Abstract

This study aimed to assess the simultaneous impact of price and promotion on product purchasing decisions at Shinta Pools & Waterboom South Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative research method. The sample employed is saturated, encompassing the entire population of 90 individuals. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and significance test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.769 + 0.643X1 + 0.703X2. The study's results obtained partial results that price significantly affects purchasing decisions; this can be seen from the t-test with a t count value of 6.449> t table 1.662 with a significance value of 0.001. This value is smaller than 0.1 (0.001 <0.1). Partially, the promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions; this can be seen from the t-test with a t count value of 6.010> t table 1.660 with a significance level of 0.001; this value is smaller than 0.1 (0.001 <0.1) and simultaneously price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the results of the F test with F count 123.850> F table 3.10 (123.850> 3.10). The coefficient of determination for Price (X1) and Promotion (X2) affecting Purchasing Decisions (Y) of swimming pools at Shinta Pools & Waterboom in South Jakarta is 74%, with the remaining 26% attributed to other variables. Consequently, it can be inferred that price and promotion concurrently exert a substantial influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Jagung merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia dan mempunyai peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, mengingat fungsinya yang multiguna, sebagai sumber pangan, pakan, dan bahan baku industri. Kelebihan jagung manis dengan jagung biasa yaitu rasa yang lebih manis dibandingkan dengan jagung biasa. Kadar gula pada endosperm jagung manis sebesar 5-6 %, gula yang disimpan dalam biji jagung manis adalah sukrosa yang dapat mencapai 11% dan kadar pati 10-11%, sedangkan jagung biasa kadar gulanya hanya 2-3% atau setengah dari kadar gula jagung manis (Irianto, 2007). Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi jagung manis yaitu budidaya tanaman jagung manis. Pentingnya teknik budidaya dan pemupukan yang baik mendorong penulis untuk melakukan kegiatan kunjungan yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Mojosari, Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Jawa Timur. Hasil kegiatan kunjungan tentang budidaya tanaman jagung manis diawali dari persiapan benih. Persiapan benih dilakukan dengan cara perendaman benih dengan menggunakan air untuk mempercepat tumbuhnya lembaga. Persiapan lahan dengan menggunakan sistem olah tanah sempurna. Penanaman benih jagung dengan jarak tanam 70x20 cm dan pada satu lubang tanam menggunakan dua benih untuk mencegah terjadinya benih yang tidak tumbuh. Pemberian air irigasi dilakukan 12 kali selama satu musim tanam, disesuaikan dengan kondisi lahan dan cuaca. Pemupukan yang dilakukan dengan pupuk NPK Pelangi, urea, SP36 dan KCl. Teknik pemupukan dengan cara ditugal dan pemupukan berikutnya disebar diatas permukaan tanah dekat dengan perakaran tanaman. Penyiangan gulma dilakukan dengan manual dan kimiawi menggunakan herbisida. Penyiangan secara manual dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak. Hama yang ditemukan yaitu belalang atau Locusta migratoria namun serangannya dibawah ambang batas ekonomi sehingga pengendaliannya dilakukan dengan monitoring menggunakan alat light trap. Penyakit yang ditemukan pada lahan budidaya jagung manis yaitu penyakit bulai yang disebabkan oleh cendawan Peronosclerospora maydis. Pengendalian dilakukan dengan cara mencabut tanaman yang sakit agar tidak menyebar ke tanaman yang lain. Panen tanaman jagung manis dilakukan 70 hst dengan cara memutar tongkol tanaman kemudian tongkol ditarik sehingga terlepas dari batang tanaman jagung manis.

Abstract

The insurable interest principle in Indonesia’s insurance system is governed by Article 250 and Article 286 the Code of Bussiness Law (KUHD). In the formulation of the Article is not mentioned about when the element of interest should exist as well as the definition of interest in the insurance agreement. This research intends to find out how the meaning of the insurable interest in the insurance system in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative juridical, which examines the rules in the Law, principles, doctrines and other legal documents. This research result conclusion that the element of interest must exist or can be proven by the insured when the event that causing losses occurred The insured must be able to prove the existence of an economic attachment to the object or event that is contracted in the insurance agreement. The limitation of the element of interest is something that can be judged by money and which can not be judged by money for example, life, family relations, children, wife, husband and others. As for the author's suggestion is the government complement the rules in the field of insurance, especially on the insurable interest. The arrangement can explain the limits of understanding and the time when the element of interest must exist in the insurance agreement.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about how the form of legal protection for public investors against insider trading cases and to find out how the efforts made by the OJK or other institutions in handling insider trading cases. This type of research is normative legal research. The approach method used is a legal approach or approach based on legislation. The data sources obtained consist of secondary data sources through primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study are first, In the Insider Trading case committed by Rajiv Louis, it fulfills all the elements of Insider Trading regulated in Article 95 of Law Number 8 of 1995. The form of protection or law enforcement in regulating insider trading includes three things, namely civil, criminal and administrative enforcement. The capital market law itself has provided a basis for law enforcement as a protection effort for any violations in capital market activities, namely the existence of administrative sanctions (Article 102 of the capital market law), criminal sanctions (Article 110 of the capital market law), civil sanctions (Article 111 of the capital market law). The form of legal protection itself can be in the form of legal structure and legal substance, both of which are interconnected to provide legal certainty and protection. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti terkait Bank Riau Kepri pasca konversi menjadi Bank Riau Kepri Syariah (BRK Syariah) yang mengkaji dua rumusan masalah: Pertama, bagaimana kedudukan debitor dan kreditor pada Bank Riau Kepri pasca konversi. Kedua, bagaimana keabsahan akad murabahah pada Bank Riau Kepri pasca konversi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Normatif, yang berdasar pada data-data penelitian dan sumber penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam BRK Syariah kedudukan kreditor dan debitor berubah menjadi Ba’i dan Musytari sehingga, telah menerapkan adanya prinsip syariah serta terjadinya perubahan perjanjian kredit menjadi akad Murabahah pasca berkonversi dari Bank Riau Kepri menjadi BRK Syariah. Keabsahan pada Bank Riau Kepri sudah terbilang sah karena BRK Syariah sudah memenuhi syarat subjektif dan objektif serta telah menerapkan adanya prinsip syariah yang terdapat dalam Undang-Undang No. 21 Tahun 2008 terkait Perbankan Syariah dimana hal ini menjadikan syarat utama dalam keabsahan akad terutama yang terjadi di Bank Riau Kepri Syariah.

