Abstract

Koneksi transportasi yang baik memiliki manfaat langsung bagi orang, bisnis, lingkungan, dan ekonomi secara keseluruhan. Bus merupakan transportasi umum yang dapat diandalkan karena dapat menampung penumpang dalam jumlah yang banyak dalam satu perjalanan. Sehingga bus sangat cocok digunakan untuk mengangkut pekerja atau petani yang bekerja di perkebunan. Untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pada penumpang maka dibutuhkan Chassis yang tepat agar dapat melalui jalan yang tidak rata. Chassis harus cukup kaku untuk menahan kejutan, twist, getaran dan tekanan lainnya. Ada banyak faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan saat mendesain chassis seperti, berat chassis kendaraan, pemilihan material, kekuatan, dan kekakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Finite Element Analysis (FEA) untuk menganalisis respon dari chassis di saat menerima berbagai macam beban statis yang diuji. Perancangan Chassis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Solidwork 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Finite Element Analysis (FEA) untuk menganalisis respon dari chassis di saat menerima berbagai macam beban statis. Simulasi FEA dilakukan dengan mengunakan software ANSYS 18.1 dan desain model chassis dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Solidwork 2018. Luaran penelitian ini berupa distribusi tegangan dan deformasi pada keseluruhan chassis dan kondisi keamanan dari chassis jika dilihat dari sisi kekuatan materialnya.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan indikator kinerja kekuatan rangka terhadap beban statis untuk sebuah kendaraan listrik murni dengan peruntukan last mile transportation untuk penumpang dengan kapasitas 14 orang. Kondisi analisis adalah posisi datar tanpa kemiringan dengan kesemua roda menjejak jalan. Beban yang ditanggung oleh rangka terdiri dari gaya arah vertikal, gaya arah lateral, dan torsi. Beban vertikal terdiri dari berat badan di atas rangka sebesar 1,38 kN, berat rangka sebesar 2,68 kN, berat 14 penumpang dewasa sebesar 8,52 kN, dan berat baterai sebesar 3.85 kN. Beban lateral adalah gaya yang ditimbulkan oleh akselerasi, deselerasi, dan belok. Beban ini terdiri dari body frame atas sebesar 915 N, body frame bawah sebesar 1,77 kN, penumpang sebesar 5,63 kN, dan baterai sebesar 2,54 kN. Ada tiga lokasi sepanjang arah lateral dan masing-masing lokasi memiliki dua tumpuan di sebelah kiri dan kanan. Jenis tumpuan yang digunakan adalah engsel sesuai dengan jenis sambungan yang akan mengikat sub frame ke rangka. Material yang digunakan adalah baja tahan karat 316 yang memiliki densitas 8 ton per meter kubik, modulus elastisitas 193 Gpa, rasio Poisson 0.29, dan kekuatan luluh 205 MPa. Profil yang digunakan untuk kesemua komponen rangka adalah profil C berukuran 100 mm x 50 mm x 7,5 mm. Kriteria kegagalan yang digunakan adalah kriteria kegagalan statis von Mises, dan faktor keamanan yang dihasilkan adalah 3,3 untuk beban vertikal dan 3 untuk beban lateral sehingga rangka kendaraan tergolong aman karena faktor keamanan lebih tinggi dari 2,5.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah aktivitas last-mile transportation akan membuat jumlah transportasi juga meningkat. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah transportasi tersebut maka secara tidak langsung akan menimbulkan berbagai masalah baru yaitu, kemacetan, polusi udara dan kesehatan. Salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan electric mini bus untuk last-mile transportation. Chassis berfungsi untuk menjadi kerangka utama kendaraan yang bekerja untuk menopang bagian kendaraan yang lainnya seperti rangka body, mesin, dan penumpang. Chassis harus cukup kaku untuk menahan kejutan, twist, getaran dan tekanan lainnya. Ada banyak faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan saat mendesain chassis seperti, berat chassis kendaraan, pemilihan material, kekuatan, dan kekakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Finite Element Analysis (FEA) untuk menganalisis respons dari chassis di saat menerima berbagai macam beban Torsional yang diuji. Perancangan ini akan menghasilkan 2 bentuk chassis yang berbeda, di mana masing - masing chassis dirancang dengan material SS 400 dan aluminium 6082-T6. Meshing dilakukan dengan 2D batchmesh dengan ukuran 5 mm pada software hypermesh 2019. Hasil dari meshing memiliki 0 failure yang membuktikan jika hasil meshing sudah baik. Pembebanan akan dilakukan dengan 3 jenis Torsional load, yaitu, Torsional load depan, Torsional load belakang, dan Torsional load depan dan belakang. Dari hasil yang didapat menunjukkan model chassis 2 dengan material SS 400 memiliki kekakuan yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan model lainnya.

