Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of irrigation management by farmer groups and identify various factors associated with the level of effectiveness of irrigation management by farmer groups in Bengkulu City, especially in Singaran Pati, Sungai Serut, Gading Cempaka, and Selebar sub-districts. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 farmers using simple random sampling technique. Primary data were obtained from interviews and observations, while secondary data were collected from literature studies. This study used descriptive methods and Spearman correlation analysis to measure the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of irrigation management by farmer groups in Bengkulu City is included in the medium category which is measured based on three variables namely the level of group cohesiveness, the level of group communication and member satisfaction on the effectiveness of irrigation management of wetland rice by farmer groups. Factors that have a significant relationship with the effectiveness of irrigation management in Bengkulu city are the level of unity, interpersonal needs, and member participation. While the quality of leadership, group awareness, and extension did not show a significant relationship. These findings are expected to provide insights for irrigation managers and stakeholders in improving irrigation management systems, as well as improving the welfare of farmers in rural areas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi pandangan baru kepada masyarakat terutama UMKM yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban Destinasi Usaha mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk pengembangan UMKM. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yaitu pelatihan terkait pemanfaatan digital marketing. Peserta mengembangkan usahanya dengan memanfaatkan smart phone sebagai media pemasaran produknya. Selain itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini juga memberikan bantuan kepada Paduka untuk membuatkan katalog produk digital yang dapat bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM dalam Paduka dan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the economic value of the Trokon River in Rejang Lebong Regency as a natural resource with both ecotourism potential and essential ecological functions. The research applies the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) using a Willingness to Pay (WTP) approach to determine how much visitors and local residents are willing to contribute to the conservation of the river. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, consisting of tourists and local community members. The results show that the average WTP is IDR 12,000 per visit, with a total estimated economic value of IDR 60,000,000 per year. Significant factors influencing WTP include income level, frequency of visits, and environmental awareness. These findings indicate that the Trokon River holds considerable economic value that should be integrated into community-based conservation management. The study recommends implementing a voluntary conservation fee system and strengthening local institutions to support sustainable management.

Abstract

One of the sub-districts in Bengkulu City which is the largest rice producer with quite extensive agricultural land is Singgaran Pati Sub-district. However, the area of agricultural land in Singgaran Pati Sub-district has decreased every year due to land conversion, which has an impact on decreasing production volume. This study aims to analyze the amount of rice farming income and the factors that influence it in Singaran Pati Sub-district, Bengkulu City. This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. Sampling in this study used the simple random sampling method which was selected randomly so that each population had the same chance of being selected. The results showed that the average income of rice farmers in Singaran Pati Sub-district was IDR 6,833,753 per planting season. From the results of the analysis, age, number of family dependents and land area had a significant influence on farmer income, while the factors of education level and farming experience showed no influence on farmer income. Keywords: Rice Farming, Income, Farming Factors Abstrak Salah satu Kecamatan di Kota Bengkulu yang merupakan penghasil padi terbesar dengan lahan pertanian yang cukup luas merupakan Kecamatan Singgaran Pati. Namun luas lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Singgaran Pati mengalami penurunan setiap tahun akibat alih fungsi lahan, yang bedampak pada menurunnya jumlah produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis besarnya pendapatan usahatani padi serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Kecamatan Singaran Pati, Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling yang dipilih secara acak agar setiap populasi memiliki peluang terpilih yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan petani padi di Kecamatan Singaran Pati sebesar Rp. 6.833,753 per musim tanam. Dari hasil analisis, umur, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan luas lahan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani, sedangkan faktor tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman usahatani menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. Abstract

This study explores the global economic impact of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) through a bibliometric and thematic analysis. By examining 561 publications from the Scopus database over the past two decades (2004-2025), the research identifies publication trends, author collaborations, and the contributions of institutions and countries to UTAUT scholarship. Key findings reveal that UTAUT has evolved from a technology adoption theory into a multidisciplinary framework influencing the digital economy and education sectors. The thematic analysis highlights four core themes: technological innovation, user behavior, digital transformation, and economic development. This study offers strategic insights for researchers and policymakers to leverage UTAUT in technological development and data-driven decision-making. The results emphasize the significance of cross-country and cross-sector collaboration in expanding the global application of UTAUT

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and quantify the influence of social factors towards pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, the influence of personal factors towrds pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, Influence attitudes towards pirated movies buying interest on the citizen of Malang, the influence of social factors towards pirated movies buying interest that is mediated by attitudes in the citizen of Malang, the influence of personal factors towards pirated movies buying interest that is mediated by attitudes in the citizen of Malang. Type of this research is a survey research, which takes samples from a population and use the questionnaire as an instrument of primary data collection. Thus, this research was categorized as an explanatory research. The number of respondents in this study as many as 100 people. Method of data collection methods questionnaire is done, then the data processed through SPSS software, tool of analysis in this study using path analysis. Results showed that (1) social Factors encourage interest in the purchase of pirated films, (2) personal Factors encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (3) attitude encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (4) social Factors are mediated by the attitude of encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies, (5) the personal Factors are mediated by the attitude encourage interest in the purchase of pirated movies.

