Abstract

Desa Jetis berada di Kecamatan Jaten, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Desa Jetis merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pertanian, terutama komoditas padi. Petani di desa Jetis masih menerapkan sistem pertanian non-organik yang menyebabkan lingkungan sekitar mulai rusak dan tercemar. Program “Rumah Organik Jetis: Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Kismorejo Desa Jetis melalui Sistem Pertanian Organik Berbasis Digitalisasi Guna Mewujudkan Pertanian Berkelanjutan” bertujuan untuk memberdayakan serta mendorong petani desa Jetis untuk beralih ke pertanian organik guna memajukan sistem pertanian berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Jetis, meliputi sosialisasi pertanian organik, pembuatan rumah organik, pelatihan dan pembuatan pestisida nabati, pelatihan dan pembuatan biochar, pelatihan dan pembuatan kompos, serta branding kelompok tani. Program ini mendukung petani mendapatkan edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai pertanian organik dan mengembangkan petani dalam keterampilan manajemen dan pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to test the validity of the Animal Life Cycle (ALC) learning media developed to improve critical thinking skills of grade III students. Animal Life Cycle (ALC) media is a 3-dimensional miniature learning media adopted from Diorama media which was created with the aim of depicting real scenery, so that learning materials are clearer and easier for students to understand so that they can encourage students' critical thinking skills. Validation was carried out by two experts, namely material experts and media experts using a Likert scale-based assessment instrument. This type of research is development research with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used observation sheets, interviews, questionnaires, test sheets, and validation sheets. The validation results by material experts obtained a score of 95% (very valid category) and media experts obtained a score of 85% (very valid category). The overall average validation score of the Animal Life Cycle (ALC) media was 90%, which indicates that this media is in the "very valid" category and is suitable for use in the learning process. Thus, the Animal Life Cycle (ALC) media is proven to meet the aspects of content, presentation, and technical feasibility, and has great potential to support the achievement of students' critical thinking skills. These findings are expected to be the basis for further development and implementation of interactive and innovative media in elementary school learning.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has had a significant impact on public services, including in the area of regional taxation. One of the innovations introduced by the Government of Magelang Regency is SIPBB Trengginas, a web-based application designed to facilitate the management of Land and Building Tax (PBB) data, expedite the data updating process, and enhance transparency at the village level. This community service activity was carried out through the thematic Community Service Program (KKN) in Trenten Village, aimed at improving the capacity of village officials in using SIPBB Trengginas, particularly in the features of rights transfer mutation and the addition of new objects. The method employed was hands-on practice, starting with basic training at the BPPKAD of Magelang Regency, followed by intensive assistance to village officials. The results of this activity indicate that the assistance was effective, as village officials were able to operate the mutation and new object addition features independently, allowing for faster and more accurate updates of PBB data. However, several challenges were encountered, such as a lack of understanding of the overall system workflow and varying levels of digital literacy among village officials. As a sustainability measure, the KKN team has developed and submitted a user guide module for SIPBB Trengginas to support self-learning and long-term utilization of the application.

Abstract

Pelayanan ibu hamil di Puskesmas masih berfokus pemeriksaan kesehatan umum ibu, keluhan selama kehamilan dan peningkatan berat badan ibu serta perkembangan janin. Masih banyak berorientasi pada pasien tapi melupakan kebutuhan bagi tenaga kesehatan yaitu bidan untuk pengembangan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penyegaran bagi tenaga Kesehatan khususnya Bidan tentang bagaimana gizi bagi ibu menyusui. Selama ini belum pernah diadakan pelatihan bagi ibu-ibu bidan tentang gizi bagi ibu menyusui, padahal para bidan ini sangat membutuhkan informasi tersebut karena bidan yang sering terjun langsung bertemu dengan ibu-ibu nifas dibanding dengan tenaga gizi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka solusi yang kami tawarkan adalah pertama menyusun media yang berisi materi gizi ibu hamil sebagai bahan untuk memberikan penyuluhan bidan kepada ibu hamil trimester akhir. Solusi yang kedua meningkatkan pemahaman keterampilan bidan dalam melakukan pendampingan pada ibu nifas tentang pengaturan makan atau gizi selama menyusui. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan jadual. Peserta sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, diskusi dan tanya jawab juga berjalan dengan baik. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan dukungan penuh dari kepada Puskesmas tempat para bidan dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya bekerja. Pelatihan penyegaran materi tentang nutrisi ibu hamil efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan bidan Semua peserta meningkat nilai pengetahuannya setelah diberikan pelatihan, dengan peningkatan nilai pengetahuan rata rata sebesar 40,73 point. Pengetahuan bidan tentang fisiologi menyusui dan nutrisi untuk ibu menyususi sebelum pelatihan rata-rata adalah 40,33. Sedangkan pengetahuan bidan tentang fisiologi menyusui dan nutrisi untuk ibu menyusui sesudah pelatihan rata-rata adalah 81,07.

