Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi E-Sistem Informasi Manajemen (E-SIM) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas promosi pemasaran pada d’SRUPUT, sebuah UMKM di bidang minuman. Di tengah persaingan digital, pengelolaan data promosi yang manual sering kali menghambat optimalisasi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan informan kunci (pemilik), informan utama (staf operasional), serta informan pendukung (konsumen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transisi dari pengelolaan promosi konvensional ke berbasis E-SIM memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada metrik media sosial, antara lain: jangkauan per posting (+220%), interaksi (+350%), dan tingkat konversi penjualan (+140%). Implementasi E-SIM juga berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pemasaran dengan kenaikan Return on Investment (ROI) dari 200% menjadi 533%. Secara keseluruhan, E-SIM terbukti efektif sebagai alat manajemen data untuk mengubah pola promosi dari sporadis menjadi terencana dan berbasis data (data-driven), yang secara langsung memperkuat daya saing UMKM di pasar digital

Abstract

Reading skills are very important because they are the main basis for obtaining valid knowledge and information. By having good reading skills, you can understand the contents of the text in depth. Therefore, this study aims to improve the reading skills needed by elementary school students by using the development of interactive media iSpring Free. The background to this research is the low interest in reading and reading skills of students in learning Arabic, coupled with the use of traditional methods which are still dominant. The approach used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The resulting product is an Android-based interactive learning media, developed using iSpring Free and equipped with attractive visual displays, audio, and various reading exercises. The results of the feasibility test by material experts obtained a score of 90%, while from media experts it was 92%. This media was then tested on 20 fifth grade students of Nurul Arifin Elementary School. Based on the questionnaire distributed, the level of student satisfaction with this media reached 90.82%. Most students felt that learning was more enjoyable, easy to understand, and not boring. The study's results showed that interactive learning media can significantly enhance students' reading skills. iSpring Free has proven to be effective in presenting materials more interestingly than conventional methods. Therefore, this media can be used as an alternative in learning Arabic at the elementary school level, especially in improving reading skills. However, optimal use of this media requires support from adequate technological infrastructure and teacher readiness in operating digital devices. Teacher training and strengthening of supporting facilities are the main keys so that this learning media can be used sustainably and effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role-playing method in improving students’ Arabic speaking skills in a pesantren. The research used a quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test and post-test design involving 15 students. Data were collected through oral tests, observations, and role-playing activities conducted in four learning sessions. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ speaking ability, with the average score increasing from 52.2 in the pre-test to 78.7 in the post-test. Observation results also indicated that students became more confident, more active in participating in class, and better in using vocabulary and speaking fluently. The learning process became more interactive and enjoyable as students practiced speaking through real-life situations. Therefore, it can be concluded that the role-playing method is effective in improving Arabic speaking skills and is recommended as an alternative teaching method in the pesantren learning environment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode role-playing dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab siswa di pesantren. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes lisan, observasi, serta kegiatan bermain peran yang dilaksanakan dalam empat kali pertemuan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan berbicara siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 52,2 pada pre-test menjadi 78,7 pada post-test. Hasil observasi juga menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri, lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran, serta lebih baik dalam penggunaan kosakata dan kelancaran berbicara. Proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan karena siswa berlatih berbicara melalui situasi nyata. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode role-playing efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab dan direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif metode pembelajaran di lingkungan pesantren.