Abstract

Pencemaran air tanah akibat kebocoran minyak di SPBU Pasar Kepahiang, Kabupaten Kepahiang, telah menjadi masalah lingkungan yang serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis mekanisme pencemaran air tanah, (2) Mengidentifikasi dampak terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat, serta (3) Mengevaluasi efektivitas teknologi deteksi dan remediasi yang tersedia. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah dan kebijakan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebocoran minyak dari tangki penyimpanan bawah tanah SPBU melepaskan senyawa BTEX (benzena, toluena, etilbenzena, dan xilena) yang bersifat karsinogenik dan sulit terurai. Teknologi deteksi seperti sensor fiber optic serta metode remediasi berupa bioremediasi dan pump-and-treat terbukti efektif, namun implementasinya terkendala oleh faktor teknis dan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi, peningkatan kapasitas pengawasan, serta penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk mitigasi pencemaran air tanah di sekitar SPBU.

Abstract

Pulau Enggano merupakan salah satu pulau terluar Indonesia yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim melalui rehabilitasi ekosistem mangrove. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan rehabilitasi mangrove secara swakelola oleh masyarakat Desa Banjar Sari, Kecamatan Enggano, sebagai strategi berbasis ekologi dan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengamatan langsung dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data sekunder dan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa rehabilitasi seluas 25 hektar oleh Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Semoga Makmur berhasil mencapai tingkat keberhasilan tumbuh sebesar 76,6% pada tahap pemeliharaan pertama (P1) tahun 2024. Jenis mangrove utama yang ditanam adalah Rhizophora sp. dengan pola tanam rumpun berjarak dan dukungan teknologi sederhana untuk pemantauan pertumbuhan. Rehabilitasi ini tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap pemulihan ekosistem pesisir dan pengurangan risiko bencana seperti abrasi dan tsunami, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal. Namun, tantangan masih dihadapi terkait keberlanjutan, tekanan konversi lahan, dan aksesibilitas wilayah. Kajian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, pemeliharaan intensif, serta sinergi lintas sektor untuk mendukung keberhasilan jangka panjang program restorasi mangrove sebagai bagian integral dari pembangunan berkelanjutan dan mitigasi perubahan iklim di wilayah pesisir.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini mengkaji kerusakan lingkungan dan pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove di sekitar Pulau Baai, Kota Bengkulu, yang merupakan kawasan pesisir dengan aktivitas pelabuhan dan industri yang intensif. Kondisi hutan mangrove di kawasan ini menunjukkan kerusakan signifikan akibat berbagai faktor antropogenik seperti alih fungsi lahan menjadi tambak dan area industri, abrasi pantai yang diperparah oleh aktivitas pelabuhan, penebangan mangrove untuk kayu bakar, serta pencemaran dari limbah rumah tangga dan tumpukan batu bara yang tidak dikelola dengan baik. Pencemaran batu bara menyebabkan sedimentasi dan pendangkalan perairan yang mengganggu ekosistem laut dan mata pencaharian nelayan lokal. Struktur komunitas mangrove menunjukkan dominasi beberapa spesies tertentu yang mengindikasikan ketidakseimbangan dan ketidakstabilan ekosistem. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi pengelolaan mangrove berbasis ekowisata ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan rehabilitasi mangrove, pengelolaan limbah yang lebih baik, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal melalui pengembangan ekowisata edukatif sebagai upaya menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem pesisir dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar Pulau Baai.

Abstract

Abstract In the modern era, the demands on the performance of public sector organizations, especially the Fire Service, are getting higher. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Batu City Fire Service. This study uses a quantitative method and uses the type of explanatory research, by distributing questionnaires and interviews to obtain 45 respondents, the results of the study are analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment each have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Batu City Fire Service. In conclusion, improving the performance of employees of the Batu City Fire Department can be achieved through an increase in effective leadership style, high work discipline, a conducive work environment, and a strong organizational commitment. Keywords : Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Environment And Organizational Commitment