Abstract

This study aims to design and fabricate a prototype of massage chair made of corrugated cardboard materials and evaluate its structural strength. It could be a pioneering study as no one had manifested or discussed it before. The prototype is currently made with dimensions of approximately 60 ´ 50 ´ 100 cm, consisting of 6 cardboard components, affords a reflexology sensation from solid rubber balls, and provides reclinable features at the backrest and footrest. The most prominent benefit of this cardboard massage chair compared to the commercialized ones is environmentally friendly and lightweight products. Moreover, the constructed component can be disassembled and folded, making it a portable massage chair. From the strength evaluation, the cardboard massage chair can still endure a load of 50 kg to the prototype’s seat, backrest, and footrest. However, multi loading directions (e.g., vertical, longitudinal, lateral), stress concentration, and fluctuating person weight would generate tremendous stress and lead to a more substantial possibility of damage and failures on the cardboard after several testing cycles. Therefore, further improvement processes should be investigated to develop an optimized version of cardboard massage chair in the future.

Abstract

Science experiment activities as a strategy to foster creativity in children aged 5-6 years at TK IT Mona School Semarang. This study aims to analyze the strategy of science experiments in fostering creativity in children aged By using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study provides an in-depth understanding of learning phenomena in the natural environment. Science learning is carried out through a descriptive qualitative approach, providing children with the opportunity to learn directly through simple experiments such as volcanic eruptions and mixing rainbow colors. The program activities are created to encourage critical thinking supporting direct observation to provide meaningful experiences for children. The results of the study indicate that children's active involvement in trying, observing, and drawing conclusions has a positive impact on increasing creativity, especially in aspects of fluency, flexibility and the ability to generate new ideas. The teaching strategies used by teachers, including well-planned activities, open-ended questions, initial demonstrations, have proven effective in helping children think creatively and are able to transform curiosity into concrete scientific understanding. In addition to mastering technical aspects, children also show progress in being responsible and following instructions. Overall, this study concludes that science experiments are an effective, fun, and relevant method for developing creativity in early childhood education environments to integrate the development of cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills.

Abstract

Even though the concept of physics is very important in daily activities, the cave exploration activities (caver and or cave tourists) are not based on of physics concepts. In addition, the teachers do not realize that through caves and it exploration activities can be used to learn the physics concepts. This research aims to study the physics concepts in caving activities where it used to develop of physics edupark digital books for senior high school students. This is preliminary research that part of research and development method by using the Plomp model where the study consists of teacher, student, and material potential analysis. This study has been resulting that many concepts while cave exploration activities. It can be used to lean the physics concepts then developing an Edupark physics digital enrichment book as a demand of the Merdeka’s Curriculum. The learning activities growth from the abilities of students who emphasize contextual learning where the students building meaningful understanding through learning and optimizing technology in learning

Abstract

Abstract: The ways students solve problems become one of the main target of physics learning. Investigation about how students solve problems is explored in the context of metacognition skills. The steps of metacognition skills in physics problem solving include: planning, monitoring, evaluation, and controlling. This is a preliminary exploration study that aims to: 1.) mapping the metacognition skills that are used in physics problem solving of temperature and heat, 2.) exhibiting students’ self evaluation of his/her metacognition skills in problem solving, and 3.) identifying the relationship between students answer and their self evaluation. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The data were obtained by test and questionnaire. The physics problem solving test was given to 35 students of 11th grader. After doing test, they filled the 22 items of questionnaire adapted from Physics Metacognition Inventory (PMI). The result shows that none of the students solved all the problems optimally. The result of questionnaire showed that the average of metacognitive skills 64%, with the maximum and the minimum scores is 87% and 35% respectively. The correlation between the analyses of students’ answer and their self evaluation shows a negative value that indicates no relationship. Specifically, students pass the planning and controlling phase quite well, even though they tend to be poor in monitoring and evaluation. This findings must become a particular attention for the researchers and teachers in providing the learning strategy to habit the phases of metacognition skills in order to improve students’ metacognitive skills. Abstrak: Cara siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah menjadi salah satu sasaran utama dalam pembelajaran fisika. Penelusuran mengenai bagaimana cara siswa menyelesaikan masalah dieksplorasi dalam konteks keterampilan metakognisi. Tahapan keterampilan metakognisi dalam menyelesaikan masalah fisika meliputi: planning, monitoring, evaluation, dan controlling. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksplorasi awal bertujuan untuk: 1.) memetakan keterampilan metakognisi yang digunakan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah fisika pada materi Suhu dan Kalor, 2.) menunjukkan penilaian diri siswa terhadap keterampilan metakognisi yang dimiliki dalam menyelesaikan masalah, dan 3.) mengidentifikasi hubungan antara analisis jawaban siswa dan penilaian diri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes dan angket. Tes yang digunakan merupakan soal problem solving, yang diberikan kepada 35 siswa kelas XI. Setelah mengerjakan soal, siswa mengisi angket yang terdiri dari 22 item yang diadaptasi dari Physics Metacognition Inventory (PMI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum ada siswa yang optimal menyelesaikan seluruh soal. Angket penilaian diri menunjukkan skor rerata 64%, dengan skor maksimum dan minimum masing-masing 87% dan 35%. Hubungan antara analisis jawaban siswa dan hasil penilaian diri menunjukkan nilai korelasi negatif yang mengindikasikan tidak sinkronnya hasil jawaban dan penilaian diri siswa. Secara spesifik, tahapan planning dan controlling dilakukan siswa dengan cukup baik, akan tetapi siswa cenderung lemah dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi ketika menyelesaikan masalah. Temuan ini menjadikan perhatian khusus untuk peneliti dan guru dalam menyajikan strategi belajar untuk membiasakan tahapan dalam keterampilan metakognisi dengan target peningkatan keterampilan metakognisi siswa.
