Abstract

Health centers in Lebong Regency have the potential to produce solid waste of the B3 type, so it is necessary to pay attention to its management starting from the source, generation, storage, collection, and processing of solid B3 waste so as not to have an impact on environmental pollution. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of solid B3 waste management and waste generation and solid B3 waste management facilities of health centers in Lebong Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with quantitative data and a descriptive case study design. The study was conducted at 13 health centers in Lebong Regency consisting of 2 health center treatment units and 11 non-treatment health centers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all health centers, interviews, observations and document reviews. The collected data were analyzed descriptively by reviewing, tabulating data, combining research results to answer research questions and assessing their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Solid B3 waste produced by health centers in Lebong Regency with the characteristics of infectious waste, sharp waste and pharmaceutical waste. The implementation of solid B3 waste management at health centers in Lebong Regency has not fully complied with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number P.56/MenLHK-Setjen/2015. Since 2019, the largest solid B3 waste generated by health centers with treatment and non-treatment is sharps waste. Temporary storage facilities for B3 waste that have met the standards are Muara Aman health center, Talang Leak health center and Limau Pit health center. B3 waste management at health centers in Lebong Regency needs to be improved, especially in sorting, storage, provision of cold storage facilities, improvement of solid B3 waste management facilities, improvement of human resource capacity, improvement of SOP quality and budget planning.

Abstract

The existence of a new business will have an impact on the physical environment, social, economic and cultural. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of vannamei shrimp farming business on environmental conditions physical and socio-economic conditions of the community. This research was conducted through a survey directly to the research location with stages including literature study, observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis. Water quality tetsing is carried out at UPTD Bengkulu Province DLHK Laboratory and adjusted to the quality standars of PP 22 year 2021. The test results of pH, NH, DO, salinity and odor at the outlet of the sewage pond are not meet quality standards. COD, BOD and color test results at location 1 (one) does not meet the quality standards. Shonnon-Winner Diversity Index Results biological parameters indicate that the water in location 1 (one) was in highly polluted condition and location 2 (two) is in a semi-heavy condition. Factor that cause it to happen the difference in the test results from the two locations is the remaining livestock manure and residual pesticides from plantations/farms around the site. Analysis the socio-economic impact of the community is carried out by Random Sampling through questionnaire to 40 families. The results of analysis of Rank Spearman’s economic impact shows a sufficient relationship. This is evidenced by the existence of a pond business vannamei shrimp there is an increase in the welfare of the community and the development of community-owned businesses. Spearman Rank analysis results social impact shows a strong relationship. Vannamei shrimp farming business is supported by the community because it opens up job opportunities, there is not cultural change socio-cultural community, and there has never been a conflict from community to community company side.

Abstract

Abstract This study's goal is to analyze the effects of social media, pariwisata, and destination branding on travelers' desire to visit the Pandasari in Pujon, Malang. Using the purposive sampling technique, which is based on a sample size of at least 60 respondents, the population in this study is the people of Kabupaten Malang. Two types of sumber data are used: primary and secondary data. technique for gathering data by providing information to the public. SPSS version 25 is used as an analytical tool in the methodology of data analysis. The study concludes that social media marketing, destination branding, and tourism tourism all have an impact on travelers' desire to visit simultaneously. However, Pemasaran Media Sosial does not have any significant dampak against berkunjung minat, Citra Destinasi does not have any significant dampak against berkunjung minat, and Destination Branding does not have any significant dampak against.  Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Destination Image, Destination Branding, Interest in Visiting