Abstract

This research is discuss about legal protection for passengers violations of their rights to comfort, security and safety at PT. Garuda Indonesia Persero. The problem in this research are regarding legal protection for passangers violations of their rights and legal responsibility protection of PT. Garuda Indonesia Persero for passangers whose rights are violated. This research used normative legal research, that used case approach and legislation. This research used qualitative data analysis. The results this research are first, the rights of comfort, security and safety of passangers are not full filled. Second, responsibility of airline towards passengers is not consistant with the services promised.

Abstract

The focus of the author in writing this thesis is the case that occurred on the behavior of insurance agents PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG (LIFE) with several insureds as victims of insurance policy forgery and will aim to answer the problem : First, the form of legal protection for the insured on the actions of agents who violate the principle of good faith. Second, the legal responsibility of the insurer for losses due to unlawful agent actions. The research method used is normative juridical, with the approach method namely doctrine, legislation and empirical cases. The legal materials used in this research are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials is by literature study by reviewing and studying legislation and case studies. The conclusion of the research shows : First, legal protection for the insured has actually been regulated in Article 16 Paragraph 3 POJK Number 69 / POJK.05 / 2016, Article 29 POJK Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 and Article 28 paragraph 7 of Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance which in the article protects the insured as a weak party and has the right to claim compensation. Second, the legal responsibility of the insurer, which is obliged to submit and comply with the legal process on the complaint of several insureds as Decision Number : 101/PDT/2023/PT MND and 92/PDT/2023/PT MND and Article 1367 Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

The presence of insurance offers protection and protection to a business / business to handle a risk. Insurance has several principles to regulate the rights and obligations of both parties, one of which is the principle of subrogation. This principle regulates the provisions of third-party liability for the loss of the insured for the negligence of the third party. The research method is a type of normative law research with an approach method through a statutory approach (statue approach) and a conceptual approach that identifies existing principles or doctrinal views to generate new ideas related to the principle of subrogation in transportation insurance. The data collection technique used in this research is through the library research method consisting of books, scientific journals, papers, and relevant internet sources regarding the topics & themes in the research. The technical analysis in this research is descriptive-qualitative. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the implementation of the principle of subrogation against third parties who cause losses to the insured presents several consequences and obstacles that will have an impact on the legal protection of insurance companies. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate regulations regarding the principle of subrogation in insurance that can provide legal certainty for citizens.

Abstract

This research seeks to determine the influence of services quality on patient satisfaction, and to determine the influence of facilities on patient satisfaction, and to determine the influence of services quality and facilities on patient satisfaction, at Wijaya Kusuma Hospital Lumajang, East Java. This research used a descriptive quantitative methods by using SPSS 26 to process the research data. This research was conducted on patients at Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital. The sample collection technique used simple random sampling technique. The sample was calculated by using the Slovin formula where 100 respondents were selected. It was found that the partial test (t test) of services quality and facilities have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. The results of simultaneous test (f test) of services quality and facilities have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. Researcher found that 82,9% of independent variables (services quality and facilities) on patients satisfaction and 17,1% was influenced by other variables which not examined As Patient satisfaction has been an important factor to influence them in continuing to visit Wijaya Kusuma Hospital Lumajang in the future, therefore it’s vital to understand why there was reducing number of patients visit to this Hospital in 2020 Year, and which variable influenced to patients satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara parsial dan simultan pada Toko Hijab Modassir di platform Shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden, yang dipilih menggunakan metode slovin pada populasi sebanyak 3.495 orang dengan tingkat signifikansi 10%. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 29.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), ditunjukkan oleh thitung > ttabel (2,122 > 1,985) dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Begitu pula, Kualitas Produk (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dengan thitung > ttabel (5,709 > 1,985) serta nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Secara simultan, Harga dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai Fhitung 17,217 > Ftabel 3,093 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R-Square) sebesar 0,268 menunjukkan bahwa 26,8% Keputusan Pembelian dipengaruhi oleh Harga dan Kualitas Produk, sedangkan 73,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain.
