of digital technology in church mission strategies allows for greater reach in the spread of the gospel. However, challenges remain, including theological differences, resistance to evangelism, as well as limited church resources in social ministry. Therefore, a collaborative approach with various communities becomes a strategic solution to strengthen the impact of the church's ministry. This research confirms that the church needs to continue developing mission methods that are relevant to the times, while remaining true to its theological principles. By actively engaging in social ministry and interfaith dialogue, the church can become an agent of social transformation that brings peace and prosperity to a multicultural society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees (lecturers) at the Surabaya University of Technology. The population in this study was 38 respondents. The sample used in this research was 38 lecturer respondents at Surabaya University of Technology using a saturated sampling technique because the population was not too large. Researchers process data and analyze data that has been obtained using the SPSS application. This research falls under the umbrella of causal associative research with quantitative methodology. The goal of a causal associative study is to ascertain how two or more factors interact with each other. The instrument measurement scale uses a Likert scale using five levels. The research results show that (1) transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee (lecturer) performance, with a calculated t value of 1.928 < 2.030 and a significance value > 0.05, so H1 is rejected. (2) work discipline has a significant effect on employee (lecturer) performance, with a calculated t value of 3,906 > 2.030 and a significance value < 0.05, so H2 is accepted. (3) transformational leadership and work discipline simultaneously influence employee (lecturer) performance variables at Surabaya University of Technology, with a calculated f value of 491.874 > 2.87 and a significance value < 0.05, so H3 is accepted
