Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech innovation, social media influencers, and locus of control on investment interest of generation Z. The quantitative method was used with a survey of 90 FEB UNISMA students of class of 2021 selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis used SPSS 27 software. The research instrument has passed the validity and reliability test. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that fintech innovation and social media influencers have a significant positive effect on investment interest. Conversely, locus of control has no significant effect. This research model is simultaneously significant with a coefficient of determination of 0.567 so that 56.7% of the variation in investment interest can be explained by the independent variables. Keywords: Financial Technology Inovation, Media Social Influencers, Locus of Control, Investment Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, Motivation, Work Environment and Islamic Leadership on Employee Performance. Data were taken using purposive sampling from 76 respondents through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The results showed that simultaneously, the four variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (significance 0.000 < 0.05). However, partially organizational commitment, Work Environment and Islamic Leadership did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Significance 0.072, 0.384 and 0.165 > 0.05). Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Motivation, Work Environment, Islamic Leadership and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract In the highly competitive beauty industry, companies face increasing challenges in maintaining customer loyalty amid the proliferation of similar skincare products. This study examines the influence of customer satisfaction, brand image, and customer experience on customer loyalty, using Glad2Glow as a case study a skincare brand distributed in Indonesia that competes directly with both local and international brands. Employing a quantitative research method, data were collected from 100 Glad2Glow customers in Malang through purposive sampling and analyzed using SPSS version 22. The findings reveal that all three variables customer experience, brand image, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty both partially and simultaneously. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that brand image has the strongest influence, followed by customer satisfaction and customer experience. The results also emphasize that improving emotional and sensory experiences, responding effectively to customer complaints, and building a strong, trustworthy brand image are crucial strategies to retain customers. The study concludes that a holistic approach integrating these factors can help companies like Glad2Glow sustain customer loyalty in a saturated market. Future research is recommended to expand geographic coverage and include other potential variables such as brand trust, price sensitivity, and customer engagement. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Experience, Brand Image, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The octopus cracker business of the Ke'ite Maju Fish Processing and Marketing Group is one of the businesses originating from Maje District, Kaur Regency, where the activities carried out are changing the primary form into new products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the octopus cracker business and analyze the added value of the octopus cracker business of the Ke'ite Maju Fish Processing and Marketing Group in Maje District, Kaur Regency. The research was conducted from October to November 2023. The location determination was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling). The method of determining and taking respondents was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling). To analyze the efficiency of the octopus cracker business, the Ke'ite Maju Fish Processing and Marketing Group in Maje District, Kaur Regency used the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Break Even Point (BEP). Meanwhile, to analyze the added value of the octopus cracker business, the Ke'ite Maju Fish Processing and Marketing Group in Maje District, Kaur Regency used the Hayami method. The results of the octopus cracker business analysis have a Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) value of 1.42. Break Even Point (BEP) Production of 12 packs and Break Even Point (BEP) Price of Rp. 19,504.34/pack which shows that the octopus cracker business of the Ke'ite Maju Fish Processing and Marketing Group is Efficient to be worked on. Furthermore, the added value of octopus crackers is Rp. 100,358.09/kg with an added value ratio of 61.27 percent. This means that the added value is relatively high.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of employer branding and e-recruitment on Generation Z's interest in applying for jobs at retail companies in Malang City. The research is motivated by the rise of digital strategies in the recruitment process and the importance of employer branding in attracting job seekers, particularly from Generation Z.This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, consisting of active students and recent graduates in Malang. The analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression using SPSS software.The results of the study show that both employer branding and e-recruitment have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's job application interest. Partially, e-recruitment has a more dominant influence than employer branding. These findings indicate that effective digital recruitment processes and a strong employer image can increase Generation Z's interest in applying for jobs at retail companies. Keywords  : Employer Branding, E-Recruitment, Job Application Interest, Generation Z, Retail Company

Abstract

Reducing the area of agricultural areas, especially paddy fields into palm oil plantations in the use of space in Mukomuko Regency, has raised concerns about the impact of these changes, namely the decline in rice productivity, which if allowed to drag on could lead to food insecurity due to the decreasing number of functional paddy fields. into oil palm plantations, especially in areas that are designated as agropolitan in the Mukomuko Regency spatial planning. Time and Place of Research: Research was conducted from October to November 2023 in Muko-Muko Regency, Bengkulu Province. To find out the strategy for managing land conversion, SWOT analysis is used. The results of the research show that the position of controlling the conversion of wetland agricultural land is in quadrant I, namely the position with an aggressive strategy (S-O). In this case the recommended strategy is to utilize strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities. Alternative strategies that can be implemented by policy makers, in this case the Mukomuko district government, to prevent the conversion of rice land to oil palm are clear regulations and establishing clear rice field zones in spatial plans, improving government policies in the farming sector, improving institutions in the farming sector, empowerment and socialization regarding land conversion regulations and improving agricultural facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

