Abstract

Kegiatan Reklamasi adalah bagian hal penting bagi kegiatan pertambangan dimana dalam kegiatan reklamasi ini perlu dilakukannya penilaian terhadap keberhasilan reklamasi yang dilakukan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji serta mengevaluasi dari kegiatan reklamasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Gunung Bale dengan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi pada lahan area timbunan. Metode penelitian dengan melakukan pendekatan metode kuantitatif yang meliputi: observasi penataan lahan, revegetasi dan pemeliharaan serta studi pustaka mengenai peraturan perundangan dan laporan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi yang dilakukan PT. Gunung Bale adalah 36 dimana nilai ini tidak dapat diterima, kemudian dilakukan kajian kembali dengan memperhatikan faktor dari tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi sehingga didapatkan nilai menjadi 79 nilai ini dapat diterima dengan baik.

Abstract

Sistem komunikasi High Frequency (HF) bekerja menggunakan gelombang radio pada frekuensi 3-30 MHz yang merambat dalam bentuk skywave dengan bantuan lapisan ionosfer. Sistem komunikasi HF saat ini masih terbatas pada pengiriman suara, diharapkan dapat mengirimkan pesan berupa teks dengan menerapkan sistem komunikasi digital. Penelitian ini melaporkan desain modem sistem komunikasi digital HF menggunakan perangkat Software Defined Radio (SDR) untuk implementasi yang mudah. Modulasi dan Demodulasi memiliki peranan penting dalam sistem komunikasi digital. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan eksperiment untuk mengukur Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), Bit Error Rate (BER), Character Error Rate (CER), dan Frame Error Rate (FER) pada tipe pulse shaping Root Raised Cosine dengan Roll of Factor 0,5. Hasil eksperiment menunjukan bahwa implementasi sistem pada platform SDR dengan LabView sebagai user interface berhasil dilakukan.

Abstract

Combustion process in industry resulted in harmful free radical compounds such as Dioxin / TCDD (2,3,7,8- tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin). The aim of the this experiment was to determine the therapeutic effect of casein in goat milk yogurt on chickens exposed to dioxins. Parameters used in this experiment were feed consumption and body weight. This research was designed with 18 male COBB strain broiler chickens aged 21 days. They were divided into three groups: (1) the negative group without any treatment, (2) the positive group by giving feed with dioxin 50ng / kg feed in corn oil solvent, (3) ) the therapy group was given feed with dioxin 50ng / kg feed in corn oil solvent in the morning and 750 mg / kg BW / day of yougurt casein goat milk in the afternoon. Both feed and casein were given orally for 21 days with each group having six replications. The samples were measured every day including weight gain and chicken feed consumption. The data were analyzed quantitatively using the One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test with a confidence level of 95%. The provision of goat milk yogurt casein tablets as a therapy for broiler chickens that were given dioxin-containing feed had a significant increase on chicken body weight, but insignificant on feed consumption.

Abstract

This Study is to capture the experience overcome problems that could ruin the Bank "x" as the largest bank in Indonesia. In 2005, transformation of Bank “X” set up to anticipate corporate problem. Literature Review for this final project, refer to the strategy diamond and concept of Value Chain. Abstract

Currently, TMP brand is perceived on maturity to declining stage. Market share tends to shrinking, while the brand apparently starts losing its differentiation and relevance in the market. This journal is aimed to formulate a comprehensive analysis and to provide recommended action to conduct brand revitalization for TMP brand. The framework to conduct brand revitalization is started with brand life cycle analysis to define the stage of TMP in life cycle. Different stage demands for different strategic approach. Afterward, brand revitalization scorecard is deployed to ensure that TMP meets criteria as the right candidate for successful revitalization. Finally, the implementation of brand revitalization strategy is conducted using coherent concept of “Plan to Win” modl. Abstract

Abstract.PT ABC Tbk, founded in 1951, has three main business lines, distribution, manufacturing and support and services, has 5 branches, with head office in Jakarta, and regional offices in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and China. Next year, PT ABC Tbk will focus for distribution channel development in Vietnam, cause its contribution is still very small. Euromonitor data highlighted food and beverages market in Vietnam, which is very big with total value around USD 11.7 billion in 2014, and growth rate 14% forecasted, so it is mentioned that Vietnam will be the fastest growing food and beverage ingredients market. PT ABC Tbk, through one of its division, Food Division, will use this opportunity to grow its business by opening new division in Vietnam, Food Distribution Channel, which is selling ingredients to Food Industry. Qualitative research methodology is used in this discussion, by analyzing primary data from internal resources of PT ABC Tbk via management interview, combined with secondary data from Euromonitor International. PT ABC Tbk must define its key success factors and business model for that objective. The key success factors are products chosen for market in Vietnam, experienced local sales force for running daily business, supported with technical expertise to serve customers, and local warehouse, to minimize logistic cost for delivering to customers. Business model that PT ABC Tbk should apply are including customers’ segmentation, value proposition that offered to those customers, which is highlighted product quality and value added ones, beside technical expert service.Keywords: food, ingredients, Vietnam

Abstract

Abstract - Payment systems industry in Indonesia plays an important role in Indonesian economy. It regulates how to move funds from one place to another, whether for transfer, payment or purchase. Along with development of Indonesian economy and free trade in ASEAN, many parties are involved in the Indonesia payment systems industry, either domestic or international party. Each party has its own model, which leads to inefficiency and lack of integration of payment systems in Indonesia. Seeing this, Bank Indonesia as a regulator in the payment system in Indonesia deems it necessary to make the payment system infrastructure in Indonesia is more efficient and integrated also to perform control functions and provide convenience for the Indonesian people. This final project will focus on how Bank Indonesia strategy to make payment systems industry become more efficient as well as determines the alternative design and implement the National Payment Gateway (NPG) as a solution. Having regard to the condition of the industry as well as players who have been involved at this time. Based on the analysis, in order to implement the National Payment Gateway (NPG) is required an integration system with control of Bank Indonesia and supported by a special regulation for the policy so that the whole industry will support to participate operational activities. Abstract

This research with a purpose to verify the effect of financial targets, financial stability, external pressure, supervision effectiveness, external auditor quality, change of auditors, CEO education, CEO duality, state-owned enterprises, political connections on the fraudulent financial report through hexagon fraud theory. Mining sector companies that registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2017-2019 are the population in this research. The purposive sampling technique is used to select the research sample so as obtain samples of 41 companies and 123 analysis units. Panel regression analysis is an analytical technique that used in this research. The result shows that financial targets and external pressures have positive and significant effects on fraudulent financial reports. Meanwhile, financial stability, supervision effectiveness, external auditor quality, change of auditors, CEO education, CEO duality, state-owned enterprises, and political connections do not affect the fraudulent financial report. This research deduces that the higher financial targets and external pressures in a company make the possibility of management as an agent to commit fraudulent financial reports in order to attract investors will be more vulnerable. Abstract

Within Christianity the purpose of spiritual life lies in the glory of God and the sanctification of mankind. It all boils down to a deep union between God and man. The path taken to achieve this is prayer, because, in and through prayer, man becomes honest with himself. No pretense there. Prayer involves one's entire being. In this paper, Jesus' prayer is chosen as a basis and model in establishing oneness with God. The author will set out and comment on Joseph Ratzinger's thoughts on the Jesus prayer in seven basic theses.