Abstract

This study responds to the increasing need to renew Islamic instructional methodologies in light of contemporary pedagogical developments and 21st-century competency demands. The contributions of ʿAlī Aḥmad Madzkūr are central to this effort, as he proposes an educational framework that integrates revelation, rational inquiry, and lived experience as the epistemic foundation of Islamic pedagogy. The research examines four principal methods formulated by Madzkūr—exemplary modeling, dialogic learning, problem-solving, and observation combined with experimentation—while situating them in conversation with Western educational perspectives, especially those of Dewey, Kolb, and Bandura. It also analyzes his emphasis on instructional media as tools for clarifying abstract ideas, fostering active engagement, and linking theoretical concepts with practical realities, supported by a reflective-diagnostic evaluation system. Using a library-based research design, the study employs thematic, comparative, and synthetic analyses grounded in Madzkūr’s primary works and current pedagogical discourse. The findings show that his approach is integrative, merging ethical formation, rational development, and empirical inquiry into a unified pedagogical structure. Modeling cultivates moral character, discussion strengthens analytical thinking, observation and experimentation develop scientific habits of mind, and problem-solving enhances higher-order reasoning. Altogether, Madzkūr’s framework aligns with modern educational theories while offering a distinctive spiritual dimension, making it a promising and adaptable model for Islamic education.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are interactive processes between teachers and students that aim to convey knowledge and shape students' character. Teachers play a crucial role in enhancing students' motivation and interest in learning, particularly in Arabic language learning. This study aims to examine the extent to which teacher competence influences student motivation and interest in learning Arabic. This study employed a qualitative method with a literature study approach through a review of various relevant theoretical sources. The results indicate that four key teacher competencies—pedagogical, personality, social, and professional—contribute significantly to enhancing student motivation. Competent teachers are able to design an engaging and enjoyable learning environment that encourages active student participation. Furthermore, strategies such as rewarding, implementing healthy competition, and emotional support contribute to enhancing student enthusiasm for learning. The novelty of this study lies in its emphasis on the importance of teacher competence as a determining factor in improving Arabic language learning outcomes, a topic rarely studied compared to other subjects. Therefore, strengthening teacher competence is crucial for creating effective and meaningful Arabic language learning. Abstrak Kegiatan belajar mengajar merupakan proses interaktif yang melibatkan guru dan siswa dalam pengembangan pengetahuan dan pembentukan karakter. Dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa Arab, kompetensi guru sering dikaitkan dengan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa, namun kajian khusus mengenai hubungan tersebut masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan konseptual antara kompetensi guru dan motivasi serta minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan terhadap 25 sumber ilmiah yang relevan dengan kompetensi guru, motivasi belajar, serta pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Analisis difokuskan pada empat dimensi kompetensi guru, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, serta implikasinya terhadap keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keempat kompetensi tersebut dikaitkan dalam literatur dengan praktik pembelajaran tertentu, seperti perencanaan pembelajaran yang sistematis, interaksi guru–siswa yang positif, dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang suportif, yang berpotensi memengaruhi motivasi dan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini tidak mengukur pengaruh secara empiris, tetapi menyajikan sintesis konseptual untuk menjelaskan peran kompetensi guru dalam mendukung keterlibatan siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi analitis dengan memperjelas posisi kompetensi guru dalam pedagogi bahasa Arab yang masih relatif kurang dikaji dibandingkan bidang studi lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh media sosial dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di restoran Bebek Carok. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, media sosial menjadi saluran utama untuk menyebarkan informasi, termasuk topik-topik yang dapat mengubah opini publik mengenai suatu merek. Mempertahankan citra merek yang positif dalam menghadapi berita negatif sangat penting untuk mempertahankan pelanggan dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, mensurvei 100 konsumen Bebek Carok di Karawang. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data untuk memastikan pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki dampak yang substansial tetapi tidak menguntungkan terhadap pilihan pembelian, sementara citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang menguntungkan dan patut diperhatikan. Studi ini menawarkan metode untuk manajemen reputasi dan peningkatan citra merek untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pilihan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the association of young people today is getting wild and out of control. Relying more on lust than looking for the best possible identity to achieve God's pleasure. To build the character of Islamic youth, a da'wah institution is needed to instill Islamic values ​​and morals in the younger generation. JASBON (Jam'iyyah Sholawat Berzanji Kebonagung) is one of the da'wah institutions that has programmed support for increasing the religiosity of young people through the reading of shalawat, al-barzanji and tahlil, which are carried out regularly accompanied by Islamic music so that it can attract worshipers to join the Assembly's activities. This study uses a qualitative method that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The number of respondents in this study was ten men. The results showed that JASBON (Jam'iyyah Sholawat Berzanji Kebonagung) had tried to build the character of Islamic youth both from inside and outside the village and even outside the district through the cultivation of values, morals, and religious routines.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the official languages of the United Nations, which is essential for all nations to have as a means of global communication between countries. In a country with a majority Muslim population like Indonesia, apart from being a means of communication, Arabic has a special place as a medium for worship and deepening knowledge of the Islamic religion. Mastering Arabic is necessary for all Muslims, young and old, even children. Non-Arabic speakers cannot automatically master Arabic because it is not their mother tongue; therefore, specific techniques to learn it, especially in reading skills. This study aims to describe comprehensively the technique of learning to read Arabic from the perspective of Ali Achmad Madzkur. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in this type of literature research. The study results stated that the techniques of learning to read Arabic for children from the perspective of Ali Achmad Madzkur include; listening and speaking techniques, reading aloud techniques, analysis techniques, letter identification techniques, and composing techniques.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and find the managerial competence of lecturers in constructing students' philological literacy awareness through poetry media at the Imam Syafi'i Islamic High School (STDI) in Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative type with a descriptive exploratory approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed through the stages of data reduction and data presentation, and conclusions are drawn using data validity, credibility, triangulation of methods and sources, and confirmability. Based on the results of the research findings, it is concluded that STDI Imam Syafi'i lecturers carry out their roles as authority holders who compile programs, organize language literacy teams, mobilize teaching staff and staff, optimize Campus resources, and control activities through monitoring activities of the process of activities and the achievement of philological literacy programs

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kapur terhadap peningkatan nilai CBR (California Bearing Ratio) pada tanah dasar (subgrade) di wilayah Perumahan Mentas Gemilang Residence, Kecamatan Tenjo, Bogor. Sampel tanah diambil dari kedalaman 0,00 – 0,050 meter, kemudian diuji dalam kondisi alami atau tanah asli serta ditambahkan kapur sebanyak 3%, 6%, dan 9% dari berat keringnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian komposisi kapur 6% menghasilkan peningkatan nilai CBR soaked yang paling tinggi, dari 4,5% (Tanah asli) menjadi 7,35%, serta penurunan nilai potensi pengembangan (swelling) dari 1,35% menjadi 0,035%. Penambahan kapur diatas 6% tidak memberikan peningkatan lebih lanjut, bahkan cenderung menurunkan nilai CBR. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa kadar kapur 6% merupakan titik optimum dalam upaya stabilisasi dilokasi tersebut.
