Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan citra wanita tokoh Raden Ayu Bratapranata dalam novel Ibu karya Poerwadhie Atmodiharjo, nilai-nilai pendidikan pada tokoh Raden Ayu Bratapranata dalam novel Ibu karya Poerwadhie Atmodiharjo, dan relevansi novel Ibu karya Poerwadhie Atmodiharjo sebagai bahan ajar kelas XI tingkat SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan feminisme. Teknik validitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  triangulasi sumber data dan teori. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan analisis dokumen dan teknik wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra wanita tokoh Raden Ayu Bratapranata dalam novel Ibu karya Poerwadhie Atmodiharjo berupa citra merak-ati, gemati, dan luluh;  nilai-nilai pendidikan pada tokoh Raden Ayu Bratapranata dalam novel Ibu karya Poerwadhie Atmodiharjo meliputi nilai pendidikan agama atau religius, nilai pendidikan sosial, nilai pendidikan moral atau etika, dan nilai pendidikan budaya; serta novel Ibu karya Poerwadhie Atmodiharjo dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar kelas XI tingkat SMA karena memuat nilai pendidikan yang baik untuk diteladani oleh siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of language errors in Javanese advertising texts by class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. This research is a qualitative descriptive. The data studied were all words, phrases, clauses, and sentences in the students' Javanese ad text. The source of the data used comes from the advertisement text documents of students. The researcher used purposive sampling technique to determine the sample. In collecting the data, the researcher used assignments and document analysis. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation and theory triangulation. The researcher used an interactive analysis model that consists of three major phases of data analysis, they were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are the forms of language errors in the Javanese advertising text by class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura are classified into three levels. First, language errors at the level of spelling (phonology) are 52 or 61,9% which consist of changes in phoneme vowels, changes in consonant phonemes, reduction of phonemes, and addition of phonemes. Second, language errors at the diction/word (morphology) level are 26 or 30,9% consisting of errors in word selection and formation. Third, language errors at the sentence level (syntax) are 6 or 7,1% consisting of incomplete sentence and illogical sentences.

Abstract

This research aimed to study structural element and social conflicts existing in Wayang Orang Balai Sigala-gala video and to find out whether or not it was relevance to be used as the teaching materials of Javanese language learning in the Senior High School. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis type of research by exploring structural elements and social conflicts in Wayang Orang Balai Sigala-gala and its relevance to be learning media. The information source used included reference book, video, informant as informant of interview. Techniques of collecting data used were Library Research as well as in-depth interview with data validation test using data source triangulation in which the author incorporated data obtained from interview of informant and the data obtained from reference study ad content analysis on the research object. The result of the research showed that Wayang Orang Balai Sigala-gala had complete structural elements, just like the constructive element existing in prose genre generally. The social conflict study conducted indicated that Wayang Orang Balai Sigala-gala had social conflict constituting the reflection in current social condition on society to be analyzed easily by the studied in the Senior High Schools. The consistency of conflict existing in Wayang Orang Balai Sigala-gala with the social condition made this video relevant to be a teaching materials into Javanese Language learning. Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that Wayang Orang Balai Sigala-gala was relevant to be teaching materials to Javanese Language Learning in the Senior High Schools.

Abstract

This research that using pragmatic approach has a purpose to describe the function of directive speech act of Glanggang Remaja: Wacan Bocah rubric. Data analysis technique that used in this study is qualitative inductive analysis technique, through analyzing the directive speech act in accordance to the plot distribution in the narrative discource. The classification of directive speech act in this study refers to Searle's opinion that customized with the plot distribution that proposed by Kosasih. The object that used in this study is narrative discourse of Glanggang Remaja: Wacan Bocah rubric in Panjebar Semangat magazine October – November 2020 edition. The result that obtained from this study are. First, sentence form and function in narrative discourse of Glanggang Remaja: Wacan Bocah rubric that are ask, beg, bid, command, demand, forbid, recommend, and request. Second, based on plot distribution, this study found the use of directive speech act on exposition, complication, rising action, turning point, and ending.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring minyak pelumas selama ini dilakukan menggunakan deepstick oil yang di pasang pada blok mesin. Salah satu kelemahan monitoring dengan metode ini adalah masih dilakukan secara konvesional sehingga kurang telitinya hasil pengukuran volume. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan gaya apung sebagai fungsi luasan dan sensor massa load cell untuk mengkonversi gaya apung menjadi sinyal tegangan listrik.. Fluida memiliki gaya apung besarannya dapat digunakan untuk pengukuran volume. Hasil simulasi model menunjukan bahwa monitoring minyak pelumas digitas dengan menggunakan sensor load cell memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai sistem monitor pelumas yang simpel dan akurat.