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether digital literacy, self-efficacy, and motivation influence the entrepreneurial interest of Generation Z students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Islam Malang. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample of 95 respondents. The results show that, simultaneously, digital literacy, self-efficacy, and motivation influence the entrepreneurial interest of Generation Z. However, partially, only digital literacy and self-efficacy have a significant influence, while motivation does not significantly affect entrepreneurial interest. These findings emphasiZe the importance of strengthening digital literacy and self-efficacy in enhancing entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students at FEB Unisma. Keywords: Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerapatan relatif jenis ekosistem mangrove.  Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan secara empiris melalui pengamatan langsung dan pengambilan data primer pada lokasi penelitian. Lokasi penelitian berada di kawasan hutan mangrove Kelurahan Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Kampung Melayu Kota Bengkulu seluas ± 11, 35 Ha. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Line Transect Plot (metode petak contoh), yakni metode pencuplikan contoh populasi suatu ekosistem dengan pendekatan petak contoh yang berada pada garis yang ditarik melewati wilayah ekosistem tersebut. Data primer tersebut dianalisis berdasarkan pengembangan perhitungan yang ditetapkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 201 Tahun 2004 tentang Kriteria Baku dan Pedoman Penentuan Kerusakan Mangrove. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa nilai kerapatan relatif jenis pada penggolongan pohon yang memiliki kerapatan relatif jenis tertinggi ialah Lumnitzera littorea yaitu 309 ind/ha, pada  penggolongan pancang yang memiliki kerapatan relatif jenis tertinggi adalah Lumnitzera littorea dengan nilai kerapatan 231 ind/ha, dan pada penggolongan semai Lumnitzera littorea memiliki nilai kerapatan relatif jenis tertinggi dengan nilai 134 ind/ha. Setiap kategori ditemukan bahwa tingkat kerapatan relatif jenis tertinggi adalah spesies Lumnilzera lillorea. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya komposisi  substrat halus pada bagian pinggir daratan sebagai habitat ekosistem mangrove jenis Lumnitzera lillorea.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kaur masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pelatihan petugas, dan lemahnya implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi pengelolaan limbah (cair, padat, dan lainnya), menganalisis aspek manajemen, anggaran, serta kebijakan yang diterapkan, dan mengembangkan model pengelolaan limbah secara terpadu yang mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan mix methods, dengan analisis deskriptif, sistem dinamis, dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Kaur belum memenuhi standar pengelolaan limbah B3, dan diperlukan penguatan sistem secara menyeluruh. Model terpadu yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi strategis untuk mendukung transformasi RSUD Kaur menuju rumah sakit ramah lingkungan (green hospital) dengan sistem pengelolaan limbah yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a social forestry management strategy for HKm Sulian Besar in Keban Jati Village, Air Nipis District, South Bengkulu Regency. This research was carried out from July to August 2024 in Keban Jati Village, Air Nipis District, South Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The research location was carried out in the Sulian Besar Community Forest. This research uses a combination method (mixed) dominantly qualitative and less dominantly quantitative. To recommend strategies for community forest management (HKm) that have achieved economic, social and ecological and institutional benefits by identifying using SWOT analysis to analyze various factors systematically. The position of the community forest management strategy in HKm Sulian Besar, Keban Jati Village, Air Nipis District, South Bengkulu Regency is in quadrant III, namely the turn around strategy where the implementation of the social forestry program of the community forest scheme has great opportunities but there are internal weaknesses so you have to choose the right strategy so that weaknesses are not reduce the odds. Alternative strategies that can be implemented include restructuring group institutions, increasing institutional, technical and marketing capacity, improving cultivation patterns and conducting effective NTFP marketing.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Marketing Content, Social Media and Brand Awareness on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Meccacu Skincare Store. The research used is quantitative research with a population of consumers who have purchased skincare at the meccacu skincare store. Data processing is used using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) application. The results of this study indicate that marketing content does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while social media and Brand awareness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Marketing Content, Social Media, Brand Awareness, Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Customer Experience, Price Perception and Product Quality on Consumers Repurchase Intention at CV Prabulinggih Probolinggo. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling involving 90 respondents who have purchased Prabulinggih Probolinggo batik product. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The research result show that simultaneously customer experience, price perception, and product quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention. Likewise, partially customer experience, price perception, and product quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention.  Keywords: Customer Experience, Price Perception, Product Quality, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the impact of Shopping Lifestyle,Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying among Matahari Department Store consumers in Sukun District. Using Malhotra's formula, a sample of 125 respondents was selected through purposive sampling, and data was gathered via questionnaires. Analysis was conducted with SPSS version 29, employing various tests such as validity, reliability, normality, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and R².