Abstract

The background in this study is the lack of development of the learning process for big ball games, especially soccer games in Mts Unggulan Pondok Pesantren Ammanatul Ummah. The problem in this research is how to develop a soccer learning model through video media learning shooting motion patterns in class VII students of MTs Unggulan PP. Amanatul Ummah Pacet? The purpose of this research is to produce a model of shooting motion patterns in soccer learning. The method used in this research is research and development (Research and Development) from Borg and Gall. The development of shooting motion patterns is adapted to the theme of physical education, sports and health during one year of learning. The product was validated by physical education experts in the field of soccer, experts in the analysis of motion learning modifications in soccer games and PJOK teachers in the field of soccer. The product trials consisted of trials I and trials II at the superior MTs of the Ammanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. Based on the results of validation from experts in physical education in the field of football, the results were 86.6%, while the validation results were from experts on the analysis of modifications to learning motion in soccer games, which showed results of 96%, and experts from PJOK teachers in the field of football, showed results of 94.6%. So, based on the experts, the results of research on developing video media for learning shooting motion patterns in class VII MTs students are feasible to use.

Abstract

The VO₂Max condition of the Gresik women's indoor hockey players should be fulfilled. Since VO₂Max includes a baseline that represents general fitness which is good condition VO₂Max it can be assumed other physical endurance will follow. The purpose of this study was to find out the level of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) possessed by Gresik women's indoor hockey players in supporting the success of winning a gold medal at Situbondo in 2022. Quantitative descriptive was used in this research method with 12 research subjects. The multi-stage fitness test (MFT) was used as an instrument in this study. The results of the analysis of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) data from female indoor hockey players in the category "very poor" 0.00% (0 players), "less" 0.00% (0 players), "enough" 0.00% (0 players), “good” 50.00% (6 players), “very good” 41.70% (5 players) and “excellent” 8.30% (1 player). The average of this data analysis was 39.34. Based on these results, the level of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) of Gresik women's indoor hockey players was in the “very good” category. It can be concluded that to meet good VO₂Max conditions, the results of this study can be used as a benchmark for other hockey teams when preparing for matches.

Abstract

Background: Athletes must maintain top physical condition to compete, with body composition a crucial indicator. Skeletal muscle mass and body fat are related to performance, with a lower fat percentage increasing physical ability. Nutritional needs also play a role, where athletes consume carbohydrates for 60-70% of their energy. These factors are essential for optimal performance and overall health. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the body composition of junior basketball athletes regarding gender. Methods: This study employed a rigorous cross-sectional research design to analyze the body composition measurements of elite athletes and junior basketball players. The participants were carefully selected based on age, injury history, national-level achievements, and recent injury training. A total of 24 junior basketball athletes, evenly split between elite junior male and female athletes, participated in the test. The data was meticulously analyzed using Minitab software and the T-test to determine gender differences, ensuring the validity and reliability of the results. Results: The athletes were aged 16-17, weighing 50-65 kg to 95-108 kg. They had BMI characteristics of 8.3% underweight, 79.2% normal, 12.5% overweight, and 0% obese. Significant differences were found in body composition characteristics for each gender. The T-test results show significant differences between the variables with a P value <0.05.   Conclusion: They indicate that female basketball athletes tend to have a higher fat percentage, while male athletes typically possess significantly greater muscle mass. These insights can be instrumental in developing gender-specific training and nutrition programs, thereby enhancing the performance and health of junior basketball athletes.