Abstract

Ercis (Pisum sativum L.) menjadi salah satu komoditas kacang-kacangan di Indonesia dengan jumlah permintaan yang terus meningkat, sedangkan produksi lokal tergolong tidak stabil sehingga diperlukan upaya pengembangan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi ercis. Upaya tersebut salah satunya melalui pemuliaan tanaman menggunakan poliploidisasi dengan didukung oleh pemahaman terhadap hubungan antar karakter agronomi tanaman yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan hingga hasil produksi tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari korelasi pada karakter agronomi tanaman putatif tetraploid ercis serta analisis jalur yang terjadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan Januari-Maret 2025 di lahan penelitian PT. Sukses Seed Sentosa, Pakis, Malang, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan 250 ppm kolkisin untuk poliploidisasi dan 40 genotipe ercis koleksi Dr. Budi Waluyo, S.P., M.P. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Diperluas dengan 35 genotipe tetraploid uji dan 5 genotipe cek. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan analisis jalur. Hasilnya terdapat korelasi antar karakter, terutama terhadap bobot biji per tanaman sebagai hasil produksi tanaman. Karakter tersebut meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, ruas, polong dan biji per tanaman, serta bobot polong dan biji per tanaman. Karakter jumlah cabang per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman dan per polong memiliki pengaruh langsung yang tinggi terhadap bobot biji per tanaman, sedangkan karakter lainnya memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap bobot biji per tanaman.

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), established by the United Nations in 2015, are a comprehensive global framework that addresses social, economic, and environmental challenges through sustainable development. This study examines the role of universities, specifically focusing on the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UNIMMA), in contributing to the SDGs. The study utilized data from Elsevier’s SciVal to analyze the department’s contribution to the SDGs through scientific publications in the Scopus database. A total of 97 out of 156 articles published by nine researchers from the department were found to contribute to various SDGs, with a significant focus on Goals 7 (affordable and clean energy), 17 (partnerships for the goals), 9 (industry, innovation, and infrastructure), and 12 (responsible consumption and production). The study highlights the department’s collaborative efforts and alignment with global sustainability goals. In addition, VOSviewer was used to map the research collaboration network within the department, revealing strong contributions to energy efficiency, sustainable technologies, and climate action. However, the department's research shows limited contribution to social SDGs such as poverty alleviation and gender equality. By mapping the university’s contributions to the SDGs, this study helps faculty members identify opportunities for targeted research collaborations, address gaps in SDG contributions, and enhance partnerships with researchers from other institutions, thus broadening the university’s impact on global sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The Husk Tomato (Physalis angulata L.) has been valued as a medicinal plant due to its rich secondary metabolites. These compounds include physalins, which exhibit antitumor activity; withanolides, recognized as potent anti-inflammatory agents; and other components such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, alkaloids, and carotenoids. Despite its therapeutic potential, the commercial utilization of P. angulata remains limited by inconsistent fruit quality. This review summarizes current knowledge on Indonesian P. angulata germplasm, focusing on its botany, growth characteristics, genetic diversity, and metabolite profiles. Previous reviews mainly discussed botanical and pharmacological properties, whereas this review emphasizes Indonesian germplasm diversity and breeding perspectives. We critically evaluate several breeding strategies aimed at improving fruit quality, including the utilization of genetic resources, hybridization, mutation breeding, polyploidization, and in vitro techniques. Furthermore, we highlight the application of genetic engineering, particularly the overexpression of the squalene synthase (SQS) gene, suggesting that this approach could efficiently enhance the biosynthesis of squalene derivatives, such as physalins and withanolides. By evaluating the achievements and challenges of these strategies in P. angulata and other Solanaceae species, this review offers a roadmap for future research, aiming to maximize fruit quality and unlock the extensive biopharmaceutical applications of the Indonesian Husk Tomato.