Desa Jenggalu yang telah berkembang membentuk berbagai organisasi kemasyarakatan, termasuk Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Tanjung Aur yang sangat aktif. Kelompok ini terbentuk oleh motivasi tinggi para ibu di Desa Jenggalu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan, khususnya dalam mengolah produk lokal sebagai peluang usaha. Usaha Kelompok Wanita Tani Tanjung Aur berisiko mengalami ketertinggalan jika tidak mampu mengikuti perkembangan atau perubahan zaman dalam dunia bisnis. Risiko stagnasi atau bahkan kebangkrutan mungkin terjadi. Oleh karena itu, Kelompok Wanita Tani Tanjung Aur perlu menyadari pentingnya beradaptasi dengan arus digital dalam menjalankan usahanya, agar tidak tergeser oleh cepatnya proses digitalisasi yang tengah berlangsung. Salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam pemasaran adalah melalui optimalisasi bauran pemasaran, yang sering disebut sebagai marketing mix berbasis digital. Permasalahan untuk KWT Tanjung Aur adalah pada produk : 1) Belum semua produk yang mempunyai merek, logo, dan izin usaha. Untuk price : penetapan harga jual yang tepat belum didasarkan pada perhitungan semua biaya yang terserap untuk pembuatan produk. Untuk Place : produk baru di dijual dan didistribusikan di sekitar desa Jenggalu, belum ada kerjasama dengan toko-toko pusat oleh-oleh atau pun outlet-outlet di minimarket. Untuk promosi : promosi masih dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut, baru beberapa anggota KWT saja yang menggunakan digital marketing untuk promosi penjualan. Kegiatan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu : Penyampaian materi tentang pentingnya manajemen pemasaran digital, kiat-kiat dalam manajemen pemasaran digital, dan praktek cara mengimplementasikan strategi bauran pemasaran digital 4P (Product, Price, Place, dan Promotion), usaha Kelompok Wanita Tani Tanjung Aur. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mencakup: a) Manfaat bagi Kelompok Tani Wanita Tanjung Aur mencakup: 1) Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan teknik-teknik strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan efektif, 2) Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengimplementasikan pemasaran digital. b) Manfaat bagi Pemerintah Daerah melibatkan: 1) Peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, 2) Peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, 3) Peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), 4) Peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the purpose to : (1) calculate farm income of broccoli, (2) investigate marketing channels of broccoli and (3) calculate its marketing margin. Research area is determined purposively, i.e., Muara Perikan Village Subdistrict South Pagaralam. Respondents of broccoli farmers are censused involving 14 farmers while marketing institutions are determined with Snowball Sampling. The research showed that averaged farm income is equal to Rp.11.026.213/farming, or Rp.34.852.536/Ha and efficiency of farm broccoli is equal to 3,56. This means that broccoli farming in research area is efficient. In terms of marketing channel, three marketing channels were found. In this study, only two channels were studied. In the first marketing channels, farmers share was high at 66.67% of the final sale price merchants. Total margin from one marketing channel activity of Rp. 3000, the total profit margin of Rp. 2295.26. In the second channels, the percentage share of farmers was 51.43%, with marketing margin of Rp. 5666.67 and the total profit of Rp. 4673.07

Abstract

The research was conducted in Desa Bandung Baru, Subdistrict Kabawetan Kepahiang Regency Bengkulu Province. The purpose of this study were : 1) To Analyze the financial feasibility of arabica coffee farm in village of Bandung Baru subdistrict Kabawetan Kepahiang regency Bengkulu Province from the financial aspect, 2) To Calculate the payback period and the level of sensitivity against the declaine in Arabica coffee farm production, price reductions, increased investment costs, operating costs and maintenance. Determination of respondent carried out using Stratified Random Sampling, data consist of primary data and secondary data. The number of respondent in this study were 40 samples. The results of this study indicate that the views of financial aspects of Arabica coffee farm worth the effort, this is apparent from the Net B/C is 2,17 (>1), Gross B/C value is 1,28 (>1), PV”/K value is 2,11 (>1), NPV of Rp. 18.847.733 and IRR value is 26,60 %. Sensitivity analysis shows that if there was increase in production 29%, price of production decreased 22% and decrease production 22%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify the farmers’ characteristics in marketable surplus of paddy context in Lebong Sakti District; to estimated the rate of marketable surplus of paddy in Lebong Sakti District; and to their with influenced factors of marketable surplus of paddy in Lebong Sakti District. The respondent so were byselected using simple random sampling with the total 70 farmers. Statistical analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square. Based on the result of the study and discussion, in average the age of the farmers is 43.94 years old, the level of formal education was 9.16 year while 3.74 for non-formal times a year, experience in paddy farming was 14.94 years, the number of family member was 4 people, income from non paddy shell field farming was Rp 3,301,240.00 and the field area for paddy shell field farming was 0.86 Ha. The percentage of marketable surplus of paddy was 31.85% of total production. While for Non-real, the percentage of marketable surplus of paddy was 3.25% of total production in. Total production and ownership status factory had a positive influence toward marketable surplus of paddy while number of family member had a negative influence to marketable surplus of paddy.