Abstract

Monitoring beban latihan merupakan elemen penting dalam proses pembinaan atlet untuk meminimalkan risiko cedera, mencegah maladaptasi, dan memastikan efektivitas program latihan yang diberikan. Era digital memberikan peluang untuk melakukan monitoring beban latihan dengan cara yang lebih cepat, murah, dan mudah diakses. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem monitoring beban latihan berbasis digital pada sub-elite atlet Malaysia dengan menggunakan Google Form dan Google Sheets sebagai instrumen pencatatan dan visualisasi data latihan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari identifikasi masalah, perancangan formulir digital, pendampingan penggunaan, dan evaluasi pelatihan selama dua bulan. Formulir berisi data denyut nadi maksimal, intensitas latihan (RPE), kualitas tidur, stres, suasana hati, kelelahan, serta menu latihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi atlet dalam pengisian data mencapai kategori sangat baik, dan pelatih mampu melakukan evaluasi mingguan berbasis grafik yang terbentuk secara otomatis dalam Google Sheets. Sistem ini mempermudah pelatih dalam menginterpretasi respons latihan, mendeteksi kelelahan, dan menyesuaikan beban latihan secara individu. Penerapan sistem monitoring digital ini terbukti efektif, hemat biaya, mudah diterapkan, dan dapat direplikasi di institusi olahraga lainnya. Selain memberikan manfaat praktis bagi pelatih dan atlet, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi internasional antara UNESA dan Majlis Sukan Wilayah Persekutuan Malaysia dalam pengembangan sport coaching berbasis data.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop a test instrument of shooting skill that is valid and reliable on junior high school soccer students (13-15 years) as many as 33 subjects. The approach of this type of research is the development, the sampling using purposive sampling method that has the criteria of Junior High School students aged 13-15 years (male) who are hobbyists and proficient in soccer. The results of the test validity test showed that the level of validity of the instrument shooting skills test on right and left foot 0.89 with perfect category, and has a reliability value of R = 0.78 (medium), left r = 0.83 (high). The conclusion of this study is that the instrument tests of shooting skill with the closest distance to the goal of 15m using the right and left limbs have a level of validity that meets the standards. Thus the instrument tests of shooting skill can be used to measure and assess the technical skills of playing kicking the ball into the football goal at the junior high school level (13-15 years).

Abstract

Sports Biomechanics is a subject that is considered not easy to understand, and exciting learning media are needed to facilitate the learning process, one of which is textbooks. This study aims to determine student responses to the textbook of Sports Biomechanics. The research method applied in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative analysis approach with a survey research design to respondents. The sample in this study was 30 students of the Sports Science class in 2018 and 2019. The provision that respondents were students of Sports Science class 2018 and 2019 who live in the Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik areas who have graduated and are taking the Sports Biomechanics course. The questionnaire in this study used the Linkert scale and adapted the questionnaire instrument (Hartati & Safitri, 2017). Analysis of the data using the Linkert formula and interpreting the data that has been obtained. The results of this study indicate that the average student response is obtained by 87,55% of students who feel that sports biomechanics textbooks are worthy as learning companions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of VAR on decisions taken by referees in League 1 2024-2025. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with a correlational research design. The sample in this study was obtained using a total sampling technique consisting of all referees and assistant referees on duty in League 1 with a total of 29 referees and 42 assistant referees on duty in 258 League 1 matches. By examining various variables such as the number of VAR interventions, the types of decisions reviewed. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the use of VAR on decision making. As many as 85% of decisions that have been given by the referee on the field changed after the referee received intervention from VAR.
